        유아미술감상을 위한 Feldman의 모형분석

        This research intends to analyze Feldman's study pattern on the apprehension of the art . It will help young children to form the viewpoint of understanding and realizing the future world the will live in. This research studies 1) this apprehension study of art aims at the development of young children's apprehension ability through the approach of Vygotsky's social and cultural connection. 2) On the basis of these, the analysis of Feldman's pattern of art apprehension, can be thought to acquire internal course and the conception of Piaget. And internal requires step by step action and teachers role. Critical apprehension enables young children's apprehension ability to be expressed in language and enables elements of art and principles of art combined visual children's thinking. Through 4 steps of this pattern, young Children can reach the internal steps of [the acquirement of information]→[the effect of cultural history by social cultural vein]→[the change of thinking procession] This can be explained by the acquirement of Piaget's conception, which can be balanced through steps of assimilation and control of new information. As a result, teacher's activity enables young children communicate with environments.

        Investigation on Silver Electroplating Process for ITER Thermal Shield

        The ITER thermal shield which minimizes heat load by radiation and conduction from warm components to the structures operating at 4.5 K requires silver coating on the surface to reduce emissivity to 0.05. Although the silver electroplating process is widely applied in industry, it is unlikely that manufacturing equipment exists for deposition of silver coating on workpieces as large in dimensions as those for the ITER thermal shield. In this paper, scientific specification of the silver electroplating process for ITER thermal shield is investigated and bath designs are proposed. As a proving method for the process, a silver coating sample test for the material of the ITER thermal shield has been performed and the results are also presented.         〈서론〉급성 뇌허혈 치료에 대한 National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke trial of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (NINDS trial of rt-PA)결과는 병 발생 후 적어도 3시간 안에 rtPA를 투여한다면 3개월이 지난 후에 신경학적 결손의 호전을 기대할 수 있다고 하였다[1]. 그러나 rtPA 치료 시기의 시간적인 한정성은 합병증으로서 뇌출혈로의 변환 또는 재관류 손상의가능성을 높일 수도 있기 때문이다[2]. 즉 뇌허혈 발생 후 3시간이 넘어서 rtPA 치료를 한 경우 오히려 뇌부종, 사망률 그리고 이환율을 증가시킬 수도 있다[3]. 이러한 rtPA의 지연 치료 후에 조직 손상의 기전은 잘 알려져 있지 않다.

        마그네시아 인산염 시멘트를 사용한 보수용 초속경 모르타르의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Building structures are generally large in size and have a long life, and the construction of such structures requires the investment of a huge amount of money and social infrastructure. Furthermore, building structures are closely related to people's life.Recently, however, the rapid development of society has been worsening air pollution, which is in turn accelerating the degradation of building structures. Thus, the safety of building structure is emerging as a critical issue.To cope with this problem, the government enacted "The Special Act on Safety Control for Infrastructure” but we need engineers' higher concern over the maintenance and reinforcement of existing structures. Recently researches are being made actively on repair mortar using ultra rapid hardening cement for recovering the performance of structures.The present study conducted an experiment on the basic physical properties of ultra rapid hardening mortar for repairing and reinforcing building structures using magnesia cement and mono-ammonium phosphate. In the experiment, we changed the water-cement ratio and carried out replacement at different ratio of MAP/MgO(%). We used retarder to have working life, and made comparative analysis through evaluating working life and fluidity and measuring strength by age.

        유아기 재현적 상징에서 시각적 인식력 이론의 적용 연구

        The study is on the application of visual literacy to art education in the early childhood. In other words, it is an attempt to develop the systematic method of study for the children in art education as like the usual reading and writing in the elementary education. During the early childhood, the child is continually searching for new concepts, and his representational symbols are also constantly changing. And they consciously come to make the image related to the world which surrounds them. The fact that the children are able to make a graphic communication have a grate significance for their parents or teachers. By this application of visual literacy to the art education in the early childhood, we can devise systematic method of art education. Such visual literacy as critical viewing, visual discrimination, visual communication, visual perception can be used in the constructive learning environment. The children need the capacity of understanding the message from the world surrounding them. In particular, for the growth as the person of literacy in an age of information, the visual literacy will have a greater role than before in the art education.

        Nerve conductionstudies (NCS) are one of the two major components of the electrodiagnostic (EDX) assessment, the other being the needle electrode examination (NEE). The third, and final, component consists of a variety of procedures, grouped under the special studies, most of which are nerve stimulation procedures similar to the NCS. There are three types of NCS, motor, sensory, and mixed. Because of differing technical aspects in their performance, these must be performed sequentially, rather than simultaneously, whenever the same mixed nerve is being assessed. Similar to the NEE and the various special studies, all three types of NCS assess only large, heavily myelinated nerve fibers.

      • 고나트륨혈증후 발생한 중심성 뇌교및 외뇌교 수초 용해증 1예

        중심성 뇌교 수초 용해증은 일반적으로 심한 기저질환을 지닌 환자에서 심한 저나트륨혈증이나 저나트륨혈증을 급속 교정후 오는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 최근 만성 주정중독환자에서 심한 고나트륨혈증을 서서히 교정후 발생한 중심성 뇌교 및 외뇌교 수초 용해증을 뇌 자기공명 전산화 단층촬영으로 확진하였다. 심한 기저 질환을 가진 환자에서 장기간의 고나트륨혈증의 경우도 중심성 뇌교 수초 용해증을 일으킬 수 있기 때문에 이런 환자에서 저나트륨혈증뿐 아니라 고나트륨혈증도 피해야 될 것으로 사료된다.

        The authors used plasmapheresis to prepare a 18-year-old male patient with myasthenia gravis for thymectomy. He had generalized muscular weakness and oculobulbar symptoms for 17 months. Plasmapheresis was performed three times on alternate day. After the last plasmaphersis the above symptoms were much improved so that anticholinesterase medication was discontinued. Three days later, thymectomy was performed and he was extubated immediately following operation without complication. Anticholinesterase therapy was resumed on the postoperative second day. We think that preoperative plasmapheresis is beneficial during the postoperative period.
