        조선 후기 의학 지식 구성 및 실행 방식의 변화: 18세기 『역시만필(歷試漫筆)』을 중심으로

        Eighteenth-century Korea saw an emergence of the medical case history genre, and the most noticeable example of it was Yeoksi manpil 歷試漫筆 (1734), written by Yi Sugi 李壽祺 (1664–c.1750). This paper analyzes Yeoksi manpil to bring to light a new medical landscape of late Joseon Korea, while situating it under the context of the history of science and ideas in Korea. Yi Sugi was a new kind of historical actor, hailing from the group of jung’in 中人 technical officials, a group which was newly emergent in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. As a jung’in medical official, he tried to secure his professional identity, in a way that might enhance his cultural sensitivity toward tools or technology. My argument goes that in the stage of medical practice, Yi Sugi had enacted such tools as pulse (脈), materials (物), circumstance (情) on top of symptoms (症). This kind of activity might be called a medical innovation in practice to the extent that other doctors of the period concerned themselves mostly with symptoms. In conclusion, the medical practice as represented by Yi Sugi and his medical work Yeoksi manpil gives an illustrative example showing that eighteenth-century Korea was a dynamic cultural space in which people, knowledge, tools/technology, materials, and practice were actively being interconnected and culturally redistributed.

        Global marketing has been introduced to Korea to let advertisement business in Korea meet the era of globalization. What solution is good for the advertisement business to reinforce international competitive edge by effectively persuading consumers in the world who have different cultures? They accept advertisement message in different way based on different culture between the East and the West. Under such a situation, what kinds of korean style advertisement ways are suitable? To express Korean style advertisement, introduction of typical scenery in Korea is thought to be unsuitable. Instead, value sense of Korean poeple as well as cultural orogin should be introduced. Thus, the purpose of the study is to clarity features of Korean people, who understand origin of Korean culture, Korean spirit and customs, and furthermore presents creativity ways of Korean style advertisement based on excellence of Korean culture, cultural features, inherent psychology of Korean people, relations between culture and advertisement, cultural taboo in international communication and other literature oriented study.

        The community consciousness called for in modern industrial society is the life community consciousness. It can not be the traditional community, consciousness having consanguineous, parochial, occasionally institutional, emotional, one-sided, closed, exclusive characteristics to be not in accordance with reasonable cooperation and harmony in modern civil society. The reason why this life community consciouness is called for in modern society is to tide over the egoistic or opportunistic disposition being forgetful of importance of relation between individual and society by value disorder toward individual life in society following the abrupt change of modern society. Therefore this study firstly, understand the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative change of modern society and secondly, study the community consciousness called for in modern scoiety from a conceptual viewpoint and thirdly, try to study a relation with the social studies and a methodological approach in Connection with the formation of community consciousness. In conclusion, the community consciousness in modern society is a very important value and it is not innate but gradually formulated by education based on self-control. So, since the ultimate idea of social studies put emphasis on upbringing a qualification of democratic citizen, it must be recognized that a curriculum having a direct relation with the formulation of community consciousness among curriculum educations is the social studies. Accordingly through systematic, methodological approach to the social studies the community consciousness needed in modern scoiety must be formulated and at the same time a great deal of effort toward the methodological study and the development of an agreed model is required.

        Public service advertising in Korea has Brown up rapidly in quantities, and has been considered relatively successful in guiding people's thoughts and attitudes in Korea, even though it has a short history of twenty years. It also has shown new possibilities in how advertising can contribute to general welfare of society. However, in terms of related regulations and qualities of the advertisements, one should say that it's still in its infancy. The goal of public service advertising is to use advertising as a means of communication and campaign for the favor of public welfare. To achieve this goal, it communicates messages which concern to the society and to everybody's interest, and aims to form and change the beliefs and attitudes of the general public. By doing this, it intends to accomplish its final goal of activating a behavior which contributes to the welfare of the society. Therefore, public service advertising has a vety important national mission to address social issues and problems, and to creat a mental identity of Korean people, and to maintain traditional values and culture of Korea. Because public service advertising does not deal with commercial products but social issues, it has different characteristics from commercial advertisements which intends to promote sales of products or services of the owners of the advertisement. For instance, public service advertisements don't involve the viewers with money payments, so the level of information processing of the viewers will be lower. Therefore, the viewers will focus less to the public service advertisements, compared to commercial ones. Public service advertising will get approved to the public more easily when its quality issues and communicative characteristics are given strategic focus. This research deals with theoretical topics on public service advertisements, addresses current status and problems of Korean public service advertisements, and suggests ways to improve the public service advertising in Korea.

        흉벽에 발생한 저등급의 섬유점액성 육종 -1례 보고-

        저등급의 섬유점액성 육종은 최근에야 진단적 분류가 이루어진, 드문 연부 조직 종양이다. 젊은 성인의 심부 연부 조직에서 발생하는 경향이 있으며, 국소 재발이나 원격 전이가 가능하다. 진단적 범주가 확실히 정립되어 있지 않고 특정한 질환명으로 구분되고 있지 않다. 조직학적으로, 주로 소용돌이 양상으로 자라는 방추상 세포와 점액성이나 섬유성 기질이 번갈아 관찰되는 것이 특징이다. 형태학적이나 면역조직학적 특징에 대한 세심한 고려가 상기 질환의 진단에 도움이 되며, 다른 양성이나 악성 연부 조직 종양과의 감별에 도움이 된다. 흉벽에 발생한 저등급의 섬유점액성 육종을 경험하였기에, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
