초기 불완전을 고려한 얇은 판 보의 비선형 유한요소해석

얇은 판 부재의 초기 불완전을 고려한 비선형 유한요소해석을 행하고 이를 기존의 실험 결과와 다른 해석치와 비교하였다. 유한요소 해석의 유형은 부재의 결함이 전혀 없는 부재의 해석과 부재 두께의 1/2에 해당되는 국부적인 초기 불완전을 고려한 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 국부적인 초기 불완전과 함께 부재길이의 1/150에 해당하는 전체적인 초기 불완전을 고려한 해석을 행하고 이 해석들을 실험 결과와 비교 고찰하였다. 부재 길이가 짧은 경우에는 해석과 실험 결과가 잘 일치하였고, 부재 길이가 긴 경우에는 다소의 오차가 발생하였다. Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis considering initial imperfection of thin-walled beams are used to investigate the behavior of thin-walled beams. Three types of initial imperfection analysis consists of perfect ; only local ; and local-global type, respectively. As a local type of initial imperfection 1/2 of member thickness is introduced and for a global type of initial imperfection 1/150 of member length. The initial imperfection analysis on the load-displacement relationship of thin-walled beams is compared with results of experiment. In case of relatively short beams, this analysis is well agree with experiment.

This study was aimed to investigate and analyze the cause of injury, symtoms, the region, the ways of prevention and others which have been resulted from the training or game of the athletes of the game event in order to be used as the basic materials in exploring the effective ways of minimizing the injury during the play The followings are the results from the above investigation and analysis conducted by practical ways. 1) Of the causes of the injury from sports, carelessness of the atheletes showed the highist rate of reply by 60 players(22.81%) while fatigue(extreme training) by 48 players(18.25%) , loosened attention by 33 players(12.5%) and show-off of the capacity of the athletes and lack of preparatory exercise by 27 players(10.27%) , a comparative high rate of reply 2) As the ways of preventions the injury, 48 players(18.25%) answered that mental concentration and burden of making record should be reduced by highest rate of reply while 45 players(17.11%) replied that the skill should be elevated, 28 players(10.65%)recovery from fatigue and 23 players(8.75%) perioddical physical examination. 3) When asked the case of the symtoms of injury exeperienced by the athletes as of now,the blister of the skin injury showed 1206 cases(35.33%) , and muscel blow of the injury of muscle and tendon was 1474 cases(33.82%), and broken bone of the bone injury was 1301 Cases(57.41%), and the Sprain of the injury of joint W3S 495 cases(30%), and neuralgia of the nerve and sense organs was 520 cases(38.15%) showing the highest rate of reply. 4) When asked on the experience of injury, Taekwondo athletes had injury at the jount of hand by 325 cases(10.98%), Judo players at the calf of the leg by 425 cases(9.75%). and at the below part of the (ace by 385 cases(13.36%). Wrestlers at the shoulder and neck by 295 cases(9.84%) showing highest rate of reply, and generally they and injury at the joint of hand by 1021 cases(7.77%),leg joint 960 cases(7.31%) and showulder 950 cases(7.23%) 5) When asked the ways of medical treatment after sot injured, 84 players(31 94%) were treated by orthopedy, and when asked the duration after injury, 99 players(37.64%) have been treated immediately and emergency treatment ways showed that 87 players(38.08%) treated for themselves, and the period of being injured has shown that they sot injured during the practice by 131(49.81%), and the time of being injured was at the afternoon training by 156 players (59.31%) , and the place of injury was at the regular place of contestgame by 184 players(69.96%) by highest rate of reply.
항진균성 항생물질을 생산하는 Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4083의 분리 및 동정

전국 각지의 토양에서 441균주의 방선균을 분리한 결과 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Nanniza otae 및 Pyricularia oryzae 등의 진균에 광범위한 항진균활성을 나타내는 방선균 NA-4803을 선발하여 그 균주의 동정을 실시하였다. 분리균주 NA-4803은 Gram 양성세균 4균주, Gram 음성세균 2균주, 효모 2균주, 곰팡이 5균주, 조류 1균주에 대해 약한 항균활성을 보이는 반면, 곰팡이 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Nanniza otae 및 Pyricularia oryzae에 대해서는 비교적 강한 항진균활성을 나타내었다. 분리균주 NA-4803은 생리적 특성, 항균활성, lectithinase 및 lipolytic 활성, 각종 유기물의 분해력, 항생물질에 대한 저항성, 온도, pH 및 화학저해제의 첨가에 따른 생육, 질소원의 이용성 및 탄소원의 이용성 등에 있어서 cluster group F에 속하며 Cluster No. 58에 해당하는 Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum과 가장 유사하게 비교·동정되었으나 nitrate 환원성의 양성반응, L-tyrosine 분해력의 음성반응 및 cephaloridine에 대한 저항성에 음성반응을 보였고, 탄소원 중 L-rhamnose와 inulin을 이용하는 것으로 보아 Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum과 다른 특성을 나타내었다. 따라서 분리균주 NA-4803은 Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4803으로 동정되었다. The aim of the present research program was to develop a strain of actinomycetes producing antifungal substance. Soil samples were collected from various sites in Korea and a number of actinomycetes were isolated from the soil samples by applying selective agar for actinomycetes. Among over 440 isolates, a strain (NA-4803) producing antifungal substance against Trichophyton spp. Nannizzia otae and Pyricularia oryzae was selected. The strain NA-4803 was identified as strain similar to Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum with respect to morphological and physiological characteristics, lecithinase and lipolytic activity, degradation of organic compounds, resistance to antibiotics and utilization of carbon and nitrogen sources. But it showed some differences such as positive reaction of nitrate reduction, negative reaction of L-tyrosine degradation, resistance to cephaloridine, and utilization of I rhamnose and inulin. The strain NA-4803 was named as Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4803.

This study was conducted to invastigate the effect of everyday life stress level and temporary physical activity by the stress on stress-related hematologic indices. The subjects were 83 male older aged men and they were received a questionaire about everyday life stress level and temporary physical activity by the stress and collected whole blood after overnight fasting state. Obtained results were as follows: 1. CRP level CRP level of MS group was significantly increased compared to SS group(p<.05). However, CRP level between PA and NP was not significant difference. 2. Cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid level Cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid level of MS group was significantly increased compared to SS group(p<.05). However, Cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid level between PA and NP was not significant difference. 3. WBC counts WBC counts of MS group was significantly increased compared to SS group(p<.05). However, WBC counts between OP and PA was not significant difference. From these results, increased stress in everyday life aggravate blood components related cardiovascular risk factors and immune system. In addition, acute exercise for stress attenuation does not improve blood components related cardiovascular risk factors and immune system. In summary, regular exercise and optimal nutrition and rest will be attenuate cardiovascular risk factors and immune system.
자기공명 분석법을 이용한 백서 피판의 대사에 대한 연구

Innumerable techniques have been used to measure, index, or predict the viability of skin flaps after elevation. However, these are largely indirect and don't accurately reflect the events that occur at kthe cellular level. A method was sought that gives direct, reproducible, and accurate data about physiological and biochemical changes that occur during flap elevation. Because of its ability to monitor changes in the levels of high energy phosphorus metabolites(ATP, or adenosine triphosphate, PC or phosphocreatine, Pi or inorganic phosphate), 31-P magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) holds promise of providing direct assessment of the metabolic status and biochemical changes that occur during skin flap elevation. MRS monitoring was performed on three portions of raised random pattern skin flaps of 5 rats. The spectrometer used for 31-P nuclear magnetic resonance analysis was a Bruker Biospec(4.7 Tesla) system, and a modified surface coil constructed of two layers of copper coil was used. The results have validated the ability of 31-P MRS to : 1. define the regional flxes in the levels of ATP, PCr, and Pi in skin flaps. 2. demonstrate that, of these, PCr levels represent the most sensitive indicator of flap well being. 3. measure intracellular pH through the chemical shift of the Pi resonance. 4. establish predictive correlations between profile of normal, compromised, and failing skin flaps and have thus prepared the way for noninvasive in vivo topical magnetic resonance investigations of flaps.
