LNT를 통해 분석한 국립공원 탐방목적과 산행 윤리 의식의 상관성 : 내장산국립공원 백양사지구와 남창지구를 중심으로

본 연구는 LNT 항목의 분석을 통해서 산행 목적과 산행윤리의식 사이의 차이를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해서, 내장산국립공원의 백양사지구와 남창지구를 사례로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 국립공원 방문목적에 따라서 윤리 의식이 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다시 말하면, 산행목적의 탐방객이 행락 목적의 탐방객보다 윤리 의식이 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was performed to identify the difference between purpose and ethics consciousness of national park visit through analysis of LNT(Leave No Trace) items. For this, case study was performed in the Baekyangsa and Namchang district in Naejang national park. Study methods were questionnaire and statistic analyses. Through these, the difference of Ethics Consciousness of national park visit according to visit purpose of one was identified. In other words, it was identified that visitors for climbing purpose had higher than those for pleasure-making in Ethics Consciousness of National Park Visit.

In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

Insulation Coating of Fe–Si–Cr Soft Magnetic Powder by Selective Oxidation

This study examines the insulation coating technology of Fe–Si–Cr powder via selective oxidation annealing, which oxidizeselements selectively by controlling the oxidation potential. The study calculated the oxidation driving force of Fe, Si, andCr, and conducted a thermodynamic analysis of oxidation and reduction conditions according to temperature and oxidationpotential. Based on the results, a selective oxidation annealing was performed in an atmosphere in which Fe is reduced andonly Si and Cr are selectively oxidized. The oxidation potential was controlled through the partial pressure ratio of hydrogenand water vapor. The XPS analysis results confirmed that a Si and Cr complex oxide layer formed on the powder surfaceafter the selective oxidation annealing. Afterward, withstanding voltages were analyzed to evaluate the insulation property. Then, the withstanding voltage of the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing increased significantly comparedto that of the initial powder. Further analysis showed that the powder annealed in an air atmosphere had a significantly lowersaturation magnetic flux density than the initial powder, while the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing hadonly a slightly reduced saturation magnetic flux density.

Gastritis cystica profunda (GCP) is a rare disease characterized by gastric foveolae elongation along with hyperplasia and cystic dilatation of the gastric glands extending into the tissue beneath the submucosa. GCP mainly develops at the gastroenterostomy stoma but can arise in a stomach that has not undergone surgery. The proposed pathogenesis is related to chronic inflammation, ischemia and the presence of a foreign body. GCP may present as a submucosal tumor, Polyp or a giant gastric mucosal fold. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) is an effective diagnostic method for differentiating GCP from protruding and elevated gastric lesions. We report a case of GCP along with the endoscopic and EUS findings that were indistinguishable from a malignant submucosal tumor.

북한산국립공원의 계류수질 보전 전략(I)

This study was conducted to investigate physicochemical property changes from July 1998 to August 2001 in Mt. Bukhansan National Park. Four water sampling points were selected to measure the quality of stream water in the northeastern part of the Mt. Bukhansan National Park. The results were summarized as follows; In spring, the average pH of stream water was below the first class of the river water quality standard, while it was normal level in summer. The average electrical conductivity was about 2.3~3.3 times higher in downstream water than in upstream water during spring and summer. The contents of anions($Cl^-$, $NO{_3}^-$, $SO{_4}^{2-}$) were about 1.1~7.4 and 0.4~11.4 times higher in downstream than in upstream water, respectively. These results indicate that water quality was poorer in downstream than in upstream water. We suggest that stream water in the Mt. Bukhansan National Park should be protected from impacts of snow melting mineral particles in spring season and human impacts like wastewater of point source in summer season.

봉독약침이 류마티스 관절염 환자의 기능회복 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Objective: To evaluate the effects of bee venom acupuncture(BVA) on the rehabilitation and quality of life in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients Methods: Patients with RA were treated with the BVA therapy twice a week for 3 months. Tender joint counts, swollen joint counts, morning stiffness, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP), patient global assessment, physician global assessment, Korean health assessment questionnaire(KHAQ) were estimated and analyzed before and after BVA therapy. Results: Tender joint counts, swollen joint counts, morning stiffness showed significant decrease after BVA therapy. But, as acute inflammatory reactants, ESR showed no significant difference and CRP showed significant increase after BVA therapy. Patient global assessment physician global assessment, and KHAQ index showed significant improvement after BVA therapy. Conclusions: BVA therapy can improve rehabilitation and health-related quality of life RA patients as well as clinical symptom and signs. Further study is required in more population with large scale including acute inflammatory reaction of BVA therapy.

Renal papillary necrosis occurs most commonly in association with urinary tract infection, diabetes mellitus, sickle cell disease, vascular disease, and analgesic nephropathy. Clinical presentation may be related to symptoms of pyelonephritis such as flank pain, renal colic, hematuria, Proteinuria, recurrent fever. The necrotic tissue may be sloughed off, and the diagnosis can sometimes be made by finding piece of renal medullary tissue in the urine. Pyelography may demonstrate cavities and sinuses in the resion of papillae. Anuria & oliguria can lead to the acute renal failure, and especially prognosis and progress may be affect influenced by urinary infection. We report a case of renal papillary necrosis with ingestion of bear gallbladder. On pyelography, Persistent contrast is diagnostic clue of renal papillary necrosis. This case is not be related to urinary tract infection, but occurred acute renal failure. Expectant treatment was gone.

경호학전공 특성화 교육 개선방안

This research is a preliminary study for the improved management of educational specialization of guard and security major. A survey was performed with 174 registered students who are majoring in guard and security at nine universities throughout the country, and with 420 employees who are work ing for sixty firms in Seoul-Incheon area, out of more than 1.300 companies registered at The Korean Security Association. The systematic cluster sampling method was used for creating the data set and the total number of 594 interviewees answered our questionnaires. 1. The Result from Students The result of questions concerning their preference ordering for the major field, when they entered the school, was $quot;Guard and Security$quot;(81%), $quot;Private Security$quot;(12%) and $quot;Safety$quot;(7%). Their preference for the major courses also appeared in the same order of $quot;Guard and Security$quot;, $quot;Private Security$quot; and $quot;Safety$quot; area. In the field of $quot;Safety$quot;, relatively small number of students were evenly distributed to 13 courses such as $quot;Theory of Prevention of Disasters in Cities$quot; and $quot;Intelligent Building$quot;. Thirty-seven courses were opened in $quot;Guard and Security$quot; major, and 111 students took $quot;Martial Arts for Body Guarding$quot;, 99 for $quot;Planning Theory of Body Guarding$quot;, and 96 for $quot;Introduction to the Theory of Body Guarding$quot;, respectively. And students majoring in $quot;Private Security$quot; also took their 31 courses impartially, in which $quot;Theory of Private Security$quot;(21), $quot;Introduction to Machinery Security$quot;(21), $quot;Facilities Security$quot;(15) and $quot;Theory of Grisis Management$quot;(12) were included. 2. The Results from Employees in Security Business Firms emphasized the importance of integrity(63%), capability foroperation(18%) and special knowledge for the job(17%), when they hired the workers. The ways of acquiring skills necessary to an employee for his/her accomplishment of a given operation were turned out to be through on-the-job training(39%) and from their senior members inside the firm(20%). This tells us that there are not sufficient educational institutions to cultivate the specialists, therefore, we need to develop specialized educational programs for the major field in the universities

조각대황탕이 血壓 및 局所腦血流量에 미치는 影響

腦血管 疾患은 中樞神經系에 影響을 미치는 成人病 中에서 가장 흔하면서도 致命的인 것으로서 腦 血液 供給에 있어서 어떠한 原因으로든 局所 血流의 障碍로 因하여 招來되는 神經學的 缺陷과 突發的인 發病을 特徵으로 하고 있으며, 西醫學에서의 腦血管 疾患은 韓醫學에서는 中風의 範疇에서 다루어지고 있다. 韓醫學에서 中風은 傷寒이 아닌 內經에 처음 나타난다고 할 수 있는데 中風이라는 이름으로서가 아니라 "부격""偏枯""偏風"等의 이름으로 나타나고 있으며, 이에 대한 治療는 原因에 따라서 多樣하게 治療하여 患者의 症狀을 緩和시키는 治療法을 使用하여 왔다. 四象醫學에서는 中風의 원인에 대하여 少陰人은 심하비증과 氣鬱證, 少陽人은 火氣病症, 太陰人은 肝燥熱이라 하여 中風의 發病率이 太陰人에 가장 好發하는 것으로 보았으며, 그 治療處方에 있어 淸肺瀉肝湯, 淸心連子湯, 熱多寒少湯 및 조각대황탕 等을 使用하였다. 조각대황탕은『東醫壽世保元』太陰人病 24處方 中에 記載된 新定方으로서 大黃, 조각자, 葛根, 升麻로 構成되어 있지만 지금까지 血壓 및 局所腦血流量에 대한 實驗의 論文으로는 없었다. 그리하여 太陰人의 中風에 使用되는 조각대황탕을 Rat에 投與한 후 laser-Doppler flowmetry를 利用하여 血壓과 局所腦血流量의 變化를 測定한 結果 조각대황탕과 이를 構成하고 있는 藥物 中 大黃과 葛根에 있어서는 局所腦血流量의 增加가 有意性있게 나타났지만 血壓의 變化에는 有意性이 나타나지 않았다. 이는 앞으로 조각대황탕과 構成藥物에 대한 效能比較가 進行되어야 할 것이며, 腦虛血을 誘發한 狀態에서의 實驗과 機轉에 대한 硏究가 더욱 필요하리라 思料된다. ChoKagDaeWhangTang(CD) has been used in Sasang(四象) constitution medicine for many years as a therapeutic agent for cerebral disease. The effect of CD on the vascular system is not known. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CD on blood pressure and regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) of rats. 1. rCBF was increased by CD, Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma(RRER) and Puerariae Radix(PR) in a dose-dependent manner. 2. Blood pressure did not affected by CD, RREP and PR in rats.

췌십이지장절제술 후 발생한 지속적인 구토증과 Wernicke 뇌병증

Wernicke encephalopathy is an acute neurologic disorder attributable to thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency. We report the case of a 61-year-old female patient who presented Wernicke encephalopathy after surgery for pancreatic head cancer. From the ninth postoperative day, she had suffered from nausea and vomiting and had difficulties ingesting food, she was given total parenteral nutrition (TPN), but lacked adequate vitamin (thiamine) supplementation. After 28 days, she developed ataxia, ophthalmoplegia, and mental confusion. The magnetic resonance image showed pathologic changes in the medial thalamus,periaqueductal gray matter, medulla and mamillary bodies. The blood level of thiamine was very low. After intravenous and oral supplementation of thiamine (200 mg/day), consciousness was soon normalized and neurologic symptoms have gradually been improving. Nausea and vomiting disappeared after administration of a low dose of mirtazapine (7.5 mg/day). We emphasize the importance of thiamine supplementation to the patients who suffer from vomiting which hinders them from taking food and who require prolonged TPN.
