        우연히 발견된 장간막의 단중심성 형질세포형 Castleman병 1예: 초음파와 CT 소견 중심으로

        Castleman's disease is a benign lympho-proliferative disorder that commonly occurs in mediastinum. It is known that the disease rarely occurs in mesentery. Most localized abdominal Castleman's diseases are histologically hyaline vascular type. The contrast-enhanced CT in patient with hyaline vascular type Castleman's disease shows a well-defined mass with homogenously intense enhancement. On the other hand, the patient with plasma cell variant has systemic symptoms, but not specific imaging features. We report a unicentric plasma cell variant Castleman's disease in mesentery nearby superior mesenteric artery as presenting a single mass, not accompanied by systemic symptoms with similar characteristics to hyaline vascular type.

        의·한의 협진 의료이용 행태 분석 연구

        Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the frequent diseases among the people who had been treated by collaborative treatment of Korean medicine and Western medicine, and to compare their medical use behaviors before and after the collaborative first-stage pilot project between Korean medicine and Western medicine. Methods : 4,467 patients were identified as the patients who are participated in the collaborative first-stage pilot project between Korean medicine and Western medicine during the period between July 15, 2016 and March 31 2017. We used 28,480 records of Korean national health insurance claim data from January 1 2016 to March 31 2017 to analyzed present condition of cooperative medical usage. Also we conducted a paired t test to compare the percentage of collaborative treatment days before and after the pilot project period. Results : We found that the most frequent diseases treated in the pilot project were the diseases of musculoskeletal and nervous system and then 10 major diseases such as H, K, J, C (D), N, L, E, A, H and F disease codes in order. Also it was confirmed that 14 major and 53 medium diseases are included from more than 90% of total patients. As a result of high frequency of medical treatment in Western medicine or Korean medicine is "administration of Korean medicine", which is same as before and within the pilot project. The ratio of utilizing both Western and Korean medical care for the same disease on the same day by both general patients and patients in KCD-7 disease code group C, G, I, M and S had been increased significantly. Conclusions : The pilot project might change the behavior of utilizing the medical care service by increasing the ratio of collaborative treatment of Western medicine and Korean medicine for the same disease on the same day.

        유리 기판에서 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 증착한 비정질 투명전극 스트론튬 루세네이트 박막 두께에 따른 광학 및 전기적 특성

        스트론튬 루세네이트 (SrRuO₃)의 전극은 페로브스케이트 구조 유전체의 유전 특성을 향상시킬 수 있어 DRAM(Dynamic Random-Access Memory) 에 가장 적합한 전극 재료로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 장점들을 가지고 있는 스트론튬 루세네이트 (SrRuO₃) 박막이 투명 전극(Transparent Conductive Oxide; TCO) 으로의 사용 가능성을 확인해 보기 위해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서, 스트론튬 루세네이트(SrRuO₃) 박막을 유리 기판 위에 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 법으로 상온에서 증착 하였다. 박막의 두께에 따른 광학적 특성과 전기적 특성을 관찰하기 위하여 증착 시간을 5분과 50분으로 설정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 증착 시간이 증가할수록 박막 두께가 5nm에서 68nm로 증가하였고 광 투과율이 80%에서 40%로 감소하였다. 전기적 특성인 비저항은 박막 두께가 증가 하면서 1.99 mΩ·cm 에서 26.3 mΩ·cm 로 증가하였다. 결과적으로, 스트론튬 루세네이트(SrRuO₃) 박막을 유리 기판 위에 5분 증착 하였을 때, 약 80%이상의 투과율과 4.57eV의 밴드 갭, 그리고 1.99 mΩ·cm의 비저항을 보여주었다. The SrRuO₃ electrode can improve the dielectric properties of the perovskite structure. Thus, it is the most suitable electrode material for Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM). This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of the SrRuO₃ thin film as a transparent conductive oxide (TCO). In this study, an SrRuO₃ thin film was deposited on the glass substrates by the RF magnetron sputtering method at room temperature. To observe the difference in optical and electrical properties as per the thin film thickness, the deposition times were set to 5 and 50 min. As the deposition time increased, the film thickness increased from 5 to 68 nm, the optical transmittance decreased from 80% to 40%, and the resistivity (an electrical property) increased from 1.99 to 26.3 mΩ·cm. Consequently, when the SrRuO₃ thin films were deposited on the glass substrates for 5 min, a transmittance of about 80% or more, a band gap of 4.57 eV, and a resistivity of 1.99 mΩ·cm were observed, thus verifying that an SrRuO₃ electrode can improve the dielectric properties of perovskite.

        Tunneling field effect transistor (TFET) is expected to replace conventional Metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) in the field of low-power operation device. However, its relatively low on-current has still remained as a problem. This paper suggests the way to optimize TFET using technology computer aided design (TCAD) simulation. The effect of band gap energy and body thickness on the transfer characteristic was investigated.

      • 정부 연구개발(R&D) 과제의 협력요소들과 연구성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구

        1980년대부터 시작된 한국 정부의 연구개발(R&D)정책과 사업은 지난 시간의 성과를 진단하고 개방형혁신 시대에 부합하는 새로운 국가R&D전략을 수립하여 글로벌경쟁시장에서의 우위확보를 위한 전환점을 마련해야할 필요성에 직면해 있다. 이와 같은 필요성에 따라 본 연구는 한국정부의 연구개발 사업에 대한 성과, 특별히 R&D과제의 협력적 특성들과 성과 간의 관계를 진단하는 것에 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 지난 4년(2006∼2009) 동안 정부가 연구개발 사업을 통해 지원한 11만여 개의 과제를 대상으로 실시한 패널회귀분석 결과는 협력기관수의 경우 1차적ㆍ직접적ㆍ기술적 성과인 논문과 특허에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 2차적ㆍ간접적ㆍ경제적 성과인 기술료에는 중대한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 지역인프라로 측정한 협력요소는 논문과에 부(-), 특허에 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈으며, 기술료에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 는 정부 R&D 과제의 협력요소들은 다양한 유형의 연구개발 성과에 차별적인 독특한 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of collaborative R&D projects on various R&D performance of the Korean government. The panel regression analysis was conducted for 110 thousand R&D programs supported by the national R&D programs of the Korean government in the period of 4 years from 2006 to 2009. As a result, the number of collaborating institutions reveal positive influence on the paper and patents that are primary, direct technological performance. Whereas, they reveal no influence on the technology fee that is secondary indirect economic performance. The results also reveal that R&D performance of national projects are significantly affected by regional infrastructure. In particular, the degree of regional infrastructure presents negative influence on paper performance, positive influence on the patent performance, and no influence on technology fee.

      • LEAN 프로세스 도입에 대한 필요성

        LEAN UX라는 개념은 실리콘밸리를 중심으로 트렌드로서 퍼져나갔다. 스타트업에서의 불확실하고 부족한 현실을 메우기 위한 전략으로서 사용되어져 왔다. 많은 IT기업이 대표적인 Waterfall방식을 활용해 개발하고 있으나 구글을 비롯한 카카오, 네이버, 라인, 바이두등 LEAN 프로세스의 도입을 검토하거나 실시하고 있다. 일본의 IT대기업 A사 C 서비스의 경우 Waterfall방식으로 개발이 이루어지고 있으나 단순 Waterfall방식의 개발방식에 과제를 가지고 있다. 또한, 사내환경과 규칙 등에 의해 LEAN 프로세스의 도입에 현실성 제약이 많지만 LEAN 프로세스를 일부 또는 변칙적으로 도입할 수 있지 않을까라는 가설로 부터 본 연구 시작 되었다. 또한, 스타트업이 아닌 대기업의 개발현장에서 LEAN 프로세스를상황에 맞게 활용함으로써의 역할과 한계점을 고찰해보고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 향후 실제로 부분 도입을 통한 실험을 하고자 한다. The concept of LEAN UX has sprea as a trend around the Silicon Valley. It has been used as a strategy to bridge the uncertain and scarce reality of start-up. Many IT companies are exploiting the typical waterfall method, but they are reviewing or implementing the LEAN process, including Google, Kakao, Naver, Line, and Baidu. In the case of A company C service of large IT company in Japan, waterfall method is being developed, but it has a problem in development method of simple waterfall method. In addition, this study started from the hypothesis that the LEAN process can be partially or irregularly introduced, athough there are many practical limitations in introducing the LEAN process due to the internal environment and rules. In addition, I would like to examine the role and limitations of using the LEAN process in the development stage of a large company, not the start-up. Through this study, we try to experiment through partia introduction in the future.

        This paper is intended as an development of moving load simulation techniques. The concern with dynamic problem of railway bridge caused by the moving train loads has been growing. Over the past few years, several studies have been made on dynamic stability of railway bridge analytically. But very few attempts have been made at experimental research. From the dynamic stability view point, the moving train loads simulation test is revolutionary idea. It can be replace restrictive filed test with new laboratory test. This study investigates minimum specifications of hardware and basic parameters. it is used 39m girder and 4 actuators for experimental verification

      • Train Signature를 이용한 열차하중의 동적하중효과 비교

        In order to compare the dynamic loading effects of particular trains it is necessary to use methodology that separates the two inherent aspects of the dynamic response of the total dynamic system-the characteristics of the train and a bridge. Because the train signature profile is a function of axle spacing and axle loads, it can be calculated which is independent of the characteristics of an individual bridge. Thus the use of the train signature enables a rapid comparison of the effects of different trains to be made. If the magnitude of train signature for a new train type is less than of existing trains on a route then the route will be satisfactory for the new train. This study presents a quantitative analysis of the dynamic loading effects for various domestic real trains-PMC8, PMC16, Mugunhwa passenger coach, several freight coach, KTX and TTX(Tilting Train Express)- Using the train signature.
