        비만 개선 효과를 지닌 탄수화물 및 지방 흡수 억제 기능성 식이조성물 개발

        In a previous study, we developed a new food additive as an egg yolk antibody (IgY) against carbohydrate digestion enzymes for the regulation of blood glucose level and weight control. The IgY delayed and decreased the increment of blood glucose level after administration of sucrose in human being by 30% in 20∼30 min. We also developed a lipase inhibitor as a water extract of two kinds of herb, Platycodon grandiflorum and Solanum melongena. Twenty three volunteers were subjected to the intake of the egg yolk IgY plus the herbal extracts for 50 days. In average, the treated subjects appeared to lose 1.96 ㎏ of body weight and 3.4 ㎏ of body fat mass during the treated period. Furthermore, Panniculus adiposus and breech size were significantly decreased during the experimental period. Above results suggested that the administration of the dietary additives composed of egg yolk IgY and natural herbal extract improve the obesity by the decrement of body weight and body fat mass.

      • 고속 HMC 이송계의 운동특성 평가 및 운동오차 예측

        Recently, the evolution in production techniques (e.g. high-speed milling) and the complex shapes involved in modern production design has been increasingly popular. The key to the achievement is a drastic improvement of the dynamic behavior of the machine tool axes used in production machinery. The more complex these tool paths the higher the speed and acceleration requirements. But it is very difficult to reach the target for high speed machine tool because of the limitations of servo system and motion control system. However the direct drive design of machine tool axes, which is based on linear motors and which recently appeared on the market, is a viable candidate to meet the ever increasing demands, because of these advantages such as no backlash, less friction, more mechanical simplicity and very higher acceleration and velocity comparing to the traditional system. This paper focused on the performance tests of the high speed horizontal machine tool based on linear motor. Especially, dynamic characteristics were investigated through circular test and circular form machining test is carried out considering many important parameter. Therefore these several experiments is used to be evaluated the model for prediction of circular motion error and circular machined error.

      • 접속방법에 따른 접지도체 굵기 제안식

        접지도체의 굵기를 결정하는 국외 규격은 재료의 특성값인 물리적 정수까지 적용하여 광범위하게 적용할 수 있는 반면 수식이 복잡한 문제점이 있고 JIS와 국내규격은 수식은 간단하나 제약조건이 많은 문제점이 있다. 또한, 접지도체의 접속방법에 따라 최대허용온도가 다르게 적용되므로 접지도체 굵기 산정 방식이 복잡하고 적용 방법이 상이하여 시공현장에서 엔지니어들이 적용하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 새로운 접지도체 굵기 산정방식을 제시하고 접속방법에 따른 접지도체 굵기 산정 간이식을 제시한다.

      • 비·부비동에 발생한 모균증 : 3례보고

        Sinonasal mucormycosis is a form of invasive fungal infection of the sinonasal track that often extends to the orbit, brain, and palate. It is caused by the order Mucorales and commonly associated with immuconcompromised conditions such as diabetic ketoacidosis, HIV infection, hematologic malignancy. Treatment includes aggressive debridement, systemic antifungal therapy and control of underlying factors. We experienced 3 cases of sinonasal mucormycosis: rhino-orbital, isolated sphenoid sinus, palatal mucormycosis. Each patients had undergone wide surgical debridement including a case with orbital exenteration and systemic antifungal therapy. We present our successful management with literature reviews. 비·부비동에 발생하는 모균증은 안와, 두 개내, 또는 구개 침범이 흔한 진균성 감염이고 mucorales종의 일종으로 당뇨병케토산증이나 AIDS환자, 혈액 악성종양과 같이 면역이 저하된 환자에게서 주로 발생한다. 치료로는 환자의 원인 요소를 치료하고 광범위한 수술적 절제와 장기간의 항진균제의 사용이 이용되고 있지만 치료효과가 만족하지 못하다. 저자들은 안구를 침범하여 안구를 제거한 경우, 장기간의 두통을 호소한 환자에게서 발견된 접형동 단독의 감염 사례, 그리고 구개를 침범하여 구개의 일부를 절제한 사례를 경험하였고 광범위한 감염부위의 절제와 장기간의 항진균제 치료를 이용하여 완치하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

      • FIB를 이용한 나노가공공정 기술 개발

        The application of focused ion beam (FIB) technology in micro/nano machining has become increasingly popular. Its use in micro/nano machining has advantages over contemporary photolithography or other micro/nano machining technologies, such as small feature resolution, the ability to process without masks and being accommodating for a variety of materials and geometries. This paper presents that the recent development and our research goals in FIB nano machining technology are given. The emphasis will be on direct milling, or chemical vapor deposition techniques (CVD), and this can distinguish the FIB technology from the contemporary photolithography process and provide a vital alternative to it. After an introduction to the technology and its FIB principles, the recent developments in using milling or deposition techniques for making various high-quality devices and high-precision components at the micro/nano meter scale are examined and discussed. Finally, conclusions are presented to summarize the recent work and to suggest the areas for improving the FIB milling technology and for studying our future research.

        One thing that is clear about modern economic growth is that it depends on, more than anything else, a continuing process of technical change. What the industrial revolution did was to increase substantially the flow of innovations embodied in the nation's economic activity and to turn it into a continuous, if fluctuating, flow. In manufacturing industry of the British industrial revolution era, the technical transformation was most evident and most complete in the textile industries, particularly cotton, and in the metal-using industries, particularly iron. This study aims at a correct understanding and a new interpretation concerning on not only the process but the role of technological innovation of the British iron and steel industry in the industrial revolution. It covers the dawn of the British iron and steel industry including an era of the bollmery, the arrival of the indirect process, and an economic significance of the early iron smelting industry in the second chapter. The following chapter examines the charcoal iron industry including the locational change, and the price competition going with the increase of iron imports. The third chapter investigates the technological innovation and raising the curtain of steel production era. there are discussed some items as follow ; Invention of coke iron smelting, crucible steel making, pudding process and converting process, invention of the steam engine and steel making industry, and the other technological innovations.
