      • 디젤 乘用車輛에서 DPF 條件에 따른 極微細粒子의 排出 特性에 關한 硏究

        Recent1y, the nano-PM(Particulate Matters) number concentration emitted by diesel internal combustion engine has focused on attention because this nano-PM is suspected being hazardous of human health. In this study, the PM of the diesel passenger vehicles were investigated by number concentration. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was used to measure the particle number concentration and size of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel during the NEDC(ECE15+EUDC) vehicle test mode using light-duty diesel passenger vehicles with DPFs. As a research result, the characteristic of DPF performance about diesel nano-particle number concentration and size distribution was investigated in this study.

      • 부분입체선택적 Zwitterionic Claisen 전위반응

        Aza-Claisen rearrangement through the zwitterionic intermediate is described. This reaction was able to carry out at low temperature(-78∼0℃) and also exhibited high diastereoselectivities. The formation of zwitterionic intermediate was realized by addition of t-crotylamine to the ketene formed from deprotonation of corresponding acyl halide. The electronically neutral product was achieved through the [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of self-promoted zwitterionic intermediate in high diastereoselectivity due to lower reaction temperature. Treatment of N-crotylpiperidine with propionyl chloride in the presence of K_2CO_3 at 0℃ for 1 h gave threo selective(97 : 3) amide in 41% isolated yield.

      • 신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

        Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.

      • 역행성 심정지 도관 삽입을 위한 술 중 경식도심초음파의 유용성

        Background: Retrograde cardioplegia catheter (RCC) insertion is one of methods for administration of cardioplegics during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). However its success rate depends on only surgeon's experience. We thought the transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) can guide the R CC insertion, because TEE is commonly used for monitoring status of heart during cardiac surgery. This study was designed to evaluate the RC C insertion time by TEE guidance versus conventional method without T EE guidance. Methods: Sixty patients who were scheduled to undergo elective coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery under general anesthesia were divided into groups as follows: group T [RCC insertion into coronary sinus (CS) by TEE guidance, n=30] and group C [RCC insertion into CS by conventional method, n=30]. We recorded the time of insertion of RCC in to CS in two groups. RCC insertion was done by TEE guidance in case that time was over two minutes by conventional methods in group C. Results: The overall time of RCC insertion into CS was 63.8 ± 23.6 seconds in the Group T and 102.3 ±55.7 seconds in the Group C, respectively (p=0.001). There were no complications during RCC into CS by T EE guidance. Conclusions: TEE guidance for RCC insertion into CS is shorten the time of insertion.

That is required in product development that product arrived from design to prototype production to cope effectively with a market's request. In this paper, studied to supplement problems to use VLM-ST to solve problem of modeling time of long hours, high price's device induction and preservation etc. that is problem of that do existent rapid prototyping system.

      • Benzodiazepinone과 1,5-Benzodiazepine 유도체의 합성 연구

        The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presencce of P₂O5+H₃PO₄afforded benzodiazepinone 13 and pyridobenzodiazepinono 17. The reactions of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂afforded only benzodiazepinone 13. But the reaction of O-phenylenediamine 5 with acrylic acid 11 in the presence of acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 or acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 and PPA or acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 and SiO₂was respectively synthesized 2,4,4,-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1.5-benzodi-azepine 23 as new cyclic imine compound. We propose that formation of 2-(2`-imine)propyI-N-isopropylidene aniline proceed though 2-amino, N-isopropylidene aniline intermediate C and 2-(N-a-methylethyI) amino, N-isopropylidene aniline intermediate G. The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acetonedicarboxylic acid 18 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂or HCI gave 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23. Using acetone 19 instead of acetonedicarboxylic acid 18, the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂or acrylic acid 11 was synthesized 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23 as same product. And also the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with acetone 19 and acrylic 11 in the presence of PPA or SiO₂was obtained 2,4,4-trimethyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 23. In case of acetophenone 21 in stead of acceton 19, the reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 in presence of PPA or SiO₂at 40~45℃ were obtained 2,4-diphenyI-4methyI-3H-5-hydro-1,5-benzodiazepine 24. The reaction of o-phenylenediamine 5 with crotonic acid 25 in the presence of PPA or P₂O5+H₃PO₄or SiO₂at 100~110℃ afforded respectively 4-methybenzodiazepinone 26 as 1:1 cycloadduct.

      • 등척성 신전운동 시 요부근의 근 활성도

        Back extension exercises have been used for rehabilitation of the injured low back, prevention of injury, and fitness training programs. However, excessive loading on low back can exacerbate existing structural weakness. The purpose of this study was to compare muscle activity of low back muscles during back extension exercises. Twenty healthy male subjects were evaluated, Electromyographic (EMG) activities of low back muscles at L1 and L5 level were recorded during seven different back extension exercises and two reference tasks by surface EMG and saved for data analysis. Reference tasks of lifting 20% and 40% of their body weight were included for comparison. The result were as follows: 1) Single-arm extension and single-leg extension exercises on quadruped position appeared to constitute a low-risk exercise for initial extensor strengthening. 2) When arm extension was combined with contralateral leg extension on quadruped position, EMG activities of low back muscles were increased, 3) EMG activity of low back muscles was highest during the trunk extension exercises on prone position. 4) EMG activities of low back muscles during arm and leg extension exercises on quadruped position were less than those of reference task of lifting 40% of their body weight. These results have important implications for progressive back extensor muscle

      • 디젤엔진排出에서 나노PM 粒子計測用 凝縮核개수기(CPC) 特性에 關한 比較解析

        Recently, the nano-PM 's number concentration emitted by diesel internal combustion engine has focused on attention because this particulate matters are suspected being hazardous of human health. In this study, the particulate matters (PM) emissions of these vehicles were investigated by number concentration. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC(ECE15+EUDC) vehicle test mode using TSI 3010D and HCT 4312 CPC. As the research result, the characteristic of CPC comparison diesel nano-particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.

        반복작업에 의해 발생한 척골관 증후군 1례

        Objectives : To report cubital tunnel syndrome due to repetitive motions. Methods : A worker complaining muscle weakness and atrophy of the right hand intrinsic muscles admitted to a hospital. We evaluated him with blood tests, neurophysio-logic studies (NCV & EMG), plain X-ray and US at the both elbows. We investigated his occupational history, and videotaped his work motions based on the work cycle at his previous work site. Finally, an ergonomics expert analyzed the motions using rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Results : NCV & EMG studies reveals slow conduction velocity on both ulnar nerve across the elbow, more severely in the right side. US shows us compatible finding with diffuse neuritis of both ulnar nerves at both elbows. RULA score is 7. Conclusion : We confirmed that the worker's symptoms were related to his previous jobs demanding repetitive motions using the elbow joints. It is necessary that we should prepare appropriate measures to evaluate, prevent, rehabilitate, and help injured workers to return to work.
