        The mathematical modeling of MCFC was carried out to observe the effects of the water-gas shift reaction. Using the commercial CFD program Phoenics, studies on the butterfly-type fuel cell was carried out. Calculated results were compared with those of the general type fuel cell. In previous studies, it was assumed that properties of gases along the direction of gas channel height were constant. The consumption and the generation rates of CO_(2) could be decided as the rates which gave 0.4 of the hydrogen utilization in the anode gas channel. The y-directional average values were similar to the values near the separator surface and they positioned near the electrode surface. Therefore it was shown that it is safe to assume that the gas concentration along the direction of gas channel height is constant. Effects of the size of channel height on the x-directional distribution of X_(a)co_(2) appeared greater at a constant linear velocity rather than at a constant volumetric flow rate. As expected, the x-directional distributions of Xco_(2) in the butterfly type gas channels became more uniform.

        오수유 추출물의 미용 소재로의 기능성 분석

        This study was carried out to investigate the antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activitiesof Evodia officinalis extracts for cosmetic applications. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and nitratescavenging activity of the extract (400 ug/ml) of Evodia officinalis were 91.02 and 54%, respectively. DPPH radical scavenging activity of these extracts were higher than of BHT (standard antioxidant). Theinhibition effect of the extracts on ROS production was examined in H2O2-treated HaCaT cells. ROSproduction was significantly inhibited by the extracts of Evodia officinalis (27.5%). These inhibition effectswere increased in a dose-dependent manner. Protective effect of extracts on HaCaT cells against H2O2,rotenone, and paraquat were investigated. Evodia officinalis showed protective effect against cell deathof HaCaT cell induced by H2O2, rotenone, and paraquat significantly. Anti-inflammatory effect by inhibitionof NO production was examined in RAW264.7 cell. Experimental results show that the NO generation issuppressed in a concentration-dependent manner These Evodia officinalis extracts were tested againstStaphylococcus . epidermidis , Staphylococcus aureus , Pityrosporum ovale and along with Propionibacteriumacnes , Malassezia furfur and Candida albicans which causes skin inflammation. Paper disc assay and MICtests were carried out the various concentrations of extracts. The extracts of Evodia officinalis A displayedeffective growth inhibition against S. epidermidis , P. ovale , M. furfur , with MIC value S. epidermidis (25 ㎍/㎖) P. acnes (12.5 ㎍/㎖), P. ovale (50 ㎍/㎖), M. furfur (50 ㎍/㎖). The overall results of this study indicatethat the Evodia officinalis have the possibility to develop as cosmetic sources for skin anti-oxidant, skin antiagingand treatment of skin-related diseases.

        콩의 볶음 조건에 따른 청육장의 이화학적 특성 연구

        Chungyuk-jang is one of korean traditional soy food made by boiling with meat, seafood and soybean which is fermented after roasting. To investigate the difference in the physicochemical characteristics of the Chungyuk-jang fermented with roasted soybean in different conditions, Chungyuk-jang was made from soybean roasted on the three condition, 140℃ for 21 min (CY140), 180℃ 9.5 min (CY180), 220℃ 6 min (CY220) which was decided by pre-test and compared to one made without roasting (CY0). The moisture of Chungyuk-jang was 79.98~81.87% and pH was 6.15~6.25. The lightness and yellowness of CY0 was higher than Chungyuk-jang made of roasted bean whereas redness and brown pigment was the highest on CY220. The contents of free sugar of CY140 was the highest among the treatment. The contents of amino-N of Chungyuk-jang (CY140, CY190, CY220) was higher significantly than CY0. The contents of total free amino acid and glutamic acid was highest on fermented soybean roasted for 140℃, 21 min (CY140) and followed by fermented soybean roasted on 180℃ 9.5 min (CY180), 220℃ 6 min (CY220) and CY0 (without roasting).

        배경(Background) 이 검사는 6분 동안 걸을 수 있는 최대거리(6-minute walk distance)를 측정함으로써 피검자의 운동능력을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 검사이다. 별도의 검사실이나 장비 없이 검사할 수 있는 간단한 검사이며 다른 보행검사보다 일상생활의 활동을 잘 반영한다고 볼 수 있다. 방법(Methods) <검사 장소> 인적이 드물고 바닥이 딱딱한 30m 길이의 복도가 적당하며, 3m 마다 바닥에 표시를 한다. 출발점과 반환점을 알 수 있도록 가설물(예 ; traffic cone)을 세워 놓는다. <검사 방법> 1. 검사시작 전 - 혈압과 맥박, 산소 포화도, 호흡곤란의 정도를 Borg scale을 이용하여 체크한다. 2. 검사시작 - Oxy meter 를 착용하고 6분 동안 걷는다. 산소 포화도, 맥박을 30초마다 체크하고 총 걸은 거리와 최저 산소 포화도를 측정한다. 3. 걷기 종료 후 - 혈압과 맥박, 산소 포화도, 호흡곤란 척도를 Borg scale을 이용하여 체크한다. 결과(Results) 6분 보행 검사는 중등도, 고도의 기능적 장애를 가진 피검자의 운동능력을 측정 하는데에 유용하다. 피검자의 수술 전, 후를 평가 하기위해서 검사한다. 폐, 심장 질환을 가진 피검자의 치료요법의 반응을 보기 위하여 검사한다. 고찰(Discussion) 검사 시작 전 최소한 10분간은 의자에 앉아 휴식을 취하는 것이 좋다. 또한 검사 도중 피검자의 상태에 따라 휴식이나 멈추는 것을 허용한다. 검사자는 표준지침으로 교육받고, 수 차례 견학 후 검사하는것을 원칙으로 한다. 산소공급이 필요한 경우는 평소와 같은 방법과 같은 유속으로 산소를 공급하면서 검사를 시행한다. 그리고 검사 때마다 같은 방법, 같은 유속으로 산소를 공급한다.

        안경원을 대상으로 한 경영관리 특성이 경영성과에미치는 영향 연구

        Purpose: We divide management characteristics into business strategy, operation management, information management, marketing, asset management. Also this will show effect on business performance according to management characteristics. Methods: For two months, from August to October, a manager (include an executive) participated in individual questionnaires. And the SPSS v14.0 was applied to analyze data of this study. Results: This study has shown that the management characteristics have an effect on the finance and satisfaction performance. In particular, the ‘business strategy’ and ‘marketing’ of management characteristics were important factors that affects finance performance and the ‘business strategy’, ‘marketing’ and ‘operation management’ were important factors that affects satisfaction performance. Conclusions: Consequently through this result, we should make an efforts to ‘business strategy’ and ‘marketing’ of management characteristics. 목적: 안경원을 운영하는데 있어 경영전략, 정보관리, 마케팅, 운영관리, 자금관리 등의 경영관리 특성이 안경원의경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 각 요인 중 중요요인과 경영관리 특성에 따른 비교분석을 통해 안경원 관리 및운영에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 2011년 8월부터 10월까지 약 2개월 동안 안경원 관리자(경영자 포함)를대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 SPSS v 14.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 안경원의 경영관리특성에 따라 재무성과 및 만족성과가 다르게 나타났으며 특히 안경원의 재무성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅 특성이, 만족성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅, 운영관리 특성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 결과에 따르면안경원 경영성과 향상을 위해서는 경영관리 특성 중 하위요인 중 경영전략, 마케팅 특성을 특히 고취시키기 위해노력해야 할 것이다.

        BLE 비콘과 컴퓨터비전을 적용한 스마트 버스 시스템

        본 논문에서는 비콘과 컴퓨터비전을 적용하여 대중교통 버스 결제 자동화 및 탑승 후의 버스 노선 정보, 실시간 위치 정보 제공, 하차 알람, 하차 벨 작동 자동화를 구현한 스마트 버스 시스템을 제안한다. 비콘을 이용하여 정류소에 근접하는 버스들을 인식하고 탑승하고자 하는 버스를 탑승하게 될 경우 비콘과의 거리와 비콘이 제공하는 정보 및 얼굴 비교를 이용하여 탑승 시 결제를 자동으로 처리한다. 결제 처리 후, 탑승한 버스의 노선 정보와 실시간 버스위치 정보를 사용자에게 제공하고 해당 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 알람을 설정하면 설정한 하차 정류소 이전 정류소를 버스가 출발할 시 알람이 작동시키고 버스의 하차 벨을 작동시키는 대중교통 버스의 전반적인 자동화 시스템을 구축하였다. In this paper, a smart bus system that automates public bus traffic payment by applying beacon and computer vision and provides bus route information, real-time location information, getting off alarm is proposed. By using the beacon to recognize busses near the stop and to board the bus to be boarded, this system automatically processes the payment when boarding by using the distance from the beacon and the information provided by the beacon and the face comparison. After the payment processing, the system provides the route information of the boarded bus and the real-time bus location information to the user, and when the user sets an alarm using these informations, the alarm is activated when the bus leaves the bus stop.

        질경이 추출물의 항산화 효과 및 각질세포 보호효과

        This study was carried out to investigate antioxidative effects of Plantago asiatica and protective effects on Human HaCaT keratinocyte. The extracts were prepared by ethanol extraction method. The antioxidant activities of extracts was used the method of DPPH radical, total phenolics and flavonoids contents. In our results, treatment with Plantago asiatica did not show cytotoxicity on HaCaT keratinocyte beneath the concentration of 20, 50 ㎍/㎖. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of the aerial part of Plantago asiatica showed a considerable IC50 value (170.4 ㎍/㎖) and it was higher than that of BHT standard oxidant. The contents of total phenolics (174.0 ㎍/㎖) and flavonoids (130.9 ㎍/㎖). Plantago asiatica showde protective effect against cell death of HaCaT cell induced by hydrogen peroxide, rotenone, paraquat significantly. These results suggested that Plantago asiatica may have antioxidantic action in human skin and also suggest the possibility as cosmetic material.

        상백피 추출물의 피부상재균에 대한 항균활성과 항산화 효과

        This study was performed to investigate the antioxidative activities and antimicrobial effect of Morus alba L. extracts against human skin pathogens. The antioxidant activities of extracts was used the method of DPPH radical and nitrite scavenging assay, total polyphenolics and flavonoid contents. The extracts were prepared by ethanol extraction method. Their antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, S. aureus, Pityrosporum ovale, Malassezia furfur, Candida albicans examined through the paper disc agar diffusion assay and minimum inhibitiory concentration(MIC). Among the 6 pathogens tested, the inhibition zones were more than 6 ㎜ in diameter against S. aureus, P. ovale, M. furfur and >5 ㎜ for S. epidermidis, P. acnes, C. albicans. MICs of human skin pathogens obtained by broth MIC dilution method were 12.5 ㎍/㎖ for S. epidermidis and 6.25 ㎍/㎖ for S. aureus, P. acnes, M. furfur and 3.1 ㎍/㎖ for P. ovale, C. albicans. The antioxidant activities of ethanol extracts of M. alba root bark were 71.85% in the DPPH assay at 400 ㎍/㎖. The contents of total phenolics(119.5 ㎍/㎖) and flavonoids(68.99 ㎍/㎖). Nitric oxide radical inhibition of showed 60.9% at 400 ㎍/㎖. These results confirmed that M. alba root bark has great potential the be a cosmeceutical ingredient with a natural antioxidant and antibiotics against human skin pathogens.
