In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

This study contain below two contents. First, this study analyse an effect of consciousness of the quality cost for quality cost activity. Second, this study analyse an effect of quality cost activity for productivity improvement. The empirical result of this study is meaning that quality cost consciousness effects productivity improvement by quality cost activity. Therefore, this paper emphasize consciousness of quality cost for productivity improvement.

But in the present, Interchanges of different Section of Industry stay at a form of a friendly society as yet.

It is requested to promote technology development and productivity that is way to conquer the competition of technology and quality and pressure of cost caused by a rise in prices. To pace up the market fluctution and the deepening of competion, there need a strategical thoughts of production management. Corporation's efforts concentrated in specific business field are desired to insure the initiative competion. In this paper, the concentration aimed at gaining higher competion is analized in the condition of equal enviornment and/or situation.
위험기반검사에서 검사주기에 미치는 매개변수의 영향 분석

Ten years have passed since the establishment of KOSHBA(Korea Small and medium enterprises Hybrid Business Association), KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 4,000 enterprises are participating in the association. This paper deals with a survey on the present status of the participating companies in HBA of Kangwon province including the motivation of participation, participating period, and the purpose of participation. The survey results show that they are participating in HBA for manpower interchange, information gathering, mutual utilization of management resources, and their company's growth. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

Preparation and Absorption Properties of ZnO Nanostructures for Cleanup of H2S Contained Gas

A nano-size zinc oxide sorbents was formulated for the effective removal of sulfur compounds (H2S) at a very low concentration (under 50 ppmv) in a gasified fuel gas. They were prepared by a matrix-assisted method in this study. An active carbon was used as a matrix and zinc acetate (Zn(C2H3O2)2 2H2O) was selected as a precursor. About 10-40 wt% of zinc was doped over the activated carbon in the preparation of the sorbents. Content of the zinc doped over the activated carbon had an influence on the morphology of zinc oxide nanostructure. The reactivity tests of the ZnO nanostructures having various morphologies were performed in a fixed bed reactor. Their reactivity increased as their sizes became smaller and their surface areas made larger. Most prepared nanosize zinc oxides showed an excellent performance for the removal of H2S at a very low concentration.
