        老人自敍傳으로 조망한 아래로부터의 역사

        신동인과 오정환의 이력은 평범하다. 하지만 두 사람의 이야기는 정보가 쌍방향으로 공유되는 디지털인터넷사회에서 한국현대사를 새롭게 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 같은 공간 속에서 비슷한 시기를 살았던 신동인과 오정환은 자신들의 관점으로 광복, 한국전쟁, 농지개혁, 통일벼 보급 등의 굵직한 역사적 사건들을 이야기한다. 신동인과 오정환의 삶은 기존의 공식역사에서 주인공이었던 지배층·승자·영웅 등의 삶에 비하면 평범하고 무난하다. 하지만 다른 관점에서 보면 두 노인의 삶은 평범하지 않을 수 있다. 두 노인은 지역 내에서 나름대로 좋은 입안에서 태어나, 괜찮은 직업을 가졌던 사람들이다. 또 노년에 부를 축적하였으며, 자손들도 잘 되었다. 실제로 신동인과 오정환은 스스로 성공한 삶을 살았다고 평가한다. 현대사의 굴곡진 상황 속에서 고향을 떠났거나, 두 노인에 비해 사회적·경제적 성공을 이루지 못한 사람들의 눈에는 신동인과 오정환의 삶은 평범하게 보이지 않는다. 개인의 기억은 고정점과 지향점이 다르며, 훗날의 경험과 결합하여 변형된다. 이 때문에 신동인과 오정환의 기억을 담은 자선전은 전체의 역사를 대변할 수 없으며, 기존의 공식 역사를 대체할 수 없다. 다만 두 사람은 누구보다 스스로 행동하고, 이유 있는 삶을 살았다. 자신을 공식 역사에 복무하는 조연으로 생각하지 않고, 자기의 인생을 사는 주인공으로 여겼다. 그렇기에 우리는 두 노인의 이야기에 귀를 기울일 수 있으며, 공감할 수 있다. 역사탐구의 목적이 과거를 통해 현재를 성찰하고 미래에 대비하는 것이라면, 두 사람의 자서전은 하나의 사료가 될 수 있다고 생각한다. Shin Dong-in was born in Shingye-ri, Yiwol-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do in 1934. He has ever lived in Jinhae and Seoul in his younger days for a short time. He had lived most of his life in his home town. Oh Jeong-hwan was born in Samyong-ri, Yiwol-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do in 1927. He worked as a teacher until early forty and for a short time, ran printing shop in Cheongju. However, he went back home and did farming until he passed away. Their career was common. But their stories provide an opportunity to newly see Korean contemporary history in the digital internet society where information are shared in interactive way. Shin Dong-in and Oh Jeong-hwan who had lived in the same space in the similar time told about important historical events like the restoration of independence, Korean war, farmland reform, spread of unification rice etc. from their views. Their lives were common and easy compared to life of governing group, winner, hero etc. who were protagonist in the existing official history. However, from another view, the lives of the two old men were not common. The two persons were born in a good family in the region and had a good job. And they accumulated wealth in the old age. Their descents lived happy life. Actually, they themselves assessed that their lives were successful. Their lives would be not common from the views from people who left hometown in the midst of situation with ups and downs of contemporary history, or thought that they lived lives with failure. The memory of individual has different fixed point and directed point. And the memory is transformed, being connected to future experiences. Autobiography expressing their memories cannot represent whole history and cannot replace existing official history. But the two men acted by oneself than anyone else and lived life with reason. They did not think that they played a supporting role only for official history. But they regarded them as a hero to live their own life. Therefore, we can carefully listen to their stories and feel sympathy. If purpose of history investigation is to reflect present through the past and prepare for the future, the autobiographies of the two men can be historical materials to help orientation of life.

        Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122의 생산과 그 특성

        토양으로부터 분리한 Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 biopolymer를 정제하여 분석하고, 그의 생산조건을 검토하였다. 탄소원으로 mannitol, 질소원으로는 polypepton을 사용했을 때 가장 많은 biopolymer를 생산하였고 K_2HPO_4 및 CaCl_2를 첨가함으로서 생산량이 더욱 증가하였다. 또한 이 biopolymer를 정제하여 그 분자량과 구성성분을 검토한 결과 Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122는 분자량이 1.7×10 exp (6)이고, C, H의 구성비가 1:2이며 미량의 N이 검출되었으나, 주 구성성분은 glucose와 galactose의 환원당으로 이루어져있는 전혀 새로운 biopolymer인 것으로 나타났다. To produce biopolymer, Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok was cultured in a medium containing glucose 1.0%, sucrose 2.0%, soluble starch 1.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, polypeptone 0.5%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.02%. The culture broth was centrifuged and the polymer was harvested by adding methanol to the culture supernatant. When three times of methanol was added, the polymer was coagulated and precipitated. Then it was further purifued through successive SK-1B, SA-20P, HP-20 column chromatographies. This polymer was designated as Biopolymer YU-122. C:H ratio of this Biopolymer YU-122 was 1:2 and small amount of N is detected by CHN analyzer. Glucose and galactose are main components of this polymer. Average molecular weight of this biopolymer was 1.7×10 exp (6) by Sepharose 4B gel permeation chromatography. Optimal condition for biopolymer production was investigated. When 5% of mannitol was used as a carbon source, and polypepton as a N source, highest productivity of biopolymer was achieved. C/N ratio as nutrient was also a major factor in polymer production and its optimal ratio was 3.

        A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Arthroscopic Meniscus Repair in Young Patients: Comparison of All-Inside and Inside-Out Suture Techniques

        Purpose: The purposes of the present study were to review published studies that investigated arthroscopic meniscus repair to treat meniscus injury in young patients and to compare all­inside and inside­out suture techniques.Methods: Various electronic databases were queried for published articles, and this search was updated in August 2017 for evaluating the outcomes of arthroscopic meniscus surgery in young patients. Data search, extraction, analysis, and quality assessment were performed according to the Cochrane Collaboration guidelines, and the clinical outcomes were evaluated using various outcome values in young patients according to suture techniques.Results: Three randomized controlled trials and three prospective comparative studies were included in this systematic review and meta­analysis. There were no significant differences in clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate (risk ratio [RR], 1.11; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.90 to 1.37; I2=39%) and perioperative complications (RR, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.23 to 1.72; I2=43%) between all­inside and inside­out techniques for meniscus repair.Conclusions: The present study shows favorable results for clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate and perioperative complications in young patients. Furthermore, based on our results, both all­inside and inside­out meniscal suture techniques are equally effective in these patients.

      • 동종 조혈모세포이식 후 발생한 크립토콕쿠스 척추염 1예

        Skeletal cryptococcosis is an uncommon infection. Cryptococcus is a common cause of meningitis and infects 7∼10% of patients with AIDS. As well as AIDS, the infection may be seen in association with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis and diabetes, also in patients on steroid medication. But there is no case report of skeletal cryptococcosis following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A 40-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of low back pain. She had chronic myelogenous leukemia for 2 years and underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 8 months ago. She have been treated with steroid and cyclosporine orally because of chronic graft versus host disease. On examination she was afebrile and had posterior lower lumbar tenderness. But, she had no reduced strength of low extremities. Open biopsy was underwent. Histology demonstrated budding, round-to-oval, refractile yeast-like organisms within debris. The results of a lumbar puncture were unremarkable and cerebrospinal fluid culture failed to grow bacteria and yeast. The patient was treated with amphotericin B (1 gram) and AmBisome□ (2.8 gram) over 6 weeks. Three months after cessation of therapy, the patient was doing well.(Korean J Infect Dis 33:298∼301, 2001)

The system can monitor 512 banks and inform the police of emergency state and its related informations. The developed svstem is under field test at a police station in Choongchung Province.

        <P>Solution‐processable reduced graphene oxide as a hole‐transporting layer for highly efficient and stable organic solar cells is reported on page 4923 by Dong‐Yu Kim, Seok‐In Na, and co‐workers. Introduction of a newly reduced graphene oxide by simple solution processing into solar cells dramatically raises the cell efficiency and cell life‐time. The results will allow full use of chemically reduced graphene and will advance the realization of carbon‐based printable optoelectronic devices. </P>

        한국 장애운동의 성과와 과제

        본 연구는 장애운동의 역사를 시기별로 조망해 보고 장애운동의 성과와 과제를 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 시기별 구분 및 성과와 과제를 도출하는 기준으로는 운동의 가치와 목표, 조직 명태, 운동주체, 운동 방식의 네 가지를 이용하였다. 운동의 시기는 장애운동의 태동기(1988년 이전), 성숙기(1988~1990년대 중반), 다원화기(1990년대 후반 이후로) 구분될 수 있었다. 장애운동의 성과로는 운동의 가치와 목표로 인권 및 자기결정권을 주요한 가치로 정립했다는 점, 운동의 주체가 중증장애인 중심으로 발전하였다는 점, 운동 방식이 매우 다양화되었다는 점을 들었다. 반면, 장애운동의 과제로는 운동의 가치를 보다 명확해 해야 한다는 점, 운동조직 간에 보다 활발한 네트워크가 형성되어야 한다는 점, 운동주체의 대중화를 꾀해야 한다는 점, 운동방식을 사회의 총제적인 변화를 추구할 수 있도록 해야 한다는 점을 들 수 있었다. This study has the aim of looking over the history of disability movements and revealing achievements of these movements and assignments. As the criteria of these and chronological distinction, there are four : values and aim, the form, the subject and the ways of these disability movements. The time could be divided into quickening time(before of 1988), maturing time(1988~the middle of the 1990s), diversifying period(after the 1990s). The achievements of the disability movements are the following: establishing that human rights and the right of self decision as for the values and aims of this movement, as for the form of the movement, allowing the jointing foundation which the disability organization but also citizen society can participate as for the form of the organization, putting the importance toward the person with severe disability as for the leading people of the movement, diversifying the ways of the movement, etc. On the other hand, four different facts can be addressed as for the assignments of the disability movement: making the value of the movement more clear, building up the active network among the organizations, doing popularization of the movement, seeking for the fundamental changes of the society in the way of the movement, etc.

Lyapunov theory is u for contoller design and stability analysis.

      • 철을 오염시킨 n-GaAs의Photoreflectance에 관한 연구

        We investigated the variation of PR signals for n-GaAs surface treated with Fe as annealing method. The samples were annealed by isochronal(200∼600 ℃, 10 min) and isothermal(300 ℃, 10 ∼60 min) method. In PR signals measured from isochronal annealed samples, the rate of intensity decreasing for n-GaAs was 49%, and that for n-GaAs surface treated with Fe was 66%. We assumed that the large amount of decreasing intensity for Fe contaminated sample caused by decreasing carrier density due to increasing of ?? neutral acceptor at higher annealing temperature. In PR signals measured from isothermal annealed samples, the signals for annealed n-GaAs decreased with increasing annealing time, and the signals for n-GaAs surface treated with Fe continuously increased with increasing annealing time. It can be assumed that the increasing of PR intensity for Fe contaminated samples as annealing time caused by the diffusion of Fe atoms from the surface.
