Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus Model을 이용한 전북지역 학교급식 조리종사자의 안전사고 예방관리를 위한 교육요구도 우선순위 분석

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the priorities for educational content regarding precautions to be taken to prevent safety accidents for employees in school foodservice using the Borich priority formula and the Locus for Focus model. Methods: A survey was conducted in February 2019 on 194 employees in elementary school and 122 employees in middle- and high school foodservice in the Jeonbuk area. Demographic characteristics, status of safety accidents, safety education, and their importance and performance levels were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. The priorities for the educational content on precautions to prevent safety accidents were based on a 3-step analysis method, including the paired sample t-test, Borich priority formula, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results: The average perceived importance of the precautions to be taken against safety accidents of employees in elementary-, middle-, and high schools was higher compared to the average performance of the employees (p < 0.001). The top priority for elementary school employees was caution against falls during the cleaning of the gas hood and the trench in the kitchen. In addition, ‘awareness of chemical signs’ was added as one of the top priorities of middle- and high school employees. The second highest priority items were ‘do stretching’, ‘safely adjusting workbench height’, ‘keeping the right attitude’, ‘using assistive devices when moving heavy things’, and ‘checking the material safety data sheet’, which were the same for all elementary, middle- and high school employees. Conclusion: Thus, to improve the educational preparedness of employees in the area of safety precautions, eight safety/accident prevention items should be included in the safety education program.
스노젤렌과 전산화 인지재활 프로그램 프로그램(Rehacom) (이 인지기능 향상에 미치는 영향

Purpos Purposee : This study aims to investigate the effect of the Snoezelen and Rehacom programs on improvement of attention and memory, and the effect of the Snoezelen program on stress reduction. Method : This study was targeted at 11 subjects in the Snoezelen experimental group, 11 subjects in the Rehacom group and 11 subjects in the non-experimental group. As the initial evaluation, all the subjects took electroencephalography. Then, the Snoezelen group and Rehacom group did Snoezelen training and Rehacom training, respectively total 12 times(for 20 minutes twice per week for six weeks), but no training was applied to the control group. Three weeks after the training, the interim was carried out, and four weeks after the training, the final evaluation was carried out. Results : Subjects` attention increased to 58.15±4.96 from 43.75±4.69 during the Snoezelen training, and increased to 49.85±1.91 from 43.28±2.71 during the Rehacom training, which means the Snoezelen training was more effective in improving attention(P<0.05). Subjects` memory increased to 56.14±1.26 from 43.19±3.46 during the Snoezelen training, and increased to 50.94±4.0 from 43.07±2.58 during the Rehacom training. This also implies that the Snoezelen training was more effective in improving memory(P<0.05). Conclusion : Though both of the Snoezelen training and Rehacom training improved attention and memory, the Snoezelen program was more effective, and it also influenced stress resistance and physical arousal.

Infiltrating lipoma is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that, in spite of benign nature, characteristically infiltrates adjacent tissues and tends to recur after surgery. It has a predilection for the extremities and the trunk and is extremely rare in the head and neck region. We present a case of congenital infiltrating lipoma of the face, describing the intrabony invasion and osseous dystrophy as well as the soft tissue changes seen on plain radiographs and magnetic resonance imaging.
15% 과산화수소 함유 전문가용 치아 미백제의 광활성화 여부에 따른 미백효과 및 안전성에 관한 임상평가

연구목적: 본 임상 연구의 목적은 15% 과산화수소를 함유한 전문가용 치아 미백제의 광활성화 여부에 따른 미백효과와 안전성에 관해 평가하는 것이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 33명의 지원자를 광조사를 하는 실험군(n = 17)과 광조사를 하지 않는 대조군(n = 16)으로 무작위로 나누고 Zoom2 미백제(15% , Discus Dental)로 총 45분간 치료하였다. Vitapan Classical shade guide와 Shadepilot (DeguDent)을 이용해 스크리닝 검사 시, 미백직후, 미백 종료 1달 및 3달 후 색조측정을 시행하였다. 통계분석을 위해 t-test, repeated measure ANOVA 와 카이제곱 검정을 시행하였다. 결과: Zoom2 미백제는 미백 전후를 비교할 때 실험군과 대조군 모두에서 뚜렷한 색조 변화를 가져왔다. 하지만, 두 군 사이의 색조 변화량을 비교했을 때 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이는 관찰되지 않았다(p > 0.05). 또한 미백 종료 3달 후에도 치아의 색조 회귀는 관찰되지 않았다. 미백 후 일시적인 지각과민증은 전체 환자의 39.4%에서 보고되었지만, 두 군간의 차이는 보이지 않았다(p > 0.05). 결론: 광조사로 인해 부가적인 미백효과의 증가는 물론 어떠한 부작용 증가도 관찰되지 않았다. Objectives: This clinical study evaluated the effect of light activation on the whitening efficacy and safety of in-office bleaching system containing 15% hydrogen peroxide gel. Materials and Methods: Thirty-three volunteers were randomly treated with (n = 17, experimental group) or without light activation (n = 16, control group), using Zoom2 white gel (15% , Discus Dental) for a total treatment time of 45 min. Visual and instrumental color measurements were obtained using Vitapan Classical shade guide and Shadepilot (DeguDent) at screening test, after bleaching, and 1 month and 3 month after bleaching. Data were analyzed using t-test, repeated measure ANOVA, and chi-squared test. Results: Zoom2 white gel produced significant shade changes in both experimental and control group when pre-treatment shade was compared with that after bleaching. However, shade difference between two groups was not statistically significant (p > 0.05). Tooth shade relapse was not detected at 3 months after bleaching. The incidence of transient tooth sensitivity was 39.4%, with being no differences between two groups. Conclusions: The application of light activation with Zoom2 white gel system neither achieved additional whitening effects nor showed more detrimental influences.
