      • 알코올의 수분함량과 몰비 변화에 따른 실리콘알콕사이드(TEOS·TMOS)의 수율

        Silicon alkoxides(TEOS:tetraethylorthosilicate and TMOS:tetramethylorthosilicate) were synthesized from silicon tetrachloride and ethanol or methanol with the variation of the mole ratio (alcohol/SiCl_4) and the water contents in the alcohol. The optimum mole ratios of alcohol/SiCl_4 were measured to be betweem 4 and 5 and the reactions completed within one hour. The yield of TEOS decreased from 70% to 48% as the water contents increased from 0.1% to 1.0% in ethanol.

      • J2EE/EJB 환경에서 컴포넌트 테스트 방법 개관

        컴포넌트 기술은 소프트웨어를 신속하고, 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 대안으로 90년대 초반부터 각광을 받기 시작하였다. 이러한 컴포넌트 기술을 활용하는 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법론이 현재까지 소프트웨어 산업에서의 새로운 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 현재 산업계에서는 컴포넌트 기반 개발 프레임워크 중의 하나인 J2EE를 적용한 개발이 많아지고 있다. 이는 J2EE가 단순히 컴포넌트 기반의 어플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 수단이 될 뿐만 아니라 어플리케이션 개발 시 제공해야 하는 많은 서비스들을 J2EE 플랫폼을 통해 제공하기 때문이다. 그러나 J2EE 컴포넌트를 테스트하는 것은 기존의 자바 클래스의 테스트보다 더 많은 노력이 필요하고, 어려운 작업이기 때문에 많은 경우에 충분한 테스트를 수행하지 않는다. 많은 개발자들이 J2EE/EJB 컴포넌트를 개발할 때 고려해야 할 사항과 채택해야 하는 테스트 전략에 관해서 알지 못하기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 J2EE/EJB 컴포넌트 개발 시 고려해야 할 사항과 테스트 전략에 대해 살펴본다. Component technologies which enable quickly and effectively to develop softwares have begun to come into the spotlight since early 1990s. Nowadays a component-based development methodology using the component technologies is recognized as a new alternative to improve productivity in the software industries. Currently, a number of software development works are performed on a J2EE environment, one of component-based development frameworks. This phenomena arises from J2EE's versatility. A J2EE framework provides plentiful services required to develop component-based softwares. Thus the developers only concentrate on the implementations of business logics. But component testing is a very difficult task since it requires more efforts than the previous Java class testing. So many developers do not perform enough testing works. In fact, many developers do not know about considerations needed to implement EJB components and testing strategies used to verify the components. This paper introduces systematically testing strategies for EJB component test.

      • 旣存住宅의 에너지 效率等級表示制度 硏究(I) : 대전지역 21개 기존주택과 표준주택의 에너지 성능비교 Comparison of Energy Budget Level between 21 Existing Houses in Daejon and Reference House

        The objective of the study is to present a certain method that could be classified the existing detached houses over 5 millions in our country by their energy efficiency. The method, will be called KHEES(Korean Home Energy Evaluation System), will contribute to save energy in residences effectively and will change the passive attitude of home owners' energy saving mind to the active one. The principal contents and the scope of the project are as follows. - Gathering project-related data including papers, reports and existing home energy rating systems of developed countries has done. - Field survey of the 21 existing detached houses in Daejon city was done to examine their present energy situation and their energy perfomance. - For the preparation of energy evaluation index a refrence house was designed by using various statistic data from the national census results. - After analyzing and calculating the yearly energy consumption rate of reference house and existing houses, the comparison between their rates has done. The principal results of the study are as follows. - A reference house of 89㎡ is designed, and its annual energy consumption rate is calculated to use as a comparison tool. - From the comparison of the energy consumption rate between the reference house use and the existing detached houses the fact that the annual energy consumption of the existing detached houses are more from 11% at minimum to 58% at maximum than the reference house. - The existing detached houses was classified into three groups according to their construction year such as before 1979, from 1980 to 1987. The comparison result of annual energy consumption rate among three groups shows the rate of preceeding group is less about 10% than the rate of succeeding group.

      • TEOS와 Condensed Ethyl Silicate(CES)로부터 제조된 고순도 SiO₂분말의 특성

        SiO₂powders were manufactured from TEOS, CES(condensed ethyl silicates) and PHT(partially hydrated TEOS) by sol-gel method. Then the chemical and the physical properties of the SiO₂powders are measured by IR, GC, TGA-DTA, XRD, SEM and particle size analyser. The chemical properties in IR spectra and GC analysis of CES are similar to those of PHT. Also the physical properties of SiO₂powders made from PHT are very analogous with the one manufactured from CES. The results suggest that the PHT in manufacturing of mullite and cordierite ceramics can be replaced with the CES.

      • 境界 要素法을 利用한 2次元 彈性體의 形狀 最適設計에 관한 硏究

        The development and application to the shape optimization of two-dimensional elastic body are presented. Boundary element method is used in this study to avoid the regridding process to account for shape charge. Feasible direction method is used as optimization technique and Finite difference method is used to get design sensitivity in the optimization process. To demonstrate the feasibility of the method proposed, shape optimization of two dimensional dlastic ring under point load is carried out as an example.

      • NURBS 곡면과 경계표현에 의한 솔리드모델의 결합에 관한 연구

        Geometric modeling system is a fundamental module in the CAD/CAM system. Solid medeling has been usually used in analytical geometric shape modeling and surface modeling is very useful to represent a free form surface. But the most of industrial products consisit of compound surfaces that are formed with free form surface and analytical surface. Therefore, solid modeling system should support to form a compound surface. In this study, a solid model and a NURBS surface are combined to represent a compound surface and all the compound surfaces are represented by halfedge data structure.

      • 형광을 이용한 미생물 성장의 연속 측정 방법

        연속적 미생물 성장 측정을 위해 배양 세포의 형광을 이용하는 방법에 대하여 가능성과 문제점들을 알아보고 computer를 연결시켜 발효조 내의 미생물 농도를 on-line으로 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 구성하였다. 실험 결과 세포의 형광을 이용한 미생물 성장의 연속 측정 방법은 배지 조성물의 영향을 배제한다면 실용화 가능성이 좋은 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 높은 세포 농도에서도 희석없이 미생물 농도의 측정이 가능하며 특히, 발효조의 기존 sampling line을 이용하여 배양액을 순환시켜 fluorometer로 형광을 측정하는 방법을 간단히 발효조에 적용하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. Fluorometer에서 나오는 신호를 computer로 처리한 결과 효과적으로 발효조의 미생물 성장을 관찰할 수 있었다. Culture Fluorescence was measured to follow the cell growth in a fermentor. Signals from a fluorometer were connected to an Apple computer via A/D converter and operational amplifier. Medium composition should be considered to avoid a high background fluorescence originated from fluorophores in the medium. Measuring fluorescence has an advantage over the O.D. measurement since no dilution is needed at a high cell concentration. Cell broth circulated through a flow cell in the fluorometer provides us with monitoring cell growth in the fermentor.

      • 환원ㆍ확산법에 의한Sm₂Co계 영구자석 재료의 제조에 있어서 조성제어에 관한 연구

        The reduction-diffusion(R-D process) is an economical way of producing funtional materials which contain rare-earth elements and has been applied to the production of magnet meterials, hydrogen storage alloys, etc. However, The process has not been applied to the production of materials having various alloying elements or strictly controlled composition, because conpositions of of the R-D process products are controlled by diffusion in solid phase. This report describes the way of controlling the final composition of the Sm₂Co type (2-17type) rare-earth magnet material in the process which contains Fe, Cu and Zr besides Sm and Co. The magnetic properties were measured at room temperature with the vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) in the maximum pulsed field of about 15kOe that samples were prepared by the melting method and R-D process.
