여수 금오열도 연안 자망에 채집된 어류의 종조성 및 군집구조

Fluctuations in the abundance and species composition of fishes in the coastal waters of Geumo-do, Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, Korea were investigated from 2002 to 2005. A gill net with entrances on both sides was used to collect a total of 469 individuals (55,180 g) of 3 orders, 18 families, and 28 species. The dominant species was Sebastes inermis (60 individuals, 5,670 g), followed by Neoditrema ransonneti (46 individuals, 2,290 g), and Pseudaesopia japonica (38 individuals, 3,080 g). The highest number of individuals was found in 2004, while the biomass was highest in 2005. The diversity index was highest in 2004 (H'=2.703) and lowest in 2002 (H'=2.580). The dominance index was highest in 2004 (D=3.983) and lowest in 2002 (D=3.404). The richness index was highest in 2003 (RI=0.337) and lowest in 2002 (RI=0.261). Changes in temperature and salinity affected the community structure and the location of spawning grounds. The number of individuals and total biomass increased with changes in temperature and salinity each year.

이 실험에 사용된 Takifugu oblongus (Bloch)는 2001년 7월에 동중국해에서 중저층 트롤로 채집된 5마리(체장 195.0∼265.3 ㎜)로 표본의 형질을 조사하기 위하여 외부형태를 관찰한 후에 계수·계측하였으며, 골격의 형태는 삶아서 채골하여 관찰하였다. T. oblongus는 등지느러미 줄기수는 12∼13개이며, 뒷지느러미 줄기수는 10∼11개, 가슴지느러미 줄기수는 16개, 꼬리지느러미 줄기수는 11개이다. 척추골은 19∼20개(미부봉상골 포함), 새조골은 6개이다. 그리고 체색은 등쪽에서 배쪽으로 폭포무늬의 황색의 띠가 가로줄로 내려와 있었고, 등지느러미 바로 앞쪽의 경우 띠가 한선으로 연결된 점이 특징이다. 이러한 특징으로 한국 미기록 어종인 T. oblongus을 "폭포무늬복"로 신칭하였다. The oblong toadfish, Tukifugu oblongus (Bloch), of the family Tetraodontidae was studied for the first time in Korea. The specimens were collected by an intermediate-bottom-layer trawl in East China Sea in July 2001. The species is characterized by brownish above with pale spots (waterfall design), yellowish white below, narrow dark bars on sides, teeth fused into a beaklike dental plate with a median suture giving two teeth in each jaw, 12 to 13 dorsal fin rays, 16 pectoral fin rays, 10 to 11 anal fin rays, 11 caudal fin rays, 19 to 20 vertebrae and 6 branchiostegal rays. A new Korean name "Pok-po-moo-nyi-bok" is proposed for the species.

To detemine seasonal fluctuations in abundance and speices composition, polychaete samples were collected by Van Veen grab form March to November 2003 in Kangjin Bay. A total of 25,119.3 ind./㎡ polycaete were sampled and identified into 48 species. 25 families and 10 orders. Of the 10 orders. Phllodocida, Spionida, Eunicida and Sabellida accounted for approximately 79.9% of the polychaete fauna in this area. Phyllodocida, Nereidae, Nephtyidae ans Spionidae were dominant representing every moment 4 species. Of 48 species identified Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnate, Cirratulus cirratus and Palola siciliensis for 54.0% individuals collected. Season succession of dominant species was evident in study area: Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata. Cirratulus cirratus. Nephtys oligobranchia in March, Neanthes japonica, Lumbrineris japonica. Cirratulus cirratus, Prionospio pinnata in May, Ncanthes japonica, Cirratulus cirratus, Lumbrineris nippnica. Lumbrineris japonica in August and Neanthes japonica, Prionospio pinnata, Laonice cirrata, Palola siciliensis in November, respectively. The diversity index was the highest value in March(H'=3.0059) and the lowest value in May(H'=2.7305). The eveness index was the highest in August(J=0.9184) and lowest in May(J=0.8524). The dominance index was the highest in May(D=0.3843) and the lowest in March(D=0.2275).
Early Life History of the Liobagrus obesus(Pisces, Amblycipitidae)

이 연구는 2004년 4월부터 7월까지 충청북도 영동군 금강 지류에서 퉁사리의 산란 습성을 관찰하였고, 반두와 족대로 수정란을 채집하여 전남대학교 자원생물실험실로 옮겨 난 발생 및 자치어 형태 발달을 관찰하였다. 부화는 수온 (평균 )에서 상실기로부터 225시간 15분에 시작하였다. 부화 직후 자어는 전장 (평균 7.66mm)로 난황을 달고 있었고, 입과 항문은 열려 있었으며, 꼬리 말단이 휘어져 있었다. 등지느러미 부분이 융기되었으며, 자어의 근절수는 The spawning behavior of Liobagrus obesus was observed at Kumgang river, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do from Apirl to July 2004. The fertilized eggs collected by dip net and skimming net were carried to the laboratory of Chonnam National University, and then egg, larvae and juvenils development were studied. Hatching of the embryo began about at 225 hrs 15 mins after morula stage in water temperature of (mean ). The newly-hatched larvae were (mean 7.66mm) in total length (TL), their mouth and anus were already opened with 14+28=42 myotomes. Sixteen days after hatching, the postlarvae were (mean 13.48mm) TL, the yolk sac was completely absorbed. The juvenile stage was reached when all fin-rays were formed at 24 days after hatching, and (mean 16.31mm) TL.
Egg Development and Morphology of Larva and Juvenile of the Oryzias latipes

In order to monitor the developmental features of embryos, larvae, and juveniles of Oryzias latipes (Temminck andSchlegel), Oryzias latipes was caught in river of Shinduck-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, on May 2011, and experiments werecarried out in Ichthyology laboratory at Chonnam National University. The blastodisc step was the first level for natural spawning. The optic vesicle, Kupffer's vesicle, myotome began to appear 75 hours 57 minutes later. After blastodisc development, thepectoral fins were made at 143 hours 37 minutes and the tail was separated started at the same time. Hatching was observed at167 hours 27 minutes after blastodisc. The total length of the hatched larvae was 4.95~5.10 mm (mean, 5.01 mm), the mouth andanus were opened. Larvae used yolk completely after 3 days after hatching. The total length larvae was 5.45~5.56 mm (mean,5.52 mm) after 8 days after hatching, and appeared the stems for tail. The stems pectoral, anal fin were showed after 14 days andthe stems dorsal, ventral fin were appeared after 19 days. For 35 days after hatching, the total length of larvae 13.95~15.30 mm(mean, 14.64 mm), and at this time, fins and body were transferred like the adult Oryzias latipes.
투라치, Trachipterus ishikawae (Jordan& Snyder, 1901)의 형태 및 골격

Morphology and osteology of the slender ribbonfish, Trachipterus ishikawae was described and figured in detail. The morphological characteristics are as follow: body elongate and compressed; upper jaw protrusile; tubercles along ventral edge of body and tail; eyes are large; body naked; caudal fin long and at a right angle to the body; from (3~4)+(7~8) gill rakers; from 180 to 185 dorsal fin rays, from 12 to 13 pectoral fin rays; 9 caudal fin rays and 5+2 short spine at caudal spine. The osteological characteristics are as follow: premaxillary is long and has four teeth; dentary is triangle shape; interopercle and subopercle are wide and flat; 5 branchiostegal rays; post clavicle is thin and long; from 79 to 80 centrum; posterior vertebrae elongate; 5~6 tubercles at urostyle bone. 이 연구는 투라치의 형태 및 골격 관찰을 위해 2017년에 여수시 돌산도와 부산에서 채집한 3개체를 대상으로 외부형태를 관찰하고 내부 골격을 삶아 채골하여 관찰하였다. 형태적 특징은 다음과 같다. 몸은 길고 측편되어 있었고, 위턱은 앞으로 돌출됐다. 체색은 은백색을 띠고 있었고, 눈은 크며, 가슴지느러미와 꼬리지느러미는 등쪽으로 향해 있었다. 작은 돌기들이 배쪽에 머리 뒤부터 꼬리까지 있었다. 새파 수는 (3~4)+(7~8)개였다. 등지느러미 줄기는 185~190개였고, 가슴지느러미는 12~13개, 꼬리지느러미에는 9개의 연조와, 5+2개의 짧은 극조가 있었다. 골격 특징은 다음과 같다. 주상악골은 길고 4개의 이빨이 있었다. 치골은 삼각형 모양이었고, 간새개골과 하새개골은 크고 넓었으며, 5개의 새조골이 있었다. 후쇄골은 가늘고 길게 발달 되어있었다. 척추골은 79~80개였고, 후방 추골은 길었으며, 미부봉상골에는 5~6개의 돌기가 있었다.
