In-site Continuous Method to improve the dynamic performance of railway plater girder bridge was developed. In this study the In-site Continuous Method in the existing railway plate girder bridge was applied. Comparison of the results obtained from the field experiment were presented. The reductions in vertical acceleration were shown to approximately 24.8% 45.4% and 27.5% in case of the freight train passenger train and express tilting train respectively. The reductions of lateral acceleration were shown to approx. 31% 39% and 15% in the previous case. In the vertical displacement the reductions were shown to approx. 20% 13% and 12.6% respectively. Through this method we expect the problem of the restriction in speed up of train to be solve.

Railway system is thing which technology field that is many is synthesized. Technology of each field had been guided by different age, different corporations. This research achieved by virtue analysis to propel advance into overseas markets of our railway industry. Analyzed technology market"s inclination and change, and foreign country or other firm"s main technical development tendency about railway civil engineering field. Railway civil engineering field divides and achieved special permission analysis by track, bridge, tunnel and ambient noise.

This paper proposes the track layout criterion for the LRT(light rail transit). All criterions established concerning dimension and performance of LRT vehicles with rubber wheel. Using theoretical approach, adaptation and validity of criterions are verified. Especially, it were modified according to change of vehicle performance that criterions proposed previous version. Proposed criterions may provide a standard scheme for design and construction of the track layout on LRT.

Passive of rubber mount is commonly used to control vibration caused by machines like pump system in industry. In these cases, passive of rubber mount is suitable for the reduction of high frequency in vibration, not for that of low frequency. These vibration make the performance lower and life of machinery shortened. In this study, two control algorithms, the Modified Higher Harmonic Control (MHHC) and the Filtered-x Least Mean Square (FxLMS), are used for the vibration control. The experimental result in this study shows that the two algorithms are effective in controlling the vibration caused by disturbance.
