        한국산 녹차 5종의 물의 온도 및 우린 횟수별에 따른 Chlorphyll 함량의 변화

        This study was carried out to examine the changes of chlorophyll a and b contents by the extraction temperatures and the number of soaking using five kinds of Korean green teas(3 kinds of green tea and 2 kinds of tea bag) which were obtained from a local market in Daegu city, Korea. The chlorophylls were extracted with 80% acetone, and determined by a visible spectrophotometer. The concentration of chlorophyll in Sulrok(tea bag) were the highest among all kinds of teas when they were extracted at 60, and decreased with the number of soaking increased. On the other hand, the chlorophyll content of green teas was the highest at 80, and decreased with the increase of the number of soaking as the tea bag did. It was found that the Korean tea bag contained more chlorophyll than green teas did, and green teas contained significantly more chlorophyll b than chlorophyll a.

        Photocatalyzed degradation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases were carried out over precoated titanium dioxide(anatase) illuminated UV light in a flow reactor. photocatalytic oxidation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases respectively indicated high conversion rates (78.0%) to CO₂gas. And photocatalytic oxidation of three gases according to a fold, twofold, and threefold of titanium dioxide(anatase) respectively gave high conversion rate. The longer reaction time was, the higher conversion rate to CO₂gas showed.

        Staphylococcus lugdunensis에 의한 감염성 심내막염 1예

        Staphylococcus lugdunensis is a coagulase-negative staphylococcus (CNS) that is commonly found on the human perineal skin. Contrary to other CNS, S. lugdunensis is a rare contaminant in cultures and has the potential to cause clinically significant infections, including infective endocarditis. Infective endocarditis due to S. lugdunensis have been known to resemble endocarditis due to S. aureus because of its aggressive clinical course and high mortality. We report a case of infective endocarditis caused by S. lugdunensis in a 21-year-old woman. She was cured of the infection with surgical and antibiotic therapy. S. lugdunensis에 의한 감염성 심내막염은 국내에서보고가 없었던 매우 드물지만 다양한 합병증과 높은 사망률을 보이는 감염증이다. 저자들은 S. lugdunensis가 수술적 치료와 항생제 치료로 완치된 감염성 심내막염 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        21세기의 정보화 산업사회와 지식기반 사회에서 우리의 아이들이 자신의 목소리로 세계 속에서 살아가게 하기 위해서는 다른 사람과 다른 아이디어를 낼 수 있도록 교육의 틀을 바꾸지 않으면 안된다. 다라서 21세기의 미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들을 가르치는 교육의 현장 역시 창의적인 인간을 길러낼 수 있도록 변해야 한다. 즉, 미래 사회를 대비하기 위해서는 각 개인의 개성을 존중하는 분위기에서 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서, 학교 안에서의 교육뿐만이 아니라 학교 밖에서도 다양한 학습 경험을 통해서 교육 과정이 추구하는 인간상을 구현할 수 있도록 활동할 수 있는 기회가 학생들에게 제공되어야 한다. 창의력을 발휘하여 문제를 해결하는 능력을 기르기 위해서는 개별적이 아닌 여러 명의 동료가 주어진 과제를 해결할 수 있는 기회를 갖고 짧은 시간이 아닌 장시간 동안 고민하고 그 해결책을 찾는 활동을 가질 기회가 필요하다. In order to educate our students with their special talents for the informational and knowledge based age expected in the 21st century, we must improve our educational programs such that students are able to create their own fresh ideas. Hence the present educational environment should be changed such that they are willing to respect others' characters and personality with their own original ideas. Therefore, we must make them have the opportunity that they can acquire many experiences through the school education and the social education program, so that they may grow up to the person with the humanity and creativity. In this study we have suggested new educational program where students engage themselves in long term research projects with collaboration of the team and creativity of individuals.

      • 경북지역 주부들의 전통 부엌 세간의 보유 현황 및 이용실태 조사 연구

        Housewives residing in the Kyongsang-Buk-do area were surveyed to determine their ownership of Korean traditional kitchen appliances and their usages. A breakdown of the appliances for the survey was as follows: 16 tableware, 17 household utensils, 15 heating utensils, 14 ceramic and earthen pottery, 6 stone utensils, 9 cooking utensils, 9 utensils made of the dried bamboo and bush clover, and 13 dining tables ("sang"). The types of the appliances with the largest ownerships and most frequently used were as follows: The jeopsi was most frequently owned, followed by the daejeop and the jaengban. The most frequently used item was the jubal,, followed by the daejeop and the jeopsi. Among the wooden utensils, bangmangi was most frequently owned, followed by the chanjang, the che, the doe, mal and hop. The most frequently used household utensil was the chanjang, followed by the takjasang and the doe, mal and hop. The utensil the most people owned for heating was the jujeonja, followed by the seoksoe, the musoesot and the siru. The most frequently used utensil for heating was the jujeonja, the musoesot and the seoksoe, in the order. As for the ceramic and earthen pottery, hangari and dok were owned and used most frequently. The maetdol and the jeolgu, though very low in their ownership rate, were most frequently owned items among the stoned utensils. The kal and the doma were the most frequently owned and used cooking utensils. The sokuri, and the chaeban and the baguni were the most frequently owned among the utensils made of the dried bamboo, bush clover and straw, while the sokuri was used the most frequently, followed by the chaeban and the jori. Among the dining tables, the kyojasang was the item most frequently owned, followed by the seonban and the chaeksangban, while the wonban was the most frequently used, followed by the kyojasang and the chaeksangban.

        감마선 조사와 아스코르브산 첨가가 소시지의 발암성 N - Nitrosamine 파괴 및 생성억제에 미치는 영향

        유화형 소시지의 휘발성 N-nitrosamine생성에 대한 감마선 조사, 환원제 첨가 및 포장방법에 따른 영향을 저장기간에 따라 조사하였다. 소시지는 아스코르브산을 첨가하거나 혹은 N-nitrosamine 생성을 최대화하기 위해 첨가하지 않은 모델시스템 소시지를 제조하여 함기포장 및 진공포장을 한 후, 0, 5, 10 및 20 kGy의 선량으로 감마선 조사하였다. 아스코르브산 첨가구는 제조 직후 감마선 조사에 의한 NDMA 및 NPYR 함량의 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 저장 4주째에는 조사구의 함량이 유의적으로 감소하였다. 아스코르브산 비첨가구의 경우 제조 직후 NDMA 및 NPYR 함량이 각각 5 및 10 kGy 이상의 선량에서 감소하였고, 저장 4주 후에도 비조사구에 비해 감마선 조사시 낮은 함량을 나타내었다. 또한 포장방법은 소시지의 N-nitrosamine 함량에 대한 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 않았다. Gamma irradiation was used to reduce the N-nitrosamines in emulsion-type cooked pork sausage during storage at 4℃. The sausage without ascorbate to maximize the N-nitrosamine formation and the sausage with 200 ppm sodium ascorbate were prepared, respectively. The sausages were aerobically or vacuum packaged and irradiated at 0, 5, 10 and 20 kGy. A statistically significant difference was not shown in N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and N-nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR) levels in the sausage prepared with sodium ascorbate at 0 week, while the NDMA and NPYR reduction was observed after 4 weeks storage. The NDMA level in the sausage without sodium ascorbate and irradiated at 10 kGy or above reduced in aerobic packaging, while a dose of 20 kGy was needed in vacuum packaging. The N-nitrosopyrrolidine reduction was shown at 20 and 30 kGy-irradiation. The results indicated that gamma irradiation was effective to reduce N-nitrosamines level in sausage during storage.

        지속가능과학은 지구와 인류의 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 학문으로서 태동하였다. 지속가능과학을 통하여 지속가능 이슈를 다루기 위해서는 이 분야의 인재양성을 통하여 지속가능과학을 전파하고 지속가능한 세계를 구현할 수 있어야 하겠다. 이를 위하여 생태계의 수용 능력 안에서 미래 세대가 자신들의 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 능력을 훼손하지 않으면서 현재의 필요를 충족시키기 위한 교육 과정을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문제해결 능력이 있는 인재 양성을 목표로 국내 대학의 학사과정, 석사과정, 박사과정 등으로 구분하여 교육과정을 개발하여 제안하고자 한다. Sustainability science came about as a new academic discipline to help maintaining the earth and the world. To deal with the sustainability issue through the sustainability science, it is necessary to develop human resources and let them spread the science and help realize the stainable world. For this purpose we are to establish the curriculum for the sustainability science to satisfy current needs for humanity without sacrificing future capacity for supporting next generations. In this paper we propose curriculums for undergraduate, graduate programs for the sustainability science for the purpose of training human resources with the problem-solving ability in this field.

        아이스하키 공격수와 수비수간의 체성분, 체격, 체력별 수준 및 등속성 회전력에 대한 비교연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in physique, physical fitness and isokinetic strength of Forward(FW=10) and Defense(DF=9) in Korean professional ice hockey players. The subjects selected for this study were composed of nineteen male professional ice hockey players. They didn`t have any previous medical or physical problems. They were measured physique, body composition, physical fitness and isokinetic knee strength test. All of data were analyzed utilizing independent t-test by SPSS 10.0. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion was as follow: 1. The variables of body composition were no significant differences between ice hockey FW players and DF players. 2. In physique variables, the height of ice hockey DF players was significant higher than FW players and remainders of physique variables were no significant differences between both groups. 3. The level of physical fitness variables were no significant differences between ice hockey FW players and DF players. 4. In knee isokinetic strength test, the peak torques of flexor and extensor in a left knee joint of ice hockey between DF and FW players were not significant different, but the peak torques of flexor and extensor in a right knee joint of ice hockey DF players were significantly higher than those of FW players. In conclusion, ice hockey players have the difference in physique and isokinetic knee strength between FW and DF players. Therefore, it is very important that the player should be trained up considering their characteristics according to the players` position.

        제주 성읍민속마을의 귀화식물 분포현황 및 관리방안

        제주시 성읍민속마을을 대상으로 관속식물상 및 귀화식물의 현황을 조사하고, 여타 민속마을과 제주도 전역에 분포하는 귀화식물의 분포양상 및 발생특성과 비교 고찰함으로써 이곳의 귀화식물의 관리방안을 모색할 목적으로 시도된 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 성읍민속마을의 관속식물상은 93과 260속 298종 44변종 12품종으로 총 354분류군이 확인되었으며, 이 중 귀화식물은 22과 46속 53종 2변종의 총 55분류군으로 이는 제주도 전역에서 확인된 총 254분류군의 21.7%에 해당된다. 이에 따른 성읍민속마을 의 귀화율은 15.5%로서 이는 경북 안동의 하회마을, 경주의 양동마을, 성주의 한개마을, 강원 고성의 왕곡마을 그리고 충남 아산의 외암마을에 비해 월등히 높은 수치였다. 마을내 발생한 귀화식물 중 분포지가 제주도에 한정되어 있는 것은 양장구채, 국화잎아욱, 애기달맞이꽃, 긴잎달맞이꽃, 솔잎미나리, 자주풀솜나물, 선풀솜나물, 큰참새피, 등심붓꽃 등 9분류군으로, 귀화식물의 이입 관문이자 선구 발생지로서의 특성을 살린 적절한 관리전략이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 한편 본 연구를 통해 제주도 기준목록에는 포함되지 않았던 까락빕새귀 리, 삼, 눈개불알풀 등 3분류군이 성읍민속마을에서 처음으로 확인되었다. 단위문화재 정원내 발생한 귀화식물은 총 20분류군으로 이 중 유럽점나도나물의 출현율이 62.5%로 가장 높았으며, 미국자리공·선개불알풀·망초·방가지똥·큰방가지똥(37.5%)도 비교적 높게 나타났는데 이는 제주도뿐만 아니라 대부분의 민속마을과 레크레 이션공간의 공통된 특성으로 보인다. 한편 경관관리적 취급이 요망되는 식물군락은 유채를 비롯하여 귀화식물인 코스모스, 토끼풀, 잔개자리, 긴잎달맞이꽃, 애기달맞이꽃, 서양벌노랑이, 호밀풀, 양장구채, 서양금혼초, 미국질경이, 큰이삭풀, 유럽점나도나물 등으로 분석되었다. 성읍민속마을의 단기적 귀화식물 관리방안으로는 경관농업적 차원에서 식재되고 있는 코스모스와 유채의 임내 침투 현황과 개화 후 활용 방안의 모색이 필요하다. 환경부가 지정한 생태계교란야생식물인 돼지풀과 서양금혼초는 우선적으로 제거하고, 재발에 대비한 추가 발생과 확산과 팽창을 염두에 둔 모니터링의 실시를 제안한다. 특히 서양금혼초는 서식밀도 파악 및 제근 등 물리적인 방제방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 또한 시각적으로 녹시율이 높은 정의읍성 외벽에 자생하는 방가지똥, 약모밀, 주홍서나물, 개망초, 자주광대나물의 제거가 시급하다. 이와 함께 폐·공가에 귀화식물의 분포와 우점도가 높음에 따라 공가에 대한 보존관리 및 민박 활용방안 등을 강구해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of vascular plants and naturalized plants growing in the Seongeup Folk Village in Jeju and to consider and compare their distribution patterns and the characteristics of emergence of naturalized plants in other folk villages and all parts of Jeju, thereby exploring measures to well manage naturalized plants. The result of this study is as follows.11) The total number of vascular plants growing in Seongeup Folk Village is identified to be 354 taxa which include 93 families, 260 genus, 298 species, 44 varieties and 12 breeds. Among them, the number of naturalized plants is 55 taxa in total including 22 families, 46 genus, 53 species, and 2 varieties, which accounts for 21.7% of the total of 254 taxa identified all over the region of Jeju. The rate of naturalization in Seongeup Folk Village is 15.5%, which is far higher than the rates of plant naturalization in Hahoi Village in Andong, Yangdong Village in Gyeongju, Hangae Village in Seongju, Wanggok Village in Goseong, and Oeam Village in Asan. Among the naturalized plants identified within the targeted villages, the number of those growing in Jeju is 9 taxa including Silene gallica, Modiola caroliniana, Oenothera laciniata, Oenothera stricta, Apium leptophyllum, Gnaphalium purpureum, Gnaphalium calviceps, Paspalum dilatatum and Sisyrinchium angustifolium. It is suggested that appropriate management measures that consider the characteristics of the gateway to import and the birthplace of the naturalized plants are necessary. In the meantime, 3 more taxa that have not been included in the reference list of Jeju have been identified for the first time in Seongeup Folk Village, which include Bromus sterilis, Cannabis sativa and Veronica hederaefolia. The number of naturalized plants identified within the gardens of unit-based cultural properties is 20 taxa, among which the rate of prevalence of Cerastium glomeratum is the highest at 62.5%. On the other hand, the communities of plants that require landscape management are Brassica napus and other naturalized plants, including Cosmos bipinnatus, Trifolium repens, Medicago lupulina, Oenothera stricta, O. laciniata, Lotus corniculatus, Lolium perenne, Silene gallica, Hypochaeris radicata, Plantago virginica, Bromus catharticus and Cerastium glomeratum. As a short-term measure to manage naturalized plants growing in Seongeup Folk Village, it is important to identify the current status of Cosmos bipinnatus and Brassica napus that have been planted for landscape agriculture, and explore how to use flowers during the blooming season. It is suggested that Ambrosia artemisiifolia and Hypochaeris radicata, designated as invasive alien plants by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, should be eradicated initially, followed by regular monitoring in case of further invasion, spread or expansion. As for Hypochaeris radicata, in particular, some physical prevention measures need to be explored, such as for example, identifying the habitat density and eradication of the plant. In addition, it is urgent to remove plants, such as Sonchus oleraceus, Houttuynia cordata, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Erigeron annuus and Lamium purpureum with high index of greenness visually, growing wild at around high Jeongyi town walls. At the same time, as the distribution and dominance value of the naturalized plants growing in deserted or empty houses are high, it is necessary to find measures to preserve and manage them and to use the houses as lodging places.
