To detemine seasonal fluctuations in abundance and speices composition, polychaete samples were collected by Van Veen grab form March to November 2003 in Kangjin Bay. A total of 25,119.3 ind./㎡ polycaete were sampled and identified into 48 species. 25 families and 10 orders. Of the 10 orders. Phllodocida, Spionida, Eunicida and Sabellida accounted for approximately 79.9% of the polychaete fauna in this area. Phyllodocida, Nereidae, Nephtyidae ans Spionidae were dominant representing every moment 4 species. Of 48 species identified Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnate, Cirratulus cirratus and Palola siciliensis for 54.0% individuals collected. Season succession of dominant species was evident in study area: Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata. Cirratulus cirratus. Nephtys oligobranchia in March, Neanthes japonica, Lumbrineris japonica. Cirratulus cirratus, Prionospio pinnata in May, Ncanthes japonica, Cirratulus cirratus, Lumbrineris nippnica. Lumbrineris japonica in August and Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata, Laonice cirrata, Palola siciliensis in November, respectively. The diversity index was the highest value in March(H'=3.0059) and the lowest value in May(H'=2.7305). The eveness index was the highest in August(J=0.9184) and lowest in May(J=0.8524). The dominance index was the highest in May(D=0.3843) and the lowest in March(D=0.2275).

HPLC를 이용하여 농식품에 함유된 fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose 등 5종의 당류에 대한 신속하고 정확한 동시분석법을 확립하기 위하여 시험을 실시하였다. 수용성 당류의 HPLC 분석조건은 RI 검출기를 이용하여 column은 ZORBAX Carbohydrate (4.6 ㎜ ID×250 ㎜, 5㎛)를 이동상은 75% ACN을 사용하였고 칼럼온도 35℃, 시료 주입량은 10 μL, 유속은 1 mL/min의 조건으로 30분간 분석하여 방해 peak없이 5종의 표준용액을 분리하였다. 표준용액 검량선의 R<sup>2</sup>=0.999 이상으로 5종 모두 직선성이 우수하였고, 표준용액의 크로마토그램을 이용하여 분석의 정량한계와 검출한계를 산출하였다. 농식품의 당류 추출방법을 구명하기 위하여 표준인증물질 BCR644을 이용 추출 방법별 정확도를 비교한 결과, 증류수 100% 추출처리에서 fructose 95.7%, sucrose 98.7%, lactose 102.7%로 가장 우수하여 농산물 당류 추출시 적용하였다. 내부표준물질인 분유를 이용하여 반복성과 재현성을 확인하여 본 분석법에 대한 정밀도를 검증하였고 reference value 값으로 glucose는 1.17 g/100 g, maltose는 0.85 g/100 g, lactose는 45.54 g/100 g으로 설정하였고, 허용한계 95% 수준(2*SD)을 경고한계로, 허용한계 99.7% 수준(3*SD)을 거절한계로 산출하여 품질관리차트를 작성하고 농식품 당류 분석에 활용하였다. To determine sugars content of agricultural products and foods, simultaneous quantitative analysis was carried out on fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, and lactose by HPLC-RI. Analysis conditions were set as column ZORBAX car-bohydrate (4.6 ㎜ ID×250 ㎜, 5 ㎛), the mobile phase of 75% ACN, the column temperature of 35℃, sample injection amount of 10 μL and the flow rate of 1 mL/min. Five standard solutions were isolated without interfering peak within 30 minutes and the calibration curves of standard were confirmed excellent linearity from 0.10% to 1.00% with R<sup>2</sup>≥0.999. Based on the chromatogram of the standard solution, the limit of quantification (LOQ) and the limit of detection (LOD) values were calculated. The accuracy of the analytical values were highest at 100% water extraction method to the fructose 95.7%, sucrose 98.7%, lactose 102.7% respectively, compared with reference value of a certified reference material (BCR644), by applying the four solvent extraction methods. Using an in-house quality control material (infant formula), repeatability and reproducibility values of this experiment were verified on the basis of AOAC guideline and reference values were set up at 1.17 g/100g of glucose, 0.85 g/100g of maltose, and 45.54 g/100g of lactose. Quality control charts were drawn up and used for sugars analysis of agricultural products.

<P>This paper presents a new image fingerprinting scheme which embeds a multi-bits fingerprinting code and is robust against the geometric attack such as rotation, scaling and translation. We construct a 64 bits fingerprinting code and embed into wavelet subband of 512x512 images repeatedly. In order to restore an image from geometric distortion a noise reduction filter is performed and a rectilinear tiling pattern is used as a template. Results of experimental studies show that our method is robust against geometric distortions and JPEG compression.</P>

6H-SiC 종자 결정을 사용하여 PVT법으로 성장된 AlN 결정 연구

본 연구에서는 AlN 결정 성장시 중요한 공정변수 중의 하나인 성장 압력과 온도 조건에 따라 다르게 성장되는 AlN 결정상의 결과에 대하여 고찰하였다. AlN 결정 성장은 6H-SiC 종자 결정을 사용하여 PVT(Physical Vapor Transport)법을 적용하여 성장시켰다. 성장 압력과 온도에 따라 AlN 결정의 특성이 변화하였고, Raman 분석을 통해 다양한 방향을 갖는 AlN 결정이 SiC 종자 결정 위에 성장되는 것을 확인하였다. The effect of process parameters such as the growth pressure and temperature on the AlN crystal growth has been investigated. AlN crystal was grown onto 6H-SiC seed crystal using PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) method. Crystal properties and morphology of AlN crystal was changed with growth pressure and temperature. Raman analysis confirmed that AlN crystals with different orientation were successfully grown on SiC seed crystal.
