Kyung Bok Lee. 1997. Language, Spirit, and Life. Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. For the guidance of juveniles and refinement of the national (Korea) language, this paper argues that heart is to language as the interior is the exterior; language, spirit, and life are to the cause and the result as flood, flesh, and bone are to the ones, with the two combined together. And the greatest of these three-language, spirit and life- is language. This paper also proposes that, in our daily life of language, the parents in family, the instructers in schools and social leaders in our society must give a good example to the juveniles. Accordingly this paper proposes concerning about thinking, the way to thinking, the kernel structure of language, something traditional and human nature. And this paper argues that juveniles language is like the adult mirror. Finally, this paper also argues that, in our national language, utterance or sound must be clear and beautiful, words fresh and abundant, and the structure systematic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between house wife's participation on dance sports, marital communication and marriage satisfaction. Specifically, it aims to examine: The influence of the dance sports involvement on marital communication, and marriage satisfaction. The subjects of this study was selected by cluster random sampling of involvement(participation 561, non-participation 177) in dance program facility of Seoul, Kyung-ki, Daejun, and Kwang-ju. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for the formalization factor marital communication, had been developed by Lee(1991). And also the marriage satisfaction had been developed by Kwon & Chei(1998). The statistical methods such as multiple regression analysis. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: Marital communication and marriage satisfaction of dance sport participant house wife are partially influence marriage satisfaction.

간호실무에서 신봉이론(Espoused theories)에 대한 탐색적 연구

As a nursing practice involves nurses' actions in a specific context of health care, this study has focused on exploring the espoused theories in nursing practice within the action science perspectives, Espoused theories are the belief, principles, and rationale expressed by the practitioner as guiding her/his actions in a situation of practice. The data were analysed qualitatively and 25 elements of espoused theories of nursing action were identified and clustered into 6 categories. The 25 elements of espoused theories are as follows: The clinical nurse worked in wholistic and individual nursing, focussed on the patient's needed, comfort and supportive nursing (5 theories of nursing goal) ; excellent skills, knowledge based, assessment and data collection, explaining, educating or a scientific basis(6 theories of nursing intervention): advocacy, value oriented, treatment, account- ability and commitment(4 theories of nursing ethics) ; human respect. partnership, trust(3 theories of patient-nurse relationship) : knowledgable, accumulated clinical experiences and personally lived experiences. positive perspectives(4 theories of nurse), role of intervention. rewarding peer relationship(3 theories of situations) The above mentioned espoused theories are similar to that of nursing textbooks which students learned through basic nursing education and almost the same as the Acts ofa Nurse in Korean. However, we are doubtful whether nurses actually do as they think. Therefore. it is recommended to review the theories-in-use in order to and any discrepancies between the espoused theories and the reality of nursing actions

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the concordance rate of the diagnostic results among Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) specialists. 2. Methods We carried out two studies in order to investigate the concordance rate of the diagnostic results between SCM specialists. We calculated the kappa value for analyzing concordance rate(using the SPSS program). 1) Study A : We investigated 142 clients who had taken health examinations and diagnosis of Sasang constitution from March 9, 2005 to March 29, 2005 at a health examination center of Kyung-Hee medical center. Every SCM specialist diagnosed 142 clients directly. Each SCM specialist don’t know the other specialist’s diagnosis. 2) Study B : We investigated 176 clients who had taken health examinations and diagnosis of Sasang constitution from January 2005 to March 2005 at the department of Occupational and Environmental medicine of Kyung-Hee medical center. One SCM specialist diagnosed 176 clients directly and the other specialist knowing previous specialist’s diagnosis, diagnosed each person indirectly 3. Results 1) The concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists in study A was relatively high(kappa value=0.700). 2) The concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists in study B was high(kappa value=0.895). 4. Conclusions We can confirm the concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists is relatively high.

계류 유산 후 한방치료 위해 내원한 환자의 Heart Rate Variability(HRV) 특성 연구

Objectives: This study aims to analyze Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in women after missed abortion compared with healthy women Methods: We studied 35 women who visited Kang-Nam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital after missed abortion from 01 January 2012 to 28 February 2015 (missed abortion group) and 35 normal women visiting medical examination center from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 (Normal Group). We measured HRV of each women and investigated the difference of HRV between two groups. Results: The standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN) in Missed abortion group is lower than normal group. The square root of the mean square difference of successive NNs (RMSSD) in Missed abortion group is lower than normal group. However there was no significant difference. Total Power (TP) and Low frequency power (LF) is significantly lower in Missed abortion group compared with normal group. High frequency power (HF), Very low frequency power (VLF) and LF/HF ratio in missed abortion group is lower than normal group. but There was no significant difference. Conclusions: Missed abortion group is lower in function of overall autonomic nervous system, especially sympathetic nerve.

사마귀의 變態에 따른 體液變化

The concentration of free amino acid, total protein, lipid and mineral salts during the metamorphosis of the mantis, Paratenodera sinensis De Saussure were measured using paper chromatographic method, micro-Kjeldahl method, thin layer chromatographic method and ash method, respectively. Healthy specimens were chosen as samples of each developmental stages;the egg stage and the larval stage. Amino acids present in the alcoholic extracts were alanine, asparagine, glycine, histidine, leucine, proline, threonine, tryptophan and valine. The total protein concentration reached to 610.68±36.44mg/g during the egg stage and the larval stage of the value was decreased to 182.37±18.00 mg/g. Total lipid, phospholipid, diacylglycerol, free fatty acid, triacylglycerol and ester cholesterol were identified at each stages. The total lipid value for larva was about two times the value for the egg through the all staes. Diacylglycerol, free fatty acid and triacylglycerol at larval stage the concentration reached a maximum. Hence, changes in concentration of lipid through course of the physiological cycle form a U-shaped curve when graphed against the lipid contents of the egg and the larval stage. The mineral salts present are calcium, lithium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium identified at each stages. The mineral salts concentration of the larval stage reached high level in contrast with the egg stage.

미용입 십자형 필렛용접부의 기하학적 피로특성

Fatigue failure modes of symmetrical LOP fillet weldments are dependent on the characteristics of the fatigue crack initiation and propagation from the weld toe or the weld root. In this study, constant amplitude fatigue tests on symmetrical LOP fillet weldments carried out, and fatigue properties were evaluated. Also, an attempt was made to develop the fatigue strength and fatigue life of symmetrical fillet weldments containing lack of penetration. From the result of this study, fatigue crack growth characteristics of symmetrical LOP fillet weldments are found to be affected by the weld geometry, stress range and microstructures of the welding zone.

한우의 간이물질 대사효소의 활성도

It is important to study the activity of drug biotransformation enzymes, because from a pharmacological and therapeutic point of view these enzymes are resposible for eliminating most drugs. Their level is ciritical when deciding the dose regimen. (From a toxicological perspective, the role of these enzymes varies, with some of them being directly responsible for activation of certain chemicals to reactive intermediates with deleterious consequence to the animal.) Experiments were designed to measure in vitro, the activity of drug metabolizing enzymes in liver of Korean native cattle. The microsomal monooxygenase activities were evaluated utilizing specific substrates. The activities of BPDM and TST 6β-hydroxylase were seemed to be high level relatively to other monooxygenzses such as ECOD, EROD and AH. Interestingly, TST 16α-hydroxylase which is a maker enzyme for CYP ⅠLA was not detected in Korean native cattle. These results sugest that Korean native cattle have high contents of CYP IIB1 and CYP IIIA.

스마트 미디어 카드를 이용한 교통사고 영상 저장 방법

This paper describes a method for saving traffic accident images in SMC(Smart Media Card), which is served as objective proof. SMC served being small-sized, strong, easy to attach and take off, which enables users image and voice-information service such as digital camera, MP3 Player, PDA and so on. Above all on account of it's high-speed in saving. The result of using SMC is saved pictures for 15 second before and after traffic accident image(320×240×8bit) into 8 frames/sec using a voice-recognition method or image recognition method. These pictures can be revived by PDA or mobile computer through up-loading serial/parallel communication or USB communication. This method could be applied to develop BLACKBOX.
