        辛荑淸肺飮의 抗allergy效果에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        Sinichengpaeum has been widely used in the oriental medical treatment of nasal diseases. These studies were performed done to investigate the effect of Sinicheng- paeum on the anti-allergic action We studied the vascular permeability response induced by the histamine and serotonin injection(allergy Ⅰ type), homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against EWA(allergy Ⅳ type), contact dermatitis induced by picryl chloride(allergy Ⅳ type), delayed type hypersensitivity response to SRBC (allergy Ⅳ type), and the amount of eosinophil and IgE. The results were as follows: 1. The effect of Sinichengpaeum on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine and serotonin were significant. 2. In the homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against white egg albumin, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect. 3. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to picryl chloride, Sini-chengpaeum provoked a significant effect. 4. After reaction provoked by picryl chloride, Sinichengpaeum showed an insignficant effect on amount of eosinophil, but a significant effect in IgE amount. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sinichengpaeum provoked a significant effect. 6. After reaction provoked by SRBC, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect on amount of cosinophil, but an insignificant effect in IgE amount.

        Ca[Ti<sub>1-x</sub>(Ni<sub>1/3</sub>Nb<sub>2/3</sub>)<sub>x</sub>]O<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 저온소결 및 마이크로파 유전특성

        The microwave dielectric properties and low temperature sintering of $Ca[Ti_{1-x}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x]O_3$ system were investigated at the sintering temperature $1,200\~1,350^{\circ}C$. The density and quality factors $(Q{\times}f)$ increased while dielectric constants slightly decreased with the decrease of Ti. The dielectric constant, quality factor, and temperature coefficient of resonance frequency $(\tau_f)$ were 64, 17,000 GHz, and $-9.1\;ppm/^{\circ}C$ respectively, when $CaTi_{1/2}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{1/2}O_3$ ceramics were sintered at $1,300^{\circ}C$ for 4 h. $2Li_2O-B_2O_3$ was added to $CaTi_{1/2}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{1/2}O_3$ to decrease the sintering temperature for LTCC application. The microwave dielectric properties of the samples sintered at $925^{\circ}C$ for 2 h with the addition of $6\;wt\%\;2Li_2O-B_2O_3$ were $\varepsilon_r=48.7,\;Q{\times}f=8,460\;GHz$, and $\tau_f=+5.6ppm/^{\circ}C$. Compatibility test of the composition with silver electrode shows no reaction with silver electrode, implying the feasibility as a high-K LTCC material.

        소아에서 구개편도 비대와 상악동염, 아데노이드 비대의 상관성에 관한 연구

        Hypertropied palatine tonsil is a common disorder in pediatric otolaryngology. It could be easily observed and adenoid vegetation could induce maxillary sinusitis by the obstruction of nasopharynx and choanae. This is a study on the relationship of the hypertropied palatine tonsil, 42cases, with maxillary sinusitis and adenoid vegetation The results was as followings ; 1. The sex distribution was male 30cases($71.4\%$), female 12cases($28.6\%$) and age distribution was from 3 to 17year-old. 2. Hypertropied palatine tonsil distribution was the degree of both 3, 2cases($4.8\%$), one 3 the other 2, 3cases($7.l\%$), both 2, 22cases($52.4\%$), one 2 the other 1, 9cases($21.4\%$), both 1, 5 cases($11.9\%$). and only one 1, 1case($2.3\%$). 3. By the PNS X-ray, there were resulted 29 cases($69.0\%$) both maxillary sintis, 4cases($9.5\%$) only one maxillary sinusitis and 9cases($21.4\%$) norma] sinus. 4. By the Head latera] X-ray, there were resulted 13cases($31.0\%$) large adenoid, 24cases($57.l\%$) mediate adenoid, and 5cases($l1.9\%$) small adenoid.

        고령자 남녀와 20대 남녀에 있어서 다양한 등속수축중 최대 모멘트의 비교

        In this paper, we investigated the maximum ankle joint plantarflexion moment (MPM) of young and elderly subjects during various modes of isokinetic contractions with special interest in the elderly females who were reported to have higher fall rate than the elderly males. Subjects include the young subjects (14 males: 22.7±2.5yrs, 13 females: 20.5±1.3yrs) and the elderly subjects (17 males: 65.8±10.5yrs, 26 females: 71.4±5.2yrs). The MPM was normalized by each subject's body weight. The MPM of elderly females was the weakest among the groups, particularly, at the eccentric contractions. The male-to-female ratio of MPM was greater in the elderly than in the young and the young-to-elderly ratio of MPM was greater in female than in male, both during the eccentric contractions. The result suggests that the decreased muscle force per body weight, especially at the eccentric contraction, may be one reason for the more frequent fall of the elderly female than the elderly male.

      • 전도성 산화물의 비표면적 변화가 RuO<sub>2</sub> 계 후막저항체의 전기적 성질에 미치는 영향

        후막하이브리드 마이크로회로용 저항체는 전도성 재료로서 RuO<sub>2</sub>, Bi<sub>2</sub>Ru<sub>2</sub>O<sub>7</sub>, Pd/Ag 와 유리분말 그리고 인쇄성을 부여하는 유기화합물 인쇄조제로 구성되어 있다. 이 후막저항체의 전기적 및 물리적 성질은 전도성 재료의 특성과 유리분말과의 상호작용에 의존한다. 본 연구에서는 전도성 산화물로서 RuO<sub>2</sub>의 비표면적 변화에 따른 쉬트 저항, 저항온도계수 (TCR)에 미치는 영향 및 이에 따른 미세구조에 대하여 조사하고 고찰하였다. RuO<sub>2</sub>의 비표면적은 BET법에 의하여 측정한 결과 32, 58, 71㎡/g인 것을 사용하였고 유리분말은 평균입자가 5.18㎛인 것을 사용하였다. 이들 3종의 RuO<sub>2</sub>와 유리를 각각 4/96, 7/93, 10/90으로 변화시켜 모두 9종의 paste를 제조하고 850℃ 에서 소성후 전기적특성을 조사하였던바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. RuO<sub>2</sub>/glass의 혼합비율이 같을경우, RuO<sub>2</sub>의 비표면적이 클수록 쉬트저항이 감소하였으며 RuO<sub>2</sub>의 함량이 적을수록 그러한 경향은 더욱 커졌다. 소성후 저항체를 -75℃ 에서 180℃까지 분당 5℃씩 가온면서 저항변화를 관찰한 결과 RuO<sub>2</sub>의 입자가 작아짐에 따라 TCR 더욱 negative 하게 변화하였으며 RuO<sub>2</sub>의 함량이 증가함에 따라 positive한 방향으로 이동하였다. 이러한 전기적 성질들의 변화는 후막저항체의 미세구조에서 기인하므로 SEM을 이용하여 상호연관성을 관찰하고 고찰하였다.

        통일후 북한토지의 소유권 문제

        Pursuant to the Article 20 of Chapter 2 of the Constitution of North Korea, Socialist State Land Ownership System is stipulated and has been maintained as ‘In the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, only the State or a Cooperative Group can own land as a means of production. The basic paradigm of the Land Ownership System after the Reunification of North and South Korea, should be based on the Private Property System and the Market Economy. After the Reunification of North and South Korea, the primary concern of the people who were proprietors of the land in North Korea before the territorial division of Korea is whether they might reclaim their ownership. As to this major issue, it is held that the recovery of the land ownership for the original previous proprietors in the land should not be upheld as there is no existed public land registry having recorded each ownership of those people and if the regain of the land ownership is allowed for them, it would be against the principle of fairness in terms of share of the expenses for the Reunification of North and South Korea. Notwithstanding this there still remains an issue of land ownership of the land. The land ownership of the land owned by the State or a Cooperative Group must be totally different from the counterpart of our land system in South Korea. It is vital to reorganize and rearrange the land ownership of the land in North Korea in terms of the Reunification of the legal system of North and South Korea. Accordingly, it is necessary for the land ownership in North Korea to be reorganized and changed appropriately as an adaptable system into the counterpart of South Korea. I submit this should be resolved by enactment of a special legislation with all necessary regulations.

        행위무능력자제도에 대한 검토

        Now Korea is faced with an aging society and will be becoming aged society more frpid1y compared other countries. Aged people and mentally handcapped persons who need property management and c are will increase rapidly. The current Korean civil code fails to provide legal consideration to protect such aged people and mentally handcapped persons. To Korean civil code, there is a minor, quasi-incompetent, incompetent with the incompetent person system. Nothing it will increase and it will cut and the gist which it is providing the hazard which relieves the proof difflcu1ty of doctor no thing ability stands the judgement of opinion and this profit and will be insufficient and it will cut and the hazard which it protects stands the opinion is opposed. The primary purpose of the incompetent person system is to protect incompetent person onese1f, actuality the incompetent person sample the protection compared to father before being a guardian, with the line box like the system for the guardian is a side which is operated. The current guardianship is difficult to protect aged people and mentally handcapped persons. Consequently, There is to a situation which will prepare new legislation of protecting aged people and mentally handcapped persons. It will need to care about the following points respect of se1f determination right, utilization of remained capacity, nomalization etc.
