      • 용운동일디(대전시 동구)의 식물상에 관한 연구

        대전대학교 일대 용운동지역은 해발 130m-317m로서 지리적으로는 북위 36° 19′ 30″-36° 21′ 30″, 동경 127° 27′ 30″-127° 28′ 30″에 위치하며, 남쪽으로는 식장산, 북쪽으로는 계족산이 위치한다. 1998년 4월부터 2001년 5월까지 본 지역의 관속식물을 채집 ? 조사한 결과 조사지역내에 분포하는 관속식물은 1문, 2아문, 4강, 35목, 94과, 291속, 431종, 1아종, 73변종, 10품종, 2잡종 등 총 517분류군으로 나타났다. 조사지역내 우리나라 특산식물은 4과, 6속 등 총 6분류군으로 조사지역내 분포하는 517분류군중 약 1.16%에 이르며, Polygonatum lasianthum var, coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koeana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai, Weigela subsessilis L.H Bailey이다 . 또한 귀화식물은 17과, 38속, 44종, 2변종 등 총 46분류군으로 조사지역내 전체 출현종 517분류군의 8.9%에 달하며, 우리나라 전체 귀화식물종 177분류군의 26%이다. The investigated area including Daejeon Universi쇼 is 130 - 317 meter above the sea level and located at 3” 19’ 30” - 36“21‘ 30” N in latitude, at 127‘ 27’ 30” - 127' 28' 30" E in longitude, and on the northern border of Mt. Shikjangsan and on the southbound of Mt. Gyejoksan, Daejeon. The results of vascular plant collection and their investigation from April in 1998 to May in 2001 are as follows: The vascular plants collected and investigated consist of total 517 taxa; 2 hybrids, 10 forms, 73 varieties, 1 subspecies. 431 species, 291 genera, 94 families, 35 orders, 4 classes, 2 subphyla. In this area the Korean endemic plants are 6 taxa (1.16% among total 517 taxa): Polygonaturn Iasianthum var. coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koreana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai and Weigela subsessilis L.H. Bailey. Also. the naturalized plants are 46 taxa (8.9% among total 521 taxa and 26% among the total naturalized plants in Korea).

        부모의 양육태도가 청년의 정신병리에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 장정신체검사용 정신과 집단선별검사 개발을 위한 연구(5) A Series of Studies to Establish Psychiatric Screening Test for Conscripts(5)

        Relationships between parental bonding patterns and psychopathology were examined. 347 healthy young men, who had both parents, completed both the Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI) and the Symptom Check List-90-Revised(SCL-90-R). Relations between two sets of variables were examined by means of the Pearson's correlation coefficient. It was suggested that the relationship with their mothers had more influence on the psychopathology of young men than the relationship with their fathers. And, then, the subjects were classified into 4 groups by maternal bonding patterns in terms of the overprotection and the care. The scales of somatization, obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoia, psychosis were significantly higher in group 4, whose mothers had been overprotective and less careful, than in group 2, whose mothers had been careful and not overprotective. The scales of depression, anxiety, paranoia, and psychosis were significantly higher in group 3, whose mothers had been less careful and not overprotective, than in group 2. The scale of paranoia was significantly higher in group 1, whose mothers had been careful and overprotective, than in group 2. The results supported that among 4 maternal bonding types, the high care-low overprotection type had most favorable influence on the psychopathology of the young men, and the low care-high overprotection one had worst influence on the psychopathology of young men.

        액취증 수술중 한선절제술에 대한 장기추적조사

        We have no doubt the fundamental way solving osmidrosis is surgical excision, and various operative technique have been introduced. Resection of the sweat glandular layer in the axillae is attactive because of certain advantages. Sensation and sweating begins to return between 6 weeks and 3 years postoperatively. For this reason, several previous reports on the resection procedure of sweat glands were inadequate because the period of follow up were too short. A follow up study using the questionnaire was done from 36 to 60 months postoperatively in the 24 cases of the patients and the following results were obtained: 1) There was no more foul odor from axillae. 2) Although there was a remarkable decrease in axillary sweating, moisture was preserved because sebaceous and eccrine glands were partially retained. 3) Axillary hairs were scanty, compared to the preoperative condition. 4) The operative scar was invisible 5) There was no motion limitation of the axillae. 6) All the patients were satisfied with the results of the operation. We can recommend the superiority of this resection procedure of sweat glands above other surgical technique with the above results.

        Mirizzi's syndrome is a rare complication of the gallstone disease, characterized by narrowing of the common bile duct (CBD) due to chronic extrinsic compression of an impacted gallstone in the cystic duct or the neck of the gallbladder. The impacted gallstone may erode into the bile duct, causing cholecystocholedochal fistula. The patients generally have history of repeated attacks of jaundice and abdominal pain. But there is no report about asymptomatic Mirizzi syndrome with cholecystocholedochal fistula which were found incidentally. So herein we present our clinical experience with a case of asymptomatic Mirizzi syndrome with cholecystocholedochal fistula in a young female.

        알코올중독 환자의 예후 예측에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 사회문화적 및 심리적 변인을 중심으로

        Objects : The purpose of the study was to identify the prognosis-predicting indicators in alcoholics by the correlations between prognosis and sociocultural, psychological factors and drinking history. Methods : The subjects were composed of 50 alcoholics including 25 psychiatric inpatients(drinking group) and 25 alcoholics abstinent for 6 months or more after discharge(abstinent group). They were investigated with interview, questionnaire and review of their charts. Results : The results were as follows : 1) Abstinent group showed higher percentage of marriage and more stable martial status than drinking group. 2) Abstinent group got more stable employments before abstinence than drinking group. 3) Abstinent group had been admitted more voluntarily and had therapeutic participation, such as alcoholics anonymous or outpatient care, than drinking group after discharge. 4) Abstinent group had longer maximal length of abstinence than drinking group. Conclusions : With the above results, the authors think that social stability, attitude toward the treatment, therapeutic participation after discharge and maximal length of abstinence could be the important prognosis-predicting indicators for alcoholic.

      • 석탄폐석의 흡착능 개발 및 흡착제로의 활용방안 연구

        본 연구는 폐기물의 형태로 현재 산과 계곡에 투기되어 있는 석탄페석을 이용하여 중금속 흡착과 난분해성 COD 및 색도제거 가능성을 검토하고, 간단한 열처리를 통한 흡착능 개발 실험을 위하여 수행되었다. 실험 결과 천연상태의 석탄폐석은 약 20∼30%의 중금속 흡착능을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 탄화 공정인 간단한 열처리 만으로도 약 2 ∼ 5배의 흡착능 향상이 이루어졌다. 그리고 석탄폐석의 열처리 조건 변화에 따른 중금속 흡착능 실험에서는 500℃ 에서 6시간 반응시킨 것이 가장 우수하였다. 칼럼실험에 있어 기존의 입상활성탄 보다 처리효율이 저조하나 석탄폐석은 무가공 상태로도 약 30 ∼ 60%의 COD 및 색도를 제거할 수 있었다. 500℃에서 6시간 열처리된 폐석의 컬럼실험에서 생물학적 유출수의 색도 제거에 우수함을 알 수 있었으며, 중금속 및 COD제거에 있어서는 여과 속도에 따라 많은 차이를 보였다. 본 연구에서는 열처리 공정만 적용한 기초 실험이였으나, 석탄폐석의 흡착제 개발의 가능성을 알 수 있었으며, 활성화 공정을 적용할 경우 흡착능은 더욱 향상될 것으로 판단된다. This reaserch aims to remove the heavy metals, NBDCOD, and color using the coal waste. The expermental by heat treatment. was performed to advance the adsorption capacity. The results are as follows ; ⅰ) The coal waste had the adsorption capacity of heavy metals and the rates were in the range of 20 to 30 percents. ⅱ) The heat treatment was the optimum condition that the reaction time was 6 hours at 500 ℃. ⅲ) In the column experimental, non-treated coal waste removed the COD and color in the range of 20 to 60 percents. ⅳ) Heat-treated coal waste showed the high removal rate of the color in biological effluent, but heavy metal and COD removal rates were changed by the filteration rates.

      • 부산지역 강하먼지 중 불용성 중금속 함유량

        ■ Objectives The purpose of this study was to estimate qualitatively various bulk deposition flux of insoluble heavy metal components by applying regional and seasonal distribution. our institution from January 1980 to December 31th, 2001. ■ Materials and Methods Dustfall particles were collected by the modified American dust jar (wide inlet bottle type) at 6 sampling sites in Pusan area from March, 1999 to February, 2000. Five chemical species (Cd, Cr, Mn, Ni and Pb) were analyzed by AAS(Perkin-Elmer 4100ZL). ■ Results The mean values of each heavy metal concentrations were Cd for 3.947 g/㎢/month, Cr for 0.191 ㎏/㎢/month, Mn for 0.375 ㎏/㎢/month, Ni for 0.176 ㎏/㎢/month, and Pb for 0.823 ㎏/㎢/month. ■ Conclusions Insoluble heavy metal amount of regional variations were found in order of industrial zone, coastal zone, commercial zone, agricultural zone and residential zone.

        The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.

        Improvement of Ga distribution with Sb incorporation for two-step low-temperature processing of CIGSe thin film solar cells

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this study, the application of Sb incorporation for low-temperature (≤ 450 °C) processing of Cu(In,Ga)Se<SUB>2</SUB> (CIGSe) solar cells is explored. At low reaction temperature, most Ga remains at the back of the film adjacent to the Mo back contact. We observed that the incorporated Sb enhanced grain size and improved device performance compared with similarly processed CIGSe films made without Sb. From the energy-dispersive spectroscopy analysis and secondary ion mass spectrometry results, it was determined that elemental Ga accumulation at the back of the reacted film after the two-step selenization process was significantly alleviated owing to Sb incorporation. Significant Sb-induced grain size enhancement was confirmed using cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy. The electronic and optical properties of the Sb incorporated CIGSe films were examined with admittance spectroscopy and fluorescence lifetime imaging techniques.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Electronic and microstructure properties of CIGSe films were studied. </LI> <LI> Enhanced grain growth in CIGSe thin films was observed with Sb. </LI> <LI> Sb diffusion during annealing at low temperature can facilitate Ga mass transfer. </LI> <LI> Sb incorporating in CIGSe thin films increased carrier lifetimes. </LI> <LI> Sb incorporating increases conversion efficiency in CIGSe solar cells. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
