시간장애인을 위한 인터넷 사용도구 개발 및 WEB SITE 구축에 관한 연구

오늘날 인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 많은 홈페이지들이 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있고 이를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 홈페이지들은 장애인을 위한 지원이 없는 실정이라 장애자들은 인터넷의 혜택으로부터 소외받고 있다. 현재 몇몇 홈페이지들이 장애인을 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있지만 정보제공이라는 면에서는 매우 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 시각 장애인용 인터넷 사용 도구의 개발 및 포탈 사이트의 구축을 목적으로 하였으며 이를 통하여 시각장애인들이 쉽게 인터넷의 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째 시각장애인을 위해 음성으로 정보를 제공하는 음성 지원 홈페이지를 설계 · 구현하였고, 둘째 음성낭독 유즈넷 서비스 시스템을 구현하였으며, 셋째 ARS E-Mail 시스템을 구현하였고, 마지막으로 시각장애인용 포탈 사이트 운영자를 위해 멀티미디어 웹 로봇 및 멀티미디어 편집기를 개발하였다. 본 연구로 인해 구축된 사이트와 서비스는 비단 장애인뿐만 아니라 일반인들도 접근 가능한 형태를 취하게 될 것이며, 이로 인해 일반인과 장애인이 접촉하는 기회의 확대 또한 기대할 수 있는 효과라 할 수 있겠다. 시각 장애인을 위한 인터넷 사용 도구로 정보의 분류, 장애인을 위한 재활 정보 및 서비스, 북 마킹 서비스, 장애인을 위한 전용 뉴스 관리 서버의 구축, 그리고 이 모든 것을 총체적으로 묶는, 시각 장애인 관련 포탈 서비스를 제공하여 시각 장애인들이 많은 정보들을 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하며, 최종적으로는 정보 통신을 이용한 가상 공간에서의 상호 작용을 통해 시각 장애인들이 자연스러운 형태로 사회적 접촉의 기회를 보장하여 직업 재활의 기회 제공 등 사회 재활의 효과를 꾀할 수 있다는 것이라 할 수 있겠다. Today, According to the rapid growing of Internet, more in more homepages give us useful informations. But most of these homepages does not consider the visual disabilities, so the visual disabilitis can not share the benefits of internet. Although several hompages provide service for the visually handicapped now, but it they leave much to be disired. So, in this paper, we aimed for the development of tools of internet for the visually handicapped and the construction of portal web site for the visually handicapped. and with this, we hope the visually handicapped access the information of internet easily with this service. For this, we provide four method in this paper. First, we constructed voice hompage for the visually handicapped. Second, we made the voice usenet newsgroup service system. Third, we made ARS E-mail system. Last we developed Multimedia Web Robot and Multimedia data editor for administrator of web site. For the visually handicapped, the web site developed in this paper give portal service including classification of information, rehabilitation service, bookmarking service, newsgroup service etc. And this site is accessible for not only the visually handicapped but also general public. Therefore it can give a good chance for the visually handicapped to communicate with the general public in cyber space and real world.

SiC thin film have been prepared by ICP-CVD for low temperature deposition and large area deposition. The structural properties of deposited SiC films are characterized by employing SEM, FR-IR, XRD, XPS and Raman Spectroscopy. From the experimetal results, good crystallinity has been achieved in 1000℃ grown SiC film which have carbonization step at 1100℃ for substrate bias of 30V.

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHS) is a rare complication in the use of human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) for ovulation induction. The pathophysiology is unclear and treatments are mainly conservative. We presented a case of ovulation induction with HMG and HCG in secondary amenorrhea due to hypogonadotropic hypogonadism after brain surgery for craniopharyngeoma with abscess formation. A brief review on the literatures was made in comment.

<P>This experiment was conducted to determine the relative bioavailability (RBV) of Cu in tribasic copper chloride (TBCC) to Cu in copper sulfate (monohydrate form; CuSO4 center dot H2O) for layer diets based on egg yolk and feather Cu concentrations. A total of 252, 72-wk-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens were allotted to 1 of 7 treatments with 6 replicates consisting of 6 hens per replicate in a completely randomized design. Hens were fed corn-soybean meal-based basal diets supplemented with 0 (basal), 100, 200, or 300 mg/kg Cu from CuSO4 or TBCC for 4 wk. Results indicated that egg production, egg weight, and egg mass were not affected by dietary treatments. However, increasing inclusion levels of Cu in diets from CuSO4 decreased (P < 0.05) feed conversion ratio (FCR), whereas increasing inclusion levels of Cu in diets from TBCC did not affect FCR, indicating significant interaction (P < 0.05). Increasing inclusion levels of Cu from TBCC or CuSO4 increased (P < 0.05) Cu concentrations of egg yolk and feathers. Feather Cu concentrations were greater (P < 0.01) for hens fed diets containing CuSO4 than for hens fed diets containing TBCC. The values for the RBV of Cu in TBCC to Cu in CuSO4 based on log(10) transformed egg yolk and feather Cu concentrations were 107.4% and 69.5%, respectively. These values for the RBV of Cu in TBCC did not differ from Cu in CuSO4 (100%). The RBV measured in egg yolk did not differ from the RBV measured in feather. In conclusion, the RBV of Cu in TBCC to Cu in CuSO4 can be determined using Cu concentrations of egg yolk and feathers although the values depend largely on target tissues of laying hens. For a practical application, however, the RBV value of Cu in TBCC to Cu in CuSO4 could be 88.5% when the RBV values determined using egg yolk and feather Cu concentrations were averaged.</P>

We have investigated the initial stage of low temperature epitaxy (LTE) of Ge on 8''-dia. Si (100) substrate using a rapid thermal chemical vapor deposition (RTCVD) with two different precursors of GeH<SUB>4</SUB> and Ge<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>6</SUB>. The quality of LTE Ge films such as surface morphology, defects and crystallinity were analyzed using SEM, AFM and TEM. Experimental results confirmed that the LTE Ge using Ge<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>6</SUB> precursor was much more beneficial than the LTE using GeH<SUB>4</SUB> in terms of growth rate (x10), stress relaxation (85% at surface), and crystal quality (low TDDs). The discrepancy looks originated from the weak Ge?Ge bonds requiring their dissociation energy small compared to the Ge?H bonds in GeH<SUB>4</SUB> precursors, and the abundant supply of GeH<SUB>3</SUB> molecules should stimulate chemical reactions at free surface sites. Our LTE technology would be promising for very thin Ge virtual substrate as well as be beneficial for nano-micro electronic devices in need of low temperature processes below 300-500<SUP>o</SUP>C.
