쑥갓의 지상부를 MeOH로 추출하고, 추출물을 EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 물로 분배, 추출하였다. n-BuOH분획으로부터 silica gel 및 ODS column chromatography를 반복하여 배당체를 분리하였다. 화합물의 화학구조는, MNR 및 MS 등의 스펙트럼을 해석하여 1-o-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-hexenol으로 동정하였다. The aerial parts of Garland (Chrysanthemum coronarium L.) were extracted in MeOH and solvent fractionated with EtOAc, n-BuOH and water, successively. n-BuOH fraction gave a glycoside compound through application of silica gel column chromatographies including ODS. The chemical structure of the glycoside was determined by the interpretation of several spectral data, including NMR and MS as O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-hexenol (1).

Due to the rapid increase of the elderly population, promoted desire for recreational activities in old age and so emerging importance ofLeisure welfare facilities for the elderly. Although Senior community centers playing an important role in old people leisure life arequantitative resources occupying majority of the Leisure welfare facilities for the elderly. there are many problems of managing programs,aging facilities, small spaces and so on. So, many facilities are used as simple meeting places of old people without solution aboutqualitative problem. Also, because of negative perceptions of people about Senior community center socially, desires of using Seniorcommunity center of old generation will decrease. In order to perfectly play a role of Leisure welfare facilities for the elderly, we need toreview regulations about facility and program of Senior community center and suggest ways to resolve these problems. According to thesenecessity, Integration senior community centers appeared as a new concept. These centers compensate the physical defects through integratingsmall Senior community center. Through dividing function and service of senior welfare and forming networks between Senior communitycenter and Senior welfare center, these centers set a goal of increasing quantitative and qualitative improving of leisure life of old people. 이 연구는 경로당, 노인복지관으로 구분되어 있는 노인여가복지시설 간에 네트워크를 형성하기 위해 제시된 거점경로당이라는 시설에 대한 내용을 담고 있다. 거점경로당이라는 시설의 필요성과 경로당 – 노인복지관의 중간조직적인 개념에 대해 정리하였다. 기존 경로당을 중심으로 노인여가복지시설을 연결시키려는 경로당 활성화 방안이나 노인복지서비스의 네트워크 형성에 대한 연구들을 토대로 새로운 시설의 설치기준이나 특징들을 살펴보고자 한다. 선행연구에서 제시하는 거점경로당의 특징을 분석하여 제시된 시설을 유형별로 분류한다. 분류된 유형들의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴보고, 노인여가복지시설에서 거점경로당이라는 시설의 위치와 가능성에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.

The aerial parts of Chrysanthemum coronarium L. were extracted with MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned using EtOAc, n-BuOH, and H2O, successively. Repeated column chromatography of the EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions gave a new heterocycle, 5,5'- dibuthoxy-2,2'-bifuran (1) along with five known compounds: methyl trans-ferulate (2), prunasin (3), sambunigrin (4), pterolactam (5), and adenosine (6), which were identified by several spectroscopic methods including NMR and MS. This paper is the first report on the isolation of these compounds from C. coronarium L. The IC50 values of compound 1 for human Acyl- CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase (hACAT)-1 and hACAT-2 were 0.16 mM and 0.19 mM, respectively. Compound 2 inhibited low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation with an IC50 value of 7.7 μM
Antioxidant and Antiatherogenic Activity of cis-Hinokiresinol from Trapa pseudoincisa

cis-Hinokiresinol, also known as (+)-nyasol, was isolated for the first time from an aquatic herbaceous plant, Trapa pseudoincisa NAKAI, via silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies. The chemical structure was determined via analyses of the spectroscopic data, including NMR, MS and IR. cis-Hinokiresinol was also found to exhibit antioxidant and antiatherogenic activities. The IC50 values for the scavenging activities of cis-hinokiresinol on ABTS cation and superoxide anion radicals were 45.6 and 40.5 µM, respectively. The IC50 values for the inhibitory effects on Lp-PLA2, hACAT1, hACAT2 and LDL-oxidation were 284.7, 280.6, 398.9 and 5.6 µM, respectively.
육두구(Myristica fragrans Houtt)로부터 Phenylpropanoid의 분리

Myristica fragrans Houtt were extracted in 80% aq. MeOH and solvent fractionated using CHCl3, EtOAc, n-BuOH and water, successively. The n-BuOH fraction gave three phenylpropanoids through application of silica gel column chromatographies. The chemical structures of the phenylpropanoids were determined by the interpretation of several spectral data, including NMR and MS as meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (1), nectandrin B (2) and syringin methyl ether (3). Compound 1, which was first isolated from this plant by authors, showed inhibitory activities with 60.02.1% (100 μg/ml), 42.60.9% (140 μg/ml) and 12.20.2% (200 μg/ml) on ACAT(acyl-CoA:Cholesterol Acyltransferase), chitin synthase III and HMG-CoA reductase (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase), respectively. Compound 3 showed inhibitory activities with 27.20.9% (100 μg/ml), 45.50.8% (200 μg/ml) on ACAT and chitin synthase III.

Compounds 2 and 3 have been so far reported only in the aquatic plants, were isolated for the first time from the land plants.
