고혈압 및 심혈관 질환에서의 lipoprotein 분획에 대한 연구

There were studied on the hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, 113 patients, for determination of lipoprotein fractions and serum lipids visiting to the Chunan Soonchunhyang Hospital. The result are obtained as followings : 1. The lipoprotein fractions in hypertension were shown as : α-LP 30.03±7.37%, pre-β-LP 24.22±11.80%, β-LP 45.74±7.49%. 2. The lipoprotein fractions in cardiovascular disease were shown as : α-LP 30.95±6.48%, pre-β-LP 21.93±9.34%, β-LP 46.78±7.38%. 3. Pearson correlation between serum triglyceride and lipoprotein fractions was shown that hypertension is significant except pre-β-LP, and in cardiovascular diseases blood cholesterol is significant with α-and β-LP and blood triglyceride significant with α-and pre-β-LP. 4. To compare between hypertension and cardiovascular diseases difference between both was not shown significant. 5. From the above results both hypertension and cardiovascular diseases were not differentiated from blood cholesterol and triglyceride.

The control objectives in this paper are to move the load of a container crane to its target position and to suppress the transverse vibration of the load. Owing to the fact that the load is hoisted up and down, the crane is modeled as an axially moving string system. The dynamics of the moving string are derived using Hamilton’s principle for systems with changing mass. The Lyapunov function method is used in deriving a boundary control law, where the Lyapunov function candidate takes the form of the total mechanical energy of the system. The boundary control law utilizes the hoisting speed as well as the sway angle of the rope at the gantry side. Through experiment, the effectiveness of the proposed control law is demonstrated particularly in the lift-up process of the load.
