Implementation of Digital Hearing Aid Using Bluetooth Audio Digital Signal Processor

The sound we hear is transmitted through the atmosphere. However, both the sound we want to hear and the surrounding sound are mixed, and noise is generated, and the sound is not clearly transmitted due to factors such as distance. In particular, in closed spaces like buildings, it is often difficult to hear sounds from outside because of the sound of reflection. People with hearing impairments, such as the elderly and the deaf, have a hard time hearing the sounds they want to hear. Thus, we are developing a hearing aid that can detect radio waves. To this end, we propose the development of a hearing aid that uses FM radio and Bluetooth. These devices are expected to be useful not only for the elderly and the deaf but also in situations where information is transmitted to a large number of people, such as students and tourists, in a large space. The main purpose of this device is to enable users to hear sound correctly without blind spots.

The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of the psychological counselor’s experiences, such as changes in cognition, emotion, behavior, and the meaning of experiences in the adapting process to video counseling after COVID-19. As a result, psychological counselor' experiences in video counseling were found in six categories: ‘starting video counseling with conflicting perceptions,’ ‘discovering the possibility of video counseling,’ ‘experiencing the limits of video counseling,’ ‘effort for overcoming the limits of video counseling,’ ‘meaning of video counseling experience,’ and ‘proposal for video counseling development.’ The significance and implications of this study are as follows. First, it provides a field to share effective video counseling techniques. Second, counselors needed the process of newly adapting to video counseling. Third, the role of counseling centers and counseling academia was also an important factor of video counseling. Fourth, it was confirmed that the identity of Christian counselors positively affects counselors and clients in video counseling. 본 연구는 코로나-19 이후 심리상담사가 화상상담 적응 과정에서 겪은 인지, 정서, 행동의 변화, 경험의 의미, 심리상담사가 원하는 화상상담의 발전 방향 등 경험의 본질 탐색에 목적이 있다. 기독(목회) 상담사 8명을 면담해 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법론으로 분석했다. 연구결과는 ‘상반된 인식을 가진 채 화상상담 시작’, ‘화상상담의 가능성 발견’, ‘화상상담의 한계 절감’, ‘한계 극복을 위해 노력’, ‘화상상담 경험의 의미’, ‘화상상담 발전을 위한 제안’ 등 6가지 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 효과적인 화상상담 비결을 공유하는 장을 제공한다. 둘째, 대면상담에 익숙한 상담사도 화상상담에 새롭게 적응하는 과정과 자신만의 기법 개발 노력이 필요함을 확인했다. 셋째, 화상상담의 효과적인 활용 및 확장을 위해 상담센터 및 상담학계 역할 역시 중요한 요소였다. 넷째, 급변하는 세상에서 성육신 예수님의 사랑을 실천하려는 노력과 임마누엘 하나님에 대한 믿음 등 기독(목회) 상담사의 정체성이 상담자와 내담자에게 긍정적으로 영향을 미침을 확인했다.

단위 영역의 결점수는 일반적으로 Poisson 분포를 가정한다. 이 Poisson 분포의 확장된 형태로 ZIP(zero-inflated Poisson) 분포를 고려할 수 있는데, 이 모형은 데이터에 0이 많이 관측되는 경우 잘 적합된다고 알려져 있다. 이 논문에서는 ZIP 분포를 따르는 공정을 관리하는 GLR(generalized likelihood ratio) 관리도 절차를 제안하고 있다. 또한 제안된 GLR 관리도의 효율을 기존에 제안된 CUSUM 관리도들과 비교하였다. 그 결과 제안된 GLR 관리도는 모수의 다양한 변화에 대해 효율이 좋거나 또는 효율이 크게 떨어지지 않았고, 특히 CUSUM 관리도에서 모수가 미리 설정한 방향과 다르게 변화했을 때 효율이 크게 나빠지는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. The number of nonconformities in a unit is commonly modeled by a Poisson distribution. As an extension of a Poisson distribution, a zero-inflated Poisson(ZIP) process can be used to fit count data with an excessive number of zeroes. In this paper, we propose a generalized likelihood ratio(GLR) chart to monitor shifts in the two parameters of the ZIP process. We also compare the proposed GLR chart with the combined cumulative sum(CUSUM) chart and the single CUSUM chart. It is shown that the overall performance of the GLR chart is comparable with CUSUM charts and is significantly better in some cases where the actual directions of the shifts are different from the pre-specified directions in CUSUM charts.

최근 우리나라 기술발전과 글로벌화 경향에 맞추어, 의료기기산업도 국제적인 의료기기관리제도에 적합하도록 체질을 개선해 가고 있으며, 국제적인 규제수준에 도달할 수 있도록 완화의 가닥을 잡고 있다. 또한 최근의 입법 경향을 보면 의료기기 산업의 각종 규제는 최소한의 범위에 머물고 새로운 기술의 결합 내지 융합에 개방적인 자세를 취하고 있다. 결합 의료기기에 활용된 의료기술은 대부분이 인체나 환경에 위해성이 없는 의료기술일 가능성이 크므로, 이렇게 위해성이 제로에 가까운 의료기기를 1등급으로 분류하여 위해성이 거의 없는 의료기기와 같이 취급함으로써 발생하는 불필요한 행정력과 시간의 낭비를 최소화할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 의료기기 취급자 특히 판매업자에 포함되는 사업자의 영역이 넓혀지므로, 사업자들의 사업의지를 고양할 수 있으며, 국민의 의료기기에 대한 선택권과 접근권이 제고될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 결합 의료기기의 중고 수리 및 유통질서를 확립하고 공정한 거래를 촉진하기 위한 제반의 법률을 조사하고 규제를 개선하는 방향을 제시한다. According to recent trends in technological advances and globalization, medical device industry may improve the constitution to meet worldwide medical equipment management system. Also it is holding a strand of mitigation to reach the level of international regulation. In addition, recent legislation tends are to stay limited ranges of industry regulations at least and take as open attitude for integration of new technologies combined medical devices. A greater environmental risk is not likely to work in medical technology, Combinded medical device is used as close to zero risk in most of the human body, which is classified as Class 1. Even medical device such as little or no risk in handling, it is possible to minimize the unnecessary administrative power and a waste of time to occur. For the medical device may be improving people's choices and access, medical equipment operator is expanding to include dealers, because this will be exalted to particular area of the business of the company. In this paper, we investigate the legal prerequisites for the establishment of a medical device. And propose improved regulations in topics in order to facilitate the repair and distribution markets for fair trade.

Peritoneal Dialysis-associated Peritonitis Caused by Chryseobacterium indologenes

Chryseobacterium indologenes (C. indologenes) is a nonmotile, gram-negative bacillus that is widely distributed in nature. Generally considered nonpathogenic, C. indologenes rarely infects humans and is not normally present in the human microflora. C. indologenes infections have been observed in cases of peritoneal dialysis (PD)-associated peritonitis, although the incidence of these infections is low. Although C. indologenes is generally susceptible to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, piperacillin-tazobactam, and cefepime, no guidelines have been established for the treatment of PD-associated peritonitis. Here we report the first case of PD-associated peritonitis in Korea with C. indologenes identified as the sole etiologic agent. The patient recovered after intraperitoneal antibiotic treatment without the need for Tenckhoff catheter removal.
