太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

Effect of Asymmetric Hot Rolling on the Texture Evolution of Fe–3%Si Steel

In Fe–3%Si steel, the hot rolling process affects not only the hot rolling texture but also the primary recrystallization texture. Here, the effect of asymmetric hot rolling was studied by comparing the difference in the texture evolved between asymmetricand symmetric hot rolling. The effect of asymmetric hot rolling on the texture of primary recrystallized Fe–3%Si steel wasalso studied. The symmetric hot rolling of Fe–3%Si steel produces a rotated cube texture at the center but Goss and coppertextures near the surface. Asymmetric hot rolling tends to produce Goss and copper textures even at the center like thetexture near the surface. After primary recrystallization, the dominant texture at the center changes from {001} <210> to{111} <112> and the new texture has a higher fraction of the grains which make the low energy boundary with Goss grainsthan that of symmetric hot rolling.

Misorientation Characteristics at the Growth Front of Abnormally-Growing Goss Grains in Fe–3%Si Steel

Penetrating morphologies at the growth front of abnormally-growing Goss grains in Fe–3%Si steel was examined in view ofthe possibility that they are the two-dimensional section of the solid-state wetting (SSW) along the triple junction line. Toobtain the statistically meaningful data, 102 penetrated grain and 204 penetrating abnormally-growing Goss grain morphologieswere examined. The misorientation angles of penetrating and penetrated grains were measured by electron backscattereddiffraction. Among the 102 examined penetrated grain boundaries, none has low misorientation angles less than 15°,whereas 17.2% of the 204 penetrating grain boundaries have low misorientation angles, and 23.5% of them have coincidencesite lattice boundaries. Besides, boundary energies of penetrating Goss grains, which were estimated from misorientationangles of the three grains in the penetrating morphology, satisfied the energetic condition for SSW along the triple junctionline. These results imply that the abnormal grain growth of Goss grains in Fe–3%Si steel occurs by the mechanism of subboundaryenhanced SSW.

리우 올림픽 출전 선수들의 경기력 분석

이 연구는 세계태권도연맹이 실시해온 랭킹 시스템 도입에 의해 1~6위까지 랭킹 상위자들에게 올림픽 자동 출전권을 부여함에 있어 리우올림픽 경기 결과를 분석하여 올림픽에서 입상한 선수들과 올림픽 자동출전권을 획득한 선수들과의 비교함으로써 랭킹시스템 제도에 대한 발전 방안을 모색한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, -58kg급 체급에는 1위 중국(shuai zhao), 2위 태국(Tawin Hanprab), 3위 한국(Kim TAE-hun), 도미니카 공화국(Luisito PIE) 순으로 나타났다. 1위 입상자 중국선수의 경우 긴 신장을 이용한 몸통기술(10), 얼굴(4)로 나타났으며, 이 체급 자동 출전권 1위를 획득한 이란선수의 경우 예선탈락을 하였다. 둘째, -68kg급 체급에서는 1위 요르단(Ahmad), 2위 러시아(Alexey), 3위 스페인(Joel), 한국(Lee)으로 나타났으며, 1위 입상자 요르단 선수의 경우 몸통(9), 얼굴(8), 주먹(1)로 얼굴 및 몸통 등에서 대등하게 기술을 발휘하며 다른 선수에 비해 얼굴기술이 탁월하게 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이 체급 1위로 자동출전권을 획득한 벨기에 선수의 경우 메달권에서 러시아선수를 만나 패함으로서 메달 획득을 하지 못하였다. 셋째, -80kg급 체급에서는 1위 코트디부아르(Cheick), 2위 영국(Lutalo), 3위 아제르바이잔(Milad), 튀니지(Oussama)로 나타났으며, 1위 입상자 코트디부아르 선수의 경우 좋은 체격과 선수 특유의 탄력을 이용한 순발력으로 몸통(11), 얼굴(3), 주먹(2)로 나타났다. 이 선수의 경우 공격 기술이 탁월하며 역습기술에서는 득점이 나타나지 않아 공격과 방어기술이 탁월한 선수로 나타났으며 이 체급 랭킹포인트 1위로 자동출전한 이란선수의 경우 9강에서 아제르바이잔 선수를 만나 예선 탈락 하였다. 넷째, +80kg체급에서는 1위 아제르바이잔(Radik), 2위 나이지리아(Abdoulazak), 3위 브라질(Maicon), 한국(Cha)로 나타났으며, 1위 입상자 아제르바이잔 선수의 경우 몸통(4),얼굴(4)로 최고 중량급에서 몸통 및 얼굴기술이 다양하며 방어기술 또한 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이 체급 랭킹 포인트 1위로 자동 출전한 우주베키스탄 선수의 경우 8강에서 쿠바 복병을 만나 골든포인트에서 패하여 메달을 획득하지 못하였으며 최종대회 1위를 차지한 아제르바이잔 선수의 경우 랭킹포인트 3위로 올림픽 자동출전권을 획득하여 금메달의 영광을 차지하였다. This study was conducted to analyze the results of the Rio Olympic Games in order to grant the Olympic qualification to the top ranking players by the introduction of the ranking system implemented by the World Taekwondo Federation and to acquire the automatic Olympic qualification By comparing with the players, we searched for the development of the ranking system, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, shaai zhao, Tawin Hanprab, Kim TAE-hun, and Luisito PIE ranked in the order of -58 kg. In the case of Chinese athletes who ranked first, body length (10) and face (4) using long elongation were shown. In case of Iran, who won the first place in this weight automatic ticket, Second, in the -68 kg class, Ahmad ranked second, Alexey ranked second, Joel ranked third, and Lee ranked third. In the case of Jordan, (8), and fist (1), showing excellent skill in face technology compared to other athletes. For a Belgian player who won the automatic qualification for the 1st place in this weight category, he could not obtain a medal by losing to a Russian player in the medal ticket. Third, Chekick, Lutalo, Milad, and Oussama ranked first in the -80kg weight class, and in the case of 1st-ranked Cote d'Ivoire, (11), face (3), and fist (2). This player was excellent in offensive skill and counter-attack technique was not good, so attacking and defending skill was excellent player. In the case of Iran, which was automatically ranked in the first place in this weight ranking point, Azerbaijan player was eliminated in the ninth round. . Fourthly, in the + 80kg weight class, it was ranked as 1st in Azerbaijan (Radik), 2nd in Nigeria (Abdoulazak), 3rd in Brazil (Maicon) and in Korea (Cha) 4) showed that body and face skills varied in the top heavyweight, and defensive skills were also good. In the case of Uzbekistan player who was automatically placed in the top of this weight ranking point 1, he was not able to win the medal by defeating Golden Point in Cuba in the quarter-finals. Azerbaijan, ranked first in the final tournament, And won the gold medal.

The purpose of this study is to identify the thoughts on gymnastics in the Enlightening Period in the light of beginning and development of modern gymnastics of Korea with the conflict between traditional thoughts and the western thoughts. Therefore, I tried to clarify the process of the formation and development of Korean gymnastics in the fluctuation of the end of the Korean Empire by examining the thoughts on gymnastics of the pioneers in the Enlightening Period. As a method of study, Literature approach, the analysis of the newspapers of those days and academic journals was taken as a method of this study. the Ul-Sa Compulsory, Treaty necessitated the safety and restoration of Korea through the human resource development. So the education was focused on the balance of the wisdom, virtue and body, especially on the body by the Ui-Sun Kim, Chang-Yol Choi, Dong-jak Rew, and Il-Pyung Moon. And the term 'scientific gymnastics' was first used in the letter on purposes of the establishment of Korean Gymnastics Club. The learned discussed the gymnastics as the study or learning of the action and motion of human body. Il-Pyung Moon and Dong-Cho Lee introduced the eastern system of gymnastics with criticism on the lack of thoughts on gymnastics of Korea. Gun-Su Rew took the gymnastics as an individual science in the argument of Dae-Dong Department of Gymnastics. The conditions of the Korean Empire made the human resource development of Koreans urgent through the balanced development of head, heart and health and especially the health was focused on because the restoration of Korea was to be achieved through it.

담론이론과 공공정책의 정당성

오늘날 실증주의에 바탕을 두고 있는 주류의 정책분석은 정책의 정당성을 공리주의 철학에 의존하고 있다. 공리주의 관점은 정책의 정당성을 목표와 수단의 인과관계에 초점을 두는 도구적 합리성에 지나치게 의존하는 나머지 정책의 정당성이 갖추어야 할 포괄적인 합리성의 측면을 고려하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정책의 정당성을 포괄적 합리성 측면에서 접근하기 위하여 그 이론적 근거를 Habermas의 담론이론에서 찾고자 하였다. 담론이론에서 정책의 정당성은 담론과정을 통하여 정책의 제 측면이 철저히 검증되어야 하고, 그러한 검증을 바탕으로 정책담론에 참여하는 사람들의 동의를 획득할 때 정당성이 확보되는 것으로 본다. 이러한 관점에서 연구자는 정부정책의 정당성을 제고시키기 위하여 시민사회내의 정책네트워크를 중심으로 정책공론이 활성화되어야 하고 동시에 정책결정과정에 지속적인 담론규칙의 제도화가 필요함을 주장하였다. Policy analysis based on positivism today, finds the justification of public policy in utilitarianism. Because utilitarian policy analysis tends to overemphasize instrumental rationality for the justification of policy stressing the causal relation between policy objectives and instruments, it doesn't take into account comprehensive rationality. In justifying public policy, this article examines comprehensive rationality based on Habermas's discourse theory. According to the discourse theory, the justification of policy depends on the verification of policy in the process of policy discourse and the agreement of those participating in the discourse. From this point of view, this article suggest that for the justification of public policy the public sphere for policy making must be activated through policy networks in the civil society. It also suggests the need for establishing tangible discourse rules in policy making process.

GIS를 이용한 문화정보시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구

문화정보를 데이터베이스화하는데 있어서 여러 방안이 있을 수 있는데, 본 논문은 그 중에서도 지리정보시스템에 의한 구축방안에 대해서 연구한 것이다. 그것은 지역문화가 그 특성상 시·공간을 떠나서는 있을 수 없고 문화구성 요소들이 상호 기능적으로 복잡하게 얽혀있는 관계로 모든 내용이 시·공간과 결부되고 수많은 여러 데이터가 기능적으로 연계되어 있어 이들을 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 방안이 모색되어야 하기 때문이다. 또한 지금까지의 구축된 문화정보시스템들 대부분이 지역의 문화정체성 파악에 요구되는 지역문화의 영역설정이나 공동체적 생활권 설정에 한계를 보였을 뿐만 아니라 구축된 데이터베이스에 의해 문화현상을 분석하고 연구하는데도 한게가 있었던 데도 기인한다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문에서는 단순한 유물·유적 지도가 아닌 즉, 객체적인 역사문화유적 지도를 뛰어 넘는 문화표현의 방식에 대한 연구방법과 그들을 효과적으로 데이터베이스화 하기 위해 XML을 이용한 데이터베이스 모델의 구축을 연구하였고, 더 나아가 다양한 문화 현상 분석한 함께 문화콘텐츠 제작에 보다 널리 활용할 수 있는 토대를 마련해보고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to seek the methods of constructing a cultural information system based on GIS. It is impossible for regional culture to be formed apart from its surrounding space, so a study of culture should be based on realizing the features of its space. It is important to note that the elements composing a culture complicatedly interact with each other in their function and continuously change. Also they are interrelated in space and plentiful in their amount. Nevertheless, those studies practised so far in relation to culture and constructing cultural database are too limited in establishing cultural area or community life area required to recognize the regional identity. So it is now essential that we should study the methods of cultural expression surpassing objective historical and cultural site maps instead of simple maps depicting historical remains or sites. From this viewpoint, this study tries to find various cultural phenomena in relation to their space through seeking the methods of constructing the cultural database model using XML. In addition, this study tries to construct a base for increasing the utilization of information in making the cultural contents.
