        본 연구에서는 래이저 마킹 장비의 핵심 부분인 갈바노미터 제어 시스템을 구현하고, 기초적인 PID제어기를 설계하였다.주파수 응답 분석 및 시뮬레이션을 통하여 플랜트 및 제어기의 특성을 분석하였으며, 실험 결과 잡음이 있기는 하지만 기능적으로 잘 동작함을 확인하였다.

        For resonable curriculum modification and development corresponding with training to competent high-level, engineering as educational object of industrial university this research was carried out as following process ; 1. Collection and analysis of present curriculum in civil engineering department of domestic industrial university including the curriculum of foreign industrial university. 2. Organization of advisory committee for insustry school cooperation and visiting insustry and interview. 3. Organization of all Korea Civil Engineering Department chief committe. 4. Result of research through the questionnaire for all Korea representative industry and academic could be summarized as follows : 1) Wide contact between college education and industry field should be strengthened, and field experiment education was strengthened to consider of ability, and construction management was edited compulsory major. 2) For the adapting trend of variety and subdivision of construction skill EDPS education was edited compulsory 3) The curriculum was endeavoured to fundamental science. 4) The curriculum enlarged the range of the optional subject which is able to manage the flexible curriculum for characterization of each local industrial university and endeavoured consideration of field adapting ability by classifing the civil design into Construction design and integration, Hydraulic design and integration, Earth design and integration. 5) The curriculum of academic theories and experiments were unificated into single subject for the purpose of flexible management 6) The curriculum was edited in the ration which is 20 to 80 between liberal and majoring arts in presentation on the basis of all accounts of opinion from the academic and field worker, and emphasized the importance of language education editing industrial English conversation because of demand of much ability along with foreign advance of construction technique. 7) The curriculum was emphasized in the necessity of the field experimental trained based on the information by all opinion. By operationg this curriculum, it is expected that the relationship between industry and academic will be efficiently considered.

        물분무노즐의 분사각이 화재실 내부의 온도장에 미치는 영향

        The present study investigates the effect of injection angle of water mist on fire suppression characteristics by numerical simulation. In order to validate the temperature field by numerical simulation, the predicted results are compared with experimental data. It shows that the temperature difference between measurements and predictions are within 10℃. Numerical simulations of fire suppression are performed for 4 different injection angle(60°, 90°, 120° and 180°). The global mean temperature over the fire compartment decrease with increasing of spray angle. The result shows that the heat transfer between droplets and gas phase are enhanced with the increasing of spray angle. Near the fire source, temperature field by the wide spray angle is slightly higher than that of narrow injection angle because of direct cooling of fire source.

      • 알코올 금단 발작 환자에서 진전 섬망 예방에 대한 Nimodipine과 Chlordiazepoxide의 효과 비교

        Background & objectives : An increase of calcium influx during alcohol withdrawal state may contribute to neuronal hyperexitability, which cause delirium tremens(DT). Some investigators have found calcium channel blockers effects in prevention of DT in experimental animals. Therefore we evaluated the preventive effects of calcium channel blocker(nimodipine) and benzodiazepine(chlordiazepoxide) on the development of DT in alcohol withdrawal seizure(AWS) patients. Method : A total 59 patients with AWS were divided into three groups according to the management nimodipine-treated, chlordiazepoxide-treated, and control(no specific medication) groups. We compared the incidence rates of DT in the three groups. Results : Total incidence rate of DT was 30.5%(18 of 59 patients). There were 6 DTs of 18 patients(33.5%) in nimodipine-treated group, 4 of 21 patients(22.5%) in chlordiazpoxide-treated group, and 8 of 20 patients(44.0%) in control. Conclusion : The control group(44.0%) showed the highest incidence rate of DT. And nimodipine-treated(33.5%) and chlordiazepoxide-treated group(22.5%) were followed. However, this result failed to demonstrated statistically significant differences due to small numbers size.

        화재용 중저압 물분무 노즐의 분무특성의 관한 연구

        The present study investigates the spray characteristics of water mist nozzle with mid-low pressure for fire suppression. The examined nozzle types are swirl nozzle. The result shows that K factor of water mist nozzle is much smaller than those of general sprinkler. Spray angle of spiral nozzle is largest and more than 150˚. SND(Sauter Mean Diameter) of water mist nozzles is ranged between 100 and 200㎛ through measuring by image processing method. The spray pattern of spiral nozzle represent that water flux of first stream is 2 times larger than that of second stream. This study will contribute better understandings of the water-mist spray characteristics and useful data for developing the water-mist nozzles.

        제조합 대장균에서 과발현된 Citrobacter freundii KCTC2006 유래의 β-Tyrosinase를 이용한 3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl-L-alanine의 생산

        재조합 대장균에서 대량발현 시킨 Citrobacter freundii KCTC 2006 유래이 효소 β-tyrosinase를 이용하여 pyrocatechol, sodium pyruvate, ammonium acetate로부터 3,4-dihydroxy phenyl-L-alanine을 생산하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이 효소반응에 적합한 온도 및 pH 조건은 각각 18℃와 8.5로 결정되었고, 반응액 중의 ammonium acetate와 sodium pyruvate의 농도는 각각 300 mM, 50 mM 이상으로 조절하는 것이 적합하였다. Pyrocatechol의 경우는 20 mM에서 가장 높은 반응성을 나타냈으나, 기질을 반복적으로 첨가하며 장시간 동안 효소반응을 수행하는 경우에는 pyrocatechol의 고갈을 피하기 위하여, 20 mM에서 50 mM 사이로 조절하였다. 한편, 반응액 중에 ethanol을 10% 첨가한 경우에는 반응속도가약 20% 증가하였다. 이상과 같은 효소반응특성에 기초하여 조제한 기질용액에 β-tyrosinase를 1 unit/㎖ 농도로 가하고, pyrocatechol과 pyruvate가 고갈되지 않도록 간헐적으로 첨가하면서 효소반응을 수행한 결과, 24시간 만에 85.2%의 수율로 31.6g/ℓ의 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-L-alanine를 생산할 수 있었다. By using the β-tyrosinase of Citrobacter freundii KCTC2006, which was cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coli, 3,4-dihydroxy phenyl-L-alanine (L-DOPA) was synthesized efficiently from pyrocatechol, sodium pyruvate, and ammonium acetate. Optimal temperature and pH for the reaction were determined to be about 18℃ and 8.5, respectively. The effects of substrate concentrations were also examined at different concentrations of ammonium acetate, sodium pyruvate, and pyrocatechol. Ammonium acetate and sodium pyruvate increased the reaction rate until the concentrations reached to 300 mM and 50 mM, respectively. Although pyrocatechol showed the optimal concentration at 20 mM, it was controlled between 20 mM and 50 mM to avoid the depletion of substrate during the enzymatic synthesis. Based on above results, a reaction medium for the production of L-DOPA was prepared and incubated with 1 unit/㎖ of β-tyrosinase. Pyrocatechol and sodium pyruvate was added to the reaction solution intermittently to avoid the substrate depletion during the enzymatic reaction. After 24 hour of reaction, 31.6 g/ℓ L-DOPA was accumulated in the reaction solution as soluble and precipitated ones and the conversion yield was about 85.2%.

        논문 : 수출기업의 운송수단 선택요인에 관한 실증연구 -제조업과 유통업의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        물류비 중 운송비가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높기 때문에 수출기업들이 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서는 운송비 절감이 절실하다. 즉, 수출기업들이 화물을 운송할 때 운송수단 선택이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수출기업 중 제조업과 유통업을 대상으로 비용, 서비스, 시간, 화물특성 등 운송수단 선택요인이 산업특성(제조업과 유통업)의 조절변수가 투입되었을 때, 이들 요인들이 국내 운송수단 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 비용 요인, 시간 요인, 화물특성 요인이 국내 운송수단 선택에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 우리나라의 경우는 철도만을 이용하여 기·종점으로 화물을 운송하는 경우가 드물고 결국 도로를 이용하여 연계운송을 해야 하기 때문에 서비스 요인보다는 비용 요인과 시간 요인, 화물특성 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 사료된다. The most urgent factors for export companies to increase competitiveness is to decrease the transport cost because transport cost covers the biggest part among the total logistics cost. That means the selection of the transport mode is most important in transporting freight. Therefore, we performed a study on manufactures and logistics companies among the export companies to analyze about what influence can the industrial factors such as manufacturing and logistics have on the transport mode selection factors such as cost, service, time and freight type. The result shows that factors such as cost, time and freight type has a significant influence on the domestic transport mode selection. Specially, considering the cost , time and freight factors rather than service factors is more efficient because transporting freight by using only rail roads is rare and relay transport using roads is inevitable in our country, Therefore, the most efficient method for export companies to have competitiveness in foreign market is to choose the transport mode after considering several factors including cost factors such as total logistics cost, cargo value, discount rate of freight charge, export contract conditions and the time factors such as transport time, distance, transport frequency, on-time delivery and the freight factors such as freight factors such as the freight type and condition, urgency of the freight, package type and character and market situation.

        피부 결절성 다발동맥염 3예

        Systemic polyarteritis nodosa is a necrotizing vasculitis that involves small and medium-sized muscular arteries in the multiple organ systems, whereas cutaneous polyarteritis nodosa (CPAN) is a localized disease characterized by necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium-sized arteries in the skin without life-threatening organ involvement. CPAN is usually limited to skin, muscle, and joints. It is chronic but takes a benign course. The most common cutaneous manifestations include nodules, ulcers and a livedo reticularis pattern on the extremities. We describe three cases with CPAN showing necrotizing vasculitis on the skin without systemic symptoms or visceral involvement. In Korea, most previously published cases with CPAN have shown a good response to a short term of corticosteroids or colchicine administration. However, two of our three patients required another immunosuppressive agent in addition to corticosteroids to manage their intractable skin lesions, and the remaining one showed a good response to a short course of prednisolone. In addition, there was one patient with CPAN having hepatitis B surface antigen, which might be associated with his refractory skin disease.
