        변전소내 지역정보를 이용하여 안정도 향상을 위한 실시간 OLTC 및 커패시터 협조제어 알고리즘

        본 논문은 변전소 내에서 취득된 데이터만을 이용하여 전계통 전압안정도를 확보하기 위한 실시간 변전소내 OLTC(On-Load Tap Changer)와 S.S(Switched Shunt)와의 협조제어 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 전압레벨을 일정한 값으로 유지시키기 위해서 동작하는 OLTC의 제어를 잘못하게 된다면 오히려 계통의 안정도(전압안정도) 를 해치는 결과를 나타낼 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 단일 변전소에서 취득된 데이터만으로 전체 시스템의 상태를 판단할 수 있는 Z-index를 이용하였다. Z-index를 이용하여 시스템을 normal 상태와 abnormal 상태로 구분하였고, 각 상태에 따른 협조제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 알고리즘 검증을 위해서 Hypersim과 matlab simulink를 이용하였다. This paper suggest the on-line coordination control between on-load tap changers and Switched Shunts for ensuring the voltage stability using local data obtained from one substation. Inappropriate control of on-load tap changers that are able to maintain voltage profile might cause unintended result that is harmful to system stability, especially voltage stability. This paper utilizes Z-index that could inform the whole system condition from only one substation data. Simulation is performed using the HYPERSIM that is a digital simulator and matlab simulink to confirm the proposed algorithm.

      • 성공적인 대규모 건설 프로젝트 수행을 위한 프로젝트오피스(Project Office)의 역할에 관한 연구

        "Project Office (PO)" has been recognized to have a role in assisting project organization for the successful implementation of projects. This study tries to identify the role of PO in successfully conducting large-scale construction projects. The application of and the interest in the methodology of project management (PM) in regard to large-scale construction projects have significantly increased. The trend is fundamentally attributable to the understanding that a PM approach has a great deal of advantages in solving the problems of uncertainty caused by limited resources and unpredictable changes in the environment. However. there is a concern that using a PM approach creates difficulties in obtaining knowledge from past projects as a project can only be defined in terms of its distinctive characteristics - temporary and unique. "PO" is a decision support system that works to effectively transfer knowledge from past projects to a new project. In this paper, the general and practical conditions for the use of PO in conducting successful large-scale construction projects are defined and the specific role of PO in such projects is analyzed.

        고유익형 KA2가 적용된 풍력 블레이드의 회전토크와 추력에 익형의 항력이 미치는 영향 분석

        Many studies have been conducted on the design of wind turbine blades and the several forces necessary for the operation of a wind turbine and its integrated load analysis such as thrust and torque generated at the design point. However, studies on the effect on such several forces by the drag force of a horizontal axis wind turbine blade have not been sufficient. The analysis of the drag effect of an airfoil on the rotational torque and thrust of wind turbine blades requires more precise design performance and drive performance of wind turbines. Therefore, it is necessary to review the degree of effect of airfoil drag force on rotational torque and thrust during the development of wind turbine blades. In this study, a wind turbine blade with the original airfoil KA2 was developed and manufactured for a performance test and the drag effect of an airfoil on the rotational torque and thrust of the horizontal axis wind turbine blade was analyzed. It was confirmed that the drag effect on torque is larger than that of thrust and that the effect of the drag force to the lift force is larger from the root to the tip.

        DP Internal Structure of Korean

        This work proposes a structural account of Korean determiner phrase (DP) under the assumption of Minimalist Program. The analysis is first motivated by the question of What’s in the DP? In order to offer an answer to this question, possible DP-internal elements are determined first; they are the head noun and pre/post-nominal modifiers. Examinations of these elements and the interactions among them reveal their positions in the hierarchy of DP structure. Four optional functional categories are found in between the two obligatory projections, NP and DP. Special attention is paid to, first, floating quantifier a popular topic among Korean and Japanese syntacticians, and second, the post-nominal quantifier ta. The data analysis reveals that the numeral phrase projects immediately above the noun phrase, and the classifier phrase takes the numeral phrase as its complement, which many researchers agree. Then, two subsequent quantifier phrases merge in, the higher one of which represents the quantifier ta. All of the functional categories above the NP project post-nominally. Finally, I argue that DP-layer is necessary as the locus of a number of features and the case-assignee.

        기상청 공공데이터를 활용한 대한민국 서해안 일대의 바람자원 분석

        The significance of renewable energy has been on the rise, as evidenced by the 3020 renewable energy plan and the 2050 carbon neutrality strategy, which seek to advance a low-carbon economy by implementing a power supply strategy centered around renewable energy sources. This study examines the wind resources on the west coast of South Korea and confirms the potential for wind power generation in the area. Wind speed data was collected from 22 automatic weather system stations and four light house automatic weather system stations provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration to evaluate potential sites for wind farms. Weibull distribution was used to analyze the wind data and calculate wind power density. Annual energy production and capacity factors were estimated for 15-20 MW-class large wind turbines through the height correction of observed wind speeds. These findings offer valuable information for selecting wind power generation sites, predicting economic feasibility, and determining optimal equipment capacity for future wind power generation sites in the region.

        사회간접자본 민간투자사업의 핵심성공수행 요인분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of infrastructure projects in Korea both theoretically and practically. Most importantly, critical success factors identified in this study could help private sectors succeed in carrying out infrastructure projects. The main methodology used for carrying out this study is the DHP method which is a comprehensive way of using both the Delphi technique and the AHP technique. The Delphi technique extracts critical success factors and subsequent implementation guidelines for infrastructure projects. The AHP technique was used to weigh identified factors and analyze their differences. This study will also provide private enterprises with a road map for proceeding with their projects and improving project performances. By sharing critical success factors with government authorities, infrastructure development policies and regimes could better reflect those success factors. Lastly, the study methodologies and results will serve as a theoretical base to infrastructure studies in the future.
