      • γ-ray 조사에 의한 제주산 양파의 발아 및 성분변화에 미치는 영향

        제주지방에서 양파 저장에 관한 γ-ray 처리와 저장장소에 대한 실험을 하였다. 발아율은 저온저장, 상온저장, 동굴저장에 관계없이 무처리 양파는 약 5개월째부터 발아와 발근이 시작되었고 시간이 지날수록 증가하였으나 8월상순경에는 0Krad에서 동굴에 저장한 것은 50%, 상온에 저장한 것은 20%의 발아율을 나타내었다. 그러나 3Krad, 6Krad 처리한 것은 6개월까지는 거의 발아하지 않았다. 중량 감소는 발아와 밀접한 관계가 있는데 발아가 시작하기 전 40일 까지는 모든 처리에서 차이가 없었지만 발아가 시작되면서부터 급격히 감소하였다. 저온저장한 것은 부패율이 약 5~10%내외로 7개월후에도 식용이 가능하였으나 상온에 저장한 것은 0Krad에서 50% 정도 부패한 반면 3 Krad 및 6 Krad를 조사한 것은 저온저장인 경우 5%, 동굴저장인 경우 30 - 35%, 상온에 저장한 것은 30% 정도의 부패율을 나타내었다. 방사선조사의 다당류 변화에 대한 연구는 비교적 많이 이루어졌는데 동굴저장과 상온저장에서는 저장초기에는 3Krad 및 6Krad 조사한 것이 0 Krad보다 다소 증가 했으나 후기로 갈수록 역시 처리한 것이 양은 적으나 0Krad보다는 증가한 사실을 알 수 있었다. Allium속 채소류에 많이 들어있는데 유황은 저장장소에 관계없이 0Krad에서는 저장후반기로 갈수록 적어졌고 냉장저장한 것은 3 Krad 및 6Krad의 선량간에는 다소 차이가 있었으나 저장초기에는 유황함량이 증가하다가 12월 말경 부터는 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. For storage extension of Cheju grown onions, γ-ray irradiations with doses of 0Krad, 3Krad, and 6Krad were applied to onionbulbs produced in Cheju Island and their quality were compared during storage at natural cavern, low temperature (2℃), and ambient temperature. Sprouting began approximately from five months storage regardless of storage types which increased as storage extended. From early August, sprouting occured in natural cavern storage as high as 50%, in ambient temperature it was 20% in 0Krad, whereas onions with 3Krad and 6Krad γ-ray dose did not show sprouting until six months. No significant weight loss were observed in all the treatments until sprouting occured after 40 days of storage. The loss, however remarkably increased after 40 days of storage indicating that weight loss is closely correlated with percent sprouting during storage. Low temperature stored onions which showed 5-10% of rotting rates were still edible. Rotting rates reached to as high as 50% for unirradiated ambient temperature stored onions after seven months while they were 5%, 33%, and 30% in low temperature, natural cavern, and ambient temperature respectively in irradiated groups. Sugar contents were slightly increased in later period in irradiated onions under ambient temperature storage although sugar contents which included in Allium vegetables generally decreased in later storage of unirradiated onions. Sulfur contents slightly increased in early storage in irradiated onions while showed gradual decrease although the differences were not significant.

      • NaNO₂의 N 핵사중극 공명 연구

        펄스형 핵사중극 공명장치(Pulsed system)를 이용하여 상온에서 NaNO? 분말시료의 위와 아래 공명진동수, 핵사중극 결합상수, 비대칭인자와 스핀-스핀완화시간을 구하였다. FID공명선으로부터 구한 값은 υ+=4.6354 NHz/ υ-=3.5983 MHz, e?qQ/h=5.4891 MHz와n=0.3779이었다. 90?,ι, 180? 펄스연속(spin-echo 신호)과 r를 변화시켜 얻은 진폭을 이용하여 스핀 -스핀 완화시간 T2를 측정하였다. 이결과 υ(T?)=2.50ms, υ-(T?)=2.17ms임을 보였다. Measurements of the upper and lower resonance freqency, quadrupole coupling constant, asymmetry parameter and spin-spin relaxation time are reported for NaNO? powder sample by using the pulsed NQR system at room temperature.From FID line-shapes, we obtained υ=4.6354 MHz, υ=3.5983 MHz, e?qQ/h=5.4891 MHz and η=0.3779. The spin-spin relaxation time T? was maesured using a 90?,ι, 180? pulsed sequanco (spin-echo signals) and varying τwhile measuring the amplitude of the echo. The result showed υ+(T?) =2.50 ms and υ+(T?) =2.17ms.

        The oceanic condition characteristic in the coastal fishing ground of Yeosu is investigated by the oceanographic observation in summer, 1988. The results to analyze the data obtained from this observation are as follows: (1) The coastal surface water accepted influence of land is high temperature and low salinity, and the off shore water and bottom water are low temperature and high salinity. (2) In summer the eddy current and discontinuity appeared in the fishing ground of the set net, so a good catch expected in this fishing ground. (3) In summer the sharp thermocline appeared between the depth of 30m and 40m in coastal fishing ground. This thermocline prevents vertical mixing.

        전자 서베잉을 이용한 서베이드 금관과 국소의치 프레임워크 디자인

        구강 스캐너와 CAD/CAM 기술로 인해 컴퓨터로 제작하는 방식이 활발히 보급된 고정식 보철 증례와는 달리, 의치를 디지털 방식으로 제작하는 데에는 아직 한계가 많다. 촉각을 느낄 수 있는 입력 장비와 전자 서베잉의 개념, 그리고 쾌속 조형법의 적용으로 인해 국소의치를 디지털로 제작할 수 있는 솔루션이 최근 소개되고 있다. 본 증례보고에서는 이러한 국소의치의 디지털 솔루션을 이용하여 총 다섯 명의 환자에서 서베이드 금관 및 국소의치를 제작하였다. 인상 과정상의 문제로 모형과 실제 치아 사이의 형태적 차이가 있었던 경우를 제외하고는 국소의치의 적합도는 우수했으며, 장착 후 안정성과 착탈 시의 유지력 또한 임상에서 적용하는 데에 문제가 없었다. There are still many limitations on fabricating dentures using digital method while computerized production of fixed prostheses utilizing intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM technology has propagated rapidly. Recently the digital solution of fabricating removable partial denture by applying haptic input device, electronic surveying, and rapid prototyping was introduced. In this case presentation, five patients were treated with surveyed crown and removable partial dentures by this digital solution. Fit of dentures was excellent except for one case which showed morphological difference between the actual teeth and that of master cast by the erroneous impression process. There also was not any problem of stability and retention after adaptation in the clinical setting.

      • 방광암조직 acid deoxyribonuclease의 작용기전에 관한 연구

        Deoxyribonuclease (DNase) activity was determined in the bladder cancer tissue and was compared with that of the control tissue. The acid DNase known to be associated with carcinogenesis was isolated and purified from the bladder cancer tissue, and the substrate specificity and mechanism of action of the enzyme were studied to investigate the role of the acid DNase in the process involved in carcinogenesis of the bladder cancer. Activities of DNase Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were unchanged, but activity of DNase Ⅱ (acid DNase) was greatly increased in the bladder cancer tissue by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography and the peak from the enzyme was greater in the cancer than in the control. The partially purified acid DNase from the bladder cancer tissue was highly active toward ds DNA, but still active toward ss DNA (18% of activity with ds DNA). The enzyme did not exhibit species specificity toward the substrates studied. Analyses for the ds DNA digest by the acid DNase from the bladder cancer tissue showed that majority of the products was oligodeoxyribonucleotides with chain length of 5-25. This indicated that the acid DNase was an endonuclease in nature. The acid DNase purified from the bladder cancer tissue was inhibited by RNA and polyribonucleotides, the degree of inhibition being changed with base sequence of the polyribonucleotides studied. The present study indicated that 1) the acid DNase in the bladder cancer tissue was greatly increased, 2) the enzyme was endonuclease in nature and 3) the enzyme activity was inhibited by RNA and polyribonucleotides, suggesting that the acid DNase in the bladder cancer tissue might play an important role in the process involved in carcinogenesis of the bladder cancer and that the process could be modified by RNA or polyribonucleotides.

        본 연구의 목적은 실내 대기질의 조절과 관리에 필요한 환기 시스템을 디자인하는데 사용되는 실험 데이터의 산출에 있다. 단순화된 모형실에서의 급기와 배기구의 위치에 따른 기류변화의 분포가 구해진다. This research has a purpose to achieve experiment data used for design of ventilation systems necessary for Indoor Air quality control and management. Distribution of flow pattern according to supply and exhaust outlets in a simplified model chamber was evaluated.

      • X-ray照射를 利用한 濟州産마늘의 發芽抑制

        Quality of Cheju-grown garlic were compared with non-irradiated groups. While most of the non-irradiated garlic showed sprouting, no irradiated garlic gave any deteriorated quality by sprouting after 9 months storage and 12krad was found to be most effective dose in sprout inhibition. In weight change as well, iradiated group gave lower weight decrease than non-irradiated ones, but no significant differences were found between doses. Farm type out-door storage showed slightly higher weight decrease than in-door type. To see the changes of constituents during storage, contents of carbohydrate, total sugar and fructosan were analyzed. In general, constituents were decreased as the storage period goes by and also more decreased in irradiated samples than non-irradiated group, but the differences were not significant,

        아마릴 정(글리메피리드 2㎎)에 대한 글리메드 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two glimepiride tables, Amaryl^(?)(Handok/Aventis Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Glimed (Kuhn Ⅱ Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The glimepiride release from the two glimepiride formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with a variety of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution, water and blend of PSB 80 into each dissolution medium). Twenty six healthy male subjects, 22.65±2.19 years in age and 66.55±8.85 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as glimepiride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of glimepiride in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detctor. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Amaryl were -3.70, -8.28 and 0.61% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25)(e.g., log(0.84)∼log(1.04) and log(0.82)∼log(1.03) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Glimed tablet and Amaryl tablet were bioequivalent.
