嶺南大 生物學科에 所藏된 집게벌레의 分類

嶺南大 生物學科에 소장중인 집게벌레目에 속한 標本들을 分類學的으로 同定하고 각 種의 特性과 慶北地方에서의 分布를 처음으로 논하였다. 결과, 다루어진 分類群은 3科 7屬 7種으로 이는 국내에 기록된 집게벌레種의 약 44%를 차지하는 것이나, 稀貴種과 誤同定이 많이 포함된 집게벌레目의 특성상 사실상 국내에서 발견될 수 있는 種들이 대체로 모두 보관된 셈이다. 표본들의 라벨에서 분포와 서식지를 검토한 바 대체로 각 종의 서식 환경과 분포 범위를 분명히 구분시켜주는 채집이었고, 특히 민집게벌레(Anisolabis maritima)에 속한 일부 표본들은 慶北地方에서 의문시된던 과거의 기록과 이 種이 都市로 擴散한 것을 확인하는데 결정적인 증거가 되었다. 그러나 이 種의 특성상 自然的인 分布를 인정 할 수는 없으므로 추후 그 확산을 조사하는 것은 흥미로운 연구일 것이다. 더불어 각種을 구분하기 위한 診斷的인 檢素表가 제시되었다. Discussed are their characteristics and distribution of Dermaptera deposited at the Department of Biology, Youngnam University, as they were identified into relevant taxonomic positions. Consequently, the specimens were assigned into 7 species belonging to 3 familes 7 genera that is about 44% of the known disversity of Dermaptera in Korea. However, it covers almost all casual species considering that 6 rare and 3 misidentified species are included in the Known Korean fauna. In particular, the most interesting materials were found in Anisolabis maritima (Bonelli) that is essentially a coastal species but were collected in the citycentre of Taegu. The doubted records on A. maritima in Taegu, therefore, were decisively supported by the specimens. Dispersal route of the species is to be the primary concern of a continuing work. Also provided is the diagnostic key for the species identified.

People who are not statistical experts have made many mistakes as easy a statistical means could be used. They have to collect the proper data for their purposes an must use statistical methods after testing adequacy. This study has made a check list an evaluated the adequacy of statistical analyses of papers in the master's degree in Yeungnarm University. It has been evaluated that many papers have not been considered the adequacy of statistical analysts. Institute of Statistics, Yeungnam University and Department of Statistic may make a plan for the future based on these results.

삼천지의 환경과 생물다양성 II. 곤충상

저자들은 1992년 9월20일부터 1992년 11월 7일까지 경상북도 경산시 영남대학교 교내에 위치한 삼천지에 대한 곤충상을 조사하였다. 연구 결과 총 8目 56科 121屬 132種이 서식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. We studied insect fauna in the Samchun-impoundment during the period of from september 20, 1992 to November 7, 1992. The total number of insect taxa are composed of 132 spceies, 121 genera, 56 families, 8 orders including this examination.

2-Aminothiazole 유도체의 살균 효능 (Ⅲ)

A series of 4-phenyl-2-anilinothiazole derivatives were prepared by the reaction (2-aminothiazoles and 2-chloro-3, 5-benzotrifluoride and tested for their protective activitie against rice leaf blast, rice sheath blight, cucumber gray mold, wheat leaf rust. Most of compounds containing fluoro substituents at various positions of their phenyl ring at the position 4 in the thiazole ring showed high in vivo fungicidal activity.

Hg²+에 의한 cis-〔Co(en)₂(L)CI²+](L=아민류) 착물의 아쿠아화 및 킬레이트화 반응

수용액 및 유기용매-물 혼합용매속에서 L이 NH₃,NH₂CH₃,??, glyOCH₃, ??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂,이 배위된 ?? (en=1,2-diaminoethane)에 ??을 작용시켰을때 속도론적인 자료, 원평광이색성 스펙트라, 이온교환 크로마토그래피에 의한 생성물 분석 및 용매의 성질인 Y(ionizing power)를 이용한 m(Grunwald-Winstein의 기울기) 값의 결과들로 부터 반응은 ??-메카니즘으로 제안되었다. 반응 결과 L이 NH₃과 NH₂CH₃ 이 배위된 ??은 Cl이 해리되어 H₂O분자가 치환되었으며, L이 ??,glyOCH₃, ??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂과 NH₂CH₂CN이 배위된 ??은 Co(Ⅲ)에 대한 각 리간드 L의 킬레이트화가 일어났다. 에탄올-물 혼합용매 속에서 ??을 제외한 ??은 에탄올의 양이 증가될수록 속도상수(k) 의 값이 증가되었고, 또한 30% 유기용매-물 혼합용매 속에서의 속도상수의 값이 30% 2-프로판올-물>30% 에탄올-물>물의 순서를 나타내었다. 그러나 ??은 이와 반대의 결과를 나타내었다. 각 착물들의 속도상수의 차이에 있어서 ?? 및 ??은 리간드장 파라메타(△)와 관계가 있었지만, ??(L=??,glyOCH₃, ??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂, NH₂CH₂CN)은 이와 관계가 없었다. ??에 대하여 ??을 첨가시켜 ??이 촉매로서 작용하는 반응에서 ??에 의하여 그 반응 메카니즘이 변화되는 것이 아니라 단지 속도만 변화되었다. It has been suggested that ??-promoted reaction of a series of?? (en=1.2-diaminoethane with L=NH₃,NH₂CH₃,??, glyOCH₃??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂, and NH₂CH₂CN proceeds by dissociative interchange(??) mechanism from kinetic data, circular dichroism spectra, analyses of products, and the values of m(Grunwald-Winstein plot) using Y (solvent ionizing power) in aqueous solution and in mixed aqueous-organic solvent. It has been found that chloride replacement by water (aquation) for the series with L=NH?? and NH??CH?? and chelation of ligand L to Co(Ⅲ) for the series with L=??, glyOCH₃,??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂, and NH₂CH₂CN occurs, respectively. The rate constants on ??-induced reaction of the series except ?? were increased with increasing the contents of ethanol in mixed water-ethanol solvents. In mixed water-30% organic solvents, the rate constants of the series except ?? have also been measured in the order 30% 2-propanol-water>30% ethanol-water>water. However, the rate constants of ?? were reversed. The rate constants of the series with L=NH?? and NH??CH?? were related to ligand field parameter (△), but those of the series with L=??, glyOCH₃, ??, NH₂CH₂CONH₂, NH₂CH₂CN were not.That reaction between the series and ?? in aqueous media containing NO₃ has been investigated. The results for the reaction do not alter the mechanism, but the rate only was altered.

노화 흰쥐 간에 미치는 비타민 A 급성과다 효과 ㅣ.조직학적 연구와 Alkaline phosphatase 활성

급성 비타민 A 과다가 노화과정의 진행정도(3, 6, 20개월)에 따라 간장에 미치는 영향을 형태학 및 효소화학적으로 관찰하였다. 대조군에 대한 광학현미경적 변화로 3, 6개월군은 대체로 그 형태가 잘 보존되어 있으나 20개월군에서는 동양혈관의 확장, 불규칙한 간세포삭, 국소적 세포팽창과 염증세포의 침윤이 관찰하였다. 비타민 A 투여 3개월군에서의 광학현미경적 변화로, 간소엽의 주변부변성이 관찰되었으며, 6개월군에서는 중심정맥과 간정맥 내막의 섬유증식, 그리고 섬유모세포와 성상세포의 중식이 국소적으로 형성되었다. 20개월군에서는 소엽 전반에 걸친 동양혈관의 확장, 간정맥 경계부의 섬유중식, 중심정맥과 동양혈관의 심한 섬유증식에 기인된 동양혈관 내막에서의 적혈구 정체 및 세포질의 소실도 관찰되었다. 효소활성의 변화로, 혈액중의 ALT, AST는 변화가 없는 반면, ALP 활성은 비타민 A 투여 20개월군에서 증가하는 경향을 보였다. The effect of acute hypervitaminosis A on liver tissue, obtained from 3,6, 20months of rats, were studied by analyzing morphological changes and serum enzyme activities. In light microscopic results of control groups(3,6 months), the tissue structure is preserved well, whereas from 20 months old group, dilatation of sinosoids, irregular hepatic cell cord, and focal cell swelling and infiltration of inflammatory cell were observed. From the 3 months groups treated with vitamin A, peripheral degeneration in the hepatic lobule was observed. From the 6 months groups, fibrosis of central and portal veins, and formation of focal proferation of fibroblasts and Kupffer cells. The dilatation of sinusoids in the whole liver tissue, fibrosis of continuity of liver tissue in adjacent lobule, and focal stagnated red blood cells(caused from the fibrosis of central vein and sinusoids) with cytoplasmic loss were observed from 20 months group. The activity of serum ALP level in 20 months group treated with vitamin A, compared with 3, 6 months groups, was increased, while the changes of serum ALT and ASt activities were insignificant.
