        식도 결핵의 내시경초음파 소견: 증례보고

        Esophageal tuberculosis is a rare disease that is difficult to diagnose with esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), and computerized tomography. The patients with esophageal tuberculosis show diverse endoscopic findings, but ulcerative lesion in the middle esophagus is usually found. In Korea, the endoscopic ultrasonographic findings of esophageal tuberculosis have not been described. The main endoscopic ultrasonographic findings of esophageal tuberculosis include heterogeneous or homogeneous hypoechoic masses in the esophageal wall with hyperechoic spots inside, interruption of the esophageal adventitia, and mediastinal lymphadenopathy. In this report, we describe two patients with esophageal tuberculosis, and they presented with submucosal tumor. In these patients, esophageal tuberculosis was diagnosed by EGD, EUS, and performing tuberculosis phase chain reaction on the endoscopic biopsies. 식도 결핵은 드문 질환으로 상부위장관 내시경 검사나 식도 조영술 및 흉부 전산화 단층촬영에서 진단하기 어렵다. 식도 결핵의 내시경 소견은 다양하나 주로 중부 식도 부위에 궤양형 병변을 보이는 경우가 많다. 내시경초음파에 대한 소견은 증례보고 만이 발표되어 있으며 국내보고는 아직 없는 실정이다. 식도 결핵의 주된 내시경초음파 소견은 식도벽내의 이질성 또는 균질성의 저에코 종괴모양으로 종괴내에 고에코성 반점이 대부분 나타나며 종격동 림프절이 커져 있고 식도 장막층의 파괴를 볼 수 있다. 저자들은 점막하 종양이 의심되어 전원된 환자들에서 상부위장관 내시경 검사 및 내시경초음파 검사를 시행하여 식도 결핵으로 의심하고 조직검사 및 결핵 중합효소 연쇄반응에서 확진한 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

        한국재래산양 태아 및 신생아의 맹장 발달에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        The morphological studies on the cecal development in the 60-, 90-, and 120-day-old fetuses and the newborns of Korean native goats were investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The results were summarized as follows ; Scanning electron microscopic studies : 1. In the 60-day-old fetuses, fold-like shapes protrusion on the cecal mucosa surface appeared. In the 90-day-old fetuses, the cecal villi appeared to be columnar shapes. In the 120-day-old fetuses, the cecal villi showed various tongue-like or columnar shapes. In the newborns, only the rudimental trace of the villi and the intestinal glands were observed. Transmission electron microscopic studies : 2. In the 60-day-old fetuses, the cecal epithelia were simple columnar in some areas and stratified columnar in others, and the epithelial cells contained nuclei, nucleoli, ER, mitochondria, Golgi complexes, zonula occludens, desmosomes, digitiform intercellular junctions, and large masses of the glycogen granules. 3. In the 90-day-old fetuses, the cecal epithelia were simple columnar in some area and stratified columnar in other. The microvilli of the cecal epithelia became much larger and longer than those in the 60-day-old fetuses, and intercellular junctions were developed, and increased numbers of ER, mitochondria, Golgi complexes were observed and the goblet cells contained a lot of the secretory granules. 4. In the 120-day-old fetuses, the cecal epithelia were only simple columnar in all areas. Microvilli and cytoplasmic organelles were well developed and the irregular annular nuclei were observed. 5. In the newborns, the cecal epithelia were covered with extensive microvilli, and the goblet cells with secretory granules were protruded into the lumen. And some goblet cells secreted the secretory granules into the lumen.

      • 보온재를 사용한 고강도 매스 콘크리트의 품질관리에 관한 연구

        This study is a basic experiment on quality management of the compression strength of high strength concrete, aiming at quality management of high strength mass concrete by giving the temperature hysteresis of the mass test pieces to managerial test pieces. Different from ordinary concrete, high strength concrete generally shows the temperature high rising caused by hydration heat inside the concrete. It is known that, in mass concrete, thermal stress occurs due to the difference in temperature between the inside and the outside, which causes a significant difference in compression strength between structure beams and managerial test pieces. It is also reported that there is a large difference between the compression strength of cylindrical managerial test pieces of standard underwater curing and the strength of structure beam concrete.Thus, this study made concrete test pieces in an optimal mix ratio for each strength level, and also created thermal insulation curing box and managerial test pieces. Then it carried out comparative analysis in relation to core strength and suggested equipment and a technique that can control the strength of high strength concrete mass more conveniently and accurately.

        수출 활성화를 위한 중소기업 수출지원제도의 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 수출지원 정책은 대기업 주도형 수출드라이브 정책에서 1997년 IMF 외환 위기를 계기로 중소기업 중심으로 수출지원이 강화되기 시작하였다. 그러나 다양한 기관에서 다양한 수출지원제도가 시행하고 있기 때문에 중복 등의 문제가 있어 자칫 국가자원의 낭비로 이어질 수 있으며, 중소기업이 원하는 수출지원제도의 우선순위의 정립이 필요한 시기이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성장 기반이 상대적으로 취약한 중소기업의 지원정책은 매우 중요한 요인으로 지원정책의 중요성을 파악하고자 본 연구는 중소기업의 수출지원제도의 중요도를 델파이 조사, IPA 기법을 통해 분석함으로써 차후 연구인 AHP분석의 기초가 되고자 한다. 즉, 본 논문은 차후 연구인 AHP분석을 위한 기초통계학적 특징을 분석하였으며, IPA를 통해 중요도와 만족 도를 분석하여, AHP분석을 통해 요인간 중요도를 도출하기 위한 측정 영역별 중요도와 우선순 위를 분석하고자 한다. Korea's export support policy changed from a large enterprise-led export drive policy to strengthening export support centered on small and medium-sized enterprises following the IMF foreign exchange crisis in 1997. However, since various export support systems are implemented by various organizations, there are problems such as duplication, which can lead to waste of national resources, and it is time to establish priorities for the export support system desired by small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in this study, the support policy of small and medium-sized enterprises with relatively weak growth base is a very important factor. In order to understand the importance of the support policy, this study analyzed the importance of the export support system for small and medium-sized enterprises through Delphi survey and IPA technique to determine the importance of the support system. We aim to provide useful practical implications by deriving priorities for support measures for the export support system through and satisfaction.

        Scanning Electron Microscopic Study of the Developing Vallate Papillae in the Korean Native Goat (Capra hircus)

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate the morphological characteristics of the developing vallate papillae (VP) of Korean native goats using scanning electron microscopy. In prenatal development of the VP, primordia of the VP were observed and the moat was shallowly spread in 60-day-old fetuses. The moat of the vallate papillae was shallowly spread and still undifferentiated in 90-day-old fetuses. The trench wall of the moat of the VP was well developed in 120-dayold fetuses. In neonates, the moat of the VP was more widely and deeply engraved and VP were developed as completely as those of adults. In postnatal development, VP were observed to have continually increased in size with slight morphological changes until 90-days after birth. Taste pores of the VP were shaped like flower leaves in 120-days after birth. The microridges and microplicaes were well developed on the epithelial surface of the VP in goats ranging from 120-day-old fetuses to 120-day-old postnatal animals. These results suppose that the sensing ability for gestation of VP was already well developed by the time of its birth and VP were differentiated into a variety of different shape and size during development.

        Immunohistochemical localization of neuron specific enolase in developing tongue of Korean native goat (Capra hircus)

        Neuron-specific enolase (NSE), a brain specific isoenzyme of the glycolytic enzyme, is characterized by its consistent occurrence in the cytoplasm of mature neurons. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the expression of NSE in the developing tongue of Korean native goats. The tongues of the fetuses were removed from 2- to 4-year-old female Korean native goats by caesarean section performed under general anesthesia. The expression of NSE in the developing tongue of goat fetuses (60, 90, 120, and 150 days) was studied using immunohistochemistry. In 60-day-old fetuses, NSE-immunoreactivity (IR) exhibited weak appearance in lamina propria of the basal portion and the apical epithelia of the tongue. In 90-day-old fetuses, NSE-nerve fibers were extended in the core part of connective tissue, and primordia of the taste buds was moderately positive. In 120-day-old fetuses, NSE-IR was strongly expressed in taste buds and gustatory nerve fibers. In neonates, the taste buds of vallate papillae were strongly positive for NSE, and development of nerve fibers was synapsed with connective tissue of well innervated taste buds. These results indicate that NSE expressions were associated with the sign of nerve innervation in prenatal development of goat tongues and NSE may be a useful neuronal marker to understand the development of gustatory nerve innervations.

        A NEW METHOD TO DETERMINE TEMPERATURE OF CMES USING A CORONAGRAPH FILTER SYSTEM

        The coronagraph is an instrument enables the investigation of faint features in the vicinity of the Sun, particularly coronal mass ejections (CMEs). So far coronagraphic observations have been mainly used to determine the geometric and kinematic parameters of CMEs. Here, we introduce a new method for the determination of CME temperature using a two filter (4025 \AA~and 3934 \AA) coronagraph system. The thermal motion of free electrons in CMEs broadens the absorption lines in the optical spectra that are produced by the Thomson scattering of visible light originating in the photosphere, which affects the intensity ratio at two different wavelengths. Thus the CME temperature can be inferred from the intensity ratio measured by the two filter coronagraph system. We demonstrate the method by invoking the graduated cylindrical shell (GCS) model for the 3 dimensional CME density distribution and discuss its significance.

        Immunohistochemical study on cytokeratin expression on developing tongue in Korean native goats (Capra hircus)

        Cytokeratin (CK) comprises the intermediate filament cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Patterns of CK expression can be regarded as a specific marker for epithelial differ- entiation status. The aim of this study was to identify CK expression on tongues of Korean native goats ranging from 60-day-old fetuses to newborns during prenatal develop- ment using immunohistochemistry. The tongues of fetuses were removed from 2- to 4-year-old female Korean native goats by caesarean section performed under general anes- thesia. Immunohistochemistry was performed to assess CK expression patterns on developing goat tongues using serial paraffin-embedded sections. Light zones signifying CK immunoreactivity in dorsal lingual epithelia were weakly positive in 60-day-old fetuses. In 90-day-old fetuses, deep areas in dorsal lingual epithelia were strongly positive for CK expression and superficial areas were moderately posi- tive. In 120-day-old fetuses, light zones of lingual epithelia in the vallate papilla were strongly positive for CK expression, whereas ducts of von Ebner’s glands were moderately posi- tive. In neonates, taste buds were positive for CK expression, whereas non-taste epithelial cells and von Ebner’s glands were negative. These findings indicate that goat tongues have different patterns of CK expression during develop- ment and provide a morphological basis for studies on the biological mechanism of epithelial differentiation.
