This study aims to reveal the immanent cultural significance of traditional landscape elements that are modified into Kitsch and introduced in urban scenery. Traditional landscape elements are closely related to traditionalism and folk features ; they provide a basic framework for a system of thought in designing the landscape by introducing traditional landscape elements to modern urban scenery. The case study method was used to interpret the objective phenomena. Specifically, the descriptive study method was used to understand a certain phenomenon by determining its traits through the case study. This study covers traditional landscape elements that have been modified into Kitsch landscape elements as seen in urban scenery. Traditional landscape elements are classified by viewpoints of purposes. However, this study deals with only visible elements such as landscape constructions and facility elements and planting elements as subjects. Based on previous studies, this study focused on the following elements; 1) inadequacy/ incoherence elements; 2) accumulated/excessive elements; 3) conventional comfort/nostalgic elements; 4) exaggeration elements; 5) amusable satisfaction elements, and; 6) mosaic cultural elements. Kitsch as a cultural phenomenon was found to be prevalent in the area of landscape architecture. However, it has not attacted condiderable attention to date. An enhanced system of thought is therefore necessary for applying traditional landscape elements in the modern times, by analyzing and reviewing the cultural phenomana of Kitsch largely found in urban scenery. Likewise, an analysis considering how people recognize Kitsch-styled traditional landscape elements is recommended.

산업현장에서 수소는 설비를 손상시킬 수 있는 주원인 중의 하나이며, 종종 설비를 파괴시키는 사고를 발생시킨다. 수소손상에 의한 결정립계의 공동 또는 미세균열은 강재의 파괴인성과 강도를 떨어뜨리는 원인이 되고, 따라서 과거 제한적인 방법으로 수소손상을 평가하기 위한 시도가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 초음파를 적용하여 수소손상을 검출하고 평가하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 미세조직시험에 의해 확인된 시험편을 이용하여 초음파의 속도와 감쇠계수를 구한 결과, 수소손상에 의해서 초음파 속도는 감소하고 감쇠는 현저하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 수소손상을 검출하기 위한 신뢰성 있는 평가법을 제시하였다. The presence of hydrogen in industrial plants is a source of damage. Hydrogen attack is one such form of degradation and often causing large tube ruptures that necessitate an immediate shutdown. Hydrogen attack may reduce the fracture toughness as well as the strength of steels. This reduction is caused partially by the presence of cavities and microcracks at the grain boundaries. In the past several techniques have been used with limited results. This paper describes the application of an ultrasonic velocity and attenuation in hydrogen damage. Ultrasonic tests showed a decrease in wave velocity and an increase in attenuation. Such results demonstrate the potential for ultrasonic nondestructive testing to quantify damage. Based on this study, reliable recommendation is suggested to detect hydrogen attack.

And by doing learning activities that students are also able to replace an interesting story with a drama, Students are able to understand create an original story. For this purposes, this study explains the methods that teachers make a story. And we make a drama out of a story which is korean language textbook for the seventh curriculum (one∼for grade). And we have teachers to use it lesson.
달맞이꽃(Oenothera odorata Jacquin) 뿌리에서 추출한 항균성분의 특성

An antibacterial component was isolated from the roots of evening primrose (Oenothera odorata Jacquin). The component was purified by repeated preparative TLC of the chloroform-extract with solvent system of toluene(7): ethyl acetate(4) : formic acid(O.8). NMR spectrum indicated that it is a steroid compound containing radical(-C=C-C=0) and aromatic structures. Its antibacterial activity against strains of the genus Streptococcus was relatively high, the MIC value was 50 according to the Hoechst Manual-345, as compared with the other genera such as Staphylococcus and Escherichia.

Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.
In situ culture and harvest of aminocytes using covership processing method

Genetic amniocenteses were performed in a series of 127 patients as a routine study. Samples from the patients were cultured by in situ method, flask method or both according to the state of amniotic fluid. The overall success rate of culture was 97.6% and no culture failure was observed in the flask method. It took 5 days first of all and 8.15 days average from set-up to harvest and there were 7.2 colonies per dish in in situ method. Therefore, it is suggested that in situ method which decreased the mean culture days and made clonal analyses possible, is a clinically available and even more reliable method in parallel with flask method in prenatal diagnosis.

어린이 해열·진통제 중 안전상비의약품 3종을 유치에 적용하여 시간 경과에 따른 유치의 표면과 경도변화를 SEM과 EDX로 비교·분석하여 부식 가능성을 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 유치 법랑질 표면미세경도 측정 결과, 처리 전은 모든 군에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나(p>0.01), 3일, 5일, 8일 경과 후 각군 간에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<0.01). EDX를 이용하여 Ca과 P의 정량분석 결과, 유치 법랑질 기질 내 Ca은 8일 경과 후 각 군 간에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<0.05),P은 모든 군에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p>0.05).SEM을 이용하여 유치 표면을 관찰한 결과, pH가 가장 낮은 어린이용 타이레놀 정이 표면 거칠기가 가장 심한 것으로 관찰되었고, 다음으로 어린이 부루펜 시럽, 어린이 타이레놀 현탁액, 증류수 순이었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 pH가 낮은 어린이 해열·진통제는 법랑질 표면에 치아 부식을 일으킬 수 있는 가능성이 있고, Ca과 P의 소실은 치아우식증에 이환될 수도 있다. 따라서 어린이 해열·진통제 투약 시 유·아동은 칫솔질과 같은 구강위생관리가 필요하다고 생각된다. 또한 제약회사에서는 이러한 약품들을 복용한 유·아동들이 구강위생조치를 할 수있도록 약품 내 주의사항 안내서에 치아부식 가능성을 고지해야할 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to provide basic understanding regarding possible enamel erosion by three kinds of fist-aid antipyretic and analgesic medicines over a period of time, with comparison and analysis of the resulting deciduous teeth surface and microhardness changes. The analysis was performed using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) to examine the surface erosion and changes. The Kruskal-Wallis test show differences in surface erosion and changes after 3, 5 and 8 days of treatment as well as before and after the treatment in each group. According to the results, there was no significant difference in the early deciduous teeth enamel surface microhardness (p>0.01). However there were signigicant changes after 3, 5, and 8 days (p<0.01). Calcim (Ca) and phosphorous (P) analysis using EDX showed significant differences in the enamel characteristics according to each tissue area after 8 days (p<0.05), but there was no significant difference in any of the areas for P content (p>0.05). In the surface observation with the SEM treatment with Children’s Tylenolⓡ tablet, which has the lowest pH, looked the roughest, followed by Brufen syrup for children and Children``s Tylenolⓡ suspension. Based on these results, it should be considered that antipyretic and analgesic medicines for children, which have lower pH values, may cause tooth erosion. Hence, it is necessary to give special attention to oral hygiene in young children or infants by brushing their teeth after such drugs are administered.
