내륙 운송에 있어 지속가능한 운송 수단 선택에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is two-fold. First, we attempt to identify factors affecting the selection of a railway in inland transportation, especially a modal shift to a railway as an alternative to automobile transportation to construct an environment-friendly sustainable logistics system. Second, we seek to reveal relationships among those factors in selecting a railway as the most efficient transportation mode. This research employs a structural equation modeling technique, PLS(Partial Least Square), in order to analyze empirically how a modal shift to a railway and perceived factors influence a final decision to select a railway as a transportation mode by considering three factors (cost, efficiency, and service). We found that five out of nine hypotheses are accepted. The results are as follows. First, the intention of a modal shift to railway and the perceived factors have significant effects on railway selection. Second, transportation cost and service factors have positive effects on the intention of a modal shift. Transportation efficiency, however, has an insignificant effect on the intention of a modal shift to a railway. Cost, efficiency, and service factors little affect the perception of a railway.
중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 지각된 물류 서비스 품질에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중국 인터넷 쇼핑의 주된 소비 연령층인 20대 소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 지각된 물류 서비스 품질 요인과 고객 만족, 고객 충성도 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 가설을 설정하고, AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과 중국 쇼핑몰 이용자의 지각된 PCQ(+), OA(+), OC(-) 요인이 고객 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 이와 별도로 고객 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 T(+)요인과 지각된 ODH(-) 요인이 채택되었으며, CS→CL의 가설 경로도 긍정의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 더 나아가 T/ODH 요인과 충성도 사이에서 고객 만족이 얼마만큼의 간접적인 영향을 미치는지 매개(간접)효과도 동시에 분석하였다. This study empirically analyzes the perceived quality of logistics service provided by online shopping malls in China. Specifically, using survey data collected from online customers (age 20 group), we set up a structural model employing AMOS 20.0 and test the structural relationship between logistics service quality and customer satisfaction/ loyalty. Our empirical test found the following factors to be statistical significant for customer satisfaction: personal contact quality(+), order accuracy(+), order status(-), order discrepancy handling(+), and information quality(+). In terms of customer loyalty, however, only two factors - order discrepancy handling(-) and timeliness(+) - were found to be significant. These two factors were also found to influence customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction.

중국의 물류원구는 1998년 션전핑후물류기지(深전平湖物流基地)를 시작으로 약 15년 동안 급속도로 확대·발전해 왔으며, 물류기능의 중심점 역할을 수행함으로써 지역과 국가 경제를 선도해오고 있다. 현재는 중국 내 348개의 물류원구가 운영 중에 있으며 건설 중인 곳이 241곳, 그리고 165곳이 계획 중에 있다. 향후 중국 정부는 물류원구의 확대 정책을 밝히며, 2013년에는 국가발전 및 개혁위원회와 국토자원부 등 12개 관련 부처가 「전국물류원구발전규획 2013-2020」을 발표하게 되었다. 중국내에서 물류원구의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 본 연구는 물류원구의 발전 현황 및 관련 정책, 그리고 톈진시의 다양한 물류원구 사례를 통하여 중국의 물류원구에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 동시에 우리 기업이 물류원구를 어떻게 활용할 수 있을지 몇 가지 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중국시장 진출을 고려하는 우리 기업들에게 물류원구의 선택과 활용 방안에 대한 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. In 1998, Pinghu`s logistics hub was first launched in Shenzen, China`s logistics parks have been proliferating rapidly over the past 15 years. As China`s main logistics infrastructure, the parks have played a critical and central role to the development of regional and national economy. Today, 348 logistics parks are in operation, 241 are under construction, and an additional 165 have been planned. As an integral part of China`s national development strategy to sustain economic growth, the government has formally announced plans for further expansion in 2013 with “The National Logistics Parks Development Plan 2013-2020” published jointly by the National Development and Reform Committee and the Ministry of Land and Resources. In view of the rising importance of China`s logistics parks, this study provides a comprehensive assessment of the logistics parks, detailing their past development and future plans, as well as a case study of Tianjin logistics parks. The study also offers a number of proposals for Korean businesses on how best to access and utilize China`s logistics parks.
중국 콜드체인 물류시스템 내 식품의 안전성 저해 요인에 관한 연구 -산동성을 중심으로-

In recent years, China`s cold chain market has been growing rapidly, but it still lags behind other nations in terms of scale and efficiency. This poor condition has had a harmful influence on consumer`s health safety, in addition to bringing heavy financial losses to manufacturing, processing and logistics companies. In response, the Chinese government recently announced various policies to improve the cold chain system. They include measures to construct a more advanced and safer cold chain infrastructure, to enhance the logistics standard system, and to encourage the establishment of specialized cold chain firms. This study examines the current conditions and policies affecting China`s cold chain system and identifies the threat factors adversely influencing food safety in China by conducting a survey of cold chain companies currently operating in Shandong Province. Using the AHP analysis method, the study presents the relative weight and order of the threat factors.
국내 허가 및 긴급사용승인된 코로나19 바이러스감염증 치료제의 허가사항 비교 고찰

In a situation where the development of various treatments is urgently needed to overcome the global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the sequential emergence of new variant viruses, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) made tremendous efforts to promptly supply the safe and effective therapeutics manufactured by local and global companies through accelerated marketing authorization or emergency use approvals. To date, seven products (including overlapped) have received marketing authorization or emergency use approvals from MFDS, and their indicated patient group according to the severity, efficacy, and safety information are different by each products. Therefore, this study is to compare the product information and the major clinical outcomes obtained from clinical studies of COVID-19 treatments authorized or approved for emergency use in Korea and to introduce the MFDS’s efforts for establishment of accelerated approval system for COVID-19 treatment and development of relevant guidelines. It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference for the latecomers who is preparing the development of therapeutics for emerging infectious diseases in the future.
파로호에 설치된 인공식물섬 식생기반재의 공극수에서 세균 분포와 체외효소활성도

생태계가 파괴된 파로호에 수초대를 복원하는 방법으로 rubberized coconut fiber를 식생기반재로 사용한 인공식물섬을 2003년 8월에 설치하였다. 인공식물섬 식생기반재에서는 식물이 자랄 수 있을 정도로 영양염이 농축되어 꽂창포(Iris ensata), 노랑 꽃창포(Iris pseudoacorus), 갈대(Phragmites communis)등 식재된 식물이 잘 자랐다. 이 과정에서 세균의 역할을 알아보기 위하여 2004년 4월부터 10월까지 2주 간격으로 총세균수, 활성세균수, ${\beta}-glucosidase$, phosphatase를 조사한 결과 인공식물성 식생기반재의 공극수에서 각각 평균 $28.6{\times}10^{6}\;cells/ml,\;22.7{\times}10^{6}\;cells/ml,\;452.9nM/L/hr,\;16381.9nM/L/hr$로 조사되어 파로호 호수물보다 각각 10배, 15배, 22배, 38배 높았다. 그리고 영양염류농도는 총인과 충질소가 식생기반재 공극수에서 각각평균 1.06 mg/L, 12.5 mg/L으로 조사되어 호수물보다 12배, 3배 높았다. 이 결과 인공식물섬 식생기반재에서 새로운 생태계가 만들어졌으며, 이 생태계에서 세균이 중요한 역할을 하여 빈-중영양상태의 호수물에서도 식물이 잘 자랄 수 있었다. For restoration of disturbed ecosystem in Lake Paro, artificial floating island (AFI) was installed. Even though the lake water was oligo-mesotrophic, the macrophytes, such as Iris ensata, Iris pseudoacorus, Phragmites communis were growing well in the rubberized coconut fiber media. For elucidating this process, total bacterial numbers, active bacterial numbers and exoenzymatic activities of ${\beta}-glucosidase$ and phosphatase of pore water of media and lake water were analyzed. The average of total bacterial numbers, active bacterial numbers and exoenzymatic activities of ${\beta}-glucosidase$ and phosphatase were $28.6{\times}10^{6}\;cells/ml,\;22.7{\times}10^{6}\;cells/ml,\;452.9nM/L/hr,\;and\;16381.9nM/L/hr$ which were 10, 15, 22 and 38 times higher than those of lake water, respectively. Moreover, the total phosphorus and total nitrogen concentration of media showed high values of 0.82 mg/L and 7.0 mg/L, respectively, while those of lake water 0.07 mg/L and 2.3 mg/L. This results suggest that the bacteria was playing an important role for restoration of disturbed ecosystem with newly created microbial ecosystem in media of artificial floating island.
