        Cyclodextrin 분해효소의 정제 및 그 특성

        Cyclodextrin hydrolase from Bacallus stearodhermophilus KFCC 21203 was purified and the properties of the purified enzyme were investigated. The enzyme was purified 15 folds with 77% recovery by ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, and Ultro AcA 34 gel filtration. The specific activity and the molecular weight of the enzyme were 1.30 units/㎎ protein and about 29,500, respectively. The maximum activity of the enzyme was shown at 55℃ and pH 5.5. However, stable temperature and pH were 40 ℃ and 5.0∼8.0, respectively. The Km value for γ-cyclodextrin was 3.78 × 10^(-3) M. The degradation activity of the enzyme was selectively high for γ-cyclodextrin, and very low for β-cyclodextrin, but not for α-cyclodextrin. The decomposed products of γ-cyclodextrin were mainly glucose and maltose, and a little mlatotriose. The activity of the enzyme was very high for amylose, potato starch, corn starch, amylopectin and maltooligomer, and relatively high for glycogen and dextrin. The decomposed products of them were mainly glucose and maltose.

      • 猪笭湯이 實驗的 賢贓障碍家兎에 미치는 影響

        This study was attempted to investigate the effect of Jueryeong Tang(JRT) on renal failure of the rabbit treated with folate. Serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and serum uric acid in folate-treated rabbits were markedly increased and creatinine clearance was decreased by comparing with the normal group. JRT(900㎎/㎏) given orally produced significant reduction in concentration of both serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen by comparing with the corresponding folate-treated group. while did increased clearly in creatinine clearance. The morphological changes of arcuate arteries and glomeruli evoked by folate treatment were almost returned to normal state after administration of JRT. (900㎎/㎏). These experimental results suggest that JRT may greatly improve renal failure of the rabbit induced by folate treatment.

      • 탱자의 成分硏究 (Ⅰ) : Hesperidin의 分離 The isolation of Hesperidin

        The trifoliate orange(Poncirus Trifoliata Rafinesque: Rutaceae) is produced at the south of middle repion in Korea. The fruit has been used for the G-I tract at the name of Ji-Sil(枳實)from the chinese medicine. I found the needle crystal(A) by extracting the fruit of trifoliate orange with ethanol. This crystal(A) is the same as the standard with melting point 259℃ After I examined spot by radiating the Ultra-Violet rays with the developmental method of Wattman No2 of paper partition chromatography. I found that Rf is 0.86 in phenolsolution as the developmental fluid, Rf is 0.89∼0.90 in acetic acid: H₂O(6:4) and the melting point is 228∼229℃ by hydrolysis with HCl. As the result, I could find that Crystal(A) is Hesperidin.

        중국 2016년 개정 「조선말 띄여쓰기」의 변화 내용과 남북한 현행 띄어쓰기 규정 비교

        The prupose of this study is to compare between newly revised contents of Joseonmal Ttuieosseugi Gyujeong (Word Spacing Rules for Korean Language) in ‘4 general provisions’ in Chinese Joseonmal Gyubeomjip (Collection of Standards for Korean Language) (2016) and the Korean Spacing Word Rules of current South & North Korea. Before the division of Korea, the Korean people maintained their language life based on Hangeul Orthography Unity (1933, HOU). After the liberate from the Japanese control, however, South Korean, North Korean, and China’s Joseonmal have different language standard with different social system. After liberation of China, China’s Joseonmal followed Word Spacing rules in Hangeul Orthography Unity (1946, HOU), Word Spacing rules in Joseoneo Cheoljabeop (Spelling Rules for Korean Language) (1954) of North Korea, and Joseonmal Gyubeomjip (Collection of Standards for Korean Language) (1966) of North Korea. In 1977, Joseonmal Ttuieosseugi (Word Spacing Rules for Korean Language in china) was enacted in the way of corresponding with Joseonmal Gyubeomjip (Collection of Standards for Korean Language) of North Korea. In 1995, 2004, and 2007, Joseonmal Ttuieosseugi (Word Spacing Rules for Korean Language) was revised and applied in china. China’s Joseonmal spacing word regulation needed adjustment because of the morphologic features of China’s Joseonmal, but it had not had scientific characteristic enough because of the effect of custom and economic feasibility. Regarding these problems, new Joseonmal Gyubeomjip (Collection of Standards for Korean Language in china) was published in 2016. This study analyzes and compares Joseonmal Ttuieosseugi (Word Spacing Rules for Korean Language), which are revised the most on this revision, to Korean spacing word rules of current South & North Korea. This study has the significance for noticing the normative differences between Korean and China’s Joseonmal to high level korean learners through comparing the China’s Joseonmal standard to that of South & North Korean. Moreover, the direction of progressive standardization of Korean language can be assumed with this study, since the normative changes of China’s Joseonmal could be regarded as process of completion of unified Korean language standard. 이 연구는 새로 개정된 중국 『조선말규범집』(2016) ‘4칙’ 중의 「조선말 띄여쓰기」 규정의 개정 내용을 살펴보고 현행 남북한의 띄어쓰기 규정과 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 우리 한민족은 남북한 분단 이전에는 모두 같은 『한글 마춤법 통일안』(1933)에 근거해 언어생활을 영위하였지만 광복 이후에는 남한, 북한과 중국 조선족이 각각 다른 사회 체제 속에서 사용하는 어문 규범 또한 달라지게 되었다. 중국에서 조선어는 해방 후에 『한글맞춤법통일안』(1946)의 「띄어쓰기」 규정과 북한의 『조선어철자법』(1954) 중의 「띄여쓰기」 규정 그리고 북한의 『조선말규범집』(1966)에 준하여 사용하다가 1977년에 북한의 『조선말규범집』과 일치시키는 방향으로 「조선말띄여쓰기」를 제정하였고 1995년과 2004년, 2007년에 「조선말띄여쓰기」를 일부 개정하였다. 띄어쓰기에 관해서 조선어의 형태론적 특성을 반영하는 적당한 수정이 있어야 했지만 관습의 영향과 경제성 등으로 인하여 과학성이 충분히 보장되지 못한 상태가 계속 유지되고 있었다. 이런 문제점들을 고려하여 2016년에 새로운 규범집이 출판되었다. 본고는 이번 개정에서 변화가 제일 큰 「조선말 띄여쓰기」 규정의 바뀐 부분을 중심으로 살펴보고 이에 해당하는 남북한 현행 띄어쓰기 규정과 비교하였다. 이 연구는 중국 조선족들이 사용하고 있는 어문 규범을 남북한 어문 규범과 비교하면서 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자들에게 한국어와 중국 조선어의 규범상의 차이를 보이는 데도 의의가 있지만, 이를 통해 한국어 어문규범의 앞으로의 진행 방향을 가늠해 보고자 함에도 의미를 둔다. 중국 조선어문 규범상의 변화가 통일한국어문규범을 완성해 가는 한 과정으로 이해할 수도 있기 때문이다.

      • 생강나무의 消炎. 鎭痛作用에 관한 연구(Ⅱ)

        Lindera obtusiloba has been used for the treatment of fever, abdominal distention and pain in traditional medicine. The anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts from Lindera obtusiloba was investigated utilizing carrageenin-induced edema, granuloma pouch in rats. The effects of this agent on capillary vascular permeability and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice were also examined. It showed to have significant analgesic activity on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid at Water extract of root(600㎎/㎏). It was also inhibites the increase in carpillary vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice. It showed anti-inflammatory activity in 1% carrageenin-induced edema with oral administeration in rats and exhibited significant preventive effect on edema at Water extract of root(600㎎/㎏). The water extract of root from Lindera obtusiloba showed significant inhibition on granuloma and exudate formation in rats. In the present study, the Water extract of root was indicated to have the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity.
