        유한 요소법 이용시 Displacement method가 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 본 Paper에서는 Modified Complementary Energy Principle을 이용한 Assumed Stressed Hybrid Method가 Two-Dimensional Elasticity 문제에서 Exact Solution에 매우 빠르게 수렴함을 보였다.

        국내 병원건축에서 바이오필릭 디자인 패턴의 정량 비교분석

        본 연구는 2023년 국립중앙의료원 신축·이전 및 중앙감염병원 설계공모 5개안을 대상으로 바이오필릭 디자인 14패턴을 활용해 정량 비교·분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 병원건축에서 바이오필릭 디자인 패턴의 구현 수준을 정량 평가할 수 있는 분석틀을 제시하고, 치유환경과 감염병 대응 기능을 통합한 설계 우선순위를 제안함으로써 학술적·실무적 의의를 가진다. This study examines the application of biophilic design in hospital architecture through a comparative analysis of the five finalist proposalssubmitted to the 2023 design competition for the relocation of the National Medical Center (NMC) and constructing Central InfectiousDisease Hospital in Korea. Using the revised 14 Patterns of Biophilic Design published by Terrapin Bright Green (2025) as an analyticalframework, the research develops quantitative indicators suited to healthcare facilities, including window-to-wall ratio, operable window ratio,average view depth, green roof area, and water feature area. Based on competition panels, design reports, and drawings, each proposal wasevaluated and normalized on a 0–1 scale for pattern implementation. Results show that performance-oriented patterns such as Thermal & AirFlow Variability were consistently applied across all projects, reflecting a post-pandemic focus on infection control and patient comfort. Patterns including Refuge, Non-Visual Connection with Nature, and Connection with Natural Systems achieved relatively high mean scores butshowed considerable variation among proposals, indicating their use as key differentiating strategies. In contrast, Presence of Water, Dynamic& Diffuse Light, and Risk/Peril were employed sparingly or experimentally, suggesting potential for greater sensory engagement andexperiential diversity in future designs. Overall, the findings indicate that domestic hospital design has achieved a standardized level offunctional safety and ventilation performance, yet the emotional and psychological dimensions of healing environments remain underdeveloped. This study contributes to both theory and practice by offering a replicable quantitative framework for assessing biophilic design in healthcarearchitecture and by identifying priorities for integrating healing environments with infection control. Limitations include reliance oncompetition-stage materials and the absence of post-occupancy evaluation; future research should incorporate user-centered data andBIM/AI-based simulations to validate daylighting, view, and ventilation performance under real operating conditions.

        민간투자사업을 통한 학교시설복합화 방안에 관한 연구 - 비영리 공공민간협력(n-BPPP)방식을 중심으로 -

        The aim of this study is to suggest an improvement of BTL in Educational Facilities applying the concept of n-BPPP(non-Benefits Public-Private Partnerships). The research is based on four of ninety-nine completed projects of Mixed-use Educational Facilities since 2001. Ninety-nine projects are analyzed and categorized to the typology of architectural program. The architectural programs planned are uniform in function, such as gym, swimming pool, library, info-center, parking etc. The public parking is a main program in the BTL projects, where district offices are involved as partner. The difference between BTL and n-BPPP for educational facilities is the business units. The n-BPPP concerns in regional or district units in order to expand public infrastructure facilities based on the network of schools and local community. And the fund for n-BPPP does not come from the government but from the investors. The economic interest is to reinvest on the maintenance of the facilities. The benefits of n-BPPP will be not only for the Governments in terms of social welfare budgets but also for local residents and students in terms of a variety of high-quality public services. The concept of n-BPPP can be an alternative way for the Mixed-use Educational Facilities.

        학교공간혁신사업 운영 가이드라인에 관한 연구

        Today, the educational paradigm is changing from teacher-centered, facility-centered, supplier-centered to student-centered, people-centered, and user-centered. In 2019, the Ministry of Education promoted the school space innovation project to provide a school space as a balanced life space, such as learning, play, and rest, through educational activities led by students, who are the leaders of the future society. Based on this, Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education prepared a manual for practice while carrying out a project to build a future classroom. In those projects ‘user participatory design’ is applied as a new design approach and facilitators play an important role experts for it. However, it has a different from the guidelines by the Ministry of Education in terms of facilitator role; facilitator in Incheon's future classroom projects can be in charge of designer part. This was possible because the design scope was limited to the classroom space and the construction permit work was not applied, and the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education seems to be able to successfully implement the plan derived through ‘user participatory design’ under the responsibility of the facilitator. However, this may be considered to be inconsistent with the basic purpose of the school space innovation project. In the case of the school unit project, it is considered that more systematic supplementation is necessary. 오늘날 교육패러다임은 기존의 교사중심, 시설 중심, 공급자 중심에서 학생 중심, 사람 중심, 사용자 중심으로 변하고 있다. 이에 2019년에 교육부에서도 미래사회의 주역인 학생이 주도적으로 참여하는 교육활동을 통해 학습과 놀이 및 휴식 등 균형잡힌 삶의 공간으로서 학교공간을 마련하기 위해 학교공간혁신사업을 추진하였다. 교육부는 이를 위해 가이드라인을 마련하여 지방교육청에 배포하였다. 인천광역시교육청에서는 이를 바탕으로 미래교실 구축 사업을 진행하면서 실무자들을 위한 매뉴얼을 마련하였다. 여기에는 사용자 참여설계라는 새로운 설계 방식이 적용되고 있으며 운영에 있어서는 퍼실리테이터가 전문가로서 중요한 역할을 수행하게 된다. 그러나 인천의 미래교실사업의 사용자 참여설계에 있어 퍼실리테이터가 설계자 업무를 할 수 있다는 면에서 교육부가 제시한 가이드라인과 차이점을 가지고 있다. 이는 설계범위가 교실공간으로 한정되어 건축인허가 업무가 적용되지 않아 가능한 것이 었으며 인천광역시교육청에서는 사용자 참여설계를 통해 도출된 계획안이 퍼실리테이터의 책임 하에 성공적으로 구현되도록 하기 위함이라 보여진다. 그러나 이는 학교공간혁신사업의 기본적 취지에 부합되지 않는 면이 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 학교단위 사업의 경우에는 보다 체계적인 보완이 필요하다 여겨진다.

        근대역사환경이론 적용을 통한 도시조직 가치에 관한 연구- 을지로 3, 4가 도시블록을 중심으로 -

        Cities are complex entities comprised of physical and socio-cultural elements. Physical elements include city street systems, land parcels, and buildings. Socio-cultural elements mean human beings' customs contained within the physical elements. These elements have organic relationships amongst one another, and as time passes, build historical cityscapes through development, destruction, and substitution processes. Among diverse elements, we may call the traces of history which continue to exert influence in city dwellers' lives, Historical Environment. The concept of urban recycling in the views of historical environment should also be taken into account for the future direction of urban development in the area. A historical city Seoul has undergone a rapid development and transformation driven by economic logic. In the process of going through several urban redevelopments, the urban tissues of modern Seoul are disappearing without any objective evaluations in the social, historical and cultural perspectives. Eulji-ro 3, 4ga blocks, urban industries districts, are still clustered remains as modern historical environment for the realistic reason. The research is consisted of three parts; the first part analysed the relationship between historical environment and urban tissues based on the concept of them. The second part looked at Seoul urban tissues' process of change during the early modern period, and compared it with that of contemporary Seoul. Collecting archival records, including historical maps of Hansong during the Chosun Dynasty, the cadastral map of 1912, serial cadastral map of 2013, and other GIS data, was carried out. Based on the archival research, this study then compared between the early and contemporary urban tissues in the research site. The third part, as a conclusion, summarizes the value of research site's historical environment.
