        In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

        도시공원 열환경 실측과 근린주민 의식조사에 따른 체감열 특성 평가

        본 연구는 청주시에 위치한 도시공원을 대상으로 기온·습도ㆍ풍향ㆍ풍속 및 산소 등 여름철 도시공원이 내포하고 있는 열섬저감효과를 실측하고, 근린주민을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 체감열에 대한 의식조사를 수행하였다. 이에 열환경 실측과 근린주민 의식조사의 결과를 비교·검토하여 근린주민의 체감의식까지 수용된 실측결과를 바탕으로 실제 공원의 배치 및 식재설계 등 계획에 입안할 수있는 기초자료를 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공원 주변의 기온저감효과와 영향범위, 공원의 쾌적감, 냉량감 및 청정감 등의 항목에서 기온의 실측데이터와 주민의식조사를 비교한 결과, 풍향을 중심으로 풍상측과 풍하측을 구분한 실측 및 의식조사의 결과를 제외하고 공원의 규모가 클수록, 공원으로의 거리가 가까워질수록 거주하는 근린주민은 쾌적감을 느낀다고 응답하였다. 따라서, 도시공원에 대한 열섬현상 완화를 고려해 같은 규모의 공원일 경우, 분산 배치하는 것이 좋으나 공원규모가 클수록 풍하측 기온저감의 영향범위가 넓어지는 경향을 나타내 공원 규모의 확대가 중요함을 보여주고 있다. This study has investigated the air temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind velocity and oxygen in urban parks in Cheong-ju. Heat-island temperature decrease effect in urban parks during summer was measured, and the sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents was investigated through a questionnaire survey. Based on the actual results after comparatively analyzing the measurement of thermal environment and sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents, basic data are presented to elaborate on the urban development plans such as for park placement and planting design. The study result showed that neighborhood residents felt greater comfort sensation when they are closely located to a larger park. When actual temperature data and sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents were compared in terms of temperature decrease effect and extent, comfort sensation, coldness sensation, and cleanliness sensation, similar results were observed in almost all categories except for wind direction which was divided into windward and leeward. Therefore, the significance of this paper is that its results can be used to elaborate realistic and practical park development and management plans in green network and resident’s use of parks.

        Amenity or hazard? The effects of landslide hazard on property value in Woomyeon Nature Park area, Korea

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A nature park in an urban area, which generally includes environmentally valuable natural landscape such as forests, mountains, rivers, and beaches, provides valuable benefits for the public such as recreational opportunities and an aesthetic landscape. However, residents near nature parks could be more vulnerable to natural disasters like floods, tsunamis, and landslides. In order to understand the trade-off between the amenity and hazard effects of nature parks, this study explores the case of the Woomyeon Nature Park (WNP) in Seoul, Korea, which experienced a catastrophic landslide disaster in 2011. The hazard and amenity effects of the WNP before and after a landslide event are analyzed using a difference-in-difference approach with a random coefficient model. The results show that the amenity effect of the WNP has continued after the landslide disaster in apartment complexes near the WNP, but its housing market premiums have fallen by up to 11.3% since the event due to the risk of landslide. The existence of the WNP hazard effect underlines the importance of disaster prevention efforts in urban open space design and management.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> In Korea, a mountain-type urban nature park increases nearby housing values as a place for leisure and recreation. </LI> <LI> Landslide hazard started to have a negative effect on housing values after the massive landslide event in Woomyeon Nature Park. </LI> <LI> A trade-off between the amenity and hazard effects of urban open spaces exists. </LI> <LI> Disaster prevention efforts in urban open spaces should be combined with landscape and urban planning. </LI> </UL> </P>

        한국인 폐확산능 정상예측식의 임상적 유용성과 정확성

        연구배경: 폐확산능을 해석하는 데 필요한 정상예측식으로는 한국인을 대상으로 하여 박 등이 개발한 식(박 식)이 있으나 아직 외국 정상예측식을 많이 사용하고 있다. 이에 국내에서 많이 사용하는 외국 정상예측식인 Burrows 식과 박 식의 임상적 유용성과 정확성을 비교하고자 하였다. 방법: 1. 임상적 유용성 연구; 2006년 7월부터 12월까지 6개월간 폐확산능검사를 시행한 환자 중 두 식을 각각 정상예측식으로 적용하였을 때 폐확산능 해석이 다른 276명(대상군 A)을 대상으로 하였다. 대상군 A에게 두 식을 각각 적용하였을 때 폐확산능 해석과 임상적 판단과의 일치도를 비교하여 임상적 유용성을 평가하였다. 2. 간질성폐질환 진단의 정확성 비교; 2001년부터 2006년까지 폐조직검사를 시행하여 확진된 간질성폐질환군과 서울아산병원에서 모집한 정상군을 대상으로 하여 정상예측식으로 두 식을 각각 적용하였을 때 폐확산능 해석의 정확도를 비교하였고, 두 식이 차이가 나는지 맥니머의 카이스퀘어 검정을 하였다. 결과: 1. 임상적 판단과의 일치도 비교; 276명을 임상정보를 토대로 폐확산능을 예측하여 분류한 결과 정상 54명, 감소 220명, 불분명이 2명이었다. 예측식으로 박 식과 Burrows 식을 적용하였을 때 임상적 판단과 일치하는 환자는 각각 78%와 22%이었다(p<0.001). 2. 간질성폐질환 진단의 정확성 비교; 박 식은 민감도 90.1%, 특이도 100%이었고 Burrows 식은 민감도 64.2%, 특이도 100%로 민감도가 통계학적으로 유의하게 박 식이 높았다(p<0.001). 결론: 우리나라 정상예측식인 박 식이 외국 정상예측식인 Burrows 식을 정상예측식으로 적용하는 것보다 임상적 유용성이나 간질성폐질환 진단의 민감도에서 더 우월하였다. 향후 폐확산능검사의 정상예측식으로 박 식을 사용해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Background: Park et al. developed the Korean reference equation for the measurement of diffusing capacity in 1985. However, the equation has not been widely used in Korea and foreign reference equations have been popularly used. We intended to compare the clinical usefulness and the accuracy of the the Korean reference equation (Park`s equation) with that of the foreign equation (Burrows` equation) that is commonly used in Korea. Methods: 1. Evaluation of clinical usefulness; Among 1,584 patients who underwent diffusing capacity (DLCO) at the Asan Medical Center from July to December 2006, group A subjects included 276 patients who had different interpretations of DLCO in trials employing Burrows` equation and Park`s equation. Clinical assessment was decided by consensus of two respiratory physicians. In order to evaluate the clinical usefulness of Burrows` equation and Park`s equation, agreement of clinical assessment and DLCO interpretation were measured. 2. Evaluation of accuracy; Group B subjects were 81 patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) and 39 normal subjects. The 81 ILD patients were diagnosed following a surgical lung biopsy. The accuracy of diagnosing ILD as well as sensitivity and specificity were evaluated according to the use of the reference equations (Burrows` equation and Park`s equation) for DLCO. Results: Agreement between clinical assessment and interpretation of DLCO was 22% for the use of Burrows` equation and 78% for the use of Park`s equation. The sensitivity and specificity of the Burrows` equation for diagnosing ILD were 64.2% and 100%. The sensitivity and specificity of the Park`s equation for diagnosing ILD were 90.1% and 100%. The sensitivity of the Park`s equation for diagnosing ILD was significantly higher than that of Burrows` equation (p<0.001). Conclusion: The Korean reference equation (Park`s equation) was more clinically useful and had higher sensitivity for diagnosing ILD than the foreign reference equation (Burrows` equation).         푸른길 공원의 대기 환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Objectives: This study aimed to survey the characteristics of air quality and meteorological conditions in a greenway park. Methods: We measured meteorological and health related factors, including noise, particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) and selected gaseous air pollutants at three locations in a greenway park and on a general roadside as comparison. The measurements were repeated four times from April to October 2014. Results: The average air temperature in the greenway park was $20.7^{\circ}C$ which was $1-2^{\circ}C$ lower than on the general roadside. The average $PM_{10}$ concentration in the greenway park was $85.0{\mu}g/m^3$, a level 2-3 times lower than that at the roadside. The noise level at the greenway site was 4.4 dB(A)- 23.0 dB(A) lower than at the roadside. The average CO, $CO_2$, $SO_2$ and NOx concentrations in the greenway park were lower than at the roadside. The average phytoncide and anions concentrations in the greenway park were higher than at the roadside. Conclusions: The urban forest of the greenway park may have some impact on air quality and meteorological conditions.

        주민참여형 농어촌 테마공원 개발계획 연구 : 청풍지구 농어촌 테마공원을 중심으로

        Rural theme park is an on-going business that has been practiced by Ministry for Food, Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries since 2007. The business aimed to facilitate urban and rural interchange and local economy activation. Rural theme park themed communities by using unique natural and cultural properties owned by the locals. the project adopts bottom-up development that reflects opinions of residents in the tourism planning process. However, it seems to be true that residents have been excluded from tourism planning process even if they were the host of the project for the reasons of lack of knowledge on community-based rural tourism development and lack of experience on bottom-up development. The case of Chung Poong Area in Je Cheon rural theme park used in this study has prioritize residents' involvement in planning procedure. This project emphasized the importance of residents' participation and their role in the entire process of tourism development that ranges from project site decision to the major business decision. Thus, this study suggests a direction that can be used for the future rural theme park projects and community-based project related to planning and design in rural area. 농어촌 테마공원(Rura1 Theme Park) 사업은 2007년부터 농림수산식품부에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 농촌관광 수요를 충족하고 농촌지역의 활성화를 위해 진행하고 있는 사업으로 도농교류 및 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 농어촌 테마공원은 농촌지역이 가지고 있는 고유한 자연적,문화적 자원 등을 주제로 지역특색에 맞게끔 다양한 형태의 테마공원을 조성하는 것으로 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하는 상향식 사업으로 진행해 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 실질적인 주체인 지역주민의 경우 주민참여형 농환지역개발사업에 대한 이해부족과 상향식 사업에 대한 경험부족 등으로 계획수립 과정에서 소외되고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 연구는 제천지구 농어촌 테마공원 기본계획을 수립하는 과정에서 지역주민의 참여를 우선적으로 고려하였으며,대상지 선정에서부터 주요사업 도출과정에 이르기까지 계획수립의 전과정에서 걸쳐서 지역주민의 참여와 역할에 대해서 언급하고 있다. 따라서 향후 농어촌테마공원뿐만 아니라 농어촌지역계획 수립과 관련한 주민참여형 사업에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        新羅王陵의 風水的 特性 硏究

        본 연구는 경주역사유적지구 남산지구 내 신라 박씨 왕릉의 지리적 입지환경을 현대 풍수이론으로 분석한 것이다. 그 결과 박씨 왕릉은 자연과 조화로운 풍수적 조건을 갖춘 지형에 배산임수의 풍수원리가 적용된 정서향의 묘좌유향(卯坐酉向)으로 확인된다. 풍수적 특성으로는 첫째, 경주오릉과 배동삼릉은 동일혈장 내 군집형(群集形) 왕릉으로서 그 특이성이 있다. 둘째, 형세론에 의하면 일성왕릉과 배동삼릉은 중급왕릉, 경주오릉과 지마왕릉은 보통급왕릉, 경애왕릉은 빈약한 하급왕릉으로 구분된다. 셋째, 자연 친화적인 장법(葬法)을 사용한 것으로 확인된다. 이와 같이 신라 왕릉은 국가안위와 번영을 위해 왕궁과 인접한 곳에 조영함으로써 백성과 더불어 호국정신의 지주역할을 하였던 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 신라 박씨 왕릉의 풍수적 특성을 분석함으로써 문화유산적 가치를 증대시키고, 풍수지리 학문적 토대를 마련하는 등 문화유산 연구에 합리적인 방안을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 또한 신라 박씨 왕릉의 풍수적 입지환경을 이해하는데 있어 좀 더 친근해 질 수 있을 것이다. This study conducted theoretical analysis based on modern Feng Shui of the geographical environment of the Park’s royal tombs in the Namsan district within Gyeongju Historic Areas. The result showed that the Park’s royal tombs belong to Myojwayuhyang(卯坐酉向), with a mountain in the back and water in the front, forming harmony with the nature. Regarding Feng Shui characteristics of the location, First, Gyeongjuoreung (慶州五陵) and Baedongsamreung(拜洞三陵) have the characteristics as ‘cluster type’ royal tombs within Hyeoljang (穴場) of the same area. Second, according to the locational condition theory, Ilseongwangreung(逸聖王陵) and Baedongsamreung(拜洞三陵) are classified as middle class royal tombs; Gyeongjuoreung(慶州五陵) and Jimawangreung(祗摩王陵) as normal-level royal tombs; and Gyeongaewangreung(景哀王陵) as a low-class royal tomb. Third, the tombs were found to have used an environmentally-friendly burial method. Based on the result, it was concluded that the Silla royal tombs were built near the royal palace as a wish for national security and prosperity, acting as foundation of patriotism for the people. This study was meaningful in that it expanded the value of the Park’s royal tombs of the Silla dynasty as cultural heritage by analyzing the Feng Shui characteristics, and provided academic basis for research on Feng Shui and cultural heritage. Also, the findings in this study can help better understand the location and environment of the Park’s royal tombs of the Silla dynasty based on theories of Feng Shui.

        내사시에서 양안 내직근후전술 시 기능적적도부 및 팍스의 수술양을 고려한 군 간 수술성적비교

        Purpose: To compare the surgical outcomes of functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia. Methods: The medical records of 96 patients with infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia who underwent bilateral medial rectus muscle recession by functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods were reviewed retrospectively. The surgery success rate at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months was compared by the deviation angle measurement. Results: Overall success rates were not statistically different between the 2 groups. Additionally, there were no differences in surgical success rate of functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia. When the patients were divided into 2 groups based on 40 PD, no significant difference in success rate between the 2 groups was observed. When patients were divided into 2 groups based on 22 mm of axial length, there was no statistical difference observed. Postoperative overcorrection was 2 (4%) in the functional equator group and 3 (6.5%) in Parks’ method group and postoperative undercorrection was 9 (18%, 19.6%) in each group. The incidence of undercorrection in the Parks’ method group was significantly higher in the greater than 22 mm axial length group (7, 35.0%) than in the less than 22 mm group (2, 7.7%) (p = 0.029). Conclusions: There was no statistically significant difference in surgical success rate between the functional equator and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia.       • Effect of Ionizing Radiation on Rat Tissue: Proteomic and Biochemical Analysis

        <P>Reactive oxygen species (ROS), generated by ionizing radiation, has been implicated in its effect on living tissues. We confirmed the changes in the oxidative stress markers upon irradiation. We characterized the changes in the proteome profile in rat liver after administering irradiation, and the affected proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS and ESI-MS/MS. The identified proteins represent diverse sets of proteins participating in the cellular metabolism. Our results demonstrated that proteomics analysis is a useful method for characterization of a global proteome change caused by ionizing radiation to unravel the molecular mechanisms involved in the cellular responses to ionizing radiation.</P>

        경주국립공원 문화재지정구역의 귀화식물 현황 및 관리방안

        경주국립공원 문화재지정구역에 분포하는 귀화식물은 총 14과 40속 45종 1변종 등 총 46분류군을 확인하였다. 귀화식물을 유형별로 구별해보면, 생활형은 1년생 초본이 17분류군(37%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다년생 초본이 16분류군 (34.8%), 2년생 초본이 11분류군(23.9%), 목본이 2분류군(4.3%)로 나타났다. 원산지 별로는 유럽이 17분류군(37%)으로 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 북아메리카에서 이입된 종이 16분류군(34.8%)으로 나타났다. 또한 귀화도는 3등급이 18분류군(40.9%)으로 가장 높다. 귀화식물 321분류군에 대한 본 연구대상지의 도시화 지수는 14.3%이며, 지구별 도시화 지수는 남산지구가 8.1%로 가장 높다. 경주국립공원은 사적형 공원으로 문화재가 매우 중요하나, 문화재 주변의식재 및 관리 또한 중요하다. 따라서 귀화식물의 경우 장기적인 모니터링과 생태적인 특성을 파악하여 체계적인 관리방안이 요구된다. The naturalized plant species in Gyeongju National Park was summarized as 46taxa including 14 families 40 genus 45 species 1 varieties. Among them, annual herbaceous species was 17taxa (37%) which is grouped as the biggest proportion and 16taxa (34.8%) for perennial herbaceous species and 11taxa (23.9%) for biannual herbaceous species and 2taxa (4.3%) for tree species. European origin was the biggest proportion as 17taxa (37%), and 16% (34.8%) from North America. The degree of naturalization (DoN) was the biggest for Degree III, V as 18taxa (39.1%). Regarding 321 naturalized plant species, the Urbanization Index in the studied area was 14.3%. The Namsam District showed 8.1% which is the highest DoN in the studied districts within the Gyeongju National Park. As the cultural properties is important in the Gyeongju National Park as a representatives for historical sites in Korea, planting and its management in the cultural properties is important tasks. The naturalized plant species in the studied area should be reasonably management.
