중소기업의 지식경영활동과 혁신의 관계: 이업종융합회 참여의 조절효과

지식경영이 혁신에 미치는 효과 및 이업종융합회 참여여부의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 지식획득과 지식활용은 조직혁신, 인사혁신, 제품혁신, 공정혁신 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식경영(지식획득, 지식활용)과 혁신의 관계에서 이업종융합회 참여여부의 조절효과에 대한 분석결과는 제품혁신의 경우에서만 조절효과가 나타났다. 구체적으로 이업종융합회 참여기업이 미 참여기업에 비해 지식경영(지식획득, 지식활용)이 제품혁신에 미치는 효과가 더욱 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 조직개편이나 환경변화의 적극 수용, 선도기업의 벤치마킹과 같은 조직개편과 구성원의 태도개선을 위한 교육훈련 실시, 임금 및 승진제도의 개발이나 능력개발 프로그램의 도입과 같은 인적자원의 혁신은 지식획득이나 지식활용과 같은 지식경영활동이 활발할수록 긍정적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 조직개편이나 인사혁신이 활성화되기 위해서는 새로운 지식이나 정보의 창출을 활성화하기 위한 노력이 요구된다. 구체적으로 제안제도나 CoP(실무동아리)의 활성화, 또는 전사적 ERP시스템의 도입이나 이것이 어려운 경우 부분적 도입과 같은 노력이 바람직할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 지식획득 활동으로 얻어진 지식이나 정보가 지식활용에 적극 반영되기 위해서는 아이디어나 지식을 가치제고나 비용절감의 액수로 연계되도록 하는 것이 효과적일 것이다. 제품혁신과 공정혁신의 효과적 추진을 위해서는 전사적 ERP나, 사무의 전산화와 의사결정, CoP나 제안제도의 활성화가 바람직 할 것이며, 공정개선에 반영할 수 있는 지식경영체계의 도입이 혁신에 효과적일 것이다. 이러한 지식경영활동이 제품혁신에 미치는 효과는 이업종융합회 참여기업의 경우 비 참여기업에 비해 긍정적 효과가 크다는 점에서 내부적으로 지식경영의 활성화와 함께 회원기업들 간의 정보교류의 활성화가 바람직하다. The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, and the moderating effect of Convergence Federation in Small & Medium Business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 481 establishments located in Kangwon-do, Chungpuk-do, Kyunggi-do, Kyungpuk-do province and so on. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis are applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, 2) the moderating effects of Convergence Federation's participation on the relationship between knowledge management and innovation. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and application showed to be positively related with all innovation activities(organization innovation, human resource innovation, product innovation, and quality innovation). Second, Convergence Federation's participation strengthened the positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and product innovation, and it did also the positive relationship between knowledge application and product innovation.

Optimization of Micellar Enhanced Ultrafiltration (MEUF) Process for Copper Removal

Several series of experiments were conducted to find copper removal from artificial suspension by using micellar enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF) with sodium Dodecyl Sulphate (SDS) as a surfactant. To optimize the system operating parameters molar ratio, initial concentration of copper, retentate pressure, pH, flow rate were monitored. The investigated results showed that copper removal increased with the increase in molar ratio; however flux decreased due to the formation of flocs. The removal was about 98%, when copper to SDS molar ratio was 1:30. With the increase in operating retentate pressure, flow rate, and initial concentration of copper; copper removal decreased in addition to decrease in flux. From the economical and removal point of view neutral water gave the better results. In terms of removal efficiency and permeate flux, flow rate of 40 ml/min, copper to SDS molar ratio of 1:30, and operating retentate pressure of 1.4 bars were found to be the optimum operating parameters within the experimental condition operated.

We report a rare case of primary tracheal malignent melanoma documented by careful clinical examination. Differentiation between primary and metastatic malignant melanoma is very difficult We conclude that this tracheal tumor is a primary malignant melanoma based on characteristic pathologic features and the exclusion of the possibility of spontaneous regression of the primary site by patient's history and physical examination.

Cell growth and pigment productivity of Monascus anka KCCM 11832 and Monascus sp. has isolated from the Korean Maeju(soybean koji) were determined for effect of culture medium composition and incubation conditions. Increase of NH₄NO₃, and KH₂PO₄ concentration as mineral source promoted mycelium growth, and the highest cell growth was showed in the medium with 0.05% KH₂PO₄ when C/N ratio is 20:1, but pigment production was significantly inhibited at higher concentration than this level. Cell growth and pigment production in porato dextrose medium were higher than those in czapeck-dox broth and malt extract medium. In terms of temperature, the highest cell growth was showed at 34℃, but pigment productivity was the highest at 26℃.
