'2021 터키이스탄불 포장전시회' 참관기

(사)한국포장협회(회장 임경호)가 '2021 터키 이스탄불 포장전시회(Eurasia Packaging Istanbul)'에 참가해 한국관을 운영했다. 10월 20일부터 23일까지 터키 이스탄불 Tuyap Istanbul Fair Convention and Congress Center에서 열린 이번 전시회에는 포장제품, 포장재료, 포장산업을 위한 서비스, 포장디자인서비스, 종이 및 판지 포장 관련 제품 및 기술, 컨버팅기술, 포장기계 및 장비, 포장 재활용기술, 물류서비스 등이 소개됐다. 한국포장협회는 7개사, 7개 부스 규모로 한국관을 마련해 우리나라의 우수한 포장 기술 및 포장재를 유럽시장에 선보였다. 이번 전시회의 한국관 구성에 참여한 (주)서일의 김시범 과장이 '2021 터키 이스탄불 포장전시회(Eurasia Packaging Istanbul)'의 참관기를 작성해주었다. 참관기를 통해 생생한 현장의 소리를 전할 수 있는 기회를 김 과장에게 지면을 빌어 감사의 인사를 전한다.

금속스크랩이 혼합된 상변화물질의 유효열전도율

본 논문에서는 열전도율이 큰 금속의 스크랩과 파라핀을 혼합한 축열 매질에 있어서 스크랩의 체적 혼합율에 따르는 열전도율의 변화를 모델링과 실험으로 구해서 축열 계산에 필요한 열전도율 자료를 제시하고자 한다. A set of measurements has been made for the thermal conductivity of the pure paraffin in liquid and solid phases and for the effective thermal conductivity of the paraffin with metal scrap with the aid of the heat flux meter. Ther thermopile-type heat flux meter has been designed by steady state method and the functional relation between the temperature difference of both sides and heat flux has been obtained. The measured values of thermal conductivity are compared with the existing data for the pure paraffin and with the predicated values from the suggested model in which only one empirical constant is contained. The comparison within ten percent of the volume fraction of the metal scrap in the paraffin is satisfactory.

Purpose: To compare the fluorescein angiographic findings of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NA-AION) and optic neuritis. Methods: The present study included 41 patients (41 eyes), who were diagnosed with NA-AION or optic neuritis and underwent fluorescein angiography in our clinic. The clinical profiles of patients, characteristics of optic disc head and hemorrhage, and visual field findings were analyzed retrospectively. The onset and filling time, perfusion time of retinal artery, optic disc, and peripapillary choroid were evaluated quantitatively. Results: Patients with NA-AION showed statistically significant delay in both the onset time, filling time and perfusion time of the optic disc and peripapillary choroid compared with patients with optic neuritis (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the dye leakage of the peripapillary areas between the 2 groups (p = 0.324). Conclusions: In the present study, the results of fluorescein filling were significantly different between the NA-AION group and the optic neuritis group. The results may help determine the therapeutic plan and to differentiate between the 2 disease entities, especially in cases of overlapping clinical features. 문화산업의 법률적 정의 및 개념 고찰

Korean Cultural Contents Industry has been growing faster than the other Korean industries for last two decades. But, the conception of ‘Cultural Contents Industry’ is not clearly defined yet. This paper studies the conceptions of ‘Cultural Industries’ and ‘Content Industry’ as well as ‘Culture and Arts’, ‘Cultural Products’ and ‘Content’ which have been defined at Korean legal systems including 「Culture and Arts Promotion Act」, 「Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries」 and 「Content Industry Promotion Act」. This paper reviews the conception changes of the legal terms from 1995 when the ‘Cultural Industry’ was firstly defined at 「Culture and Arts Promotion Act」 and compare those legal terms with other acts which have been amended frequently. The industry value chain could be divided by four stages ; planning & creation stage, business development & production stage, practical utilizing & distribution stage, possession & consumption stage. The industry object is tangible or intangible goods of materials or information, such as, codes, letters, diagrams, colors, voices, sound, images or videos and their combinations which create the economic value added with cultural elements, such as, artistic value, originality, entertainment, refreshment, and popularity. The industry field covers publishing with literature & linguistics, printing & periodicals, cartoons, music with Korean classical music, movies with video materials, performance with dance, festivals, fine arts with characters, design advertising, broadcasting pictures with drama & animation and games. There are tangible industry fields including architecture, cultural properties, artworks, craftworks, costumes, sculpture, ornaments,props, household items and digital contents industry field, such as, edutainment, mobile cultural content, digital cultural content, user-created cultural content and multimedia cultural content. Also, cultural space of exhibitions, expositions, sample fairs, photographs, popular culture and art industry, entertainments are included. 우리나라 문화산업은 빠르게 성장하고 있지만, 아직 그 개념이 명확하게 정립되지못하였다. 이 글에서는 「문화예술진흥법」, 「문화산업진흥기본법」, 「콘텐츠산업진흥법」, 「콘텐츠산업 특수분류」 등과 같은 법제도상에 정의되고 있는 ‘문화예술’, ‘문화상품’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘문화산업’, ‘콘텐츠산업’ 등의 개념을 살펴보았다. ‘문화산업’이법에서 정의된 1995년부터 법제도의 신규 제정 및 개정을 통해 그 개념이 어떻게변화되었는지를 비교분석하였다. 문화산업의 가치사슬은 기획창작단계인 ‘기획ㆍ개발’, 사업화단계인 ‘제작ㆍ생산’, 활용유통단계인 ‘공연ㆍ전시ㆍ유통’, 그리고 소비향유단계인 ‘소비ㆍ이용ㆍ판매’로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 산업의 대상은 예술성ㆍ창의성ㆍ오락성ㆍ여가성ㆍ대중성등의 문화적 요소가 체화(體化)되어 경제적 부가가치를 창출하는 유형ㆍ무형의 재화인 부호ㆍ문자ㆍ도형ㆍ색채ㆍ음성ㆍ음향ㆍ이미지 및 영상 등의 자료ㆍ정보 및이를 제공하는 서비스의 복합체를 의미한다. 이 산업의 영역은 만화, 영화, 국악을포함한 음악, 무용ㆍ연극ㆍ축제를 포함한 공연, 연예(演藝), 미술ㆍ디자인 요소를활용한 광고, 캐릭터, 인쇄ㆍ정기간행물ㆍ문학ㆍ어문(語文)을 아우르는 출판, 애니메이션ㆍ비디오물을 포함한 방송영상물 및 게임 등을 포함한다. 또한, 유형의 건축, 문화재, 미술품, 공예품, 의상, 조형물, 장식용품, 소품 및 생활용품 등과 지식정보ㆍ 콘텐츠솔류션ㆍ에듀테인먼트ㆍ모바일문화콘텐츠ㆍ디지털문화콘텐츠ㆍ사용자제작문화콘텐츠ㆍ멀티미디어문화콘텐츠 등의 전자매체 기반의 문화상품과 전시회ㆍ 박람회ㆍ견본시장 등의 문화공간과 사진 및 대중문화예술산업 등이 포함된다.

一段 抽氣에 의한 熱倂合 發電 시스템의 性能에 관한 硏究

A co-generation system with one stage for the extraction of steam was chosen to obtain the system performance and the index of additional heat expenditure (IAHE) with respect to the change of the boiler pressure, the steam extraction pressure and steam extraction capacity. The results are as follows. 1) Efficiency increases as steam extraction capacity increases and decreases as the steam extraction pressure goes higher 2) IAHE becomes higher with the boiler pressure, and smaller as the steam extraction pressure cecreases. 3) The ratio of heat gain to electric power increases as the steam extraction pressure, and as steam extraction capacity becomes larger, The ratio of heat gain to electric power also goes larger with the boiler pressure. 4) In case of the fixed steam extraction pressure, IAHE decreases with the boiler pressure and steam extraction capacity.

Purpose: To report a case of fungal keratitis 3 days after intracorneal ring segment (ICRS) implantation for keratoconus. Case summary: A 65-year-old woman was referred to our clinic with refractory infectious keratitis in her left eye 3 days after ICRS insertion for keratoconus. Slit lamp examinations revealed infiltrates around the incision site with cellular reaction in the anterior chamber after the ICRS had been removed. Corneal scrapings were obtained for staining and cultures, and intensive topical antibiotics were administered. Initial microscopy and cultures were negative. Despite the use of intensive topical antibiotics, there was no improvement. Hyphae were isolated from additional corneal scrapings. The patient’s symptoms and corneal findings improved following administration of topical amphotericin B and oral itraconazole. Conclusions: Infectious keratitis after ICRS implantation is an uncommon but sight-threatening complication. Fungal keratitis should also be considered if infectious keratitis after ICRS is unresponsive to antibiotics. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2012;53(6):866-871
