      • Boron이 첨가된 (NiAl+Ni₃Al)합금의 열처리에 따른 미세조직 변화

        Ni-32at%Al and Ni-34at%Al의 조성을 가진 Ni 알루미나이드계 금속간화합물에서 합금원소로 첨가된 B이 열처리에 어떤 영향을 주며, 그 조직은 어떻게 제어될 수 있는가를 연구하였다. 2상(NiAl+Ni₃Al)합금에서 32Al을 "Ni-rich"로, 34Al을 "Al-rich"로 구분하여 실험을 하였다. 먼저 니켈이 많은 32Al의 주조 조직은 입계를 따랄 두꺼운 ? 상이 석출하고, 입계의 크기를 미세화 시켰다. 알루니늄이 많은 34Al의 경우는 입계의 효과가 미비하며, 입내에 blockly ? 상의 석출을 억제하고, 32Al의 경우와 같이 입계의 성장을 억제하였다. 열처리로는 0.5at% Boron이 첨가된 Ni-31∼35at%Al 조성에서 1350℃/14hrs/수냉 처리를 하여, 32Al에서만 B의 첨가효과에 의해 입계의 ? 상의 석출이 강화된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 입내의 석출상을 제어하기 위한 열처리로는 균질화 처리 후 800℃에서 유지하여 ? 상이 미세하게 석출하도록 하였으며, 니켈이 많은 조성과 알루미늄이 많은 조성을 B의 첨가 효과와 함께 비교하였다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 알루니늄이 많은 조성에서의 B의 첨가량 증가에 의한 입계의 강화와 입내의 미세조직의 제어가 기대된다. Microstructure changes via heat treament in Ni-32at%Al and Ni-34at%Al were investigated to understand the effect of boron addition. On as-cast 32at%Al, Al-rich 2 phase(NiAl+Ni₃Al) alloy, it is found that ? thick layer along the grain boundary was formed and grain size was fined by Boron addition. Boron effect on grain boundary at as-cast 34at%Al, Al rich 2phase alloy, is insufficinet, but grain was fined and blockly precipitation inside grain was limited by boron addition. After heat treament, 1359℃/14hrs/water quenching, in Ni-31∼35atAl, added 0.5at% Boron was found to be efficient only in Ni-32at%Al by forming ? thick layer along the grain boundary. Isothermal treament at 800℃ was performed in different ways to compare boron added alloy. On the whole, it was found that the effects of boron addion are fine microstructure and limitation of blockly ? inside the grain. In addition, effect on grain boundary in Ni-34at%Al after aging was insufficient as well as its as-cast microstructure.

      • 폐혈관상이 유지된 선천성 낭성 선종양 기형

        선천성 낭성 선종양 기형은 태생 16주 이후 말단세기관지의 형성이 중단되어 미성숙기관지들과 중배엽성분들이 과도하게 증식하여 발생하는 드문 선천성 폐질환이다. CT소견은 낭종의 크기 숫자, 내용물 등에 따라 다양하나, 병변내에 정상적인 폐혈관이 보인 예는 전세계적으로 보고된 적이 없었다. 저자들은 역동적 흉부 CT상 균일한 저음영의 병변내에 정상 폐혈관상이 유지된 선천성 낭성 선종양 기형 1예를 경험하였기에 보고한다. Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation(CCAM) is a rare pulmonary disease that is thought to be developed by abnormal proliferation of immature alveoli and other mesenchymal component from the abrupt halting of the terminal alveoli formation after 16 weeks of gestation. On CT scan, there are no consistencies regarding to size, numbers, and its contents but no cases were reported in past showing normal pulmonary vascularities.       • 기흉 후 발생한 뇌동맥 공기 색전증 : 1예 보고

        뇌혈관내 공기 색전증은 뇌혈관 조영술, 혈관내 도자술 시행시 발생하여 매우 심각한 합병증을 유발할 수 있다. 그러나 기흉의 합병증으로 발생한 경우는 보고된 적이 없다. 저자들은 기흉에 의하여 발생한 뇌혈관내 공기 색전증 1예를 경험하였기에 보고한다. Cerebral arterial air embolism is a potentially fatal event that may occur during the cerebral angiography and intravascular catheterization. The CT findings of cerebral arterial air embolism following pneumothorax have not been reported. We report a case of cerebral arterial air embolism following pneumothorax, and describe the CT findings.

        전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합 필름의 특성 및 산소 투과도 연구

        Na^(+)-MMT로부터 제조한 생분해성 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 기계적 특성, 열적 특성, 그리고 산소 투과성을 연구하였다. XRD와 TEM의 결과로부터 고분자의 삽입으로 인하여 실리케이트 층간 간격이 증가하였으며, 또한 삽입형 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료임을 확인하였다. 합성된 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 경우 적은 양의 MMT로부터 기계적 특성과 열적 안정성이 우수함을 보였다. 그리고 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 산소 투과성은 고분자 매트릭스에 분산되어 있는 몬모릴로나이트에 의하여 현저히 저하됨을 보여주었다. Mechanical property. thermal property. and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Pectin/Starch-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na-MMT, have been studied X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments on polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Starch/Pectin/monotmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small amount of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability- and mechanical property of Starch/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. Oxygen permeability of Starch/Pectin/montmorillonite composite was generally lower than that of pectin/starch.

      • MPEG 동영상의 운동 해석 및 분류

        This paper presents the methodology of analyzing and classifying the image motion for MPEG video data. Motion analysis is composed of the following steps: (1) the extraction of macroblock motion vectors of I, P, B picture, (2) the decomposition of image region, and (3) the composition of motion vector field. Subsequently, using the motion vector field, we classify a variety of image motions being composed of static image, object-moving image, camera-moving image, and object/camera-moving image. Additionally, the moving direction of object and/or camera can be found. Our proposed method has the advavtage of replacing apriori assumption that has been frequently used by conventional computer wision methods. We tested diverse MPEG data to examine the performance of our proposed method. The experimental results show that our method works reasonably well for many MPEG video data.

        With the rapid progress of digital products and image processing techniqes, there have been efforts to change conventional photo shops into digital photo shops. Compared with the former, the digital phto shop makes use of a variety of digital products such as computer, digital camera, scanner and digital printer. In this paper, we present one of such efforts, in which we use digital image processing techniques for digital photo shop being compoesed of many digital products. The main part of the system is the digital imge processing techniques. As well, our digital photo shop provides additional functionalities for synthesized pictures, badge, mug-cup and sticker employing chroma key and other special processing techniques.

        미세혈관 문합술을 이용한 절단된 귀 재접합 치험례:1례보고

        The auricle is frequently exposed to trauma due to its protruding anatomical position and it is sometimes severed completely. Many kinds of techniques such as composite graft or cartilage preservation methods for the reattachment or reconstruction of and amputated ear have been tried. But their indications are limited and results are not satisfactory. For the complete survival of ear cartilage and skin of the amputated part, microvascular replantation is known as the best procedure. But cases of successful replantations have been rare until now, because of technical difficulties due to the small size of auricular vessels and uncertain vascular anatomy. In 1980, Pennington et al. reported the first successful microvasclar replantation of a totally avulsed ear using vein graft. After that about 10 cases of world wide successful micro replantation of servered ears were reported. Here, we report a case of a successful replantation of a completely amputated lower half of auricle including the ear lobule due to a human bite. Replantation was done by direct anastomosis of transected peripheral branches of the posterior auricular artery and vein without vein graft. We again emphasize that, in spite of the technical difficulties and long operative time, successful replantation of an amputated ear with microvascular surgery is superior to any other methods of reattachment or reconstruction.
