      • 갯쑥부쟁이(Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.))의 감마방사선 감수성과 M1 세대 형질변동 특징

        제주도에서 자생하는 갯쑥부정이(Heteropappus hispidus(Thunb.))에 감마선을 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400Gy 수준으로 나누어서 조사한 뒤 발아율 및 발아 30일 후의 본엽 출현을, LD_(50), 본엽길이, 줄기부분의 안토시아닌 색소 형성 유무, 생육 60일 후의 로젯형 엽, multi-shoot 형성율, 초장, 채화 결실율등의 주요 양적형질들을 생존개체를 대상으로 실시하였다. 120Gy 까지의 발아율은 88.5%로 대조구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 160Gy 이상에서 부터는 급격히 감소하여 치사선량(LD_(50))은 160Gy 범위 정도였다. 또한, 본엽 출연율과 그 길이는 조사선량이 높아질수록 억제되었다. 안토시아닌 색소 형성은 조사전량이 높을수록 대조구 2%에서 30%로 높아졌으며 로젯형도 고선량 처리구에서 발생하였다. Multi-shooting은 80Gy 이상일 때 부터 나타났으며 multi-shooting을 형성하는 개체들은 초장은 짧고 줄기는 가늘게 다발형으로 자라는 특성이 있어서 만일 형질이 고정된다면 화분 관상용 개체로 선발하기에 적합하였다. 특히, 조사선량이 증가됨에 따라서 안토시아닌 색소 형성, 로젯형 개체, multi-shoot등의 개체가 많이 출현되었는데 이는 돌연변이 유기의 선발지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The seeds of naturally growing Heteropappus hispidus Thunb were treated by nine different doses(0, 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400㏉) of gamma rays to investigate their germination rate and to quantify the characteristics of their germinated plant as like as leaf appearance and length, the formation rate of anthocyanin color in stem 30 days after germination, the formation rate of rosette leaf and multi-shoot, the flowering and seed-bearing, and shoot length. The germination rate at least up to 120 ㏉ was not greatly affected but was rapidly decreased at over 160 ㏉. It seemed that lethal dose(LD_(50)) of germination was 160 ㏉. The leaf appearance and growth was also inhibited, but the formation rate of anthocyanin color in the flower stem was enhanced up to 30% with dose. The rosette plants were observed in plants irradiated with higher than 40 ㏉. Multi-shoots were developed over 80 ㏉. For a short shoot length and bundle of thin stem, it was considered that they can be selected as the potential pot flower plants, through genetic fixation. In particular, it was suggested that the formation of anthocyanin color in flower stem, rosette and multi-shoot plants induced by the morphologically markers for the mutant selection of Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.)

        In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support model for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.

        만화 과제를 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 사회인지 능력의 측정

        Objectives : This study is to investigate the hypothesis that schizophrenic patients have difficulty in inferring mental state of others. Methods : Twenty schizophrenic patients and twenty normal subjects were administered to the Cartoon Task required inferring the character's intention in a given context. Results : The schizophrenic patients showed a statistically significant impairment in the Cartoon Task. Both groups chose the card depicting a frequent everyday action significantly more rather than the similar card to the last picture in each story for wrong answers. Conclusion : These preliminary results suggest that schizophrenia is associated with a specific deficit of the cognitive ability referred to as social cognition, and this deficit can be detected not only in the acute phase as found in previous research studies, but also in remission. Also when subjects fail to appreciate what is going on in the minds of other people, they seem to rely on a socially familiar experience.

        Tsutsugamushi disease is an acute febrile illness caused by Orientie. tsutsugsmushi. It is characterized by fever, myalgia, lymphadenopathy, and rash. And it can be easily diagnosed by characteristic eschar and serologic testing. Nearly all of the patients with tsutsugamushi disease improve with antibiotics such as doxycycline. However, the fatality rate of untreated cases is seven to ten percent. Splenic infarction is not common disease which is caused by occlusion of the main splenic artery or any of its branches. It is mainly caused by emboli that arise from cardiovascular disease, but sometimes by regional thrombosis associated with leukemia, myeloproliferative disorder, sickle cell anemia, pancreatitis, splenic torsion and septicemia. We experienced one case of tsutsugamushi disease with splenic infarction, which was improved after doxycycline treatment finished.

        저빈도 반복성 경두개 자기자극이 정상인의 시각적 단기 기억에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a novel, noninvasive method of brain stimulation. Since conventional rTMS does not cause seizure, marked advantage over electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), rTMS can be used easily and widely. Once the effects of rTMS on cognitive function are elucidated, its application will be further extended. However, the effects of rTMS on cognitive function have not been well examined. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of low frequencyr TMS on visual short term memory. Methods : Forty normal healthy volunteers were randomly assigned to rTMS (n=20) or sham (n=20) groups. The rTMS group were again randomly divided into left prefrontal (n=10) and right prefrontal (n=10) groups. For each group rTMS was given at 1 Hz for 20 minutes with 100% of motor threshold. As a cognitive task, Corsi Block Tapping Test (CORSI) in the computerized Vienna Test System, which can assess visual short term memory, was performed before, during, and after the rTMS. Results : No significant difference was found in the visual short term memories between the rTMS and the sham groups before, during, or after 1 Hz rTMS, nor between the left and right prefrontal rTMS groups. Conclusion : This study demonstrates that rTMS, contrary to ECT, has no adverse visual short term memory effect when used as the standard treatment paradigm. Therefore, rTMS could be a new and safe treatment method in various neuropsychiathc fields without any interference of cognitive function.

        폐목재로 제조된 파티클보드의 성능평가

        현재 폐목재의 발생량은 국내의 연간 목재사용량의 40% 정도의 수준으로 국내의 목재자급율을 고려해볼 때, 목재패널산업에서의 이런 폐목재의 재활용은 많이 장려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 폐목재로부터 얻어진 파티클과 실험실에서 합성한 요소수지를 폐목재파티클의 전건무게에 대해 6% 첨가하여 열압온도 162℃와 열압시간 5분에서 파티클보드를 제조하고 ASTM D 1037 방법에 의해 파티클보드의 성능을 평가하였다. 파티클보드의 성능을 평가한 결과는 KS F 3104 파티클보드 8.0형의 최소요구를 만족시키는 것이다. 이런 파티클보드의 성능평가 결과는 폐목재가 파티클보드의 원료로 적합하다는 것을 보여준다. The generation of wastewood is currently about 40% level of the amount of domestic wood use. When the rate of wood self-supply is considered, the recycling of wastewood in wood panel products industry should be encouraged. This study was evaluated the performance of particleboard (PB) made from wastewood. PBs were manufactured with the synthesized urea-formaldehyde resin at 5 minutes hot-press time, and at 162℃ press temperature with 6 percent resin solids level on an ovendry wastewood particle weight basis. The PBs were tested by the procedure of ASTM D 1037. Test results exceeded the minimum strength requirement according to KS F 3104 Particleboard type 8.0. The PB's performance showed that wastewood is suitable raw material for PB.

      • 유계되지 않은 불확실성을 포함하는 로봇 매니퓰레이터를 위한 새로운 가변구조 제어

        본 논문에서는 시변고속이면서 유계되지않은 불확실성을 포함하는 로봇 매니플레이트를 위한 가변구조를 제안한다. 제안한 제어기는 슬라이딩 모드 제어와 도달 모드 제어로 구성되어 있으며 광범위한 로봇 매니플레이트에 대하여 견실하다. Lyupnov 함수를 이용한 안정성 해석은 제안한 방식이 본 논문에서 가정한 불확실성에 대하여 견실함을 보여준다. 또한 제안한 제어기는 도달 모드 설계 시 승율 도달 법칙을 이용하였으므로 유한 도달 시간을 가지며 영으로 수렴한다. 마지막으로 두 축 로봇 매니플레이터에 대한 모의 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리듬이 원하는 궤적을 정확하게 추적하며 불확실성에 대해서도 견실 안정함을 보여준다. In this paper the author proposed a variable structure control scheme for robot manipulators including various uncertainties which are unbounded and fast time-varying as well. The proposed controller is composed of the sliding mode control and the reaching mode control, and is robust enough to cover a broad class of nonlinearities which are inevitable in robot manipulators. The stability analysis performed by the Lyapunov method shows that the proposed scheme is robust against the class of uncertainties. Also, the proposed controller guarantees a finite reaching time from the power rate reaching law, and the output tracking error can converge to zero in a finite time. Finally, the simulation performed for a two-link robot manipulator shows the proposed scheme has accurate tracking capability and robustness.
