음악활동이 통합 어린이집 발달지체유아의 사회 정서발달에 미치는 영향

The main aim of this study is to verify effectiveness of developmental delay children's social and emotional development by music activities which made of music elements facilitate social and emotional skills in the inclusion setting. Forty children with developmental delay attending a inclusive child-care center participated in 16 sessions consist of 30 minutes from september to february. Intervention was music activities to facilitate social and emotional skills. Study design is pretest-posttest control group design. As results of this study, music activities which facilitate social and emotional development improved the developmental delay children's social emotional development in the inclusion setting. Music activities which facilitate social and emotional skills improved the developmental delay childrens' social interaction, self concepts, social role, expression of emotion. As study results, music activities improved developmental delay children's social and emotional development regardless of sex. Music activities improved developmental delay childrens' social and emotional development related the degree of disability and ages As a conclusion, music activities which facilitate social and emotional development can be effective intervention program to improve childrens' social and emotional development children with developmental delay in inclusion settings. 본 연구는 음악활동이 통합 어린이집 발달지체유아의 사회 정서발달에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 발달지체유아의 개인 변인인 성별, 장애등급, 나이에 따른 음악활동의 영향력을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 통합 어린이집에서 교육을 받고 있는 40명의 발달지체유아를 대상으로 연구를 실시 하였다. 연구 기간은 6개월이었으며 중재는 주 1회 30분씩 총 16회기 간 발달지체유아가 생활하고 있는 본래 학급에서 실시되었다. 중재 프로그램은 사회 정서발달을 유도하는 음악의 요소가 삽입된 음악활동으로 구성하였으며 연구설계는 사전-사후 비교집단 실험설계이었다. 연구결과 음악활동이 발달지체 유아의 사회 정서발달인 타인과의 상호작용 발달, 자아개념 발달, 대처기능 및 사회적 역할 발달, 감정 정서표현 발달에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 음악활동은 성별에 상관없이 발달지체유아의 사회 정서발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 장애등급과 나이에 따라 평균점수는 차이를 보이고 있다. 이상의 연구결과에 비추어 음악활동은 통합 어린이집 발달지체 유아의 사회 정서발달을 위한 프로그램으로서 적용 가능성을 보여주었다는 것에 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

한랭노출과 고혈압의 연관성

Objectives : This study was carried out to suggest preventive methods for hypertension in cold-exposed workers. Methods : In 11 refs·iteration industries, 68 workers working in refrigerated areas more than one time per day were selected as the exposed group, and 68 workers not exposed to cold were selected as the control group. We interviewed the subjects with a questionnaire covering occupational history, and conducted clinical and laboratory tests including measurements of blood pressure and core temperature. Results : The systolic blood pressure in the exposed group(130.0±13.3 mmHg) was significantly higher than that recorded In the control group(118.3±12.1 mmHg), as was the diastolic blood pressure in the exposed group(82.7±8.5 mmHg) versus the control group(77.4±8.7 mmHg). The core temperature in the exposed group(36.1±0.7℃) was significantly lower than that experienced in the control group (36.4±0.5℃). In logistic regression analysis, age, cold exposure severity and milk intake were significant variables, with odds ratios of 5.204(95 % CI 1.440∼18.812), 2.674(95 % CI 1.080∼6.618), and 0.364(95 % Cl 0.141∼0.942) , respectively. Conclusions : Our study suggests that cold-exposed workers have higher a higher risk of hypertension, and that their core temperature is lower. Risk factors affecting hyper-tension of cold-exposed workers include age, cold exposure severity and milk intake. For the prevention of hypertension, cold-exposed workers should minimize cold-exposure time as much as possible.

Bandom Amplified Polymorphic DNAs 기법을 이용한 Bifidobacteria의 신속한 동정

Random Amplified Polymorphic DNAs (RAPD) has been applied to the identification of human intestinal anaerobic Bifidobacteria. Recently, The RAPD technique has been used to analyse DNA polymorphism of genomic DNA from eukaryotes such as plants and animals(1, 3, 4, 10, 11). But there were only several reports on the polymorphism of prokaryotic genomic DNA by using this method(2,7). Total 100 random sequence primers were used in screening of species-specific primer. The oligonucleotide primers were ten bases long and designed to have average G+C contents of 60 mol %. Eight species of Bifidobacteria from human feces were selected. According to conventional method genornic DNA were extracted from each bifidobacterium and then RAPD-PCR was performed. Four primers have produced distinct electrophoretic band patterns, RAPD markers. Especially arbitrary primer # 101 showed species-specific DNA polymorphism for each of Bifidobacterial genomic DNA tested. The arbitrary primer # 101 showed good reproducibility when the PCR conditions were optimized. And also primer # 156, # 174, # 183, have produced amplified PCR products but not for all of the strains tested. Better DNA polymorphism was observed when two arbitrary primers were used in combination.

중압 배전망에서의 전력선 통신을 위한 OFDM 기법의 성능 분석

Recently, PLC (Power Line Communication) on medium voltage power lines have been gaining much attention for high data rate access networking. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) schemes on medium voltage power line channels in the frequency range up to 20 ㎒. We analyze fading characteristics of multi-path channel models for medium voltage power lines, and simulations have been carried out for the OFDM using adaptive bit loading scheme. Simulation results indicate that the OFDM schemes with the adaptive bit loading show good bit error rate performance under harsh medium voltage power lines channel.

브랜딩·스타일링·마케팅을 결합한 스페이스 디자인 프로세스 연구 - 작품‘Fill the Red, Feel the Red'를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 디자인 분야와 마케팅 분야의 전략을 종합하여 전략적 연결점을 찾아내 요소들 간 융합을 이루는 사례를 제시하여 브랜드·스페이스·마케팅에서 새로운 방향성과 아이디어를 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 9월~12월까지 ㈜애경과 산업 연계하여 진행된 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 ‘브 랜딩·스타일링·마케팅’ 교과목에서 도출된 ‘fill the red, feel the red’ 프로젝트를 마케팅 및 디자인 프로세스, 결과물을 도출하여 그 과정들을 밝힌다. 아울러 본 연구는 브랜드 스페이스 마케팅에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해, 브랜드 스페이스(팝업스토어)를 개발 및 스타일링하며 ㈜애경의 화장품 브랜드 ‘LUNA’를 브 랜딩, 스타일, 마케팅적 측면에서 종합적으로 연계하여 도출되는 과정들을 제안함으로서 향후 브랜드 스페이스 디자인과 마케팅 분야에 체계적이고 창의적인 방법들로 결과물을 도출하는데 기초자료로 활용하는데 의의가 있다.

오감(五感)적 요소를 접목한 브랜드 스페이스 연출 계획 -마임 화장품 프레쉬가든을 중심으로-

인간이 갖고 있는 감각 기관은 시각, 청각, 후각, 촉각, 미각의 총 다섯 가지로, 이를 모두 활용 할 때 이상적 공간 상호작용이 가능하다. 본 연구는 화장품의 공간 연출 계획 시 오감적 요소를 접목하여 브랜드 이미지를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <융합연출디자인> 수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 작업물을 정리하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 다양한 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 결합하여 기능적 만족감과 더불어 체험적 만족감 제공하는 오감적 디스플레이를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 오감을 활 용한 뷰티 쇼룸으로 감각을 공간에 어떠한 방식으로 적용할 것인지에 대한 정립을 했다는 데에 의의가 있다. 아울러 다양한 매체와 공간의 개념이 일반화 되어 가는 오늘날 기업 환경 속에서 오감적 체험을 기반으로 한 공간연출은 가상의 공간속에서도 유연하게 적용 가능한 디스플레이 요소로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구는 향후 이와 관련된 쇼룸 공간 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

참돌꽃 근경의 항산화작용

The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidative effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Rhodiola methanol extract was fractionated sequentially with dichloromethane and butanol. Each Rhodiola fraction (water, MeOH, BuOH and CH_2Cl_2 fractions) showed the potent superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and had inhibitory effets on peroxide value of linoleic acid (40~57%) and lipid peroxidation (47~70%) in FE^2+/ascorbate system-induced rat liver microsome. Rhodiola methanol extract also recovered carbon tetrachloride-induced decrease in SOD by 42% and catalase activities by 50%, and had inhibitory effects (54%) on carbon tetrachloride-induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome. These results suggest that Rhodiola sachalinensis has the antioxidative effects.

성인 인터넷 중독자의 기질 특성

Objectives : Since mid-90s there have been numerous studies to understand and establish the concept of internet addiction as one of diagnostic classifications in psychiatry. Among them, many studies on the personality characteristics of internet addiction have been conducted. Recently, interests are expanding to temperament characteristics of internet addictors but the subjects have been limited to adolescents, In this study, the temperament characteristics of internet addiction in adults were investigated using Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ). Methods : 430 participants (189 males, 241 females) answered the on-line and off-line questionnaires from January to December in 2005. Participants completed questionnaires on demography and the onset of internet use, Young's Internet Addiction Scale and Korean Contracted Version of Cloninger's Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ). Rcsults : There were statistically significant differences in age, marital status, occupation, psychiatric history, smoking history, alcohol history and onset age of internet use among non-addiction, overuse and addiction groups by Young's scale. Of the TPQ items harm avoidance (HA) scores were significantly higher in addiction and overuse groups than non-addiction group. Reward dependence (RD) scores were significantly lower in addiction group than non-addiction group. Novelty seeking (NS) scores were significantly higher in addiction group than non-addiction group. Conclusion : This study suggests a significant difference of novelty seeking in temperament characteristics between adults and adolescents with internet addiction. Further studies are expected for profound understanding of internet addiction.

Southern Blot Hybridization법을 이용한 악성 림프종의 면역유전형에 관한 연구

Immunogenotyping using gene rearrangement analysis has emerged as a precise laboratory aid in the diagnosis and classification of malignant Iymphoid neoplasms. The lineage and clonality of the malignant Iymphoid neoplasms can be identified by the demonstration of rearrangements of antigen receptor genes of the immunoglobulin and T-cell receptor genes. The analysis of the gene rearrangements on the malignant Iymphoid neoplasms are also useful as a sensitive unique clonal markers to detect early recurrence in patients with malignant Iymphoid neoplasms after treatment. To analyze the sensitivity and specificity of gene rearrangements in the diagnosis of malignant Iymphoid neoplasms. 24 cases of malignat Iymphoma were examined by Southern blot hybridization using CTβ-T cell receptor β chain gene-DNA probe and JH-immunoglobulin heavy chain gene-DNA probe. The results of the immunogenotypings using Southern blot hybridization disclosed high correlation between the immunophenotyping using immunohistochemical stain with monoclonal antibodies (B-cell Iymphoma 84.2%. T-cell Iymphoma 75% ). The analysis of the gene rearrangement of the angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AILD) and unclassifiable Iymphoma using immunohistochemical stain could resolve the monoclonality and lineage . Rearranged bands to the CTβDNA probe were observed in one case out of 2 cases of AILD. One case of unclassifiable Iymphoma showed rearranged bands to the CTβ DNA probe. There were no rearrangements in reactive follicular Iymphoid hyperplasia and paracortical Iymphoid hyperplasia. In conclusion, DNA gene rearrangement study should be applied to differentiate the clonality and cell lineage in the malignant Iymphoma with indistinctive immunophenotype.
