This paper traces and analyzes the theft incident of Nanjung Diary theft incident and the representation and management system of cultural heritage and seeks to explain this in terms of national representation and cultural politics of a modern nation-state. The theft incident of Nanjung Diary itself occurred on December 31, 1967, and was resolved with the arrest of the thieves and the recovery of the Nanjung Diary on January 9, 1968. This study seeks to explain the genealogy of the modern nation’s appropriation of history by reading the episode of the cultural property theft incident symptomatically, revealing the national and national responses and mentality of the time, and understanding the politics of symbolism and mobilization through cultural heritage. To this end, we first focus on the process of nationalization and systemization of the national commemoration of historical figures, especially the commemoration of Chungmugong, which has been systematized since the 1960s, and combine this event with it for cross-analysis. This incident occurred at a time when the Chungmugong commemorative culture was systematized and firmly established as a national commemorative culture, and this highlighted the importance and legitimacy of the Chungmugong commemorative culture and established Nanjung Ilgi as a national canon. Next, we would like to examine the theft of the Nanjung diary in the context of political and social changes and nationalism at the time of the transition to the Yushin era. State power sought to secure its own legitimacy by bringing nationalism to the fore, which, combined with the competition for national legitimacy between North and South Korea, heightened interest in national culture. Lastly, the theft incident of Nanjung Diary should be reviewed in the context of cultural property systems and policies. Ultimately, through this incident, problems in cultural heritage management were revealed, and cultural heritage systems and policies began to be systemized in earnest, which led to the current cultural heritage management system. This incident served as an opportunity for cultural property systems and policies to begin to be systemized in earnest and made the public aware of and confirm the concept of cultural property and, by extension, the current concept of cultural heritage. In that sense, the reexamination of the theft incident Nanjung diary allows us to look at the symbolic politics of the transition period from a new perspective, and through this, provides an opportunity to understand the historical appropriation and cultural politics of nation-state more systematically. 본 논문은 난중일기 도난사건을 중심으로 문화유산의 재현 및 관리체제를 추적 분석하고 이를 근대국민국가의 국가표상과 문화정치로 해명하고자 한다. 난중일기 도난사건은 1967년 12월 31일 발생하여 1968년 1월 9일 도난범 일당의 검거와 난중일기의 회수로 해결 되었지만, 그 자체만으로 당시 한국사회를 뒤흔들었고 그 이후에도 문화재와 그 재현체계에 중요한 영향력을 미친 사건이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 문화재 도난사건이라는에피소드를 징후적으로 독해하여 당대의 국가적⋅국민적 대응과 심성을 밝히고 문화유산을 통한 상징과 동원의 정치를 이해함으로써 근대국가의 역사전유의 계보학을 설명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 1960년대 이후 체계화되어 가던 충무공 국가기념에 주목하여 여기에 이 사건을 결합하여 교차분석한다. 충무공 기념문화가 확고히 자리 잡은 시점에서 사건이 발생하였고 이는 충무공 기념의 중요성과 정당성을 부각시키면서 난중일기를 국가유산으로 자리매김하게 하였다. 다음으로 난중일기 도난사건을 정치사회적 변동과 민족주의의 맥락에서 검토한다. 민족주의를 통해 국가권력은 자신의 정당성을 확보하고자 하는데, 이 상황에서 난중일기 도난사건은 민족문화의 정수로서 문화재를 인식시키고 그 연장선상에서 민족문화의 정전으로 난중일기를 규정짓는데 중요한 계기가 되었다. 마지막으로 문화재 제도와 정책의 확립과 발전이라는 맥락에서 검토한다. 이 사건은 국가의 문화재 관리와 재현이 본격적으로 체계화되는 계기가 되었으며 대중들에게 문화재, 더 나아가 문화유산의 개념을 인식시키고 확인하게 만들었다. 이처럼 난중일기 도난사건의 재검토는 체제전환기의 상징정치를 새로운 시선으로 바라보게 만들며 이를 통해 근대국가의 역사전유와 문화정치를 더욱 체계적으로 이해할 기회를 제공한다.

The characteristics on the extension of the CED(Crack Energy Density) concept to the interface kinked crack problems in a dissimilar are examined. Each mode contributions of CED are found by symmetric and antisymmetric conponents and domain independent integrals. Finite element calculation is carried out to simulate the interface kinked crack growth on a bimaterial. The focus is the establishment of fracture criterion with CED and finding the orientation of crack extension. From the results, a prediction about the extension behavior of an interface kinked crack can be done. And we show that CED can be a parameter to indicate fracture criterion at an interface kinked crack.

Real crack and fracture surfaces have irregularities producing zigzag contours. These irregularities are analysed by a fractal geometry which has been by a Mandelbrot. We obtained a fractal dimension which is one of the fractal characteristics. It is also estimated by an vertical section method that fractal characteristics in the fractured surfaces can be obtained as the crack grows. Moreover fractal fracture energy that corresponds to an energy release rate is shown to find relationships between fractal dimensions and crack behaviors. From these results, we concluded that a fractal characteristics analysis for a crack can be applied to a fracture mechanics.
