This paper aims at providing a concrete plan to improve technical and vocational teacher education in the College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University. It is intended to propose a practical four-year regular and short-term course. Also, the estimated required facilities is included in this study as well as their management. The main conclusions and recommendations are summarized as follows; 1) The numbers of students enrollment should be reduced to 220 students which is the approximate number of future demand. 2) In order to offer to the students a broader education and to cope with the increase/decrease in demand of technical and vocational teacher within a specific field, the 8 department existing at the present (Department of Architecture Engineering Education, Civil Eng. Educ., Metallurgical Eng. Educ., Mechanical Eng. .Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Electronic Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.) would be combined into 5 (Department of Construction Engineering Education, Mechanical Eng. Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.). 3) The short-term course program is recommened to provide additional training and education to those candidates who already have experience in technical fields to meet an occasional demand. 4) It is necessary to add the Teaching Profession Section in the administrative organization of the College.

컴포머에 대한 복합레진의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구

컴포머(compomer) 충전물이 파절될 경우 즉, 컴포머 수복이 실패했을 때 기존 컴포머의 파절된 부분(aged compomer)을 복합레진으로 수복해야 하는 경우를 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴포머의 표면처리 방법에 따른 수리(repair)를 위한 복합레진과의 전단결합강도 변화를 알아보기 위해 두 개의 mold를 만들어서 Dyract AP, F2000를 컴포머 수복재료로, Z250을 수리용 복합레진 재료로 사용하여 컴포머와 레진을 부착시킨 시편을 제작하였다. 컴포머와 복합레진의 종류 조합, 본딩레진 사용유무, 열순환 처리 유무, 표면거칠기 부여 유무, 기존 수복물의 시효(aging)에 따라 10개의 군으로 나누어, 컴포머와 복합레진간의 전단결합강도를 측정하고 그 파절양상을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 컴포머의 복합레진에 대한 전단결합강도를 측정한 결과, Dyract AP가 F2000 보다는 높은 전단강도 값을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으며 (p>0.05), fresh 컴포머군이 aged 컴포머군보다 결합강도가 높았다(p<0.05). 2. 각 군간의 전단결합강도를 측정한 결과 Dyract AP에 접착제를 도포하고 Z250을 접착시킨 제 5군이 가장 높았으며, Dyract AP를 충전하고 1주일간 물에 보관한 후 건조시켜 표면을 roughening 한 후 Z250을 충전시킨 제 9군에서 가장 낮았다(p<0.05). 3. 열순환을 시행한 군이 시행하지 않은 군보다 전단결합강도가 낮게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 4. 각 재료들의 결합실패가 일어난 파절단면을 조직학적으로 관찰한 결과, 전반적으로 접착파괴를 보였으나, 접착제를 도포한 군에서는 응집파괴가 우세하게 나타났다. 이상의 결과 fresh 컴포머 위에 접착제를 도포한 다음 수리용 복합레진 재료를 사용함으로써 컴포머와 복합레진간의 결합력을 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 fresh 컴포머 위에 복합레진을 즉시 충전한 경우가 높은 결합력을 얻을 수 있었다. Aged 컴포머와 복합레진간의 성공적인 결합력을 얻으려면 aged 컴포머의 표면을 mechanically roughening하고 접착제를 도포한후 복합레진을 충전해야 할 것으로 사료된다. For the purpose of comparing the bond strengths of compomers to composite resin, composite 2250, and two polyacid modified composite resin, Dyract AP and F2000, were selected and investigated using universal testing machine for measuring the shear bond strengths. Additionally, the failure modes were examined by observing the fractured surfaces of each specimen. The following results were obtained. 1. The shear bond strength of Dyract AP to Z250 were higher than those of F2000, but there was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and group 3(p>0.05), and groups using fresh compomers showed higher bond strength than those using aged compomers(p<0.05). 2. After measuring the shear bond strength of each group, it was highest in group 5 and was lowest in group 9(p<0.05). 3. Although there was no statistically significant difference, groups treated with thermocycling showed lower bond strengths than those of non-thermocycling groups. 4. Overall compomer/composite resin failures were adhesive. Cohesive failures occurred mainly in groups using bonding agent. Based on these results, the application of a bonding agent on fresh polyacid-modified resin composite increases the bond strength between polyacid-modified resin composite and composite resin. Additionally, the surface of aged polyacid-modified resin composite has to be roughened mechanically and a bonding agent has to be used in combination with composite resin.

<<La Comedie humaine>>de Balzac se divise, en gros, en deux categories. Lun est sur la vie sociale, et lautre sur la vie metaphysique. Nos interets portent sur <<Les Etudes philosopiques>>, notammentsur eux oeuvres nprincipales <<Louis Lambert>>et <<Seraphita>>. Dans cette etude allons voir le processus de lecriture entre ces deux oeuvres. Malgre la cdfficulte decrire, Balzac na jamais renonce a ces oeuvres et son attachement a ces oeuvtes fut grande. <<Louis Lambert>> estpresque autobiographique. Dans <<Louis Lambert>>, Balzac montre que les activites intellectuelles brulent les energies ainsi que le desir mateetiel. Alors, Louis arrive a la folie et a la mort. Le desir de surmomter la condition humaine et lechec inevitiable de cet essai est le sujet de ce livre et cest un theme constant dans toutes les oeuvres de Balzac. La philosophie que Louis a recherche et qui la mene a la folie est la reconnaissance de la dualite humaine et le desir de lunite. Il essaie dunifier les deux aspects opposes : le materiel et le spirituel, letre exterieur et celui dinterieur, le sentiment et lidee. Mais pour Louis qui vent trouver la solution dans la science, lechec estqrqr inevitable. <<Seraphita>> est une incarnation du desir de Louis . Alors que Louis succombe a la folie, Seraphita metamorphose(e) en seraphin, monte au ciel, qr le monde de la lumiere. Entre(e) au seinqr du Sanctuaire, il recoit un don de vie eternelle. Seraphin est une sorte e pont entre le monde reel et le monde spirituel. Wilfrid et Minna, deux etres humains choisis participent a lasceneion de Seraphita et entrevoient le monde des esprits. Mais en tant que humains, ils retombent a la terre, et ils prient pour aller ensemble au Ciel. Serphita esr un androgyne aime(e) dun homme et dune fille. Quil (elle) soit bisexuel (le) signifie quil est asexuel(le). Reste au stade pres-oedipen, il(elle) est avant le pech e originel ; il(elle) est donc innocent (e) et pur(e). Alors que Louis essaie en vain de devenie un enfant assexue par lauto-castration, Seraphita, prive(e) de sexe, donc prive(e) aussi de fautes, arrive au Ciel. Pourtant il lui fant de grandes souffrances pour y arriver. Plusieurs aspects de sa vie offrent des motifs de folie pour Balzac. En fait, il est arrive Presque a la folie pendant son travail excessif. Mais Balzac nest pas fou a la difference de Louis. Cest parce que Balzac a un amour pour la vie exterieur et surtout parce quil e crit. Sil navait pas ecrit <<la comedie humaine >>, il aurait ete devenu Louis -fou. Creant une societe dans la tete, il arrive a labsolu, il acquiert ainsi limmortalite. Si la vie a soi est mortel et vaine, la societe quil a cree restera eternelle.

전화국사 건물에서의 교환실 에너지소비실태 조사 및 특성분석 연구

This report showes the informations, that is, tables, graphs, pictures and charts as possible of the trend in energy use and energy efficiency in telecommunication equipment rooms by 1998. This study was investigated the energy consumption of the telecommunication equipment rooms by the cooling system in according to different temperature distributions and analysed the important factors, that is, the time of construction completion values in according to the cooling system by divided different temperature distributions for managing how to conserve, supply and estimate the energy. And also environmental typical consumption values are presented.

정신보건관련인력의 정신질환자에 대한 태도 연구

Attitudes of the health personnel toward the mentally ill affect the development and utilization of the community mental health program and reintegration of the mentally ill into society. Therefore the authors carried out a survey of attitudes toward mentally ill in the health personnel by measuring Community Attitudes to the Mentally Ⅲ Inventory(CAMI). The purpose of this survey was to get basic data to develop plan and strategy of community mental health in Pohang city. The results were as follows : (1) The health personnel of Pohang community showed positive attitude of 'Benevolence' and 'Community mental health ideology' and negative attitude of "Authoritarianism' and 'Social restrictiveness'. Therefore community mental health project in Pohang city will be established and activated easily. (2) The male group had more authoritative, less community mental health oriented attitude. (3) the more aged group had more authoritative, social restrictive attitude. (4) the unmarried group had less authoritative, social restrictive attitude. (5) The lower educated group had more authoritative, social restrictive and less benevolent, community mental health oriented attitude. (6) Monthly income 1-2 million Won group had more authoritative, social restrictive attitude, less community mental health oriented attitude. (7) The respondents who have never met mentally ill had less community mental health oriented attitude. (8) The respondents who themselves had used mental health services more benevolent, less authoritative, social restrictive attitude. From the above results, authors propose that planning of mental health project be necessary containing information and education for negative group and making resource for positive attitude group.

7두의 개에서 배설성 요로조영술을 통한 신장 기능 평가

Excretory urography is a type of contrast study used to verify and localize upper urinary tract disease. It is an inexpensive and easy way to visualize of anatomic and functional status of the kidney and has been used as a primary imaging modality for the evaluation of urinary tract abnormalities. We describe urological signs of 7 dogs who examined with excretory urography and ultrasonography. Six cases were referred to veterinary medical teaching hospital. Chungnam national university (VMTH, CNU) to evaluate renal function after the treatment for renal failure and one case was referred showing hematuria. In case 1, 2 and 4, blood test and urinalysis was normal and the results of excretory urography presented that renal function were normal range. In case 3, the results of urinalysis, ultrasonography, and excretory urography except blood test presented abnormal kidney and hydronephrosis was diagnosed. In case 5 and 6, blood test, urinalysis, ultrasonography and excretory urography indicated renal failure. In case 7, blood test, urinalysis and ultrasonography presented partially abnormal signs, however, the results of excretory urography was normal range.

탄소섬유시트로 횡보강된 콘크리트 공시체의 거동에 관한 해석적 연구

이 연구의 목적은 해석을 통하여 축압을 받는 CFS 횡보강 콘크리트의 비선형 거동 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 해석은 범용 비선형 유한요소 프로그램인 ANSYS를 사용하였고, 해석의 중요한 인자는 콘크리트의 압축강도, 그리고 구속을 위한 탄소섬유시트의 보강량이다. 탄소섬유시트와 콘크리트 실린더는 각각 쉘 요소와 입방체 요소로 모델링하고, 두 이질 재료의 접촉면은 완전부착이라고 가정하여 연성자유도(coupled degrees of freedom)를 사용하여 모델링하였다. The purpose of this study is to research the nonlinear behavior characteristic of the concrete cylinder confuted by the CFS(Carbon Fiber Sheet) under the compression. The analysis was performed with Ordinary Nonlinear Finite Program, ANSYS. The major variables of the analysis are the compressive strength and the number of CFS for confinement. The CFS and the concrete cylinder is modelled using the shell element and solid element respectively. And the contact surface was modelled for coupled degrees of freedom.

Key을 이용한 디지털 이미지 워터마킹에 관한 연구

In this paper, we reviewed and compared the methods uses the key as watermark and key with watermark. And we found some methods using the key in watermarking on the frequency domain which were robust to arbitrary attack. At first, the image was transformed to frequency domain by DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) in the methods uses the key as watermark, and then the watermark was inserted and extracted in the high frequency region on the transformed image. The second one uses the key with watermark transforms the image into frequency domain by DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) and inserts the watermark on the mid frequency region that is selected by human visual characteristics. This method also inserts and extracts the watermark with minimum effect to the image quality by using multiple thresholds to maximize the image quality. Experimental results shows the second method using the key with watermark has higher PSNR compared to the other method for the watermark extraction.

비만을 동반한 위암 환자에서 두 병을 같이 수술 치료한 경험(증례)

Obesity is growing problem in Korea. We had a case of bariatric surgery during gastric cancer operation. Patient was 29 year old Korean lady with early gastric cancer located in the lesser curvature side of the middle 1/3 of the stomach. Her body weight was 89 kg, height 163 cm, and thus body mass index was 33.5 kg/m2. Preoperative blood pressure was 130/90 mmHg, hemoglobin 12.9 g/dL, total lymphocyte count 3,280/mL, serum albumin 4.3 g/dL, CEA 1.1 ng/mL, CA 19-9 9.1 ng/mL, and alpha fetoprotein 2 ng/mL. Another associated disease was right thyroid follicular neoplasm. The chest X-ray was normal. After IM injection of 2,500 units of heparin 30 minutes before the induction of general anesthesia, she received curative subtotal gastrectomy and Roux en Y gastrojejunostomy when a malabsorption loop of 120 cm jejunum was incorporated between the Treitz ligament and the end to side jejuno-jejunostmy site at May 29th 2006. Her postoperative course was uneventful except a minor wound seroma and the elevations of serum amylase(up to 4 folds) and lipase(up to 2 folds). She lost her body weight 9 kg in 5th, 21 kg in 7th, and 27 kg in 10th postoperative months to became 61.5 kg. On follow up exams in July 2008, she gained 4 kg to overcome her weakness and fatigue. From the above result, the incorporation of a malabsorption loop during reconstruction phase of gastric cancer operation was a good option for obese gastric cancer patients especially in cases of early gastric cancer.

개에서 발생한 이버멕틴 중독증 1례

A 1-year old, intact male Jin-do dog with ataxia, hypersalivation and anorexia was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Ivermectin toxicosis was diagnosed by the history taking, clinical signs, physical examination and neurological examination. After therapy with intravenous fluid and lipid emulsion administration, the clinical signs were found to have significantly improved.
