영골(靈骨).강압혈(降壓穴) 자극(刺鍼)이 혈압(血壓)에 미치는 영향(影向)

Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the non-pharmacological anti-hypertension method, acupuncture, for hypertensive patients. Methods : 26 patients diagnosed with hypertension were each treated by one of three methods: an anti-hypertension drug(adalat soft capsule), venepuncture, and acupuncture. In cases of rising blood pressure, patients were treated by their one of the three methods, and blood pressure was measured at regular intervals. Result : As for the group of acupuncture treated patients on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(jiang-ya-xue), readings dropped 18.0mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 6.50mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. This was a greater effect than that seen in the venepuncture treated patients. Blood pressure checked one hour after acupuncture treatment showed a greater difference than blood pressure checked after thirty minutes. Conclusion : Safe reductions in blood pressure were observed through the non-pharmacological method of acupuncture on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(Jiang-ya-xue).

Biomass 유래 퓨란계 단량체를 이용한 폴리에스터의 중합 및 특성 연구

바이오매스에서 유래된 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran(DHMF)을 KMnO4 산화반응으로 furan-2,5- dicarboxylic acid(FDCA)를 합성하였다. 합성한 FDCA와 다이올류를 에스테르화 반응과 축중합 반응을 진행시 켜 폴리에스터를 중합하였다. 폴리에스터는 NMR을 통해 조성을 분석하였고 DSC와 TGA를 통해 열적특성을 분 석하였다. 합성된 폴리에스터의 고유점도는 0.78∼1.2 dL/g으로 상용화된 poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) 와 비슷하였다. 다이올의 길이가 증가할수록 Young`s modulus와 strength는 낮아지고 elongation-to-break는 높아지는 경향을 확인하였다. 합성한 poly(ethylene furandicarboxylate)(PEF)의 Young`s modulus는 3551 MPa, strength는 103 MPa로 상용화된 PET와 비슷하였다. Furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (FDCA) was synthesized by KMnO4 oxidation of 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran( DHMF) derived from biomass. Polyesters were synthesized by esterification and polycondensation of FDCA with various diols(ethane-1,2-diol, propane-1,3-diol, butane-1,4-diol, hexane- 1,6-diol, decane-1,10-diol). The composition of polyesters was characterized by using 1H NMR. Thermal properties of the polyesters were characterized by DSC and TGA. Intrinsic viscosities(IV) of the polyesters were measured to be 0.78∼1.2 dL/g comparable with IV of commercial poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET). As the chain lengths of diols increased, Young`s modulus and strength decreased and elongation-to-break generally increased. Young`s modulus and strength of the polyesters were measured to be 3551 MPa and 103 MPa, respectively, comparable with commercial PET.

스포츠 영화 "퍼팩트 게임"의 팩션분석

본 연구는 스포츠 영화 ‘퍼팩트 게임’의 팩션 분석으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 영화 ‘퍼펙트 게임’의 실제 경기인 최동원과 선동열의 3번의 경기를 분석하였다. 첫 번째 경기는 1986년 4월 19일 선동열 선수가 승리를 차지했다. 그리고 두 번째 경기인 1986년 8월 19일에서는 최동원이 승리투수가 되었다. 마지막 날의 경기는 연장까지 15회까지 장장 4시간 56분간 진행 끝에 결국 1승 1무 1패로 무승부였다. 둘째, 영화 ‘퍼팩트 게임’의 실제 인물들의 삶과 사건들을 분석한 결과 인물부분에서 포수 마동석과 기자 최정원은 허구의 인물이었으며, 영화 속에서 등장한 김용철 선수는 영화 속에서 나오는 이미지와는 달랐다. 두 선수의 치열한 경기상황을 그려내기 위한 벤치 클리어링, 해태 구단버스 방화사건, 본트 투혼의 장면들은 야구관련자들의 면담 결과 영화에서 스토리를 극대화하기 위해 사실과 다르게 이용하였다. The purpose of this study was to draw conclusions following a faction analysis of the sports movie `Perfect Game``. First, the film was analyzed in three games in the actual game Sun Dong-Yeol Choi Dong-won and the `Perfect Game``. The first game is April 19, 1986 Sun Dong-Yeol players took the victory. And in the second game of August 19, 1986 Choi Dong-won was the winning pitcher. At the end of the last day of competition will eventually progress to the epic 4 hours 56 minutes 15 times to extend 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss was a draw. Second, the film catcher and reporters Ma Dong-Seok Choi Jung-won results of the analysis part of the life and character of a real person``s case `Perfect Game`` was a fictional character, Kim Yong-cheol players appeared in the film differed from the image and from the film. 고령자 남녀와 20대 남녀에 있어서 다양한 등속수축중 최대 모멘트의 비교

In this paper, we investigated the maximum ankle joint plantarflexion moment (MPM) of young and elderly subjects during various modes of isokinetic contractions with special interest in the elderly females who were reported to have higher fall rate than the elderly males. Subjects include the young subjects (14 males: 22.7±2.5yrs, 13 females: 20.5±1.3yrs) and the elderly subjects (17 males: 65.8±10.5yrs, 26 females: 71.4±5.2yrs). The MPM was normalized by each subject's body weight. The MPM of elderly females was the weakest among the groups, particularly, at the eccentric contractions. The male-to-female ratio of MPM was greater in the elderly than in the young and the young-to-elderly ratio of MPM was greater in female than in male, both during the eccentric contractions. The result suggests that the decreased muscle force per body weight, especially at the eccentric contraction, may be one reason for the more frequent fall of the elderly female than the elderly male.

증권시장에서 판매원 윤리의식의 결정요인

This research addresses the determinants of salespeople's ethical awareness(SEA) in stock market. The suggested model include several factors such as environmental uncertainty(volatility and diversity), customer orientation, ethical climate and perception of the ethical awareness of supervisor. Some hypotheses that show the relationship between SEA and the factors are suggested. To attain these objective of this research, samples from salespeople were collected. For the analysis of data, reliability test, validity test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and frequency analysis were used with SPSS WIN package. the results show that environmental volatility, customer orientation(3 factor, 1 factor), organization's ethical climate, affect SEA, however, environmental diversity and customer orientation(2 factor, 4 factor) don't work. And, as hypothesized, SEA generally had positive impacts on customer relationship quality(customer's trust and satisfaction).

레이저 포화흡수체 Nd:LSB에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 다른 Q-스위칭용 포화흡수체보다 넓은 천이 영역을 가지고 있는 포화흡수체 Nd:LSB가 Q-스위칭 소자로서 가능한지 보였으며, 최적화된 출력 거울의 반사율, 최대 출력, 출력 에너지, 펄스폭, 출력 효율을 수치적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 Nd:LSB를 이용한 1319nm 파장의 수동형 Q-스위칭 Nd:YAG 레이저의 특성을 예측할 수 있었고, 공진기 거울의 반사율 98%, 공진기 길이 30㎝로 하였을 경우 출력 31.3MW, 펄스폭 6.22ps를 얻을 수 있다. In this study, it's shown that the saturable absorber Nd:LSB which has broad absorption bandwidth than other saturable absorber as Q-switching system has a capability as a saturable absorber in Q-switching system. In this system, we theoretically analyzed the optimized output mirror, peak power, output power, pulse width and output efficiency. As the result, the passively Q-switched 1319nm Nd:YAG laser using Nd:LSB as a saturable absorber gives the optimized output mirror reflectivity 98% and peak power of 31.3MW and pulse width of 6.22ps at 30㎝ resonator length theoretically.

In this research, we investigate an effective service positioning strategy in a department store. In order to identify the effective positioning strategy of department store, we find out and develop the service quality raters of department store. And also we clarify the customer's loyalty types, using the Four types of customer's loyalty are change quality raters and merchandise value. Especially, relationships between customer and provider, that is empathy or closeness, is the most important factor to identify the customer's hypothetical types.

전자 서베잉을 이용한 서베이드 금관과 국소의치 프레임워크 디자인

구강 스캐너와 CAD/CAM 기술로 인해 컴퓨터로 제작하는 방식이 활발히 보급된 고정식 보철 증례와는 달리, 의치를 디지털 방식으로 제작하는 데에는 아직 한계가 많다. 촉각을 느낄 수 있는 입력 장비와 전자 서베잉의 개념, 그리고 쾌속 조형법의 적용으로 인해 국소의치를 디지털로 제작할 수 있는 솔루션이 최근 소개되고 있다. 본 증례보고에서는 이러한 국소의치의 디지털 솔루션을 이용하여 총 다섯 명의 환자에서 서베이드 금관 및 국소의치를 제작하였다. 인상 과정상의 문제로 모형과 실제 치아 사이의 형태적 차이가 있었던 경우를 제외하고는 국소의치의 적합도는 우수했으며, 장착 후 안정성과 착탈 시의 유지력 또한 임상에서 적용하는 데에 문제가 없었다. There are still many limitations on fabricating dentures using digital method while computerized production of fixed prostheses utilizing intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM technology has propagated rapidly. Recently the digital solution of fabricating removable partial denture by applying haptic input device, electronic surveying, and rapid prototyping was introduced. In this case presentation, five patients were treated with surveyed crown and removable partial dentures by this digital solution. Fit of dentures was excellent except for one case which showed morphological difference between the actual teeth and that of master cast by the erroneous impression process. There also was not any problem of stability and retention after adaptation in the clinical setting.

The purpose of this study was to analyze quantitatively the transformation of spatial structure in the near city of a newtown after the development of it The result is that the development of a newtown had an effect on the trans formation of spatial structure in the near city. The analysis shows that Yongin city's spatial configuration with near cities became strong. And its northwest was more integrated forward Bundang new city than old urban core of it. As a result, it shows a decline of the old urban core.

靑皮가 CCL₄로 誘發된 Rat의 肝損傷에 미치는 影響

This study was proposed to investigate the effect of Chungpi extract on the recovery from liver injury in CCL₄-intoxicated rats. For this study, Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 experimental group : control group, DDL₄-intoxicated group, group treated with Chungpi extract after CCL₄-intoxcation. Biochemical assays serum emzyme activity of G.O.T., G.P.T., d-dilirubin were performed. The resurts obtained are summarized as follows: 1. In macroscopic observation, Chungpi treated group was clear than CCL₄-intoxicated group. 2. Chungpi treated group showed significantly lower serum G.O.T. activity than CCl₄-intoxicated group. 3. Chungpi treated goup showed lower serum G.P.T. activity than CCL₄-intoxicated group, but no significant. 4. Chungpi treated group showed significantly lower serum d-Bilirubint activity tna CCL₄-intoxicated group. From above results, it is suggested that Chungpi has a valid and curative effects on the recovery from liver injury.
