      • Random SVPWM 기법을 이용한 고조파 저감에 관한 연구

        Typical PWM switching method for a induction motor speed control system causes harmonic currents. Induction motor with the rated current by a space vector or a randomly generated fractional number method has been studied for reducing harmonic currents. This paper presents the fixed switching SVPWM and random SVPWM using Matlab / Simulink and then applies to the induction motor operating system, and proposes through simulations for the speed, the response of torque, the waveform of phase current etc. Consequently, the simulation confirms the output current harmonic cancellation by SVPWM inverter.

      • 황련해독탕 및 귀비탕의 발효 전후 혈소판 응집 억제 효과에 대한 비교 연구

        Recently interest of fermented oriental medicines is increasing for the purpose of disease prevention. Hwangryunghaedok-tang (HR) and Guibi-tang (GB) are widely used oriental medicines in Korea. HR and GB are well known for anti-inflammatory and anti-stress effect. Glycosides in herbal medicines are transformed to aglycone via fermentation. The fermented medicines are absorbed more and have less individual variation. In this study, HR and GB were compared before and after fermentation by anti-platelet aggregation effect. HR and GB were fermented by various lactobacillus species. The anti-platelet aggregation effect of HR and GB were measured using aggregometer by optical method. Collagen (4 μg/mL) was used as a inducer of platelet aggregation. After measuring anti-platelet aggregation effect, we analysed the data using WinnonlinⓇ program to fit simple Emax model. Then Emax and EC50 values were estimated. In results, GB had little antiplatelet effects. Emax of 5 GB samples (127, 164, 402, 442, 3163) were estimated near zero and others (129, 144, 166, 693, 744) had high EC50 values (> 1500 μg/mL). In contrast with GB, HR had antiplatelet effects. HR which was fermented by Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus plantarum (HR-127,HR-144) were most effective sample. Emax and EC50 of HR-127 and HR-144 was 99.99%, 174.73 μg/mL and 100.00% 160.48 μg/mL, respectively. These results indicated that Guibi-tang was inappropriate as anti-platelet aggregation agent and Hwangryunhaedok-tang would be more effective after fermentation as anti-platelet aggregation agent, warranting further study.

      • 대퇴골두 골괴사를 동반한 슬관절 골괴사 : 증례 보고

        본 순천향대학교 의과대학 정형외과학 교실에서는 2명의 환자에서 발견된 대퇴골두 골괴사와 함께 발생한 양측 슬관절 골괴사를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 대퇴골두 골괴사가 있는 환자에서 슬관절 동통을 호소하는 경우 연관통 등으로 여겨 간과하기 쉬우며, 대개 고관절의 통증으로 체중부하 보행이 어려운 경우가 많아 통증이 약하게 나타나기도 하기 때문에 관심을 가지고 슬관절 골괴사를 동반하는지 여부를 판단하여야 할 것이다. Osteonecrosis of the knee associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head was very rare and reported cases were quite rare. We have experienced two cases of osteonecrosis of both knees associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head. One is a 44-year-old man who had avascular necrosis of the righ femoral head and osteonecrosis of both knees, femoral condyle and metaphysis of proximal tibia. Another case is a 39-year-old man who had osteonecrosis of both femoral head and osteonecrosis of the both knees, medial condyles of both tibias. They were treated with total hip replacement arthroplasty for avascular necrosis of the femoral head and conservatively for osteonecrosis of the knee. If a person complains of pain in hip and knee simultaneously, we should pay attention and rule out osteonecrosis of the knee.

      • LC-MS/MS를 이용한 S.D. Rat 혈장 중 Arctiin 분석법 개발

        KIOM-MA128 is a novel oriental herbal medicine which is for atopic dermatitis and asthma. The purpose of this study was to develop on analytical method of arctiin in rat plasma after oral administration of KIOM-MA128. Analyte was separated on a Atlantis dC18 reverse phase column, using gradient mobile phase (A:B = acetonitrile: 0.1% formic acid in water) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. Detection was performed by electrospray positive ionization mass spectrometry using multiple reaction monitoring of the transitions of arctiin at m/z 552.4 → 372.8 and internal standard (carbamazepine) at m/z 237.0 → 194.5. The limit of quantification was 1 ng/mL for arctiin. The precisions were lower than 15% and the accuracy was between – 12.21 and 3.2%. The maximum concentration found in plasma samples was 4.1 ng/mL. The present method was successfully developed for detecting arctiin in plasma and this results would be utilized to the further study.

      • 선형유도전동기의 직접벡터제어를 위한 자속검출에 관한 연구

        For implementation of vector control it is important to get accurate flux angle of motor. In this paper we investigate two types of flux sensing methods for linear induction motor. The one of which is a method of tapped winding which utilizes coils of motor itself. And the other is a method using hall effect sensor. The experiment for the two flux sensing method is carried out. In comparison of these methods it can be found that the tapped winding method is well suited for flux sensing of linear induction motor.

      • 갯쑥부쟁이(Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.))의 감마방사선 감수성과 M1 세대 형질변동 특징

        제주도에서 자생하는 갯쑥부정이(Heteropappus hispidus(Thunb.))에 감마선을 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400Gy 수준으로 나누어서 조사한 뒤 발아율 및 발아 30일 후의 본엽 출현을, LD_(50), 본엽길이, 줄기부분의 안토시아닌 색소 형성 유무, 생육 60일 후의 로젯형 엽, multi-shoot 형성율, 초장, 채화 결실율등의 주요 양적형질들을 생존개체를 대상으로 실시하였다. 120Gy 까지의 발아율은 88.5%로 대조구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 160Gy 이상에서 부터는 급격히 감소하여 치사선량(LD_(50))은 160Gy 범위 정도였다. 또한, 본엽 출연율과 그 길이는 조사선량이 높아질수록 억제되었다. 안토시아닌 색소 형성은 조사전량이 높을수록 대조구 2%에서 30%로 높아졌으며 로젯형도 고선량 처리구에서 발생하였다. Multi-shooting은 80Gy 이상일 때 부터 나타났으며 multi-shooting을 형성하는 개체들은 초장은 짧고 줄기는 가늘게 다발형으로 자라는 특성이 있어서 만일 형질이 고정된다면 화분 관상용 개체로 선발하기에 적합하였다. 특히, 조사선량이 증가됨에 따라서 안토시아닌 색소 형성, 로젯형 개체, multi-shoot등의 개체가 많이 출현되었는데 이는 돌연변이 유기의 선발지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The seeds of naturally growing Heteropappus hispidus Thunb were treated by nine different doses(0, 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400㏉) of gamma rays to investigate their germination rate and to quantify the characteristics of their germinated plant as like as leaf appearance and length, the formation rate of anthocyanin color in stem 30 days after germination, the formation rate of rosette leaf and multi-shoot, the flowering and seed-bearing, and shoot length. The germination rate at least up to 120 ㏉ was not greatly affected but was rapidly decreased at over 160 ㏉. It seemed that lethal dose(LD_(50)) of germination was 160 ㏉. The leaf appearance and growth was also inhibited, but the formation rate of anthocyanin color in the flower stem was enhanced up to 30% with dose. The rosette plants were observed in plants irradiated with higher than 40 ㏉. Multi-shoots were developed over 80 ㏉. For a short shoot length and bundle of thin stem, it was considered that they can be selected as the potential pot flower plants, through genetic fixation. In particular, it was suggested that the formation of anthocyanin color in flower stem, rosette and multi-shoot plants induced by the morphologically markers for the mutant selection of Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.)

      • Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16이 생산하는 Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase의 정제와 효소특성

        Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase from B. stearothermophilus KJ16 that can produce both cyclodextrin glucanotransferase and cyclodextrinase was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography, Sephadex G-100 chromatography, and FPLC. The molecular weight of the purified enzyme was about 65,000 dalton by SDS-PAGE. The optimal pH and temperature were 6.0 and 60℃, respectively. The enzyme was stable at 50℃ for 1 hr and in the pH range of 5.5 and 8.5. Mercaptoethanol and dithiothreitol inhibited the enzyme activity strongly. The enzyme produced 60% cyclodextrin(CD) from 5% soluble starch with the ^α-, ^β-, ^γ-CD ratio of 42 : 46 : 12. Amylopectin was the most suitable with 67% conversion to CD.
