錦帶 李家煥 輓詩 硏究

이 글은 18세기 말 치열한 黨爭속에서 고뇌하며 살았던 錦帶 李家煥의 輓詩를 분석하여 그의 만시가 가진 문학적 가치를 확인하고 나아가 그의 시세계를 확장시 키는 일환으로 이루어진 것이다. 만시는 인간사에서 가장 슬픈 일인 죽음을 소재 로 대상을 哀悼하는 마음을 담아 지은 시이다. 우리 조상들은 만시를 통해 살아남 은 자의 슬픔을 토해내고, 망자를 오랫동안 기억하려 하였다. 그러나 조선 중기 이 후 喪禮의 보편화로 만시가 일반화되면서 점차 진심어린 애도의 마음보다는 남에 게 보여주기 위한 의례적이고 상투적 표현이 가득한 만시가 성행하였다. 금대는 이러한 세태 속에서 망자를 진심으로 애도하는 만시를 창작함으로써 기존 의 만시가 지닌 상투성에서 벗어나고자 하였다. 금대의 문집인 詩文艸과 錦帶詩 文鈔에 수록된 만시를 대상으로 먼저, 만시 창작의 대상과 형식을 구체적으로 분석 하여 형태적 특징을 파악하였다. 그리고 금대 만시에 나타난 애도의 양상을 亡者에 대한 칭양과 生者의 비탄으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 금대의 문학적 역량을 가장 잘 살펴 볼 수 있는 애도의 형상화 부분에서는 사실적 체험의 인용, 典故를 통한 묘사, 관습 적 표현의 활용 등을 통해 금대 만시가 지닌 문학적 가치를 확인하였다. This paper analyzes the memorial poems of Lee Ga Hwan, who lived during the late 18th century and thought long and hard about the social issues of his times. The study was conducted in order to verify the cultural value of his poems and to expand the interpretation of his poetic world. These memorial poems often use death as a topic through which to express one of the most profound feelings of sadness man can experience. Through such poems, our ancestors, cried out the grief of those left behind, while also making an attempt to remember the one who had passed away. However, since the middle era of the Josun Dynasty, such poems became more common place, due to the universalization of Sang-Rye(funeral rites), which turned them into more of a ritual and a cliché rather than something that conveys heartfelt sorrow. Admist these trends, Lee contributed to the establishment of such poems as a tool to commemorate the dead with sincerity. First, the subjects and structures of the poems in his collections Shimuncho and Geumdae Shimuncho are analyzed in order to identify their structural characteristics. Then, the patterns of mourning expressed in these poems are categorized into "praise for the dead" and "grief of those left behind." In parts where the imagery of mourning display's Lee’s literary abilities, the authors focus on the citations of realistic experience and descriptions that use scriptures and customary expressions in order to verify the literary value of his memorial poems.

金文‘旅’字用例考

본 논문은 金文에 나타나는 ‘旅’자의 용례를 고찰하였다. ‘旅’자가 있는 명문은 ‘旅+친족칭위’, ‘旅+기물명’, ‘旅宗?’, ‘旅+?’ 등으로 기록하고 있는데 다른 기물에 주로‘尊?’, ‘尊?’, ‘寶?’, ‘寶尊鼎’, ‘寶鼎’ 등으로 기록하는 것과는 다른 점이다. 『金文今譯類檢』에 ‘旅+기물의 명칭’, ‘旅宗?’, ‘旅+?’형식의 기물을 모두 ‘행여(行旅)’의 기물이라고 하여 종묘에서 가지고 나가 사용할 수 있으며 연회에 진열하는 순서가 있는 기물 또는 종묘에서 사용하는 기물이라고 하였는데 ‘여(旅)’자가 있는 기물에 ‘행여(行旅)’의 기록은 오히려 적고 ‘여(旅)’는 인명, 족휘, 군사, 관직명, 하사, 의례, 제사 등에 다양하게 쓰이고 있으며, ‘여(旅)’자가 있는 기물의 출현 시기도 서주시기에 집중되고 춘추시기로 접어들면서는 드물게 보인다. 이외 족휘의 용도로 쓰인 경우와 관직명 성씨 등과 서로 연관성을 추정할 수 있다. This paper will examine the case of inscription on Bronze(IOB) trip旅. According to The corpus of Inscriptions on Bronze (『金文語料庫』) which was made by the Center for the research and application of Chinese characters in East China Normal University, there are 621 bronzes inscriptions containing the word trip旅, in which 469 parts does not overlap in content. The recording mode of the IOB trip旅is that "trip旅and kinship appellation", "trip旅and the word of artifacts or wine vessels". The characteristics of the IOB trip旅artifacts are different from other artifacts. According to The modern inspection of Inscriptions on Bronze (『金文今譯類檢』), the IOB trip旅artifacts were explained as artifacts for travel, or the transferring objects out of ancestral temple. The bronze wine vessels, the cooking vessels and the sacrificial artifacts of ancestral temple, which were displayed orderly in the feast, may be regarded as artifacts for travel. According to the data of The corpus of Inscriptions on Bronze (『金文語料庫』), there are only 3 pieces of artifacts for travel and 3 pieces of the sacrificial artifacts in ancestral temple. In addition, on the basis of the information for inscriptions on Bronze, the IOB trip旅is also used to name, clan badge, military counsellor, official position, reward, official position, rituals, verbs, etc. The IOB trip旅artifacts appeared in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and disappeared gradually during the Spring and Autumn Period. It is worth to study the evolution process and relevant content. Moreover, it is worthwhile to note that the Clan Badge appeared in various styles. There are trip旅and kinship appellation in the trip旅 Clan Badge system. The strong symbolic individual character trip旅 written at the end of a sentence has nothing to do with the contents of sentence. The author regards that Clan Badge in the part of IOB trip旅 artifacts is in need of further research, which may be a clue to understand the Clan Badge system.

지방정부간 갈등과 협력기제에 대한 비교연구

Since the competitiveness of metropolitan regions is heavily influenced by the level of internal conflicts, the effective conflict management system becomes increasingly important. But theories such as collective action problems and NIMBY syndrome predict the difficulties in resolving inter-governmental conflict in metropolitan regions. However, in some cases the conflict problems are well addressed and successfully resolved while not in other cases. We attempt to identify the factors that make this difference by applying scenario framework of conflict and cooperation. Three cases of conflicts on funeral facilities are analyzed, and the level of policy complexity is determined as the most significant factor that would structure the outcomes of the conflicts. We also found that conflict resolution process is highly path-dependent and irreversible. Finally, this article argues that providing dependable information and opportunities to participate to all stake-holders, and keeping communication open at the early stage in conflict process would build a norm of reciprocity among actors, and eventually help them agree to collectively resolve the conflict at hand.

장애인 정보과학기술 전문인력 양성을 위한 예비대학 프로그램 개발연구

이 연구에서는 정보과학기술 장애인 전문인력 개발을 위한 진로교육 형태의 예비대학 캠프를 개발, 적용하고 그 효과성을 분석하였다. 정보과학기술분야로의 장애고등학생 대학진학을 지원하기 위하여 문헌연구를 바탕으로 대학 중심의 2박 3일 예비대학 캠프 프로그램을 개발하였고, 장애고등학생 5인과 비장애고등학생 5인, 대학생 멘토 8명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하였다. 이후, 프로그램의 효과성을 평가하기 위하여 참여태도, 프로그램 내용과 운영, 프로그램이 진로결정에 미치는 영향 등의 문항을 포함한 만족도 평가를 실시하였으며, 캠프 종료 3개월 후 장애학생과의 면담을 통해 프로그램 참여 경험이 실제 생활 및 학업, 진로 결정 등에 미치는 영향에 대하여 정보를 수집하였다. 참가자들은 프로그램의 내용 구성 및 운영과 스텝·강사들의 지원에 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 장애학생의 경우 진로에 대하여 새로운 가능성을 탐색할 수 있었던 기회가 되었다고 응답하였다. 프로그램 참가자의 수가 현저하게 적긴 하지만 개별적 지원을 필요로 하는 장애학생들의 경우, 본 프로그램이 그들의 미래 계획과 진로/진학 계획 등에 많은 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 평가되며, 이는 이후 장애학생 대상의 고등교육 진학을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발에 많은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to establish and to provide the Pre-College Transition Program for high school students with/without disabilities in university campus, and to evaluate the effectiveness of that program. The Pre-College transition program helps students with/without disabilities to explore their interests, aptitude and promote knowledge in the field of science technology. The subjects were compose of 5/5 students with/without disabilities and 8 mentors majored in sciences and engineering majors in university. After conducting the Pre-College transition program, participants filled out a survey measuring how satisfied they were with program. According to results, participants showed high satisfaction about the contents and management of the program as well as the supports of staffs and instructors. In addition, in the interview with students with disabilities, it is not what they used to be, two of them tried to investigate what they can do in the field of science technology after the Pre-College transition Program. In general, all participants stated that the Pre-College transition program has a positive effect on their career exploration.
