        This study investigated the evaluation method for the users`` color preference of CRT monitors. And also the users`` preference of the colors displayed on CRT monitor using the park``s color reproduction system was evaluated. Subjects conducted a series of psychophysical experiments to compare the colors displayed on a CRT monitor using the park``s system to the colors without the system, Three evaluation methods were investigated: comparing one colors of same hue with diverse luminance and saturation. the results showed that subjects preferred the colors reproduced using the park``s system, and thd evaluation methods significantly affected thd color preference.

        The rivised physics textbook is going to used in class starting 1991. the content of Unit Ⅰ, which is introduced in the physics test book for the first time, and the formats of the text books of 7 publishers and studied. The contents of the newly introduced Unit Ⅰ shows varieties among the publishers, while other Units of the texts in 7 different text book show no much differences form each other.

        To simulate accurate spectral reflectance from the red-green-blue output of a video digitizing system, a set of basis functions were computed. 1565 reflectance spectra of the chips in the Munsell Book of Color(Glossy) were measured with a spectrophotometer in KRISS. The autocorrelation matrix of these samples was formed and the eigenvectors and the eigenvalues of this matrix were computed by using Karhunen-Loeve transformation.

        전통 발효주로부터 glutathione 고함유 효모 Saccharomyces cerevisiae FF-8의 분리·동정 및 최적 생산조건

        본 연구에서는 glutathione(γ-L-glutamyl-cysteinlyl-glycine)을 다량으로 함유하는 효모 균주를 전통 발효주로부터 분리하여 glutathione 생산 조건을 검토하였다. 분리된 균주는 형태학적, 생리학적 및 생화학적 특성을 검토한 결과 Saccharomyces cerevisiae로 동정되어 FF-8로 명명하였다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae FF-8의 glutathione 생산 조선을 YM(glucose 1.0%, acid peptone 0.5%, yeast extract 0.3%, malt extract 0.3%) 배지를 기본으로 하여 최적 온도, 교반속도 및 초기 pH의 조건을 검토하였다. Glutathione 생산은 30℃, 교반속도 100rpm 및 pH 6.0에서 72시간 동안 진탕 배양하였을 때 가장 높았으며, 이때 glutathione 생산량은 72.0㎎/ℓ이였으며, 건조 균체량은 5.2g/ℓ이었다. In this study, strain of high-producing intracellular glutathione was isolated from Korean traditional rice wine. The isolated strain was identified as Sacharomyces cerevisiae based on the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and was designated as FF-8. The optimal condition for glutathione production by Sacharomyces cerevisiae FF-8 was obtained after cultivation with shaking for 72 hours in the YM medium. The optimal temperature, shaking rate and initial pH for the glutathione production were 30℃, 100 rpm and pH 6.0, respectively. The dry cell weight and glutathione concentration produced by Sacharomyces cerevisiae FF-8 were 5.2 g/ℓ and 72.0㎎/ℓ, respectively, under the optimal culture condition.

      • 의류제품 관여수준에 따른 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 : 정부탐색활동, 동행자 및 준거집단의 영향, 비계획구매를 중심으로

        Consumer are tend to pay their deep attention to pruchase a certain product, but in other product they havitually buy it in daily life. Hence, in establishing marketing strategy it is important to estimate the level of consumer's involvement for a product and to understand their preference. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between clothing purchansing behavior and the level of consumer's product involvement. specifically this study was intended to examine the following points. 1) This study classifies the apparel products aecording to consumer's product involvement level high involvement product group and low involvement product group. In complience with the variables which are resulted by consumer's intrest and their situations : 2) Whether there is any difference in consumer's purchasing behaviors (i.e. information source, unmber of stores at purchasing, hour consumed at shopping) with respecto to information source. 3) Whether there is any difference in influence from their companies or reference groups. 4) Whether there is any difference between unplanned purchasing and other purchasing behavior (unplanned purchasing and its reason, number of purchasing and pattern of payment). The subjects are 340 housewives who have middle school or high school student in seoul. The instrument includes the clothing product involvement and demographic information measure in the background of previous research. As the method of investigation, questionaires have been used and in data analysis, to get the frequency, mean, percent, xtest, SPSS / PC has been used. The result of this study has been summarized as follows. 1) First, in reference with measuring the level of involvement, clothing product have been classified to five groups according their purposes. The formal wear for going out have been classified to high involved product, while the other such as night-clothes, Langery, sport wear, underwear and casual wear to low involment product. 2) With regard to the activity for getting information according to the level of involvement : ① When getting the information source of perching, and low involvement product, even though it is high or low involvement product, varied on the information from past purchasing experience and showwindow displayed product. ② From the viewpoint of amount the activity for getting information, they visit more number of stores when buying the low involvement product. ③ The level of clothing involvement influences the consumed for shopping. Consumers invest mere hours for purchasing the high involvement product than the low involvement product. 3) Regarding the influence from companions or reference group to the level of involvement : ① Especially, the kind of companions depends on the level of involvement Usually consumers acompany their close acquaintence when purchasing high involvement product, while the order of priority is 'alone' and 'close acquaintence' when pruchasing low involvement product. ② Without regard to high involvement product. ③ In influence from the reference group, the type to be considered varies depending on the level of involvement. when purchasing low involvement product, consumer tend to be influenced from their mates. But consumer tend to be influenced from their close acqintances or coworkers in the company when purchasing high involvement product. 4) In reference with unplanned purchasing or various purchasing, according to the level of involvement : ① First, when unplanned purchasing, there are somewhat different tendencies. But, in case of their unplanned purchasing, they tend to purchase the product impulsively. ② In reference with the unplanned purchasing, no difference appears between the level of product involvement. But, the major reason of the unplanned purchasing is 'cheaper than expected' in both cases, high and low involvement product. ③ In number of purchasing, there is difference between the level of involvement for product. generally low involvement product is more frequently used by housewives when purchasing high involvement product than when low involvement product. ④ In the pattern of payment, there is the difference depending on the level of the involvement for the product credit cards are more frequently used by housewives when purchasing high involvement product than when low involement product.

      • 케일녹즙이 고콜레스테롤식이 흰쥐의 혈청 및 간장의 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        체중 60~65㎏의 wistar계 숫쥐에게 cholesterol 무첨가식이에 물과 kale 녹즙을 각각 급여하여 혈청중 총 cholesterol 농도, HDL-cholesterol 농도, 간장중의 총 cholesterol 농도, 혈청 및 간장중의 TG와 PL의 농도 그리고 과산화지질 농도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 혈청중 총 cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군인 1,2군산 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4, 5군간에서 각각 유의성이 없었다. HDL-cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군인 1,2군과cholesterol 첨가이식이군인 3,4,5군에서 kale 녹즙을 급여한 군이 유의적으로 높았다. 2)혈청의 중성지방농도는 전 군간에 유의성은 없으나 물ㅇㄹ 급여한 군보다 kale 녹즙을급여한 군에 있어 약간 낮은 경향이었다. 혈청의 인지질 농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군 및 cholesterol 첨가이식군 모두 물을 급여한 군보다 kale 녹즙을 급여한 군이 유의적으로 높았다. 3)간장의 총 cholesterol 농도는 cholesterol 첨가식이군에 있어 물을 급여한 군이 약간 낮은 경향이었다. 4)간장의 중성지방농도는 cholesterol 무첨가식이군에 비해 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4,5군이 유의적으로 높았으며, 이들 군간에 있어서는 kale 녹즙혼액군이 비교적 낮았다. 간장 인지질농도는 cholesterol 첨가식이군인 3,4,5군간에 있어 kale 녹즙과 녹즙혼액을 급여한 3,4,군이 비교적 낮았다. 5)혈청 및 간장의 과산화지질농도는 cholesterol 첨가이식군인 3,4,5군이 무첨가식이군에 비해 대체로 낮았으며 또한 kale녹즙과 녹즙혼액을 급여한 군에 있어 유의적으로 낮았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 kale 녹즙의 섭취는 혈청 HDL-cholesterol 농도의 상승효과가 있고 간장 중 cholesterol 및 인지질의 농도를 다소나마 저하시키며 또한 혈청및 간장의 과산화지질농도의 지하작요이 있으므로서 혈청 및 간장의 지질개선효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다. The effect of kale juice, Brassica oleracea, on lpid components in serum and liver were investigated by feeding male rats of wistar for four weeks. And the concentrations of T-cholesterol,phospholipid, triglyceride and lipid peroxide in serum and liver were analysed along with the HDL-cholesterol concentration of serum . The results were as follows: 1)There was not found ny significant influence on the concentration of T-cholesterol in serum, butsome of relatively higher inluence but some of relatively higher influence on the HDL-cholesterol concentration. 2)For the group fed with 100% kale juice the concentration of triglyceride was shown lower than for any other groups, while that of phospholipid was shown higher. 3)The concentration T-cholesterol in liver was shown a little lower for the kale juice groups. 4)The concentration of triglyceride in liver was remarkably decreased in the 100% kale juice group in comparison with other groups, whiel the phospholipid concentraion was not. 5)Lipid peroxide values in serum and liver were relatively decreased in the kale juice groups compared to other group.

        수출업자가 인지하는 수입업자의 의류제품 공급원에 대한 평가기준과 정보원천

        To be successful, Korean exporters must understand how importers identify and select suppliers. This empirically based study investigate Korean exporter's perceptions of the supply selection criteria and information sources in US importers use. The specific purposes of this study were to identify the importance of the supply selection criteria and information sources and to examine the effects of the amount of export on the supply selection criteria and information sources in US importer use. For this study, data were obtained from Korean exporters by means of self-administered questionnaires. The questionnaires consisted of a series of statements covering a broad of specific selection criteria and information sources and exporters' characteristics including average annual amount of export. Using a base of 312 exporters, data were analysed by using mean, one-way ANOVA, and Ducan test. Major findings of this study summarized as follows; 1) Korean exporters perceived that US importers would place importances on product price, deliverly reliability, product wordsmanship-quality, and length of deliverly lead-time, in orders. Also, The more amount of export was, the higher product wordsmanship-quality, availability of piece goods and trims, and communication channel were importantly rated. 2) Korean exporters considered the third party sources, such as recommendation from trade association and buying office and import agency, as the most important information source in US importer use. Also, There was tendency that the more amount of export was, the more information sources on suppliers was importantly evaluated. From this study, several recommendation were suggested forward to encourage export in international apparel market.

        To obtain the spectral characteristics of a color monitor, we measured the spectral radiance curves of phosphors vs. digital values experimentally. The relationship between digital values and luminances is not linear. To predict the digital values needed to display specific colors, we presented a model using maximum and averaged values of each curve.

        기혼여성의 수입 정장의류와 국산 정장의류의 구매동기 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify difference that might exist between married woman's buying motivations for imported and domestioc formal two piece suits and to test the role of socioeconomic variables on those differences. Samples selection criteria included married women living in Seoul, Korea, between ages 30 ∼ 59. Purposive sampling method was used to secure sespondents with experience with imported formal two-piece suits. Of 400 distributed. 246 usable questionnaires were returned. Statistical analysis of results included factor analysis, and paired t-tests. For both imported and domestic suits, the most important buying motivation was utilitarian, with quality the most important consideration. Purchases of domestic suits were more influenced by factors such as advertisements, economics, impulse buying, approval of others, and current fashionability of style than were the purchases of imported suits. On the other hand, purchases of imported suits were more influenced by factors such as prestige and utilitarian motivation than were purchases of domestic suits. For most socioeconomic variables, respondents indicated significant differences in their motivations for buying imported suits and domestic suits. The results of this study suggest the need for implementing different marketing strategies for imported suits and domestic suits.

        노년기 여성의 의복구매행동에 관한 연구

        The increasing number of senior citizens, combined with the power of purchasing due to larger discretionary income have vaulted the elderly into the position of an attractive future target market. Therefore, it would be crucial for marketers to understand elderly's purchasing behavior. The purpose of this study was to identify clothing purchasing behavior of elderly women. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 600 women over 55 years of age. However, the sample that was analyzed for statistical analysis was involved 418 elderly women. Statistical analysis were majorly descriptives such as frequencies and percentages. The major results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. In relation to problem recognition in purchasing process, motives of purchasing apprel were identified as a happy event in home such as a wedding and a birthday, a change of seasons and a casual discovery of a suitable clothing in shopping, in orders. 2. In relation to information search, important information on apparel and fashion-ability were thought as display racks in a store, opinion from fiends and family and fashionability from others or steets, in orders. 3. In relation to selecting a store in purchasing process, older consumers assessed that attractive price, design suited to my age, variety in one store and apparel product quality were important store attributes, in orders. In terms of a purchase place, older consumers purchased clothing mainly on department stores, wholesale stores such as Namdaemoon or Dongdaemoon market, mainly retail stores located close to home and discount stores of well known brand, in orders. 4. In relation to alternative evaluation in purchasing process, older consumeres considered that style or appearance suited to me, color, design, comfort and fitness were important selection criteria, in orders. 5. In relation to purchase choice, 61.7% of the respondents paid money by themselves and 68.9% paid on cash in purchasing apparel. 6. In relation to outcomes of purchase, older consumers solved their complaint against a unsatisfactory product mainly by returning the unsatisfactory clothing. Also, there were those who took no action against the unsatisfactory product and who altered the clothing for fitness by themselves.
