의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.
인삼이 alcohol 투여백서의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

White rats were given with combined ginseng extract and 40% alcohol(group A) and 40% alcohol(group B), by catheter through Mouth, periode from 1 to 30 th day. Control A and B groups were pretreated wish ginseng entracts for 15 days. The following results were obtained; 1. In red blood cells group A was increased 1 to 30 th day. Group B was increased 1 to 7th day and then decreased 10 to 30th day 2. In serum triglyceride concentration, group A was increased 25∼30 th day but group B. was increased whole period except 3∼7 th day. 3. Decreases of Serum phospholipid and cholestero1 concentrations resulted from pretreament of ginseng extract for 15 days, but interruption or alcohol administration recovered to normallevel immediately. 4. In Serum GOT concentration group B was increased 10 to 30 th day but group A was normal level. 5. In serum protein fractionation albumin and r-globu1in concentrations were increased in both groups. 6. Serum GPT, Thymol turbidity, creatinine, total lipid and alcohol concentrations and liver alcohol dehyrogenase activity were within normal limits in compared to control group.

Recently, We are using B-ISDN(Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network) with backbone based on ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode), the rapid incresement of user for Mobile Computing application and conversion to radio ATM networks had brought by mobile phone, portable computer spread using and extension of multimedia service brought multimedia mobile communications service to increasing the demands. ATM networks gives communication services based on protocol stack with communized the features of wire ATM-network on the whole' structure and has structure supported migratory in radio section. In this paper, we are going to look at services of authentication, access control, confidentiality, integrity and key exchange which are used with solution for privacy detection from an intrusion of persons privacy by illegal intrusion and every threat to user and service suppling company. And we are studying existing mechanism about security service, authentication protocol and data integrity supply in connection with packetization and depacketization about protocol. We are supposed to look at the features of existing wire ATM network, security service application in three plane in chapter 2, the features and basic structure about wireless ATM network which is extended to radio section based on wire ATM comparison and analysis about authentication protocol applied to security constituent matters which should improve in chapter 3. we are propose about security authentication protocol in control plane, one of wireless ATM protocol reference model in chapter 4, results and study direction about proposed contents in chapter 5.

This study was performed to determine the adsorption-desorption characteristics of polyhexame-thyleneguanidine phosphate in three different soil types of textural classification. Adsorption and desorption studies is impotent for prediction their fate and generating essential information on the mobility of chemicals and their distribution in the soil, water and air of our biosphere. The detection limit of the test substance quantified by a spectroscopic method using Eosin indicator was $0.25{\mu}g/mL$. The reproducibility of analytical method was confirmed by the preliminary test. The concentrations of polyhexamethylenequanidine phosphate in aqueous solution were $1.36{\pm}0.09,\;2.45{\pm}0.01,\;and\;$4.25{\pm}0.05{\mu}g/mL$ by a spectroscopic method using Eosin indicator. The adsorption percents of polyhexamethylenequanidine phosphate in soil were greater than 95.2% for all three test soils. The desorption percents from the adsorbed soil were less than 4.5, 4.7 and 4.7%. Therefore, the adsorption coefficient (K) were greater than 110, 111 and 116. The adsorption coefficient calculated as a function of the organic carbon content (Koc) of the test soils were greater than 9,181, 11,100, and 8,942, respectively. Therefore, the test substance, polyhexamethylenequanidine phosphate could be concluded as medium or high adsorption (>25%) and poorly desorption (<75%) in soil media. Therefore, this chemical is likely to be retained in soil media and may not pose a risk in the aquatic environment.
