Recently, many enterprises wish to preoccupy competitive positions in the market by motivating themselves towards CALS(Commerce At Light Speed), and try hard to achieve system implementation with the use of new concept-based backbone systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) or ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). However, unfortunately there is an inevitable discrepancy during implementation period between package vendors and customers due to lack of clear methodology and misunderstanding about system. In some cases, consensus on partially verified system design invokes customers’ continuous change demands and often it tends to result in unnecessary project delays. PDM application system implementation project of the company L has been studied here to solve these sorts of problems. The major yields of this work are achievement of a willing approval from customers and rapid system design under a time-limited and conceptually defined project scope, and finally, through fully verified system design, we were able to reach successful system implementation.

免疫細胞 및 腫瘍細胞에 미치는 丹蔘의 效果

免疫은 人體內에서 어떤 요인으로 인해서든지 異物이 침입하거나 變異細胞가 발생하면 Immune system이 관여하여 異物은 물론 새로이 발생된 變異細胞를 非自己로 인식하여 처리하는 能力을 발휘함으로써 個體의 恒常性을 維持하려는 현상을 말하고, 이러한 免疫作用에 관여하는 細胞는 特異性 免疫에 관여하는 免疫細胞外에도 Macrophage, NK cell, 수지상세포 및 랑게르한스 세포등을 들 수 있으며, 腫瘍은 組織이 自律的으로 過剩 成長한 것으로 이것은 개체에 대해서 意義가 없거나 이롭지 않을뿐더러 正常組織에 대해서 破壞的인 작용을 하는 것으로 東醫學에서는 正氣補養 및 補血을 爲主로하면서 破積·活血·解鬱·行氣등의 治法들을 兼用하고 있고, 西醫學에서는 手術療法, 放射線療法, 化學療法 및 免疫療法과 遺傳子療法등을 使用하나 癌腫에 따른 感受性과 治療 後의 經過 그리고 副作用이 각기 다르고, 또 이에 따른 많은 문제점들을 안고 있는 것이다. 癌細胞의 增殖을 抑制하는 方法에는 necrosis와 apoptosis가 있는데, apoptosis란 necrosis(세포괴사)와는 대조되는 용어로 초기에 핵의 응축, 세포질의 응축, 수포상의 세포돌기 형성등이 관찰되고, 生體內의 apoptosis는 腫瘍發生時 macrophage에서 분비되는 각종 cytokine에 의해 일어나거나 cytotoxic T-lymphocyte에 의해 일어나는 것으로 抗癌劑들의 부작용 및 tumor regression과 관계가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. Nitric oxide(NO)는 cNOS와 iNOS 2 종류가 있으며 cNOS는 vascular endothelium 및 brain에서, iNOS는 활성화된 macrophage 및 여러 세포에서 발견되었다. Macrophage가 생산하는 NO는 生體內에서 癌細胞를 공격하여 傷害시키는 癌 免疫의 effector로서 그 역할을 하고 있고, 癌細胞의 增殖을 抑制한다. 丹蔘은 活血祛瘀시키면서 凉血安神시기 때문에 産後瘀滯腹痛·경폐징하·心腹刺痛과 熱毒으로 인한 癰腫·瘡瘍등에 利用되고, 最近에는 肝臟腫大와 動脈硬化症, 그리고 食道癌·胸腺癌 및 腹腔腫瘍에도 사용하고 있는 藥物로 本 硏究에서는 丹蔘에 대한 癌細胞 增殖 抑制作用과 免疫細胞 增强作用을 관찰한 결과 丹蔘은 In vitro上에서 A431 cell line과 KHOS-NP cell line의 增殖을 抑制하지는 않았지만 마우스 胸腺 및 脾臟細胞의 增殖을 活性化시켰다. 그러나 腹腔 macrophage에서 생성되는 NO는 丹蔘에 의해 in vitro상에서 억제되었고 in vivo상에서도 對照群과 큰 차이를 보이지 않았는데, 이는 丹蔘이 腹腔 macrophage의 活性化보다는 T-lymphocytes나 splenocytes의 增殖에 작용하는 것으로 思料된다. To investigate effect of water extract of Salviae Radix on human cancer cell-lines and immunocytes, this research estimated the proliferation of A431 cell lines, KHOS-NP cell lines, mouse thymocytes and mouse splenocytes, nitric oxide(NO) production from peritoneal macrophages, apoptosis and sub-population of mouse thymocytes. The result were obtained as follows ; 1. Salviae Radix wasn't effect the proliferation of A431 cell lines and KHOS-NP cell lines. 2. Salviae Radix was accelerate the proliferation of mouse thymocytes and splenocytes. 3. Salviae Radix was not accelerate the NO production from peritoneal macrophages in vitro. 4. Salviae Radix was inhibited the NO production from peritoneal macrophages in vivo. 5. Salviae Radix was accelerate the induction of apoptosis and sub-population of the mouse thymocytes.

국내 재생골재의 물리적 특성에 관한 상관성 분석

The purpose of this research is to obtain the data for quality control of recycled aggregates product and use by examine the correlations among physical properties of recycled aggregate made of crushed waste concrete. For this purpose, we tested the physical properties of 7 recycled coarse aggregates and 10 recycled fine aggregates according to Korea Standards. As a result, we proposed the correlation equations for physical properties of recycled aggregates. Although the correlations among physical properties of recycled fine aggregates and recycled coarse aggregates showed some quantitative differences, this research revealed their similar tendencies.

A peripheral T-cell lymphoma with a high content of epithelioid cells-an entity that reveals morphologic and clinical characteristics resembling those seen in angio-immunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AILD)-was separated from lymhoepithelioid cell lymphoma(Lennert' slymphoma, or LeL). It was considered a variant of the AILD type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. AILD-PTCLep and LeL share so much similarities, clinically and morphologically, that they can't be differentiated each other. We experienced a case of AILD-PTCLep confirmed by a panel of immunohistochemistry and reviewed the differential points between the LeL.

저칼슘식이로 사육한 생쥐의 골수세포 배양에 의한 파골세포양세포의 형성

Although it is now well established that osteoclasts are derived from mononuclear hematopoietic stem cells, most likely within the granulocyte-macrophage lineage, the exact differentiation process of osteoclast precusors has only been partially discovered. This study was carried out to investigate the following topics by examining the osteoclast-like cell formation from the calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow cells; 1) the effect of calcium deficiency on the formation of the mononuclear phagocytes and the mononuclear precusors of the osteoclast in the mouse bone marrow; 2) the effect of TNF (tumor necrosis factor)-α on the differentiation of osteoclast-like cells from the calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow culture; 3) the formation of the osteoclast-like cell from the calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells and the relationship between the osteoblast cell line(MC3T3E1) and osteoclast-like cell formation; 4) formation of the osteoclast-like cells from the mononuclear cells which were col1ected from PTH-pretreated mouse bone marrow cells to investigate the relationship between PTH and calcium deficiency in osteoclast-like cell formation. Bone marrow cells were isolated from marrow of mouse feeding normal diet or calcium deficient diet for 7 and 14 days. Bone marrow mononuclear cells were fractionated by cetrifugation on Hypaque-Ficoli density gradients. PTH-pretreated mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells were obtained by collecting the nonadherent cells after the culture of normal mouse marrow cells with PTH for 6 days. The prepared cells were cultured on dentin disc at the concentration of 1.5-2 X 10^(6) cells per 0.5ml of a-MEM containing 10% FCS for 3, 5 and 7 days. Thereafter, TRAP staining, NSE staining, effect of calcitonin on the osteoclast-like cell and scanning electron microscope analysis of resorption lacunae on the dentin disc were performed. The results were as follows; 1. Number of the osteoclast precusors and mononuclear phagocytes in bone marrow was increased by calcium-deficient diet. 2. More osteoclast-like cells were formed from the calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow cells than from normal cells. 3. Formation of osteoclast-like cells was significantly stimulated by TNF-α in normal mouse bone marrow cells and calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow cells at concentration of l0ng/ml and 100ng/ml. 4. Osteoblast cell line(MC3T3E1) did not play an important role in osteoclast-like cell formation. 5. Formation of the osteoclast-like cells from the mononuclear cells which were collected from PTH-pretreated mouse bone marrow cells was similar to that of calcium-deficient mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells, which suggests that the effect of calcium deficiency in osteoclast formation may be mediated by PTH.

제통단이 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Objectives : to evaluate the effects of Jetongdan, the newly developed herbal medicine, on the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee Methods : Placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial on the 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee was fulfilled. After enrollment, they took medication as they enrolled. And they were asked to answer the questionnaires (Korean Health Assessment Questionnaire (KHAQ), Lequesne's functional index (LF1), visual analogue scale (VAS)) and analysed with the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) at baseline, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of medication. Results : Total KHAQ score, some categories of KHAQ like hygiene, activities were significantly improved after 8 weeks of medication. And the change of the KHAQ score was significantly correlated with the change of VAS. But LFI, VAS, ESR level was not significantly improved, and it was considered because of the short medication period and small size of study population. Conclusion : In conclusion, Jetongdan could improve the health-related quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee. Further study in the large population, in long period were recommended.

香砂平胃散 및 加減方이 白鼠의 摘出腸管運動에 미치는 影響

Subtracting from component drugs by nine cases in Hyangsapyengwisan(香砂平胃散), its prescription and investigated the effect on contractile force of intestine in rats. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The effect of relaxation after contraction of rat ileum could be observed by administration of Hyangsapyengwisan. 2. By pretreatment with Atropine, the contractility of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 3. No change observed in contractile response of Hyangsapyengwisan by pretreatment with Cyproheptadine. 4. By pretreatment with Propranolol, the relaxation of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 5. The effect of relaxation after contraction of Hyangsapyengwisan was similar to that of Atractylodis Rhizoma. 6. The contractile response observed in subtracted Cyperi Rhizoma and Magnoliae Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan, while growps in subtracted Atractylodis Rhizoma, Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium Cyperi Rhizoma, Ponciri Fructus, Agatsachis Herba, Cyperi Rhizoma and Ponciri Fructus, Ponciri Fructus and Magnoliac Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan showed the relaxation. These results suggest that Hyangsapyengwisan has a contractile effect which may be caused by the partial action of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

6-(3.4-Dichlorophenyl)amino-7-chloro-5.8-quinolinedione (RCK50) was tested for antifungal activities in mice systemically infected with Candida albicans. The therapeutic potential of RCK50 was also assessed in comparison with ketoconazole. RCK50 had ED_50 0.22±0.01 ㎎/㎏. Ketoconazole as a positive control had ED_50 6.00±1.70 ㎎/㎏. Intraperitoneally administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 7 days and 14 days reduced Candida albicans colony count in the kidneys and liver. And administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 14 days improved survival rates. The genotoxicities of RCK50 had been evaluated. RCK50 was negative in Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium and chromosomal aberration test in CHL cells. RCK50 did not show any clastogenic effect in mouse peripheral blood and was negative in mouse micronucleus assay. These results indicate that RCK50 has no genotoxic potential under these experimental conditions. Acute oral toxicity studies of RCK50 were carried out in ICR mice of both sexes. RCK50 did not show acute oral toxicities and LD_50 values were over 2.850 ㎎/㎏ in ICR mice.

四君子湯, 四物湯, 十全大補湯 및 補中益氣湯이 cisplatin 投與로 誘發된 體重減少와 血液變化에 미치는 影響

To investigate the side effects of cisplatin, We attempted to examine the effects of Sakunjatang(四君子湯), Samultang(四物湯), Sibjeondaebotang(十全大補湯) and Boojunhyikgitang(補中益氣湯), combined with cisplatin. For the purpose of clarifying their action, We observed the body weight, WBC, RBC, platelet and survival ratio in mice and rats. The results were as follows : 1. Administration of Sakunjatang significantly increased the body weight, WBC and RBC in the side effects of cisplatin. 2. Administration of Samultang did not increase the body weight, WBC, RBC and platelet in the side effects of cisplatin. 3. Administration of Sibjeondaebotang significantly increased th body weight, WBC, RBC and platelet in the side effects of cilplatin and prolonged their survival ratio. 4. Administration of Boojungyikgitang did not increase the body weight, WBC, and RBC, but significantly increased the platelet in the side effects of cisplatin. According to the above results it is recognized that the prescription of Boki(補氣) and Bokihyul(補氣血) have therapeutic effects in the side effects of cisplatin.

Ductile coupled flexural wall is the primary seismic load resisting system of buildings. In these systems, connections are generally headed stud bolt connection. The purpose of experimental study is to evaluate the seismic behavior of these connection under cyclic loading. A comprehensive experimental test involving 4 specimens has been performed and this program is used to study the effect of value of moment and edge distance. Through experimental test, the seismic behavior of typical headed stud bolt connections was established.
