        유한요소해석을 통한 장간조립교 주요 부재의 안정성 분석 연구

        In this paper, the results of computational analysis for the stability and F.S.(Factor of Safety) of Bailey Panel Bridge have been presented by FEM(Finite Element Method). The computational analysis was conducted by using LUSAS V14.0 that is a program applicated in the field of Civil Engineering. 6-free beam elements and 3-free truss elements were considered and F.S. against Yield Stress of main sections(considered self-weight and Live-Load) was investigated through the linear-elastic analysis method. The results showed that currently used sections of bailey bridge satisfied for the standard F.S. unit and could be operated in drill of troops and battle fields.

        Purpose: Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) is known to be one of the most common cause of surgery for infants and pyloromyotomy was considered to the standard treatment. There has been an ongoing debate about whether laparoscopic pyloromyotomy (LP) or open pyloromyotomy (OP) is the best option for treating HPS. The aim of this study is to evaluate safety and effectiveness of LP by comparing the clinical results of both surgical strategies performed by single surgeon. Methods: Between January 2000 and December 2013, 60 patients who underwent pyloromyotomy at Asan Medical Center performed by a surgeon were followed: open-supraumbilical incision (n=36) and LP (n=24). The parameters included sex, age and body weight at operation. Clinical outcomes included operation time, time to full feeding, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative complications. Results: There were no significant differences in characteristics, postoperative hospital stay between the two groups. Time to full feeding was shorter in LP (OP 24.5 hours vs. LP 19.8 hours; p=0.063). In contrast, the mean operation time was longer in LP (OP 37.5 minutes vs. LP 43.5 minutes; p=0.072). Complications such as perforation of mucosal layer (OP 1 vs. LP 0) and wound problems (OP 2 vs. LP 0) were found to be not worse in laparoscopic group as compared with open group. Conclusion: There has no difference both laparoscopic and open-supraumbilical incision in terms of postoperative hospital stay, time to full feeds and frequency of complications.

        장간조립교 주요 부재의 강도 분석 연구

        In this paper, the results of experimental analysis for the chemical composition and strengh verification of Bailey Panel Bridge have been presented. Some of main sections of bailey bridge colllected from military engineer troops were prepared for the chemical composition and strengh verification. The composition test and strength verification were conducted by using the optical microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Automatic Control Spark Emission Spectrometer(OBLF), X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(XRF) and Instron measurement. The results showed that currently used sections of bailey bridge passed the strength verification and could be operated in drill of troops and battle fields.

        반인본주의적 역사연구와 프랑스 포스트모던 건축의 발생

        This research takes as its object a body of historical researches by a new generation of French architects in the 1970s, who tried to confront the deep crisis in architecture since the years 1960. The research begins by noting that the ideology of the architect as an autonomous and transcendental subject, an ideology held by the architects of the previous generation, was a main target that young architects wanted to criticize and overcome. From this observation, the research focuses on a antihumanistic project which gave basis for a significant number of historical researches on modern architecture and was the result of a reappropriation of the French structuralism intensively developed in the human and social sciences of that time in France. After a series of textual analyzes, we argue that a new perspective on the city and the relationship of the latter with the architecture on the one hand, and the proposal for an "modest" architect as an alternative figure after rejection of the autonomous and transcendental one on the other hand, have been derived as the outcome of anti-humanist historiographic works. Finally, we assume that these historical adventure gave conceptual basis for postmodern architecture in France, freed from the modern myth of unity of author and that of work of art, but tinted by a moralism requesting modesty to architects.

        현실과 반영 : 1970년대 사회-문화적 네트워크로서의 프랑스 건축전문지

        This research aims to demonstrate the sociocultural significance of architectural journals produced in the 1970s during which a fundamental reconsideration of architectural discipline has been made. To this end, we established a method of analysis adapted to the characteristics of architectural journals of that period. In this formulation, the relative autonomy of architectural journal with regard to various actors and institutions involved in its production emerged as a major criterion for the analysis of a journal. From this methodological reflection, we analyzed two French architectural journals, AMC published between 1973 and 1981 and l'Architecture d'Aujourd'hui between 1974 and 1977, which were produced both in close relation with parisian architectural schools (UPA) in the context of reestablishment of architectural education and beginning of architectural research in France after the events of May 1968. If these journals reflected and strengthened the architectural reality and especially the social network of their protagonists, it is equally important to note that they have transformed it into cultural network, and this by the mechanism proper to their preparation and their textual organization.

        녹용이 조골세포(造骨細胞) 성장에 미치는 유전자 발현 profile 분석에 대한 연구

        Recently, increased attention has been paid to the growth of the height of children and adolescents. To accelerate growth, velvet antlers are typically used in Oriental medicine. The present study investigated the effects of velvet antlers of velvet antlers on bone growth using the cell line of Human Osteosarcoma (Hos), derived from the bone-generating cells essential to bone growth. In order to give certain stress to this Hos, the medium contained 1% FBS was used for culturing for Hos cell instead of 10% in control. In this condition of which the proliferation had been significantly decreased, the ethanol extract of upper part of velvet antlers was added, As a result, the cells proliferation rate was significantly increased. Using Oligonucleotide DNA microarray, comparison and analyses were done to see what kind of specific genes would be differentially expressed. The result showed that as opposed to the control group, the stressed group indicated a decrease in the expressions of 6 kinds of genes such as, Id1, retinoid X receptor(RXRB) and 14-3-3 epsilon, etc. The velvet antler treated group, as opposed to the control group, showed a decreased in the expressions of 8 kinds of genes such as Id1, etc. and an increase in the expressions of 24 kinds of genes. The number of genes that showed differences in the velvet antler treated group compared with the stressed group was 7 the expression of 1 kind of gene was decreased, and the expressions of 6 kinds of genes were increased. Considering the mechanism by which velvet antlers affected the growth of osteoblast through reviewing the functions of these genes, the following results were attained. The constraint in the proliferation of Hos cells resulting from the medium contained 1% FBS seems to be caused by three important factors: 1) the decrease of the expression of 14-3-3 epsilon involved in the signal transduction and metabolism of growth, 2) the decrease of the expression of Id1 gene involved in the metabolism of bone formation, and 3) the decreased of expression of RXRB gene involved in the metabolism of retinoci acid. It is suggested that the improvement of the cell proliferating effects by velvet antler treatment, in stressed condition si mediated by increment of 6 genes particularly 14-3-3 epsilon, RXRB, and IGF2, with are the crucial factors for the cell growth and differentiation, metabolism of retinoic acid and osteoblast proliferation, respectively.

        Refolding of Acid-Unfolded Globin to Hemoglobin

        Hemoglobin is oxygen carrier protein within erythrocyte in blood. Apoprotein of this, globin, is synthesized in the cytosol but it's cofactor, heme, is synthesized in the mitochondria. It has not been known very well how globin receives the heme from mitochondria and folds to hemoglobin. In this folding process, the initial structure of globin seems to be very important. A small volume of globin at acid pH was added rapidly into the bulk of an egg phosphatidylcholine $60\%$ liposome, containing hemins, at neutral pH according to the Rapid Dilution method. It was observed that an acid-induced unfolding structure of globin is initially needed to receive hemins from the lipid bilayer of liposomes. Also, this conclusion was confirmed with the absorption spectrum of the refolded globin separated by centrifugation.

        패턴 매칭과 자동 규칙 생성에 기반한 2단계 주식 트레이딩 시스템

        일반적인 동적 매매 환경에서의 금융 예측 시스템은 주어진 목적을 최적으로 만족시키는 매매 형태를 찾고자 한다. 본 논문은 수익률을 극대화시키기 위하여 추출과 여과라는 두개의 단계로 구성된 새로운 형태의 주식 매매 시스템을 제안한다. 주식 추출 단계에서는 특정 시계열 패턴에 부합하는 주식을 추출하는데, 이러한 시계열 패턴은 기술 지표 값들의 조합으로 표현된다. 그리고 여과 단계에서는 추출된 주식 집합에 여과 규칙들을 적용하여 실제 매매 대상이 되는 주식들을 골라내는데, 여과 규칙은 과거 주가 데이터로부터 자동으로 유도되었다. 이를 위하여, 우리는 먼저 방대한 과거 일별 주가 데이터로부터 기술 지표 값들을 계산하였다. 계산된 기술 지표 값들은 시계열 패턴을 추출하는데 사용되고 이 값들의 이산화 구간들의 분포가 양성 및 음성 데이터들에 대하여 계산된다. 본 논문에서는 독특한 분포를 보이는 구간에 존재하는 기술 지표 값들이 주가의 향후 움직임을 예측하는 데 도움을 준다는 가정을 하였다. 그리고 여과 규칙은 바로 이런 독특한 분포를 보이는 구간 내의 데이터 값들로부터 자동으로 유도되었다. 우리는 시뮬레이션을 통해, 본 논문에서 제시한 트레이딩 시스템이 시장 평균 수익률을 상회한다는 사실을 확인함으로써 위의 가정에 대한 검증을 할 수 있었다. In the context of a dynamic trading environment, the ultimate goal of the financial forecasting system is to optimize a specific trading objective. This paper proposes a two-phase (extraction and filtering) stock trading system that aims at maximizing the rates of returns. Extraction of stocks is performed by searching specific time-series patterns described by a combination of values of technical indicators. In the filtering phase, several rules are applied to the extracted sets of stocks to select stocks to be actually traded. The filtering rules are automatically induced from past data. From a large database of daily stock prices, the values of technical indicators are calculated. They are used to make the extraction patterns, and the distributions of the discretization intervals of the values are calculated for both positive and negative data sets. We assumed that the values in the intervals of distinctive distribution may contribute to the prediction of future trend of stocks, so the rules for filtering stocks are automatically induced from the data in those intervals. We show the rates of returns when using our trading system outperform the market average. These results mean rule induction method using distributional differences is useful.

        자연재난의 신학적 관점과 선교실천

        21세기에 지구촌에 전례 없는 대지진과 화산폭발, 쓰나미, 태풍, 토네이도 등 초대형규모의 자연재난들이 거의 매해 발생하고 있으며 피해주민들의 참상은 심각하다. 이런 재난들은 그 강도가 점층되고 있어서 지구환경의 종말을 예고한다. 자연재난들은 크게 두 종류인데 첫째는 지질변동에 의한 재난으로 지진, 화산폭발, 그로 인해 발생하는 쓰나미가 있으며, 둘째, 지구온난화로 인한 홍수, 태풍, 폭설, 기근, 해수면 상승 등이다. 이런 대규모 재난들에 대하여 성경적 탐구를 통해 신학적 논의를 하였다. 재난에 대한 신학적 관점은 하나의 관점만 제공하지 않는다. 그것은 첫째, 하나님의 진노로 인한 죄에 대한 심판과 우상과 우상숭배에 대한 심판의 관점을 제공하며, 둘째, 종말적 징조와 그리스도의 재림의 전조로써 그리스도인들에게 종말적 긴장감으로 인내와 희망으로 선행할 것을 촉구한다. 셋째, 그런 재난들을 통하여 하나님께서는 하나님 자신의 영광을 나타내신다. 우리는 재난을 통해 하나님의 위엄을 경외하며 영광을 돌려야 마땅하다. 그리스도인은 재난지역민들에 대하여 하나님의 선교를 실천해야 한다. 그래서 진노의 심판은 도리어 큰 구원의 기회가 되며 합력하여 더 큰 선으로 인도될 것이다. 첫째, 통전적 선교로서 하나님의 선교를 실천해야하며, 둘째, 교회와 그리스도인들의 구호복구 전문적 준비와 참여활성화, 셋째, 재난지역에서 모든 선교단체와 기독교 NGO단체들의 유기적 협력과 정보교류, 넷째, 재난국의 정치지도자들의 정직한 복구비 집행을 위한 국제적 감시와 권고, 다섯째, 문화적 상황을 고려한 구호-복구 선교. 여섯째, 그리스도인들의 국제적 중보기도, 일곱째, 녹색 산업에의 투자 확대와 지구사랑 생활실천을 전개함으로 하나뿐인 지구환경을 보존하도록 해야 한다. 위 연구를 위하여, 지질학과 해양재난 대책에 관한 과학적 자료들을 탐구하였으며, 재난의 신학적 이해를 위해 성경주해들과 신학논문들을 리서치 하였으며, 재난복구 선교의 실천방안제시를 위해 뉴스보도들과 재난복구 선교사들의 인터뷰를 통하여 본 논지를 뒷받침 하였다. The 21st century frequently sees unprecedentedly tremendous disasters throughout the world like earthquakes, tsunami, tornadoes, or deluges. The suffering from those disasters is as horrible as from the war. These disasters become increasingly bigger in intensity and predict thereby the end of the earth environmental time. The disasters are roughly classified into two: the first is from the geological change such as earthquake, volcano explosion, and tsunami thereafter; the second is from the global warming like deluge, typhoon, snowstorm, draught, sea level rise, etc. The present article studies theological significance of these disasters through the Biblical exploration. The theological viewpoints on disasters are: firstly, divine wrath and judgment on sin and idol worship; secondly, eschatological sign and herald of the Second Coming, hence requiring perseverance and hope to Christians; thirdly, the means of divine glory. And we should put into practice God’s mission by Christ’s love. The present paper presents comprehensive missional action plans: 1) God’s mission practice through wholistic missions, 2) the Expansion of Christian’s participation for the relief and restoration activities, 3) the organic cooperation and information exchange among the missional groups and Christian NGO’s, hence minimizing separate activities and unnecessary competition, 4) international monitoring for the honest implementation of recovery funds, 5) the practice of the relief mission respecting local culture and custom, 6) international intercession prayer for the disaster victims, 7) the investment on green industry and the environment-friendly life practice. For this study, the present paper has done analysis on the scientific data regarding geological and marine disasters. The paper has also done research on the Biblical commentaries and theological papers. It has supported those researches by introducing the local news data and doing interviews with the missionaries who participated in the relief activities.
