      • Ⅱ급 부정교합 치료후 복귀현상과 골격치성요소의 상관성

        The purpose of this study was to predict the prognosis of Class Ⅱ malocclusion treatment and to examine which factors were related to the relapse. Seventy eight treated cases were devided into two groups by stability of treatment results. Various measurements in pre-treatment and post-treatment lateral cephalograms were evaluated and compared between stable and relapse group by t-test and correlation analysis. 1. There were only a few difference in the skeletodental relationship in pre-treatment phase between stable and relapse group. 2. The mandibles in stable group was repositioned more anteriorly than those in relapse group. 3. Mandibular incisor was more uprighted to the basal bone and maxillary incisor was less lingualized in stable group than in relapse group. 4. Occlusal plane was inclined to the forward and downward in relapse group.

        사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형 개발

        본 연구는 초·중등 사이버 가정학습체제의 구축 모형 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 사교육비 관련 현황 및 우리나라의 사회·현실적 요구를 분석하고, 둘째, 사이버 공간에서의 학습을 지원하는 학습이론을 탐색하여 얻은 시사점을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습체제 개발 원리를 도출하였으며, 셋째, 학습이론적 적용의 틀을 기반으로 사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형을 개발하고, 각 모형에 대한 세부적인 설명과 시행 시 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하였다. 사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형은 체제 구성요소와 각 요소들 간의 관계를 도식화한 체제 구성도를 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습체제를 운영하는 활동 주체들의 역할을 정의한 운영 모형, 사이버 가정학습체제 내에서의 학습 유형과 흐름을 보여주는 학습 모형, 사이버 가정학습체제 내 학습 콘텐츠의 구성 기준을 제시하는 콘텐츠 모형 그리고 사이버 가정학습체제 내에서의 학습에 대한 학업성취도 평가와 체제 평가를 위한 평가 모형으로 구성되었다. 각 유형별 모형은 필요에 따라 하위 모형으로 분류되어 총 17개의 사이버 가정학습체제 모형을 제시하였다. 또한 사이버 가정학습체제가 사교육비 절감과 공교육 지원이라는 궁극적인 목적을 달성하기 위해 고려되어야 할 시사점으로 환경자원, 학습자원, 인적자원, 홍보 마케팅 등의 네 가지 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다. The study is purposed to develop a set of construction models for Cyber Home Study System(CHSS) to support the students' self study through internet at the level of elementary, middle and high school students. This is intended to reduce the over spending of the private educational payment, causing the social conflict and antagonism in Korea, and finally to support the public education. The study problems are as follows: 1. Analysis on the social and authentic needs for reducing the private educational payment which causes the social conflict and antagonism in Korea. 2. Setting up the principles to develop the construction model for CHSS to apply the learning theories in support of the learning in the cyber space. 3. Development of a set of construction models for development and construction for CHSS, based on the theoretical developmental principles. The construction model for CHSS developed in this study contains a systemic diagram of the whole CHSS, and 4 major models: a model for management, the model for learning process, the model for content design, and the model for evaluation. The systemic diagram for CHSS demonstrates various components, which consist of the whole system, and the relationship among the components. The model of management identifies the role of each organization by which the CHSS is operated. The Learning process model is classified with 9 sub-models converging on the three factors. These factors are the learner subject, the existence of tutor support, and the relationship to the local school. The models for content design proposes the guideline for design and production of learning content. The evaluation model is composed of three sub models: evaluation for individual learning achievement, evaluation for learning achievement of the tutor supported calss members, and the system evaluation. Finally, 4 kinds of suggestions is suggested to accomplish the purpose of CHSS in terms of environmental resources, learning resources, man power, and advertising and marketing strategies.

      • 1,2-diaminocyclohexane 異性質體의 Pt(Ⅱ)錯物의 抗癌性에 대한 Extended Hu¨ckel Molecular Orbital理論

        Complex formation of metal ions in body is generally considered as first step mechanism of action of metal ions. Of platinum(Ⅱ) complexes, isomers of [PtL_2(dach)] have different antitumor activities, where L is Cl^-, Br^- and Co(oxalate)^2-, dach is 1,2-diaminocyclohexane. A different activity of isomer can't be explained by kinetic and thermodynamic method, but this study will give useful information in clarifying the order of antitumor activity by Extended Hu¨ckel Molecular Orbital Calculations. Calculations of Energy level, Energy partitioning and Overlap population density give evidence for the order of antitumor activity about isomers of [PtL_2(dach)]. The value of A_lg-B_1g energy difference (Δ_1) are lower in trans-isomer than those in cis-isomers, which are related to the stability of complexes. Also, it is greater than that in trans-ones, implying that trans-isomers have high anti cancer activity.

      • 3차원 분석틀을 이용한 중학교 과학(화학 부분) 교과서의 탐구활동 내용 연구

        This study was covered with the analysis of five kinds of the middle school science textbooks(chemistry part) based on the 6th curriculum, particularly, inquiry part was analyzed by the three dimension framework which consists of inquiry content dimension, inquiry process dimension and inquiry context dimension and the results are as follows : 1. In the analysis of the contents of the middle school science textbooks(chemistry part), the average number of total pages is 197.6. The illustration and picture are contained 0.66 in number per a page, and the average number of further readings is 5.8. 2. In the analysis of the inquiry content dimension of inquiry activities, the total number of themes in five kinds of textbook is 222. and the number of inquiry activities in five kinds of textbook is diverse : A text book is 51, B textbook 49, C text book 50, D textbook 37 and E textbook 35. 2. for the analysis of inquiry process dimension 'inter-preting data and formulating generalization(42.4%)' category is generally most emphasized and the categories of 'observation and measuring (38.1%)' 'seeing a problem and seeking ways to solve it (7.8%) and building, testing and revising the theoretical model (11.7%)' follow in order 4. As for the analysis of the inquiry context dimension, the scientific context occupies 94.2%, the individual context 0.4%, the social context 2.7% and the technical context 2.7%. It shows that the proportion of STS(Science-Technology-Society) related contents in inquiry activities is 5.8%. Therefore, we propose that STS related contents would increase the proportion for the next revised the textbook.

      • 마늘의 효능과 안전성에 관한 연구

        Galic is the fresh or dehydrated bulb obtained from Allium scorodorpasum var. viviparum Regel, a genus of the lily family. Garlic has been widely used as oriental medicine having various health benefits, such as cardiovascular, antineoplastic, antimicrobial and antiinflammatory. The average daily intake in western people is 4g/day of fresh garlic whereas it in Koreans 5.8g/day. However, consumption of excessive amount of raw garlic can cause gastrointestinal disease, dermatitis, asthma, allergic reaction, anticoagulant action, breath and body odor. Additionally, its antithrombotic properties prompt patients to stop taking garlic 14 days before having surgery or dental work. Therefore, we reviewed the safety of garlic on the basis of literatures published and then further studies on the safe amount of garlic consumption should be considered.

      • 당뇨병환자에서 게이트심장혈액풀신티그라피를 이용한 심기능 평가

        Major cardiovascular complications of diabetes are coronary atherosclerosis, diabetic dilated cardiomyopathy, autonomic neuropathy and those are major causes of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. Gated blood pool heart scan is noninvasive and useful method for evaluation of functional status of heart in diabetics. We evaluated 52 patients with diabetes and divided 3 groups. Group 1 were 11 patients without proteinuria or with proteinuria less than 550mng during 24 hours. Group 2 were 9 patients with proteinuria more than 550mg during 24 hours and group 3 were 32 patients with endstage renal diasese due to diabetes. We performed 99mTc-HSA cardiac gated blood pool scan and used left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), peak ejection rate(PEF) to indices of LV systolic function and peak filling rate(PER) to index of LV diastolic function. The results were follows : 1) LVEF, PER were significantly lower in diabetics with ESRD than diabetics without ESRD, but there were no significant difference between normal controls and diabetics without ESRD 2) PFR was significantly lower in diabetics than normal controls, but there were no significant differences in diabetics with or without nephropathy. 3) There were negative correlation between PER, PFR and duration of diabetes. On the basis of results, PFR is a LV functional index of GBPS which can disclose early change of LV dysfunction in patients with diabetes.
