This study aims to examine the expression of transitivity, and analyzes the recognition system of Korean speakers and foreign Korean learners. This study is a follow-up to Lee(2016), that analyzed how foreign Korean learners perceive transitivity, and expanded the scope of the research to Korean speakers. This survey tried to identify the concept of transitivity through the use of ‘-eul/leul’. A picture showing the relationship between the agent and the object and verbs that could use both ‘-eul’ and ‘-leul’ were presented so that the survey participants could accurately grasp the situation of the discourse. Through this study, the following points were able to be inferred regarding transitivity. First of all, the presence of agents was affecting the expression of transitivity. The choice of ‘-eul/leul’ varies depending on the presence of the agent. It also showed that the transitivity was affected by the meaning of [status] when delivering information about the object. Finally, through the expression of transitivity, we found the possibility of predicting the ability of Korean language learners. Although the predictive value was not high, it could be a good evaluation tool if big data is built well in the future and machine learning is applied. 본 연구는 타동성의 의미를 정립하고 그 발현 양상을 살피는 것을 목적으로 삼으며 이를 위해 한국어 화자와 외국인 한국어 학습자의 인식 체계를 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 외국인 한국어 학습자들이 타동성을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 분석한 이영준(2016)의 후속 연구로서 그 연구 대상을 한국어 화자까지 넓혔다. 본 조사에서는 ‘-을/를’의 사용 여부를 통해 타동성에 대한 개념을 확인하고자 하였다. 조사 참여자들이 담화 상황을 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 행위자와 객체 사이의 관계를 보여주는 그림과 ‘-이/가’와 ‘-을/를’을 모두 사용할 수 있는 동사들이 제시되었다. 본 연구를 통해 타동성과 관련하여 다음과 같은 점들을 추론할 수 있었다. 먼저 행위자의 존재 유무가 타동성의 발현에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 맥락이 제거된 상황에서 행위자의 존재 유무에 따라 ‘-을/를’을 선택하는 양상이 달라졌다. 또한 객체에 대한 정보를 전달할 때 [상태]의 의미에 따라 타동성이 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 타동성의 발현을 통해 한국어 학습자의 능력을 예측할 수 있는 가능성을 찾았다. 비록 예측도가 높게 나타나지 않았지만 향후 빅데이터 구축, 조사 문항의 고도화와 함께 기계학습을 적용한다면 하나의 평가 도구로서 작용할 수 있을 것이다.

People are getting lost in their ways, being deprived of reasons to consider others and reflect on themselves in the modern time which demands infinite competition. Heroes are the ones who guide our way to advance; hence we need heroes and they need to permeate more deeply into our society. However, in this present age that desperately requires the social propagation of hero, the studies on heroism in Korea still linger in the analysis of Campbellian myth, depending on the uncertain concepts of hero. In this context, this study primarily tries to find a specific frame to define hero, based on heroic acts. By doing so, the study also explains the reason why we need heroes and propagate them in society. In addition, the empirical research will be carried out including the legal cases and protections implemented in foreign countries such as America and Britain by comparing these with the legal circumstances in Korea. 무한경쟁을 요구하는 현 시대에 개인은 타인을 뒤돌아볼 심리적 이유마저 상실한 채 길을 잃어가고 있다. 영웅은 우리에게 나아갈 길을 안내하는 존재이고, 그래서 우리에게는 영웅이 필요하고 우리 사회 깊숙이 스며들어야 한다. 그러나 영웅과 영웅적 행동의 사회적 확산이 절실히 요구되는 이 시대에 한국의 영웅 연구는 캠벨 식의 신화 분석에 머무른 채 영웅의 정의조차도 불분명한 개념에 의존하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 일차적으로 영웅적 행동이 무엇인지에 대한 구체적인 준거 틀을 마련하여 영웅에 대한 정의를 시도하며, 이를 바탕으로 영웅과 영웅적 행동이 사회 속으로 확산되어야 하는 이유와 필요성을 역설한다. 더불어 미국이나 영국과 같은 여러 나라에서 시행하고 있는 영웅 보호 관련 법적 장치를 한국의 법률적 상황과 함께 검토함으로써 영웅적 행동의 사회적 확산을 위한 공적 차원에서의 지원 및 개선 방향을 살펴본다.

On the Non-Verbal Dynamism of the Dionysian Ritual Dance in D. H. Lawrence’s The Plumed Serpent

The Plumed Serpent is Lawrence's experimental novel. He hopes to create a new type of modern novel. This essay examines The Plumed Serpent to explore the ritualistic aspects of dance in terms of physical gestures and movements. Dance has its origin in religious rites and rituals. Lawrence reconnects his new novel with ancient rituals in which dance has its origin. The Plumed Serpent shows the characteristics of the modern experimental novels made of various physical gestures and movements of ritual dances. The ritual dynamism of non-verbal and hieroglyphic dance will reveal the transforming power that the Dionysian art evokes magically to the readers. The ordinary limits of art and word are transgressed by the transforming power of the Dionysian. In this way, the force of the ritual dance helps us express our religious joy in its highest form.

본 논문은 최근 급격하게 발달하고 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법의 두 가지, 토픽모델링과 감성분석을 통하여 금융통화위원회의 의사록의 텍스트 데이터에 존재하는 추가적인 정보 유무에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 금융통화위원회의 의사록은 중앙은행의 소통 강화의 일환으로 공개가 되고 있으며, 이를 공개함으로써 시장참여자들이 올바른 기대를 형성하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라고 판단하고 있다. 의사록 전체에 대한 토픽모델링 분석결과 총 5개의 토픽을 뽑아내었으며 단어들의 비중을 감안하여 경기, 통화정책, 금융시장, 물가, 부채의 이름으로 명명하였다. 감성분석 기법을 이용하여 각 토픽들의 감성점수를 산출하였고 이를 테일러 준칙에 추가적인 설명 요인으로 포함시켜 중앙은행의 금리 의사결정을 분석하였다. 순서형 프로빗 모형으로 분석한 결과 통화정책, 물가 및 부채토픽의 감성점수는 현재의 금리 의사결정에 추가적인 정보를 제공하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경기토픽의 감성점수는 미래의 금리 의사결정에 대한 예측력을 가지고 있는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 토픽 감성점수가 미래 예측력이 있다는 사실은 시장 참여자들에게 올바른 기대를 형성할 수 있게 해준다는 측면에서 큰 의미를 가지며 이를 이용한 전략 또한 가능할 것이다. This study investigate the existence of additional information on the monetary policy board (MPB) minutes of the Bank of Korea (BOK) through two types of text mining techniques that have been rapidly developing, topic modeling and sentiment analysis. This study extracts a total of five topics from the whole minutes using the topic modeling analysis, and names them as the economy, the monetary policy, the financial market, the prices and the debt in consideration of the distribution of the words of each topic. The tones of these topics are included in an augmented Taylor rule as additional explanatory variables to analyze the interest rate decision of the central bank. The ordered probit model reveals that tones of the monetary policy, the prices and the debt have additional information on the current interest rate decision and that the tone of the economy has predictive power for the future interest rate decision. In particular, the fact that there is a predictive power in the future has a great significance in that it can form a right expectation for the market participants, and a investment strategy using this information will be possible.
